Location is good, it's very near to the Siam shopping area. Room is clean and breakfast is decent. Hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. Overall, i am happy and would recommend this hotel.

With the price, i don't think there is anything to complain.

Worst experience ever!

SHOCKING SERVICE – NEVER AGAIN! I travel every month for business and this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. During my 5-night stay, my room was repeatedly left uncleaned despite several complaints and promises from reception. For THREE nights I had to collect my own towels and toilet paper from reception, while dirty and wet towels piled up in the room. On the 4th day, I returned at 17:00 and the room STILL had not been cleaned. Only after a serious argument at reception did they finally send someone. Offering me a free drink was almost insulting — I wanted basic housekeeping, not compensation with a drink. Absolutely unacceptable service. Management should be embarrassed. I will never stay here again.

لا يوجد لوبي للفندق كما ان الفندق حار ولا يوجد تكييف بالممرات والغرف صغيرة

On my last day i found many cockroaches in the resturant . That is not the worst thing. The worst thing is that all employees and manager know about it but they do not care about guest's health

The location only was close to BTS and Siam square

Breakfast was really bad, lifts are slow, housekeeping they don't come until asked for and rooms are not clean - the carpet smells. The AC in the room can't be adjusted its always on 23 - i woke up sweating every day.

Location is good. Close to MBK, Siam Centre, Siam Paragon Also Chulalong kong night market.

No restaurant except buffet breakfast. Very busy buffet breakfast around 8:30-9:30. Reminded me of a meat market.

Location is great in the heart of siam, very close to metro station. There is a 7-eleven within walking distance which is convenient. The hotel is busy as you would expect it to be in such location but it was clean. There is a laundry room which was handy. Breakfast was good.

There was a smoking smell in the bathroom I think through the vents there which was a bit uncomfortable. It wasn't there in the room though so that was okay.

Close proximity to transport and how it’s quite centrally located.

The shower drain was clogged a few times during our first couple of days.

Staff is very professional and well trained. Breakfast was perfect and very various every day.

Concerning the room, was ok but apparently some renovation works were made in a very unprofessional way...I mean the bathroom was full of silicone finishes made very badly and not suitable for an Holiday Inn level. If I was the manager I would ask for damages. Even the room looked like it was painted with only rush...it's a pity for an Holiday inn. Room price is a little bit overrated then.

The location is a walking distance near to MBK and the staffs are very welcoming. The room is spacious quiet from traffic noise and clean with a comfortable queen bed.

Bed is super comfy, staff are excellent as they are very helpful and gave me a complimentary fruit platter. Location are just perfect, close to BTS and shopping malls with many halal food

Traffic jam area so can be difficult to get taxi if need urgent. Would be great to have more options of halal food for breakfast

השירות מעולה. הזמנו מעכשיו לעכשיו. קיבלנו שני חדרים עם מיטה זוגית כשאחד מהם קיבלנו לפני הצ'ק אין הרשמי. ביקשנו להחליף חדר אחד לשתי מיטות יחיד ושנשאר באותה קומה ולמחרת כבר קיבלנו. קיבלנו גם עזיבה מאוחר. ארוחת בוקר חמודה ומספקת מאוד. יש חדר כושר (קצת מיושן) וחדר כביסה (קצת יקר). מיקום ממש טוב

לא היה משהו. אבל זה לא מלון מפואר מאוד אם רוצים לחוש משהו יוקרתי.

The hotel’s location is excellent for walking to nearby malls. It’s a 9‑minute walk to the MBK Center, but reaching it by taxi during peak hours takes a long time because of heavy traffic in the Siam area. The hotel itself is wonderful, clean, and offers excellent service.

The room was well soundproofed. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. There is an excellent CPS Specialty Coffee shop right next to the hotel entrance, which I highly recommend for its excellent coffee and outstanding service.

I paid THB 4,800 per night, and when I asked the front desk why the rate was so high, I was told it was due to dynamic pricing. However, I don’t think the overall experience justified the price. In Bangkok, you can often find much better 4- or even 5-star hotels for a similar rate. I would consider staying here only if the room cost around THB 2,000 per night. The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited healthy options. I skipped it after the first morning. Also, don’t expect many restaurant choices within walking distance.

The hotel was beautiful and location amazing.

Breakfast needs lots of improvement, it doesn't really cater for people who are not fans of Asian food.

The hotel was not flexible at all with either check-in or check-out times, which made the overall experience inconvenient. When I booked through Agoda, I paid a significant extra amount to include breakfast. However, after arriving at the hotel, I discovered that breakfast was actually free for all guests. This felt very misleading and unfair. The breakfast itself was also very poor. There were almost no choices available, whether you eat meat or follow a vegetarian diet. The selection was extremely limited and did not meet basic expectations. In addition, the hotel does not offer a laundry service. Housekeeping also comes very late in the day, which is inconvenient if you want to return to a clean room earlier. The room was dusty in several places, showing that it had not been cleaned properly. Some of the table surfaces were badly damaged, yet the hotel warns guests that they will be charged 5,000 THB for damaging the furniture, even though it was already in poor condition before my stay. What concerned me the most was the bed. I found what appeared to be a blood stain on a mattress that was supposed to be new. Even worse, the inside of the mattress was full of mold. I have photos documenting these issues. Overall, this experience was far below expectations, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Smoking area is very limited and not enough. And the 23rd floor has bouncing noises from Gym at 24th floor.

Old-style and plain decor, especially in the bathroom. The shower was very slippery. Breakfast catered very well for Asians, but could have more variety for Western food. The foyer was quite small, especially when a large check-in arrived.

What i didn’t like is the fact that i booked 2 rooms, one for 2 persons and the 2nd for the 3 persons and i received one room with a double bed and one room with 2 single bed. There was NO room to sleep the 3rd person. I asked the receptionist why is this and the answer was not clear

Location. Short distance to BTs National Stadium and surrounding attractions, mbk mall, market. Front desk, bell boys were courteus and friendly as always.

The corridor lighting is a bit dark….but it gives privacy as well

a great location, amazing staff and service. Good breakfast. If you are locking for Siam experience this is the hotel to be.
