El personal es muy agradable. El desayuno está rico. El espacio es muy acogedor y está todo cuidado al detalle. Hemos estado fenomenal.

Es un sitio fantástico, el cual cumple con toda expectativa que tengas, el trato humano por parte de TODOS, las instalaciones, la familiaridad y el estar a gusto en un sitio es importante y en nuestro viaje el pensar que volvíamos a la la tortuga era todo un lujo. Muy buena localización, un sitio tranquilo, con muy buena facilidad del aparcamiento que ofrecen. Muchas gracias a Josi, Carlos y a todos en general. Nos vemos pronto :)

ce n'est pas un gros reproche mais je crois que j'aurais aimé avoir une télévison ou du moins un écran pour écouter un film le soir dans ma chambre , meme si c'est juste un écran que je projete un film de prime video ( pour donner un exemple) par bluethoot avec mon telephone au besoin , mais je comprend que c'est un site pour séloigner des écran pendant les vacances et pour une suggestion que le ménage de la chambre devrait etre fait le matin apres le déjeuner au lieu de l'apres midi ou je dois attendre pour l'acces a ma chambre apres etre aller a la plage pour faire une petite sieste avant le souper pour se préparer pour une belle soirée , mais pour tout les reste c,étais super

Que la ubicación hace que sea muy silencioso, la piscina no tiene horario, el personal (sobretodo Luz) muy amable y encantador.

Creo que del alojamiento o la estadía nada. El desayuno súper completo y bien hecho. Si quizá que el personal se veía muy cansado y hacía de todo, desde la mañana el desayuno , el aseo, el orden.

Lugar super limpio y bonito, con todas las buenas atenciones de su equipo.

La habitación, el personal y la piscina, todo de 10. Muy buen desayuno preparado en el momento. Si quieres comer o cenar en el hotel también puedes hacerlo con una muy buena relación calidad precio.

La playa más cercana, no está mal, pero hay otras mucho mejores, lo bueno es que a 10/15 minutos andando hacia ambos lados hay algunas espectaculares, sobre todo la de Las Ballenas.

The room was quite clean and well appointed. The bathroom was fine, and I was delighted to find hot water, as this isn't always the case. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The layout of the room had not quite been captured by the photos, but it never is. I took the upstairs room with the "king" bed, but it should be noted that the bed is actually a split king, so you're sleeping on essentially two large twins, so there's a gap in the middle. It wasn't such an issue the first night, but by the end of the 3-night stay, the gap had increased, and the beds were too heavy for me to push back together! The pillows were very nice, a pleasant surprise. I was delighted to find a reading light over the bed. So often in the DR, the only light is an overhead one. There was an outlet very close to the bed, for ease of charging and reaching phone alarm. We were a little nervous about the 24-hour pool, but we were promised that quiet time begins at 8 or 10 (don't remember) and it did.

Breakfast was very good. The fresh fruit is delicious and the naturally-flavored water dispenser is a real treat. My only complaint was that the coffee was a bit watery. We are so spoiled with coffee in this country, so it was odd. We also ate dinner at La Tortuga one night and the food was excellent.

Very charming architecture. The landscape was lush and beautiful with a lot of beautiful tropical trees, plants and flowers. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Great breakfast with a lot of tropical fruits.

The upstairs room is a bit too warm

Viajé solo y tuve una experiencia muy buena en el Hotel La Tortuga. La ubicación es excelente, el personal siempre fue muy amable y atento, y el ambiente es tranquilo y agradable. Quiero destacar también al dueño portugués, que fue muy simpático y se portó genial conmigo durante toda la estancia. Me sentí muy cómodo y, sin duda, volvería. ¡Muy recomendable!

Loved that the pool is 24 hours, the food at the restaurant is VERY good too

El hotel es muy bonito y muy bien situado. Tuvimos un percance en el checkin y nos lo solucionaron inmediatamente, así que disfrutamos de la estancia y todo fue perfecto. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno fantástico

Loved the design of the rooms, loved the pool. The breakfast was good as well! Great value for the price!! Would stay there again! If staying on the first floor ;)

I read in the comments before booking there that the place had problems with the hot water. The water is a little warmer than luke warm , so i can see why people said that for the shower water. Also the AC is not strong enough to cool down the second floor. So who ever sleeps up there will be hot, no joke. Bottom floor will be comfortable.

Take breakfast "complete", its the best! we figured it out the last day)) There is menu which we didn't really understand. The beds were comfortable, ppl are very nice, the pool was amazing, the whole atmosphere. very good!

El hotel está bien, pero deberían darle un buen lavado de cara sobretodo a las habitaciones, cortinas, mobiliario en si, hechamos de menos una tv aunque sea pequeña.

Very good location, just 5 minutes from the busy streets and beach. Just enough that you don't hear the cheap noisy roller bikes all night. Breakfast was good but...

The breakfast is not buffet but, fixed with a few options. Although it was good, the breakfast took forever to serve all the days we were there (about 45min). And the options are that if you take an omelette, you can't have pancakes so someone with a bit more appetite might not get a full stomach there.

We had a wonderful stay and felt welcome from the very first moment, greeted with a refreshing freshly squeezed juice. The hotel grounds and surroundings are absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are rustic, full of charm, and very cozy, perfectly matching the character of the place. In the evenings, the bar is open until 11 p.m., offering an intimate and romantic ambiance that we truly enjoyed. The seawater pool is especially refreshing and beautiful, and we loved that it is available without fixed opening hours, allowing for complete relaxation at any time of day. A truly special place that we would happily return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Las Terrenas.

Make sure to allow enough time for breakfast, as there can be a bit of a wait, but it is definitely worth it.

Die Lage zum Strand. 10 Minuten zu Fuß an einen schönen Strand mit Essensmöglichkeiten und Liegen zum leihen. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und das Personal ist sehr geschult und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist super lecker und reichlich. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön.

Ya me he quedado en varias ocasiones aquí y la verdad es que nunca me decepciona, el desayuno es buenisimo, la atención increíble y sobre las habitaciones nunca he tenido quejas, la piscina es deliciosa y el hotel está a 5 minutos a pie de la playa, siempre que pueda me quedaré aquí

Las habitaciones son comodas, el desayuno estuvo muy bien, la piscina aceptable, lamantable esta un poco retirado de la playa, y los precios de la comida fuera de lo incluido si esta por encima del mercado, lo que limita las opciones dentro del establecimiento, pero bien en general.

Een heerlijke accomodatie. Kamers mooi gesitueerd in een weelderig groene tuin rondom het zwembad. Betania en haar team zijn vriendelijk, zeer behulpzaam en zorgzaam en doen er alles aan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Niet te beroerd een stap extra te zetten. TOP!

Sommige personeelsleden spreken enkel Spaans. Dat was soms lastig, maar daar kwamen we goed uit.

Hotel muy bonito y acogedor, muy bien situado en Las Terrenas. Las habitaciones son amplias, luminosas y bien equipadas. Las zonas comunes como la zona de desayuno y la piscina son preciosas. El desayuno está muy rico y lleva de todo, ¡la omelette estaba buenísima! El personal del hotel es muy amable, tuvimos un percance cuando estuvimos allí pero lo solucionaron de manera efectiva. Si viajas a Las Terrenas, ¡no dudes en quedarte en este hotel!

Tienen que mejorar el sistema de llaves de las habitaciones, ya que tuvimos un percance con estas y no tenían copia de seguridad.

Très déçus par cet hotel: le dernier jour nous avons été volés d'un peu plus de 220€ en espèces dans le coffre-fort pourtant fermé à clé dans notre chambre. Forcément un membre du personnel. Cela nous a gaché la suite de nos vacances. Nous ne recommandons donc pas cet hotel. Réponse du client: Non, nous n'avons pas "éxigé" d'avoir une clé, nous avons juste demandé à utiliser le coffre et on nous a donné la clé (il n'y avait pas d'instruction d'utilisation du coffre dans la chambre). Nous n'avons bien évidemment pas laissé d'argent sur le lit ou sur les meubles mais bien dans le coffre fermé à clé. J'ai envoyé un mail à l'hotel le 6/2 à 22h04 en demandant à être recontacté par la direction (qui n'était pas là lors de notre séjour) mais je n'ai pas eu de réponse. La direction a-t-elle reçu mon mail? Mystère...

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer u der Außenbereich sind wunderschön.

Ich hätte mir mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück gewünscht. Auch die Speisekarte hat mich nicht überzeugt. Bin aber auch kein einfacher Esser. Was ich bestellt hab, hat geschmeckt.

El desayuno es muy rico y las personas que atienden siempre tienen una sonrrisa para hacerlo sentir muy bien a uno, regresare cada vez que pueda.

Boutique hotel veramente accogliente, una piccola oasi con piscina bellissima e camere a bordo piscina magnifiche e spaziose, veramente una bellissima struttura, sia vicina al mare che ai locali di Las Terrenas, proprietaria molto accomodante e gentile

Tutto il personale non è all’altezza della proprietaria, piuttosto non accoglienti, colazione appena passabile e non a buffet, per quanto riguarda pranzo e cena non avevano disponibile quasi nessun piatto del menu esposto alla lavagna

The air conditioner unit wasn't proper fot the size off villa. The room was hot. The emergency electric generator didn't work and it was in very poor conditions.

We were reluctant, as soon as you walk in you are greeting with . Easy check in, welcome drink was really nice. Very calm, everything so clean, when you walk in your room, you smell the cleanliness. A great eating area. Its own bar/restaurant. Food is great and very reasonably priced. I really can’t emphasize more an amazing place.

I am a very picky person, and I can say there is nothing absolutely nothing I can say here. Amazing setting !!!

Personal, weather, food , place everything was amazing , The reason for our trip was for my birthday and all the staff, including the owner and manager Betania, made me feel welcome and like family. I recommend it 100%.

We were very pleased with our stay at Hotel La Tortuga. The service was excellent. We were greeted with a delicious fruit juice. We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 p.m., and they let us check in anyway. We loved the breakfast; you can choose between eggs or pancakes. It includes a fruit cocktail, natural juice, coffee, and bread. There are a wide variety of restaurants and spectacular beaches around Las Terrenas. I recommend Punta Popi Beach... We would definitely stay here again.
