Exceptionnel sur tous les plans!

Excellent petit déjeuner, original et bien nourrissant; les 2 bassins d'eau tiède et d'eau chaude étaient un plus, et un vrai bonus, de faire une rencontre avec un chevreuil! Le cadre champêtre et boisé s'y prête bien, un vrai bijou. L'auberge est très jolie et parfaite pour les couples. Elle est proche de North Hatley tout en étant à l'écart, au calme.

Pas grand chose vraiment à redire, les hôtes fournissent un environnement chaleureux et convivial. Il y a quelques petits frigos disponibles près des chambres mais quelqu'un est parti avec une de nos bouteilles d'eau, peut-être pensaient-ils que c'était offert par la maison? Aussi, jai fait part à la propriétaire de la présence de guêpes sur notre terrasse ce qui nous a empêchés de nous y installer, donc j'imagine que le problème sera réglé rapidement. Il faut s'y attendre en campagne.

L'accueil manquait de professionnalisme. Nous avions reçu un message nous demandant si nous avions des intolérances ou des allergies mais la dame a dit qu'elle n'avait pas eu notre réponse parce que nous avions réservé sur Booking et qu'elle ne savait pas comment lire nos messages et que de toute façon, elle n'avait pas le temps de s'occuper de ça

The breakfast was incredible!! The views were beautiful and the fire in our room was amazing in the winter. The hosts were so accommodating and kind!

The breakfasts were excellent and different every morning and the hostess was very friendly. The apartment we stayed in was large, well decorated, and full of light with a large super comfortable bed.

L'emplacement très tranquille

Le confort du lit dans lequel j'ai dormi était médiocre. Je me suis réveillée courbaturée. De plus, les stores dans la chambre étaient vieux et laissaient entrer la lumière très tôt le matin (5h). Côté entretien de la chambre, une seule boîte de mouchoirs pratiquement vide et j'ai dû demander des nouvelles serviettes et débarbouillettes (2 seulement pour un séjour de 2 jours pour 2 personnes) Pour le déjeuner inclus, il n'est pas possible de choisir ce qu'on veut manger. Le menu est préétablie à l'avance. Il aurait été apprécié d'avoir plusieurs choix. Et finalement, la fameuse zone piscine/spa était plus ou moins fonctionnelle. Les jets ne fonctionnaient pas adéquatement. Le bain a remous dans la chambre était plus agréable que le spa/piscine.

Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et change tout les jours on s'est regalé. Le calme reposant et la vue superbe un vrai moment de détente sans compter les couleurs d'automne...je recommande pour ceux qui ont besoin de déconnecter.

The staff was really nice and the inn was very charming! Handmade breakfast, close by parking, and very comfortable bed!

The shower was a little small and the price was a little steep. Would return for vacation/couples getaway but not for business stay.

Difficult to find. North Hatley is not prominent on google maps!

Lovely hosts/owners. Clean, quiet, and comfortable….amazing sleep! Delicious breakfast. Nice change of pace from big branded hotels as a regular business traveler.

J'aurais aimé profiter du jacuzzi le soir mais il était fermé. Il n'a été ouvert que le matin à notre départ...

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement, l’emplacement était super avec une vue sur la nature, la décoration soignée. C’est Un peu comme à la maison car on pouvait se poser sur des fauteuils ou salon pour lire tout simplement admirer le paysage. Les hôtes très sympa.

Le bémol était sur la taille de la chambre. Nous Avons trouvé que celle-ci était petite car avec 2 valises nous avions du mal à circuler.

This place is a piece of heaven..beautiful tranquil location...the staff is friendly and helpful in any way...the room we stayed in was spacious.. kitchenette..fireplace with its own private deck...the king bed was very comfortable...and the breakfast was delicious.. different every morning.. We definitely will go back....

This was not a typical place for a business trip but I just needed a place to stay on the way back to the U.S. It was the perfect, relaxing environment after a busy day of customer visits. Quiet location in the hills above the town of North Hatley. Home made breakfast was terrific!

The gorgeous views .. the lovely suite, with living room kitchenette and big front balcony! And the owners/staff .. so friendly and helpful with tourist tips.

I should have asked for directions to find it! We got lost between Magog and Sherbrooke for more than an hour. There are few signs for North Hatley - a lovely hamlet when you find it!

Superbe hôtel surplombant le lac à 4 km. Les chambres sont très grandes , très confortables et très bien décorées. Tout l hôtel est d’ailleurs très beau, avec beaucoup de cachet. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très attentionnés , les petits déjeuners préparés sur place à base de produits frais sont délicieux. C’est un super hôtel de charme dans un cadre magnifique . Un vrai coup de cœur

Difficult to find at first. There are very few signs for North Hatley on the roads around Magog and Sherbrooke! And no signs for Auberge le Tricorne on the winding roads around North Hatley.

Le petit déjeuner était délicieux 🤤 Mieux que ce que à quoi je m’attendais et Le personnel très sympathique et la propriétaire très conviviale et accueillante. Vous fait sentir pratiquement comme un de la famille 😍

Rien tout était parfait… que se soit au niveau de la propreté, du service, de l’accueil, la tranquillité des lieux. La possibilité de pouvoir souper sur place pourrait être un ajout intéressant mais pas obligatoire. Complètement séduit par l’accueil, la propreté et l’emplacement géographique qui rend les lieux absolument magique.

Très jolie auberge! Confortable, propre et dans un cadre enchanteur. La propriétaire Carole est charmante et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner excellent. Nous recommandons fortement.

Everything was perfect. Carol was charming, helpful and gave us a wonderful stay. The setting, gardens and breakfast were superb. We extended for another day and were desperately sorry to leave.

Приятно порадовал завтрак – очень вкусно, обходительная прислуга. Мы предупредили, что будем поздно, – и владельцы дождались и заселили нас. Есть холодильники на этаже – для нас это был большой плюс. Да и в целом, многие моменты хорошо продуманы. Гостиница расположена близко з Северному Хэтли, на машине минут 10 или того меньше.

Дом деревянный, с тонкими перегородками — в коридоре и снизу слышно всё, что происходит в комнате. Поэтому, если вы путешествуете с маленькими и шумными детьми, возможно, стоит выбрать другое место, где можно будет вести себя свободнее. При бронировании мы указали, что нас будет двое взрослых и двое детей, а также попросили детскую кроватку. Кроватку предоставили, но не сразу, и дополнительно взяли оплату за детей — это немного озадачило, ведь на booking.com нам указывалась полная стоимость. В один из дней нас попросили не есть в комнате, а спуститься в столовую, и ограничить передвижение детей в комнате (!) и по коридору, так как в это время собственники показывали дом потенциальным покупателям. Даже прозвучал намёк, что дети создают шум, и желательно, чтобы их не было в помещении с 12 до 15 — это было неудобно. Кроме того, из закрытой розетки (или отверстия?) в комнате изредка доносился механический шум. Чтобы он не мешал детям спать, приходилось прикрывать это место полотенцем.

Le confort du lit.

Our stay was amazing, highlight of the trip. My friend and i only stayed one night but we loved it. Carl was super personable and friendly, we loved the pools and the breakfast was delicious. The only issue is thay we had to climb a really big hill by bike but of course...that makes for great views! Cant recommend the Auberge emough!

Highly recommend!

The bedding was a highlight - crisp cotton sheets and plush pillows made for a comfortable night’s rest. However the 8x8 room itself felt more compact than anticipated, with a slanted roof that reduced usable floor space by roughly a third. The layout differed from the images shown online, and amenities were minimal, with only one chair, no television or radio, and a modest breakfast that felt short of expectations. With a more accurate representation on the website, a price more representative of the modest version of the room we had (236$) and a few thoughtful additions, this property has the potential to offer a pleasant and memorable stay.

The staff was excellent. Beauty of the hotel/B&B. The hot tub/cold tub. The beauty of the grounds. The quietness. Delicious breakfast. Proximity to N. Hately. No TV…chance to shut out the world for a bit.

Beautiful decorated historic building with modern facilities. Located in the countryside,the garden and views were fantastic. The breakfast was homemade and delicious.

Everything. The Hotel is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. It's a hidden gem and everything one needs to wind down and relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The owners do everything to make the guests feel comfortable and they're very welcoming. We had a room with a balcony and with an awesome view. There's a lot you can do in the area. North Hatley is a beautiful village at one of three lakes in the area. There're also hiking pathes and a lot of water activities. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend it to other guests.

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with beautiful natural surroundings, this B&B is perfect. Can’t forget to mention the delicious breakfast, as well as the wonderful staff & the presence of the owner operator.

This is a fantastic hilltop getaway. it is a wonderful location to be close to nature and still enjoy amenities found in a more urban environment. Close to 2 small villages that have a variety of dining experiences. Breakfast is a homemade treat. 3 times we enjoy a variety of delicious meals that delighted the palate and had one asking for the recipes.

Beautiful property situated up on a hill overlooking the forest and water. Gorgeous rooms, fantastic breakfast, and the hosts treat you like a friend rather than a client. Close to all there is to see and do in the Eastern Townships.

We stayed in the premium room, it was fabulous. It had a wood burning fireplace which we used one night. Lovely view from the room. Excellent breakfasts that were different each day.

The wifi service in the premium room was almost non existent. I had to move my location in the building in order to work effectively with my buisness for a couple hours each day. I voiced this concern with the owner. I was told that this had « never » been a problem before. I asked that a qualified IT person be brought in to investigate the snag. This was ignored. My sense was that this was an ongoing issue and was not being acted on. Very disappointing.

Fireplace, view, balcony, breakfast and hosts were helpful with television and fireplace.

Rough road to property

The quietness and grounds are just beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were copious and delicious and changed every day.

I hate to say anything negative. The only thing is that our rooms were not done during our stay and coffee in the room not replenished. It did not interfere much with our stay and would not hold this against them as there was only a staff of two running the Inn. I would definitely return to Auberge Le Tricorne.

The quality of the Auberge, attentiveness of staff, service, comfort, beauty of the surroundings were all stellar!!! The breakfast was exceptional, and carefully created to fit any particular dietary requests. What a super find!!!

What a beautiful area! We stopped here on our way to Quebec, and now we plan to stop back just to visit North Hatley. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the grounds and the hotel are beautiful. Carol made me a special breakfast just to suit my dietary needs, and it was delicious. There was a nice sitting area outside our room, which was very cozy. It might have been just a tad larger, but overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back again!

So many kinds of comfort at this lovely inn! The hot tub and cool-tub, the elaborate cooked breakfasts, all the cozy common spaces and the comfy bed...When we arrived late, soaking wet and stressed from driving in a big rain storm, Carol helped us order dinner to be delivered, set a table for us and made us tea - above and beyond. A very special place.

Nicely appointed very private, Clean and spacious room with a great view of greenery and the lake. Welcoming stuff, cosy common amenities and a generous tasty breakfast prepared to order. A nice choice for a short stay in eastern township.

The owners made us feel like family without the work maintaining the property. Breakfast was well planned and delicious. Great experience.
