The location was so beautiful. The staff were very attentive friendly. I especially found the instructors and entertainment crew to be of high quality. All of the classes I took were very intelligently structured and professional. They were all so friendly with us when they were out and about. High 5 on the crew. The view was magical. We would get up early and take a coffee to the beach and just take it all in. The wellness offers were ok. They offered different types of massages. But the Lomi Lomi massage was exactly the same as the sport massage. That was disappointing but still relaxing. It is an all inclusive adult resort. That means huge buffet and lots of people in the restaurant. But the resort was organised so that we found lots of quiet spots away from the music and were able to relax for the 2 weeks we were there.

I wish the hotel would invest in better beds and sun chairs. The beds were small and uncomfortable. We had a hard time sleeping. Also the sun chairs were very uncomfortable. I ended up taking 2 of the bath towels from our room to pad the chair a bit. The hotel could do better in that way and would probably profit from it.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit im Hotel. 🥰 Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Kadir Bey und Tarık Bey vom À-la-carte-Restaurant. Beide waren unglaublich aufmerksam, herzlich und man hat sofort gemerkt, dass sie ihre Arbeit wirklich gerne machen. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Betreuung! ❤️ Auch das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterhaltung und das Animationsteam waren ebenfalls super.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Im Zimmer hat leider ein Föhn gefehlt, was für mich mit langen Haaren etwas schwierig war.

Die glasklare Wasserqualität am Meer und die Sauberkeit des Strandbereichs Das Abendessen und Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung Das Zimmer wurde täglich und sehr gut gereinigt Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, fleißig und hilfsbereit, vor allem der Samet aus der IT - Abteilung

Das Mittagsessensangebot, vor allem was die kalten Speisen betrifft, hat unsere Vorstellungen nicht entsprochen. Das Badezimmer ist ziemlich veraltet (Fliesenfugen, Kloschüssel, Wasserarmaturen usw..) und sanierungsbedürftig, Die Liegen am Strand könnten besser und komfortabler sein (den ganzen Tag ohne Liegematten war doch sehr unbequem). Die Öffnungszeiten von der Brasserie mit sehr eingeschränkten und einfachen Sortiment

Alles in allem: einfach wow!! Urlaub 10/10, gerne wieder!! Danke für die wunderschöne Zeit, das außergewöhnliche Essen & das tolle Abendprogramm. Bis bald!! :-)

This was a perfect hotel for our group of 3 guy mates. The food was very good, particularly from the à la carte restaurant levanté. The buffet was also of high quality. The activities were a lot of fun, great engagement without it being too serious or competitive. Location and general facilities were outstanding, private beach and 2 pools. An all round amazing stay. Evening entertainment was of extremely high quality, huge amounts of fun and very well run and organised. The absolute best thing about the hotel were the staff and reps, so attentive and accommodating at all times. I would like to pick out Gazel, Halil and Dilek from the sports and games team and Büşra as the tennis coach. They made every game so much fun, even when there were large groups to manage. They made us feel so welcome at all times, so much fun during the evening entertainment. They are the real stars of the hotel and wish them all the best and hope to see them again soon

Açıkçası Bodrum'da bu kadar otel içinde bu otelde konaklama yaptığıma üzüldüm. Herşeyi sırası ile yazacağım ki gelmeyi düşünen herkesi aydınlatsın. Öncelikle en garip şey tatil boyunca su peşinde koşmak oldu. Odanıza bırakılan bir şişe 1.5 ltlik su dışında şişelenmiş suya ulaşma ihtimaliniz bu otelde yok. Deniz kenarında güneşleniyorsunuz ve susadınız diyelim, kalkıp giyinip en yakındaki bara gidip bardakla su içmeniz gerekiyor. Zaten plajda içecek için bar da yok, servis yapan da yok. Bu otele gitmeyi düşünenler yanlarında su getirsin. İkincisi deniz de hayal kırıklığı. Sabah çok erken saatlerde düz ve sakin yakalayabilirseniz çok şanslısınız, onun haricinde gün boyu dalgalı ve deniz anası da getiren bir denizi var. Sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemekleri lezzetli ancak öğle yemeği büfesi için aynı şeyi söyleyemem. Zaten ana restoranda servis edilmiyor. Sadece snack bar kısmında büfe açılıyor ve sanırım akşamdan kalan yemekleri tüketebilmek için böyle tasarlanmış. Odalarda hiç çekmece yok. Tüm eşyalarınız ortada kalıyor. Yatak başlarına birer tane sehpa konulmuş. Balkonda durum daha komik, iki adet banyo taburesi şeklinde yerden 15 cm yüksekliğinde olan tabureye oturup, demir parmaklıklar ardından dışarıyı izleyebilirsiniz. Banyoda kullanımına sunulan şeyler sıvı sabun, şampuan ya da duş jeli ( hangisi olduğuna emin değilim, tek şişe vardı) bir de tuvalet kağıdı var. Pamuk, kağıt peçete vs bulamazsınız. Spor salonu fotoğrafta göründüğü gibi değil, ekipmanları eski ve yetersiz. Bira çok kötü , şaraplar kalitesiz. Odada minibara litrelik fanta ve coca cola koymuşlar. Hayatımda ilk kez bir minibarda litrelik içecek gördüm. Soda dahi konulmuyor. Otelde bir kez amfi tiyatroda gösteri izledim. Güzeldi ama birkaç gün sonra başka bir otelde konaklarken aynı grubu tekrar izledim. Yani gösteri yapanlar otel otel dolaşan sanatçılar, yani otele özel bir durum değilmiş. Spa kısmında buhar odası bozukmuş. Sadece sauna çalışıyor.

This was my fourth visit to TUI MAGIC LIFE Bodrum, and once again I had a wonderful, fun and memorable stay. I really enjoyed the warm welcome, friendly service, beautiful atmosphere and the amazing entertainment throughout the resort. The parties were definitely one of the highlights, especially the Sunset Dinner, El Fuego Night, and the Tuesday and Thursday parties. A special thank you to Utku Gelebi, Club Manager, and Umit Ergül, Manager, for their hospitality and professionalism. And of course, DJ Ufuk for the great music and energy. I would also like to thank the fantastic bar attendants, especially Hasan and Mustafa, for their friendly and excellent service. They truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

As this was my fourth visit, I would love to share a few suggestions to make the experience even better. I would really appreciate having the disco/night club open every night, as nightlife is an important part of the MAGIC LIFE experience. It would also be great to add more variety to the party schedule, especially an Afro House Party or a Boheme/Boho-style party. I believe these additions would create even more exciting and unique experiences for guests. These are only suggestions from a returning guest who genuinely loves the resort and hopes to see it become even better for future visits. ❤️✨

Musik ist sehr laut! Beim Pool und Animation OK, aber warum muss bei Beach House auch non-stop laute Musik sein?

Le cadre est absolument magnifique. La beauté du paysage, entre la mer et les espaces extérieurs parfaitement intégrés à l’environnement, offre un véritable dépaysement. La vue est superbe et contribue énormément au charme du séjour. La nourriture est également un véritable point fort : variée, de très bonne qualité et savoureuse. Nous avons vraiment très bien mangé tout au long de notre séjour. Un très beau cadre associé à une excellente restauration !

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un très beau cadre extérieur, ce qui rend d’autant plus regrettable le décalage avec le standing des chambres. Celles-ci sont malheureusement vieillissantes et mériteraient une véritable rénovation afin d’être à la hauteur du reste de l’établissement. La literie est également un point faible : les matelas sont particulièrement durs et nous les avons trouvés vraiment inconfortables. Une attention particulière devrait aussi être portée au linge de toilette. Certaines serviettes avaient parfois une odeur désagréable et, malheureusement, celles mises à disposition dans la salle de sport dégageaient une très forte odeur de transpiration. À ce niveau, un renouvellement complet des serviettes nous semblerait nécessaire. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’hôtel dispose d’un cadre magnifique et d’un très beau potentiel. Avec des chambres rénovées, une literie plus confortable et un linge de toilette renouvelé, l’expérience pourrait être nettement plus qualitative et davantage en accord avec l’image et le standing que l’établissement souhaite offrir.

Worn out rooms, the food/drinks quality is mediocre as you would expect from most of the all inclusive hotels

I am from Dublin, Ireland, and my husband and I stayed at TUI MAGIC LIFE Bodrum for four days. Unfortunately, what was meant to be a relaxing all-inclusive holiday left us deeply disappointed and, in some respects, genuinely concerned about the standard of care and facilities provided at the resort. There are several serious issues I feel TUI needs to address. 1. Inadequate medical facilities and lack of accessible medical support This is by far my most serious concern. How can a large international hotel and resort group such as TUI operate a resort of this size without a properly equipped in-house medical facility and an English-speaking doctor or medical professional available to guests? The resort has what is described as a clinic, but it is essentially a very small room staffed by a nurse who was unable to communicate with us in English. After several minutes of attempting to communicate through a phone translator, we were told that nothing could be done and that the nurse would need to contact an external clinic. During our stay, my husband became unwell with what initially appeared to be a basic cold and cough. There was not even basic cold medication readily available at the resort. After the difficulty communicating with the nurse, we were directed to an external clinic approximately 30 minutes away. The situation became particularly concerning because his condition escalated quite quickly while we were trying to find appropriate medical assistance. I also became unwell during our stay following severe digestive issues and required medical attention at the same external clinic. Having to travel approximately 30 minutes away to receive medical care raises serious questions about what would happen in a genuine medical emergency. More importantly, what happens to a guest who is travelling alone, does not speak Turkish, is not comfortable using a translation service, or suddenly becomes seriously ill?

Es war einer der schönsten Urlaubsaufenthalte meines Lebens. Ich hätte mir unseren Aufenthalt wirklich nicht besser vorstellen können. Das Essen ist hervorragend, der Strand wunderschön und die gesamte Atmosphäre einfach perfekt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das gesamte Guest-Relations-Team, bei dem ich mich an dieser Stelle noch einmal herzlich bedanken möchte. Vor allem Meryem und Berfin waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam und haben uns bei jeder Angelegenheit sofort und mit viel Engagement geholfen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese wunderschöne Woche – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Der Strand und das Meer sind wirklich wunderschön. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Essen: Die Auswahl ist unglaublich vielfältig, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr gut. Für mich tatsächlich eine der besten Hotelküchen, die ich bisher erlebt habe. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Was für mich bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie wirklich fehlt, ist ein Service direkt am Strand. Das empfand ich als deutlichen Minuspunkt. Außerdem gibt es keinen direkten Aufzug zur Lobby, was im Alltag etwas umständlich ist. Die Plastikbecher am Pool haben teilweise einen unangenehmen Geruch und passen aus meiner Sicht nicht zum Anspruch des Hotels. Auch die Handtuchregelung, bei der man nur einmal täglich Handtücher erhält, finde ich unnötig restriktiv. Zudem haben wir festgestellt, dass die Mitarbeiter an der Lobby bzw. Rezeption abends teilweise andere Informationen geben als tagsüber. Hier wäre eine einheitlichere Kommunikation wünschenswert.

Konaklamamız boyunca son derece huzurlu bir atmosfer vardı ve otel çalışanları her anımızla yakından ilgilendi. Özellikle temizlik görevlisi Hatice Hanım’ın içten kibarlığı ve gösterdiği özen için kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Doğum günüm için hazırladıkları o ince sürpriz de günümüzü güzelleştiren bir jest oldu. Mutfak tarafında ise yemekler hem son derece lezzetliydi hem de her damak tadına hitap eden zengin bir çeşitlilik sunuyordu. Otelin her köşesinden karşımıza çıkan sevimli kediler ise favorimiz oldu.

Tek küçük eksiklik, odamızın aydınlatmasının biraz yetersiz kalmasıydı; ışıklar biraz daha canlı olsa harika olurdu.

Otelin ortak kullanim alanlari cok temiz. Calisanlar guleryuzlu ve gercekten herkes isini cok guzel yapıyor. Yemeklerin çeşitli olmasini sevdik. Otelde iki havuz var, birinin muzikli diğerinin sakin olmasi guzel dusunulmus. Otelin mobil uygulamasi da oldukca faydali, bu sayede nerde ne var görebiliyor, aktivitelere rez yapabiliyorsunuz. Cok memnun ayrıldığımız bir konaklama oldu. Turceyin hanımın guleryuzlulugu ve Musa Bey'in ilgisi icin ayrica tesekkur ederiz.

Annex building tarafindaydi odamiz, yanilmiyorsam 6181, maalesef ciddi rutubet/nem sorunu vardı. 3 gece konakladigimiz icin idare ettik fakat konaklama kalitesini olumsuz etkileyen bir durum, umarım bir an once cozum bulunur. Bir de sezlonglara havlu birakilmasi ve havlu birakilan yere saatlerce kimsenin gelmemesi gibi bir durum var, buna bir duzenleme getirilirse herkes sezlonglarin keyfini çıkarabilir.

Le personnel était adorable et vraiment aux petits soins. Les repas étaient variés et de bonne qualité. La vue sur la plage était magnifique, un vrai plus ! La disponibilité des taxis pour se rendre en ville, juste en face de l’établissement, est également très pratique. Le restaurant ouvert 24h/24 et 7j/7 est un autre point positif. Globalement, une très bonne expérience et un séjour que je recommande.

Ein Lifestyle Hotel, essen auf andere Level Gut, nicht wie man es kennt in all inklsv Hotels. Sehr Qualitativ und jeden Tag was neues.

Bei Beach Bar, und Wunderbar die Personal bedient sehr langsam oder ungewohnt. Die Arbeiter warten extra schauen nicht in die Augen bis sein Mitarbeiter die Arbeit bekommt. Vorallem bei Beach Bar.

Resort ampio e curato. Bella la spiaggia di cui dispone, con tante postazioni che permettono di trovare sempre posto. Idem per le due belle piscine esterne. Offre tantissimi servizi e attività durante tutta la giornata grazie ad uno staff giovane e molto numeroso (ho apprezzato in particolare le attività di fitness e crossfit). Anche per la sera, non mancano mai intrattenimento e spettacoli a tema. Tantissimo personale operante quasi h24 anche nella gestione e pulizia degli spazi esterni e delle camere (giardinieri, donne delle pulizie, facchini). Cibo abbondante, vario, ben preparato (soprattutto per quanto riguarda colazione e cena, meno scelta invece a pranzo), servito da personale molto attento e gentile. Gradito il chioschetto del gelato.

Avevamo scelto l’opzione “ampia camera matrimoniale”. In effetti le dimensioni della camera erano soddisfacenti, tuttavia avevamo chiesto un piano alto e invece eravamo al pianterreno. Inoltre la camera non disponeva di un balcone, ma di uno striminzito spazio esterno dove potevamo a mala pena stendere i costumi. Abbiamo quindi chiesto di cambiare camera, ma alla reception ci hanno risposto (in maniera non molto garbata) che la struttura era al completo. Inoltre al nostro arrivo la camera non era sufficientemente pulita, pertanto abbiamo chiesto di lavarla nuovamente e siamo stati accontentati. Delusi infine dalla SPA, perché il servizio all inclusive comprende solo l’accesso alla piscina interna (con acqua molto fredda) e alla sauna. Il bagno turco era guasto a quanto ci hanno detto, il resto è a pagamento.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und wir wurden vom Personal von Anfang an herzlich empfangen. Besonders Frau Teslime ist uns durch ihre freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung positiv in Erinnerung geblieben. Da mir Strand und Meer im Urlaub sehr wichtig sind, war ich besonders begeistert vom wunderschönen türkisfarbenen und sehr sauberen Wasser. Man konnte dort wunderbar schwimmen. 🌊 Auch Herr Yasin von der Lobby-Bar verdient ein großes Dankeschön. Da ich beim Kaffee sehr wählerisch bin, habe ich mich besonders gefreut, dass er mir einen hervorragenden Kaffee zubereitet hat, der fast wie zu Hause geschmeckt hat. ☕🤩 Die Zimmer sind minimalistisch eingerichtet, bieten aber alles Notwendige. Ein Bügeleisen ist nicht vorhanden; stattdessen gibt es gegen Gebühr einen Bügelservice. Mein persönliches Highlight war der SPA-Bereich. Weil es mir dort so gut gefallen hat, war ich während des Aufenthalts gleich zweimal dort. Klare Empfehlung!

Die Ausstattung der Minibar hat mich etwas überrascht. Im Zimmer gab es große 1,5-Liter-Flaschen Cola, Fanta und Wasser. Solch große Flaschen habe ich bisher noch in keiner Hotel-Minibar gesehen. Da ich keinen Alkohol trinke, hätte ich mich über kleinere Getränke oder zum Beispiel eine Dose Red Bull als Alternative gefreut. Etwas störend war außerdem die Handtuchausgabe. Wir mussten bei einer Mitarbeiterin immer warten, da sie die Rückgabe und Ausgabe der Handtücher Punkt genau startete. Dadurch entstanden teilweise unnötige Wartezeiten.

Resort curato e pulito, ristorante principale con vasta scelta e cibo di qualità, vale la pena provare anche i ristoranti su prenotazione. Camere confortevoli, staff e animazione sempre gentili e disponibili.

TUI Magic is a great place for vocation. Especially for couples who are looking for quite place with wonderful meals and clean sea. Fresh meals and products, clean rooms, are is very clean. a lot of friendly cats! Staff is great. I would like to specially mention Can, Muhammad, Gurbet Hanum (all of them are from restaurant service) and Mehmet (from life guard). We will back to this wonderful place again, this is for sure.

La chambre était un peu petite

Das Essen war sehr vielfältig. Für jeden war etwas dabei. Geschmacklich sehr gut und schön hergerichtet. Mir hat besonders das Frühstück gut gefallen. Die Auswahl an Obst, Käse, Müsli und Brotsorten war genau nach meinem Geschmack. Die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen waren top. Die Zimmer sind sauber, gemütlich und groß genug. Unsere Aussicht im Haupthaus zum Meer war traumhaft. Das Personal ist aber besonders zum hervorheben. Ohne Sie wäre das alles nicht möglich. Sie machen alle einen top Job und verdienen meiner Meinung nach mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Respekt von den Gästen.

Wir waren im Haupthaus untergebracht und hatten z.T. sehr laute Nachbarn. Nächtliche Türzuknallerei und lautes Gebrülle in der Nacht ist Erziehungssache, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and easily accessible. It is set in a large and beautiful area, with plenty of options when it comes to food and entertainment. There is something for everyone, and overall, it is definitely a hotel worth the money.

During my stay, I became seriously unwell and experienced what I believe was a heart attack. In a desperate situation, I went to the hotel’s medical facility for help. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the person who presented himself as the doctor. I genuinely questioned whether he had any medical or first-aid knowledge at all. While I was struggling to breathe, he seemed more interested in his phone than in dealing with my condition. He tried to check my pulse using a machine, but the device was not working. Instead of taking appropriate action, he started trying to replace the batteries while I was in serious distress. Even after this, the machine still did not work. He then offered to call an ambulance, but only around 5–10 minutes before the ambulance was due to arrive, he informed me that both the ambulance and the clinic I would be taken to would be private and that I would have to pay. When I explained that I was in a critical condition and asked him to call an ambulance to a public hospital, he responded that the ambulance he had already called was almost there and suggested that I could speak to them and perhaps go with them if I agreed to pay. I was in an extremely vulnerable and frightening situation, yet I felt that the main concern was the cost rather than my health and safety. I eventually had no choice but to leave the hotel and go outside to find a taxi myself. Even in that condition, I was still being asked to speak to the ambulance staff about payment. This was an extremely distressing experience. I sincerely hope that the person responsible for medical assistance at the hotel receives proper training and takes his responsibility towards guests’ health much more seriously. In an emergency, guests should feel safe and cared for, not left feeling helpless and worried about money.

Very disappointing experience We booked a 7-night stay for 3 adults through Booking.com. On arrival, the first room was unsuitable, with a double bed and sofa bed rather than the additional single bed we expected. We were then moved to another room which had clearly not been used for some time. The air conditioning was not working properly and, the following morning, the sink was leaking. When we asked the hotel to move us, we were told to contact Booking.com because we had booked through them. Despite repeatedly contacting Booking.com while abroad, we received little meaningful support and were repeatedly told someone would contact us within 24 hours. We were eventually moved to another room on day 3. Most concerning was being told by the TUI representative that Booking.com customers get the “cheapest rooms” and that we “get what we pay for”. If this is genuinely the case, it is extremely disappointing. I booked through Booking.com because I trusted the platform. Unfortunately, when problems arose, I felt completely unsupported.

We enjoyed our stay overall, especially the food, which was good and offered a nice variety. The manager, Ramazan, was very helpful, kind, and professional. He genuinely tried to assist us and was one of the highlights of our stay.

Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment. We had booked and paid for a sea-view room with a balcony, but we were given a completely different room with no balcony and only a very small window. The room also had a strong mould smell, which was particularly concerning as we have asthma. We immediately raised the issue with the hotel team, but we were told the hotel was overbooked and there was no alternative room available. We also contacted Booking.com, but unfortunately they were unable to help us resolve the situation during our stay. Considering the price we paid, the experience was far more expensive than what we expected for the room and service provided. We were also surprised that the bathroom did not provide basic amenities such as shampoo and shower gel. Overall, the good food and Ramazan’s helpful attitude were appreciated, but the room we received did not match what we had booked, and this significantly affected our stay.

Absolument tout ! La nourriture est excellente, les chambres et infrastructures sont très propres les animations sont variées et l’eau est magnifique. Des vacances de rêves !

Avevamo prenotato un’ampia camera matrimoniale ed era realmente tale e comoda. La ristorazione è variegata, ce n’è per tutti i gusti, il ristorante principale rimane aperto fino alle 16, questo è molto comodo. Abbiamo partecipato a due spettacoli di intrattenimento nel dopo cena, entrambi riusciti.

• La spiaggia non corrisponde affatto alle foto pubblicate sul sito della struttura. È piccola e piena di pietre, gli ombrelloni sono troppo ravvicinati e, cosa ancora più grave, non c’è un responsabile della spiaggia. Le persone occupano gli stessi posti per giorni semplicemente lasciando un oggetto personale sulla sdraio. Per questo motivo mi è capitato di scendere in spiaggia anche alle 6:30 del mattino per riuscire a trovare un ombrellone libero. Non è accettabile dover puntare la sveglia alle 6 durante una vacanza solo per assicurarsi un posto in spiaggia, quando basterebbe un controllo adeguato da parte del personale. Questo problema si verificava soprattutto nella parte alta della spiaggia, dove la situazione era ancora più evidente. Per quanto mi riguarda, si tratta di un GRAVE DISSERVIZIO: non essendoci un sistema di assegnazione o di pagamento anticipato del posto in spiaggia, alla fine sembra prevalere la prepotenza di chi occupa i posti per giorni interi. • Il bagno della nostra camera era minuscolo e molto angusto. Allegherò delle foto per rendere meglio l’idea delle dimensioni. • La camera era situata al piano terra e affacciava direttamente su un ristorante. Sia durante la colazione che durante la cena non avevamo praticamente alcuna privacy ed eravamo costretti a tenere le tende sempre chiuse. Nonostante avessimo manifestato il nostro malcontento, la receptionist Rikiye non si è dimostrata per nulla professionale: ci ha liquidati in pochi secondi, fingendo di prendere in carico la nostra richiesta, senza però farsi più sentire. • La gelateria è un’idea sicuramente positiva, ma il suo orario di apertura rappresenta un limite: rimane aperta solamente fino alle 16:00. • Formula All Inclusive: abbiamo pagato per la formula All Inclusive, ma, per quanto riguarda il bar, la definizione ci è sembrata una vera presa in giro. Come “All Inclusive” vengono offerte praticamente solo due noccioline.

The location and the food was great

We needed to ask specifically for our room to be cleaned.Was very frustrating because at the time of arrival we were informed that the rooms will be cleaned every day as long as we don't ask to skip cleaning.For 5 day our room was cleaned only twice although we never asked to skip cleaning.The second cleaning was just before we left after putting twice request and complaining.

Les personnelles et les animateurs étaient sympathique. Les nourritures étaient bonnes. La mer et la plage sont magnifiques.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options, and there were plenty of enjoyable activities throughout the day. The staff were always extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the service was impressively quick and efficient. We would especially like to thank Meryem, who took such great care of us and made us feel very welcome, and Tayfun, the archery instructor, for his professionalism, enthusiasm and friendly approach. We also have to give a special mention to the evening meals. Having stayed at many five-star hotels over the years, we can honestly say that the dinners here were among the very best we have ever experienced. The quality, variety and presentation of the food were absolutely outstanding. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The combination of excellent food, enjoyable activities and genuinely warm and attentive staff made our stay particularly memorable. A huge thank you to the whole team!

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Turkey. It is really a gem. The staff is very professional and friendly. Food was excellent, with a wide variety of international cuisines. While the sea was a bit colder than expected, we enjoyed the infinity pool during the day; and the bars, late night entertainment at night. The facilities are kept clean. We especially enjoyed the resident cats with their dedicated homes as well as the flower & herbs garden.

The beds were a bit harder than what we are used to at home. But still they were ok.

The only positives were the beautiful beach, and the breakfast.but Overall, this hotel does not meet five-star standards and was very poor value for money.

This is definitely not a five-star hotel. At best, it feels like a three- or four-star property. The staff were not friendly, welcoming, or responsive, and every request took around 40 minutes to an hour. The room was outdated, the air conditioning barely worked, the towels were worn out, and the bathroom felt more like a public restroom. Basic toiletries and a vanity kit were also missing, and the entire hotel clearly needs renovation and maintenance. Considering that we paid more than USD 485 per night, the standard and service were extremely disappointing. For the same price in Dubai, you could stay at a genuinely luxurious hotel and receive far better service. The only positives were the beautiful beach, and the breakfast. Overall, this hotel does not meet five-star standards and was very poor value for money.

Dass das Hotel direkt am Meer liegt, ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Das ist für mich ein wichtiges Kriterium, weil ich lieber im Meer als im Pool schwimme. Der Strand ist teilweise steinig und teilweise sandig. Das Hotel bietet zahlreiche Aktivitäten wie Fahrradtouren, Bogenschießen, Tennis, Fußball, Fitness und vieles mehr. Auch am Abend gibt es verschiedene Musikveranstaltungen, Partys und Unterhaltungsprogramme – langweilig wird es hier definitiv nicht. Das komplette Wochenprogramm des Hotels lässt sich bequem über die App verfolgen. Außerdem ist das WLAN sehr leistungsstark. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hatten wir keinerlei Verbindungsprobleme.

Auch wenn ich persönlich das Schwimmen im Meer bevorzuge, hätten der Hauptpool und der Infinity-Pool meiner Meinung nach etwas größer sein können. Insgesamt fand ich die Übernachtungspreise recht hoch. Obwohl wir All Inclusive gebucht hatten, hat es mich enttäuscht, dass für einige Aktivitäten zusätzliche Gebühren verlangt wurden. Zum Beispiel bietet das Hotel Bootsausflüge mit dem hoteleigenen Boot an, verlangt dafür jedoch 74 € pro Person. Meiner Meinung nach ist das deutlich zu teuer. In Datça gibt es ganztägige Bootstouren bereits für etwa 20 bis 30 € pro Person.

Si trova direttamente sul mare e la spiaggia è sabbiosa. Gli spazi sono curati e ben tenuti. Il personale gentile e disponibile, tranne un tipo alla reception ( non ricordo il nome , ma era pieno di orecchini, giusto per riconoscerlo) che si è mostrato sordo alla nostra richiesta di cambiare stanza, diversamente da Kamisan che invece ci ha assistito ed accontentato in tutti i modi. Bouffet abbondanti e vari. Spettacoli professionali.

Il bagno aveva dettagli un po’ trascurati , tipo la tavoletta del water dí plastica non ancorata bene.

We had a great stay at TUI! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the hotel is packed with activities. The food variety and quality is very good, tons of options to choose from! They have different shows and parties every night, beautiful live performances and the silent disco party was awesome! We had a lot of fun!

Room very nice set up! Food was fabulous for all meals. The beach is very nice and sandy. Staff very friendly everywhere (restaurants, bars, extra activities) and provided a lot of fun at the evening parties.

My expectation was in the room to have shampoo, shower gel and body lotion but there was only a type of shower gel in a bag. The balcony is a bit small.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, leider zu wenige Liegen am Strand. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Von der Hygiene her war es leider nicht so, unser Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber, sodass ich selbst nach putzen musste. Was uns auch gestört hat war, dass direkt vor unserem Zimmer ein Wasserrohr aufgebohrt wurde, was zu Lärm und schmutz geführt hat und die neuen Schuhe von meinem Mann schmutzig wurden. Die Bauarbeiter waren zwar sehr freundlich aber ich finde das vom Hotel wenigstens die Option mit Zimmerwechsel oder eine Entschädigung hatte kommen können, denn wir hatten 2 Tage lang den Lärm zu hören. Das Personal war teils überfordert, was zu einigen Fehlern geführt hat.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und möchten uns herzlich beim gesamten Team bedanken! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Meryem vom Guest Service, die sich sehr liebevoll und aufmerksam um uns gekümmert hat, insbesondere bei der Reservierung im À-la-carte-Restaurant. Ihre herzliche und freundliche Art ist wirklich besonders. Auch Fahriye war stets sehr nett und freundlich. Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an Burak, den Chef des À-la-carte-Restaurants. Er hat sich persönlich um unser Anliegen gekümmert und sich wirklich große Mühe gegeben, damit wir zufrieden sind. Das war einfach toll! Auch der Tenniskurs mit Büşra hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Sie ist eine tolle Persönlichkeit und eine super Tennislehrerin! Nicht zu vergessen Yasin an der Wunderbar in der Lobby – er macht einen wirklich perfekten Cappuccino und hervorragenden Kaffee! ☕️ Zum Schluss möchten wir uns ganz besonders bei Herrn Ümit, dem Director, bedanken. Er ist sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und vor allem lösungsorientiert. Was uns besonders gefallen hat: Wenn einmal ein Problem auftritt, bemühen sich alle Mitarbeiter und Verantwortlichen sofort darum, eine gute Lösung zu finden und die Gäste glücklich zu machen. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft haben wir sehr geschätzt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen schönen Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️

Un séjour tout simplement exceptionnel ! C’est de loin le meilleur all-inclusive que j’ai fait en termes de choix et de qualité de nourriture. Mention spéciale au bar à l'entrée et son super concept d'infusions à composer soi-même (gros coup de cœur pour l'association sauge et verveine !). Malgré un petit malentendu le premier jour sur les chambres, le personnel s'est montré très conciliant et réactif, et nous avons fini par avoir d'excellentes chambres. L’équipe d'animation est juste extraordinaire, de vraies pépites ! Le staff nous a aussi aidés à préparer une superbe surprise pour l'anniversaire de ma mère, un moment inoubliable. Et regarder les matchs de la Coupe du Monde dans la salle de conférence réaménagée offrait une ambiance merveilleuse ! Un grand merci à l'ensemble du personnel pour leurs précieux conseils et leur bienveillance. Clin d'œil particulier à Ramazan au service pour sa courtoisie et son professionnalisme irréprochable. Tout le monde sans exception était au top !

Absolument rien ! Le petit ajustement de chambre du premier jour a été géré avec tellement de gentillesse et d'efficacité que le reste du séjour a été un sans-faute parfait.

The only thing good on this property was the beach which is made by Mother Nature.

1-The rooms are super small and outdated, you barely fit in the shower. 2-Food is the same every day local food, in a week we had no seafood at all. There are 2 A la Carte restaurants but the fun is that they serve the same food from the buffet, also you have to pay for the alcohol. They even served us a cocktail that they took it from the beach bar with the nasty alcohol and they changed us 10$ for that. 3-No activities at all, the only thing you can do in the evening is go to the loud disco and drink the terrible alcohol that they offer. 4-There are 2 dirty swimming pools and the only thing you can do in this place is sit on the beach and swim. Do not spend 3400$ like me in this place if you want more fun. With those money you can enjoy much more somewhere else.

Stanza poco pulita, odore di acqua stagnante e umido persistente che non andava via Le donne delle pulizie non avevano orari quindi non si capiva mai quando sarebbero passate e anche quella volta che sono passate la pulizia era molto approssimativa Il buffet è ampissimo ma le cose non sono cucinate in maniera curata, sembra ci sia solo abbondanza ma nessuna cura In più gli ultimi due giorni abbiamo avuto un’intossicazione alimentare e non abbiamo nemmeno provato a rivolgerci all’infermiere presente perché ci proponeva di portarci in una clinica e farci spendere 180 euro solo per una visita Il personale era a dir poco indisponente: la maggior parte non parlava nemmeno una parola di inglese e non erano per niente disponibili in generale. L’ultimo giorno abbiamo chiesto di prenotarci un taxi per il giorno dopo Prima ci dicono che lo avrebbero fatto Poi siamo andati a sentire per conferma alle 22 di sera e ci hanno detto di arrangiarci e chiamarlo noi perché loro non lo fanno Insomma tutto molto deludente Anche la forma all inclusive non è effettivamente così, includono solo le cose più scadenti e per il resto bisogna pagare!

Private beach, excellent staff. Nothing is like Turkish hospitality. Dont even bother to go to Kos, huge difference between turkish hospitality and greek.

Хорошее расположение, красивые виды, чистая вода. Повара старались удивить, неплохая еда для турецкого отеля. Много развлечений и аниматоры просто супер. Особенно понравилась аквааэробика и стрельба из лука. Есть спа комплекс, там все понравилось. Сами номера в хорошем состоянии, как и весь отель. Садовникам большой респект, много зелени, ландшафт приятный, все очень ухоженно.

Персонал был откровенно грубым. Люди на ресепшене просто бесполезные. Один раз мне попался приятный молодой человек, двое других были грубыми. Официанты приятные, но одна официантка просто испортила все впечатление о персонале. Уборка в номерах плохая. С точки зрения оснащения номера - у вас будет один гель для душа + шампунь 2 в 1. Мыть этим голову не советую, везите с собой свое. Обед днем в летнем кафе, весьма посредственный. Если хотите мяса - будьте готовы стоять очередь на улице прямо перед человеком который при вас его готовит. Поверьте мне, это жарко. Кальян не заказывайте ни в коем случае, хуже в жизни не пробовала, представить не могу как можно сделать такой хреновый кальян в принципе.

Das Essen war wirklich gut, es hatte für jeden etwas dabei. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Mir persönlich haben jedoch das Abendessen sowie die Restaurants und das Mittagessen am Strand besser gefallen. Ich finde, beim Frühstück könnte man sich noch etwas mehr Mühe geben, aber insgesamt war auch dieses gut.

Mit unserem Zimmer waren wir leider nicht zufrieden. Die Lage war grundsätzlich gut – sowohl zur Lobby als auch zum Restaurant waren die Wege kurz. Allerdings befand sich unser Zimmer ganz unten und wir hatten einen sehr schmalen Balkon, an dem ständig andere Gäste vorbeiliefen. Dadurch hatten wir kaum Privatsphäre. Wir haben dies reklamiert, leider wurde jedoch nichts unternommen. Das war für uns enttäuschend. Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich. Viele Mitarbeitende sind junge Lernende, die dort den Beruf in der Gastronomie erlernen. Das finde ich grundsätzlich eine tolle Sache und unterstütze ich gerne. Man hat jedoch gemerkt, dass teilweise noch Erfahrung fehlt. Beispielsweise ging man an die Bar und bestellte Wasser. Teilweise wurde dann einfach ein Glas hingestellt und mit den Worten „Hier links ist Wasser“ darauf verwiesen. Das wirkte leider etwas unpersönlich und nicht besonders gastfreundlich. Für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich mir einen aufmerksameren und herzlicheren Service gewünscht. Insgesamt finde ich es gut, dass junge Menschen gefördert werden, aber beim Service gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial.
