Шумел старый кондиционер ,это очень мешало Отель староват уже и вне номера очень жарко . Завтрак скромненький ,выбора не было .

It was close to everywhere we wanted to go -- very accessible. Staff was very friendly especially in accommodating the request for late check-in and early check-out. They promptly replied via whatsapp to all our inquiries.

Rooms were kept clean and maintained for the most part. I noticed it was a bit dusty and it did trigger my allergies, but not so bad. Just hope that they can continue to maintain the cleanliness dust-wise next time :D

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft! Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns die Ruhe im Zimmer – trotz der belebten Umgebung war davon kaum etwas zu hören.

Ein paar Dinge haben uns allerdings nicht ganz überzeugt: Im Zimmer hat es etwas feucht und klamm gerochen. Auch das Bett direkt auf dem Boden war für uns eher ungewohnt und dadurch nicht ganz so bequem – vielleicht liegt das aber auch einfach daran, dass wir als Europäer diese Art zu schlafen nicht gewohnt sind. Die Klimaanlage war leider ebenfalls etwas schwierig einzustellen: Entweder war es zu warm oder viel zu kalt. Zudem war sie ziemlich laut, was gerade nachts störend sein konnte.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Grosse Zimmer, die Betten sind jedoch ziemlich hart. Das Frühstück haben wir einmal genutzt. Kleines Buffet mit Luft nach oben.

Wir hatten ein Standard Zweibettzimmer (706). Im Zimmer hat es immer sehr stark gemüffelt. Das Fenster war in Richtung Hotelflur. Somit hatten wir kein Tageslicht, da wir den Nachtvorhang nie öffnen konnten. Als wir eincheckten hatte es überall fremde Frauenhaare. Wlan nur für 2 Geräte möglich.

We had a wonderful stay at True Siam Phayathai Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful traditional Thai atmosphere combined with modern comforts. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful, and the location was very convenient for exploring Bangkok. Everything was well maintained and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

There was honestly nothing we disliked about the property. Everything was excellent, especially considering the short stay.

Stunning room we had, for what we paid it was an unbelievable deal!! so close to the metro & skytrain by like a 10 min walk, if that. Got 2 7/11s in a 4 min walk each side of hotel.

Only thing we weren’t sure of was the alleyway it was suited in, but that didn’t change how we felt about the service, room etc.

La colazione sarebbe da migliorare per le opzioni non thailandesi, oltre toast/uova e pancake non c’era altra scelta.

The room was a great size. The hotel is a short walk from the end of the Airport Rail Link station. Breakfast was good enough. Great rate for what we were looking for.

This sounds like a complaint, but the hotel fixed it right away. When we first got into our room, the room smelled very strongly of some kind of deodorizer. The smell was so strong that it actually affected my wife's breathing. We went out of the room, and she could breathe just fine. We told them about the issue, and they quickly got us a different room and put an air purifier in it also. Thanks for the quick fix

We liked the amount of space in the room. Cleanliness was great, never an issue. All facilities worked and all questions were answered by staff promptly and things were done efficiently.

Beds weren’t as comfy as we’d like and laundry service was expensive, especially compared to the laundry we could do in bulk down the street. Possibly moving laundry to a per kg model for more then a couple items would be better.

房間很大整理行李的時候非常方便，淋浴間水壓充足很棒，距BTS及ARL起點站很近，地理位置方便。

Check in時櫃檯人員臉很臭，明明會說中文故意不說，押金1500只有一張房卡，若再要一張房卡還要另外收$500押金。其他服務人員都滿友善的。

The location is good, close to ARL and sky train though most of the time we chose to take Grab. More restaurants were found just at the end of the alley and not too far to walk from. Clean room except they dont provide disposable slippers.

Nous avons été bien accueilli. Chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable.

A lovely, welcoming, homely hotel with a traditional vibe. The breakfast room was particularly nice. Really good value for money and I would have liked to stay longer.

The location not so good, even though it is close to bts. The balcony has direct view on the other people's room across the road.

Posizione molto comoda per l'airport rail link e la BTS (300mt - 10 minuti o meno se si è fortunati con un semaforo il cui rosso dura un eternità). Le due camere assegnateci erano spaziose, con arredi caratteristici (come da foto su booking) e ben condizionate. Il bagno spazioso, anche se senza finestra. La colazione era buona (prevalentemente con piatti di cucina asiatica) e varia (in 3 giorni, sempre mangiato cose diverse). Lo staff era cordiale e quello alla reception parlava inglese. La via in cui è situato l'albergo è leggermente defilata e quindi è tranquilla e senza traffico. Ad un centinaio di metri ci sono un 7-eleven ed alcuni posti per street food (che non abbiamo provato). Nel complesso siamo stati molto soddisfatti della scelta.

Nulla: ottimo rapporto qualità/posizione/prezzo. Una nota: a noi piace la cucina asiatica anche a colazione e ci siamo trovati benissimo, ma ad una clientela europea che preferisce una colazione più "tradizionale" l'offerta potrebbe apparire limitata.

What I liked most about this hotel was the spacious and clean room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. Although the variety was limited, there were still enough options to enjoy a satisfying breakfast.

For the price, there was nothing I didn’t like about this property. It offered great value for money, and I had a pleasant stay overall.

10min circa di cammino dalla fermata BTS possono essere un po' tanti col caldo.

The window in my room was unuseful as it looked at the hotel's hallway; I had to keep it closed and the curtains closed as well. Basically it was a blind room.

La struttura offre camere molto spaziose, pulite e profumatissime.

La colazione è molto scarsa, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il dolce. Inoltre è molto distante dal centro, nonostante abbia una metro vicino, essa non collega bene tutti i vari punti della città. La linea degli autobus, seppur vicina, non è organizzata bene, poichè alcuni bus che dovrebbero passare effettivamente non ci sono oppure non rispettano i giusti orari. Però c’è da dire che per quanto abbiamo speso possiamo tranquillamente accontentarci, alla fine è stato un soggiorno piacevole che mi sento di consigliare se si riesce ad “adeguarsi”, se si desiderano tutti i comfort vi sollecito di cercare altro.

El desayuno era escaso, para alguien occidental que solo haya pan Bimbo con mantequilla, café de maquina y torrijas …. El resto era comida de almuerzo para nosotros. Tampoco se cambian todas las toallas diariamente, solo una aunque se usen todas.

Personnel au top, ils sont vraiment gentils et accueillant. Chambre très propre avec les équipements nécessaires. Le lit est confortable et la literie est très bien. Emplacement, nickel, il y a le métro à côté, ainsi que plein de petits commerces, accessibles à pied. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement. C’est le premier hôtel que j’ai fait en Thaïlande et vraiment je n’en suis absolument pas déçu c’était à la hauteur de mes attentes.

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Le quartier de Victory Monument est très sympa, loin des repères trop touristiques de Bangkok.

El desayuno muy basico. Preparado para clientes asiaticos. No para clientes europeos ni latinos. Poca variedad de fruta, solo tostadas ningun otro pan o bolleria, solo cafe americano o expreso en una maquina, no jamon, no queso, nada de bocados dulces, no yogurt, leche solo fria, solo una variedad de jugo, En fin muy pobre.

Jednoduchá, plne vybavená čistá izba. K dispozícii bola samostatná sprcha a vaňa. Páčil sa nám minimalistický dizajn izby. V hoteli som bol už predtým a preto som sa opäť vrátil.

Chambre grande, très propre, dans une petite rue très calme. Des commerces et des restaurants sont à proximité. Le personnel est très sympathique. Je reviendrais volontiers.

The location is really good. It's close to Siam's shopping centers as well as metro station so you can get easily to other parts of the city too. The hotel is modern, clean and really cozy. They also offer a good tasting breakfast buffet.

Peccato per la colazione non troppo varia, il primo giorno non c’era nessuno dello staff a cui fare l’ordinazione delle cose mostrate e alcuni contenitori erano vuoti. Anche l’ultimo giorno ci siamo presentati all’orario di apertura del ristorante perché dovevamo andare via molto presto e non c’era nessuno quindi non abbiamo fatto colazione. Se è da pagare a parte non consiglio di aggiungere questo servizio
