夕食の時間に間に合わない状況でしたが… 上手く、手配してくれました🤗 嬉しくて感動しました🫶

露天風呂が綺麗でした。お部屋に無料の飲み物があってお得でした。お部屋は、リニューアルされていてきれいでした。朝食がとても豪華でした。 ちょい飲みセットはお得でした。大浴場にフェイスタオルが置いてあるのは助かりました。

お部屋のホコリが気になりました。自販機の種類が少くアルコールが買えないのは残念でした。 布団が厚手過ぎて夏には寝苦しかったです。 ベッドの布団はちょうど良かったのでエアコンの温度調整が難しく感じました。

Très belle vue de la chambre. Hôtel fantôme quasi vide. Onsen très agréable. La chambre est confortable sauf la salle de bain qui est très petite. Parking facile d'accès en voiture.

Beautiful view, amazing people at reception and onsen to die for. Wish to be back there soon. For Japan our room was massive which we loved so much Little welcome gift and everything just amaizing

ロケーションが良かった、朝夕の食事は量的に丁度良かった御飯が甘みが有り美味しかった。

隣の部屋が騒がしかった、トイレが狭過ぎ、風呂場に鏡が無く髭剃りに困った。

綺麗な部屋はもちろんのこと、スタッフの対応も素晴らしいです。また最上階でもあり、景色は申し分なく素敵でした。また宿泊したいです。

방이넓고 위치가 조용해서 좋았습니다.

로비 직원이 조금 더 친절했으면 좋겠습니다. 침대가 싱글 두개 붙이건보다, 더블침대가 더 편할것 같습니다.

The deluxe room with the tatami mats was incredible, the view overlooking the town from the 6th floor was so beautiful.

The onsen bath facilities on the property is not tattoo friendly. Breakfast was very traditional, (it was large and delicious - sea food heavy)

立地もよくお部屋からの景色がとても良かった。 夜間の急な宿泊にも対応して貰えた。 温泉もあり、特に朝風呂は最高だった。

サービスの為、特に気にはならないが、コーヒーが1つしか無かった。

ベットとベットの間のスペースに携帯のガラスフィルムの破片の様なものが落ちており足に刺さった。 夜遅くに中国人が、大声で廊下で話しており、ちょっと迷惑だった。

I like the location because it has free parking and there's a nearby family mart.

A little cramped bathroom. The bins in the rooms are quite small especially if you bought foods from convenience store. Also, we didn't find the location straight away because we didn't realise that Resorpia Beppu is the same as Sun Resorpia

施設は少し古い感じですが、心配りがなされていました。 温泉はとても気持ち良く入れました。お食事も名物を取り合わせ、見た目も素敵なコース料理でした。また、職員の方々が大変親切で、旅先案内も丁寧に教えて下さいました。

大浴場の身体を洗う所に鏡がついていないので、不便だった。 客室のお風呂室内は、こもった臭気があった。

料理が美味しく、スタッフも丁寧でとても良かったです。

夜の花火大会を部屋から観たのですが、ちょうど2本の木が邪魔してほとんど観れなかったのが、残念でした。来年までには木を切って欲しいものです。

Sehr großes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, Bad neu auch nicht so winzig wie oft in Japan, freundliches Personal, Kaiseki Restaurant für Frühstück, Kaiseki Menu Abendessen auch möglich, kostenloses Parken, kleiner Souvenirshop, empfehlenswert

早晚餐量雖少但還不錯，房間乾淨，櫃檯人員英文不錯

Hôtel avec decoration et équipements. vieillots. Très peu de clients, lieu un peu désert. Piscine sale... Désirant boire un pot au bar nous avons vainement attendu que quelqu'un vienne prendre notre commande... en fait nous avons dû passer commande auprès de la réceptionniste qui n était à première vue pas débordée...

Breakfast wasn't good enough for money

Das Hotel ist am Rande von Beppu oberhalb gelegen. Wir konnten mit dem Auto/Navi problemlos dorthin finden und auch immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgelände bekommen. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer im 4. Stock mit einer faszinierenden Aussicht über die Beppu Bay. Das Zimmer war im modern japanese Style und super gemütlich mit einer ausgezeichnet arbeitenden Klimaanlage und einem sehr guten Luftreinigungsgerät. Alles war jederzeit super sauber. Das Kaiseki Menü und das servierte Frühstück waren fantastisch, sowohl von der Qualität als auch von der Präsentation her. Das Onsen nach Geschlechtern getrennt war großzügig und schön. Es war alles da, was man brauchte.

Es gab wirklich keinerlei englischsprachige Informationen. Auch das liebevoll präsentierte Menüblatt jeden Abend war ausschließlich in japanisch. Auch das Personal sprach wirklich fast kein bis gar kein englisch. Wir sind mit Google Translate zwar super klargekommen, aber in einem Haus dieser Preisklasse mit durchaus auch internationalen Gästen wäre ein Minimum durchaus angebracht. So haben wir auch die in anderen Häusern trotz gewisser Sprachbarrieren gelebte Gastfreundschaft hier nicht so erlebt. Besonders gestört hat uns beim Check-Out nur das Zeigen auf einen Automaten, an dem wir den Vorgang selbst durchführen mussten und die drei Rezeptionsmitarbeiter uns einfach nur zuschauten und sich danach nicht mehr die Mühe einer freundlichen Verabschiedung machten. Schade. Insgesamt hatten wir trotzdem einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

空いてあったこともあって安くてグレードの高い部屋に変えてくれた。広々として家族5人で来てても閉塞感がなかった。大浴場ものんびり入ることができたし部屋にあるお風呂も広くて良かった。

大浴場にサウナがあればもっと良かった。

食事の出し方がセット的な感じがしてホテルのイメージと不釣り合いだった。 朝食はバイキングでも良かったのでは。

朝食が美味しかったです。私も妻も思っていた以上にバリエーションがあったことに驚きました。 小学生・幼児のメニューにおいてはお気に入りでした。 今度は夜食を含め予約入れたいと思います。

写真の大浴場の写りが良くて思っていた通りでしたが、別府ということで温泉を楽しみにしており硫黄の匂いを楽しみにしてましたが消毒のせいか塩素の匂いがキツく温泉のイメージにおいては残念でした。

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was specious and had a nice viewer over the mountains. Tje onseen/spa was very beautiful and well equipped with products of high-quality. The scuttlebus was a great and important service since the hotel is located abot far away from the central parts of Beppu.

Unfortunatly the pool was closed, during our stay since it was only available during weekends in July. In our case it was unfortunate, because we had booked this hotel because it had a pool. The Onseen/spa was very nice, beautiful and well equiped. The bathroom was abit damp warn down.

Very nice room! Spacious enough for four people. Agreeable and welcoming personel. Very nice onsen. Practical with shuttle to the city centre in the morning. Not too far from the nearest bus stop, but the last bus is at 18.20 from Beppu station. But there is a bus stop about 9 minutes away, that is serviced a little later.

It is too far from the city centre for our liking, it made us miss out too much of the possibilities of Beppu. We chose the hotel, despite the distance to the city, because we wanted a few days by the pool, but there was no information on Booking.com about the fact that the pool is only open a few hours and only in the the weekend. 14-17 on Saturday + 9-11 and 14-17 on Sundays. In addition the pool was filled to the brim with little children and their parents, and the water level was pretty low, so in the end it felt too awkward, so we didn't use it. No chairs or sunbeds by the pool either, so it is not a place for that kind of holiday.

さほど快適性に問題はなかったのですがエアコンが全く作動してなかった気がします。電源は入りますがエアーがでてなかったです。フロントに問い合わせはしてないので真偽は不明です。

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The breakfast was excellent - pretty to the eyes and tasty to the mouth. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The bathroom. For a room that is so spacious, the bathroom is just a cubicle. Bath tub is tiny, bathroom sink was old/stained and there just wasn't room to move

Free parking. Indoor and outdoor onsen. Great view of the town.

Room was a little narrow for a family of 4. Toilet was really small too. Room looks abit worn out.

Stayed at Resorpia at Hakone before, it was nice and same for this at Beppu. Nice onsen experience and hotel wasn’t too noisy and provides very nice ambience.

Probably can provide a few more washing machines and dryers for guests.

Room had a very nice view of the city and "steaming" mountains and the room was quite large.

Not located at a place where I could run a little.

The hotel was very clean, and the hospitality was excellent. I will be visiting Resorpia Beppu again.
