,,Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden.Besonders die Unterhaltung hat uns enttäuscht da das Angebot sehr begrenzt und wenig abwechslungsreich war.Auch das Essen hat unseren Erwartungen nicht entsprochen.Die Auswahl war teilweise gering und Qualität nicht überzeugend.Insgesamt hatten wir uns für den Preis deutlich mehr erwartet und würden das Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

The bar staff were attentive and very good. The shop was well stocked and the shop staff were very helpful.

The food quality was poor and usually hot food was served cold. Cleaning was sporadic. I requested my room to be cleaned and towels changed a number of times and this took over two days to be fulfilled. There was no control of the beach. People would place towels to take a lounger and not attend the beach all day. This left many people not being able to sit on the beach. The facilities on the beach were poor due to a lack of cleaning. The reception team failed on a number of occasions to deal with simple requests such as providing a laundry bag to the room. Overall I was very disappointed.

Otelin en güzel yanı kesinlikle denizi; gerçekten mükemmel, tertemiz ve çok keyifliydi. Otelin hem içi hem de dış alanları oldukça güzel, bakımlı ve büyük bir tesis. Genel olarak ferah ve güzel bir atmosfere sahip. Personel güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Odamız gayet yeterli ve rahattı; özellikle balkonların geniş olması çok hoşumuza gitti. Oda temizliğinden de memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu, koyu ve denizi gerçekten çok güzel. Tesisin genel görünümü de 5 yıldızlı bir otele yakışır şekilde. Ancak tüm bu güzel özelliklerin yanında yemeklerin de aynı seviyede olmasını beklerdik. Maalesef yemekler konaklamamızın en zayıf noktasıydı ve beklentimizi karşılamadı.

Maalesef otelin yemekleri beklentimi hiç karşılamadı. Ana yemekler, özellikle et çeşitleri ve tatlılar hem lezzet hem de kalite açısından oldukça yetersizdi. Böylesine güzel bir koyda ve konumda bulunan 5 yıldızlı bir otelin yemeklerinin çok daha iyi seviyede olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Ayrıca otele ilk girişte, 5 yıldızlı ve her şey dahil hizmet veren bir tesiste vale hizmeti olmasını beklerdim. Aracımı otelin yönlendirdiği alana kendim park etmek durumunda kaldım. İlk karşılama ve hizmet kalitesi açısından bu konuda da bir düzenleme yapılabilir. Deniz gerçekten çok güzel, otelin en güzel taraflarından biri. Ancak müşteri sayısına kıyasla şezlong sayısı oldukça yetersiz. İnsanlar sabah çok erken saatlerde şezlonglara havlu bırakarak yer ayırıyor ve bazen saatlerce, hatta günün büyük bölümünde şezlongları kullanmıyorlar. Bu nedenle gerçekten kullanmak isteyen misafirler yer bulmakta zorlanıyor. Otel yönetiminin bu konuda bir düzenleme yapmasının gerekli olduğunu düşünüyorum. Çocuklu aileler açısından da bazı eksikler olduğunu düşünüyorum. Çocuk kulübünde yalnızca bir top havuzu vardı ve bunun dışında herhangi bir aktiviteye denk gelmedik. Ayrıca çocuk kulübünün temizliğine biraz daha özen gösterilebilir. Dışarıdaki çocuk parkı aslında oldukça güzel, ancak tamamen güneş altında kaldığı için özellikle gündüz saatlerinde çocukların burada oynaması neredeyse imkânsız. Bu nedenle parkın çok az kullanıldığını gözlemledik. Aynı durum çocuk havuzu için de geçerli; havuz tamamen güneş altında ve günün sıcak saatlerinde çocukların uzun süre kullanması oldukça zor. Hem çocuk parkının hem de çocuk havuzunun üzerinin uygun bir gölgelendirme sistemiyle kapatılması, bu alanları çok daha konforlu ve gün boyu kullanılabilir hale getirecektir. Genel olarak otelin koyu ve denizi gerçekten çok güzel. Ancak 5 yıldızlı ve her şey dahil bir otelden beklentimiz doğal olarak daha yüksek.

Ik vond het erg teleurstellend dat er plaatsen aan zee bezet werden gehouden en dat er geen aanspreekpunt aanwezig was om deze klacht te melden. Hierdoor was het bijna onmogelijk om een plek te vinden.

Ik heb helaas geen plek aan zee kunnen vinden, hoewel ik er maar vier dagen was. Daarnaast waren er veel ruzies tussen mensen met hetzelfde probleem, en er was geen begeleiding aanwezig om dit op te lossen.

Otel eski ve köklü bilinen bir otel, olanakları gerçekten çok iyi bar içeceklerini çok beğendim. Ordan deniz dolmuşlarıyla hemen merkeze gidiliyor çok hoşuma gitti.

Bazı çalışanların tavır ve tutumunu gerçekten hiç beğenmedim. Bazı yerlerde onlara da hak veriyorum çok fazla misafir vardı eski bir otelci olarak maaşlarına zam yapılmasını ya da oraya daha fazla personel alınmasını isterdim. Restoranda bir kuyruk var ve omlet almak istediğinizde orası pankek sırasıydı diyorlar. Herhangi bir tabela ya da sıranın neye göre oluştuğu hakkında kimsenin bir fikri yok. En önemlisi aile olarak misafir değilseniz servis görevlisi sizden önce oturulmuş masayı zahmet edip de almıyor dahi. Fakat diğerlerinin içeceklerine kadar yeniliyor.

Sadece konumu güzel çalışanlar resepsiyon katında ki bar bölümündeki Kübra hariç çok kötü

Ne-a plăcut tot. Locația este superbă cu parcare asigurată, curățenie exemplară, plaja privata, piscina curată, mâncare diversificata și foarte gustoasă. O armată de oameni harnici și zâmbitori s-au asigurat că avem un sejur frumos și relaxant. ❤️

Jedzenie monotonne, hotel w teorii ma 5 gwiazdek, ale zdecydowanie brakuje mu 3 do tej ligi. Personel w większości nie rozumie angielskiego, przez pobyt 7 dniowy 5 razy wzywaliśmy obsługę bo światło po prostu przestawało działać, na obsługę czekaliśmy 30 minut - BEZ ŚWIATŁA! Klimatyzacja też nie działa jak trzeba, nic nie działało jak trzeba. Lokalizacja też nie była najlepsza, wszystkie fajne popularne atrakcje, miejsca i plaże 20-50 minut od hotelu.

Sunt a 12 dată pe litoralul Turcesc, de la Kusadasi pina in Antalya am vazut hoteluri numai de 5 stele, resorturi de 5 stele dar aici cred că s-au cam fentat evaluatorii in legătură cu acordarea celor 5 stele. Nota 7 cu indulgente. Clar NU MAI REVIIIIIIIN! APROPO: venim in Turcia să ne răsfătăm si cu produsele de cofetarie- aici nu ai cu ce te răsfăța!

Это худший отель, в котором мы были. Если вы едете с детьми — не рекомендую. Для детей здесь нет ничего. Мини-клуб — пустая комната без игрушек, занятий и даже работающего телевизора. Питание ужасное: каждый день одно и то же. Почти вся еда, включая супы, со специями. Простую еду для маленького ребенка найти невозможно. Детского меню нет. На пляже нет туалета. Во время отдыха я получила тяжелое пищевое отравление. В один из дней на дорожке к пляжу лежали человеческие испражнения. Видимо ребенок не добежал, тк туалет только в основном здании. Номер был в плохом состоянии, два дня пытались добиться его замены. Супервайзеров найти невозможно — он всегда «занят». Номер заменили но мы ждали два дня. Этот отель ориентирован на взрослых, употребляющих алкоголь, а не на семьи с детьми. Единственный плюс — сотрудники, убирающие номера. В остальном это огромное разочарование. Больше никогда сюда не вернемся. Многие пишут про море - НО - рядом с пляжем, что и пляжам сложно назвать ширина 4-5 метров от каменной стены, откуда идет сточная вода, и куча яхт и катеров - реально можно по морю дойти пешком, они чуть дальше буйков, метра 2-3. Плюс это обычные лодки и не уверена, что у них есть накопители для испражнений.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Это был один из самых разочаровывающих опытов проживания в отеле в моей жизни. До приезда мы заранее попросили предоставить две комнаты рядом друг с другом, но нашу просьбу полностью проигнорировали. В результате нам дали номера, расположенные далеко друг от друга. Более того, в течение двух дней наши номера не убирались, а даже такую простую просьбу, как предоставить утюг, так и не выполнили. Самое большое разочарование вызвали сотрудники ресепшена, особенно Эмре. Вместо того чтобы попытаться решить возникшие проблемы, он проявил полное безразличие. Когда я сказал, что обязательно оставлю отрицательный отзыв о нашем опыте, он спокойно ответил: «Пожалуйста, можете написать.» По его реакции было очевидно, что мнение гостей и репутация отеля его совершенно не волнуют. Я также написал о своём недовольстве через чат отеля, но даже там не получил никакого ответа. Единственным человеком, который действительно проявил внимание и желание помочь, был руководитель службы безопасности. При любой возникшей проблеме именно он старался помочь нам. Искренне благодарю его за профессионализм и человеческое отношение. Отель запоминается не своим зданием, а тем, как он относится к своим гостям. К сожалению, этот отель полностью разочаровал нас уровнем сервиса, чистоты, коммуникации и профессионализма. Я не рекомендую этот отель. В Бодруме есть множество гостиниц, где гостей действительно ценят и предоставляют гораздо более высокий уровень сервиса.

Das Essen an war in den ersten drei Tagen sehr dürftig. An Personal hat es auch gemangelt. Die Snacks und Getränke waren im Zimmer nicht kostenlos obwohl es all inclusive war. Laut Hotel Ultra.

Great views, large balcony, well maintained facilities and bar staff were excellent. Great to have drinks and food on offer all day. Beach very nice with gorgeous clear water

We arrived late and were given a room that did not match what we had booked. Fuat worked to get us another room the next day which was fantastic and was what we had booked but we were unable to unpack and had to change rooms. We had also confirmed that we had a double bed, which the hotel confirmed via text however when we arrived we had to sleep night one in 2 singles. Food offering is extensive, however not always hot when it should be and only one lady working the egg station each morning so the queue to wait for an omelette was extremely long. We felt sorry for her. Beach sun beds need to be managed so that towels are not just left and chairs not available

Гостиница нам очень понравилась. Все есть, все продумано, номер шикарный с видом на море. Все было хорошо, персонал был отличный, да, они не говорят на Английском хорошо, но что нужно поймут и пытаются помочь. Еды не много, но всегда есть что поесть.

Может только не понравилось отношение на ресепшен менеджера Селим, два раза подходила к ней с вопросом и два раза она очень в грубой форме говорила самой решать эти вопросы (хотела продлить номер, второе заказать такси) А главное людей из Турции обслуживала с прекрасной улыбкой и бегала с ними даже по номерам. Я считаю это не правильно. Хотя другие парни и девушки на ресепшен были очень милыми и помогали всегда. Наверно это только Селим так относится к людям не своей национальности.

We stayed for 10 nights in July, and we ware satisfied in general. Location and the private beach are per our opinion best things related with this hotel. Everything is very close, but I would not suggest walking from the hotel to the city since one part is up hill. You have option using taxi ( approx 250 TRY) to the Marina, or water taxi very close to the hotel ( 100 TRY per person). Hotel is clean, cleaning lady is very nice, as well the staff from the restaurant, reception etc…They ate very nice and helpful. In hotel you have almost every night show for guest starting from 09:30 p.m.

Only thing that per our opinion for 5 stars hotel needs improving is food, and variety of choice. Guests are mainly from Türkiye, and the food is Turkish food which we love, but the food is mostly heavy for the summer, always with some sauce, and there is very limited choice of light food, not too greasy, or fish and seafood in general. Also during breakfast there is almost always big line at the eggs station, you should maybe think about having 2 people preparing the eggs in the morning, or prepare in advance at least regular omelet that people can take without waiting.

I masde my booking circa 30 days before heading there. As a result the amount I have paid for 2x seaview rooms all-inclusive was quite high. Nonetheless, it was comfortable enough for a family holiday. Staff always made an effort, althought, english speaking was limited (not a negative thing). Two members of staff stood out hohever - Mohammed in the bar and Emre in reception. Their professionalism and thus quality of service were way above the rest. The location is Premium. Overall a positive experience.

I booked 2x seaview rooms and as detailed above - paid premium $ for them. When I got the rooms allocated to us - I was extremelly unhappy with the sellection - couldn't sleep until after midnight because my room was just above the stage where every night was a show. Worst so was the lack of privacy which I made clear to reception. Immediately, I made my feelings known - 8x nights later nothing changend. In that regard I feel extremelly hard done by. Promisses weren't kept, and we ended up staying in the rooms allocated to us at arrival (2x seaview rooms x 8 nights) all-inclusive - the reception staff should have made an effort to accommodate my clear requests - prior & post arrival. Deffinately, something for Management to work on moving forward!

Generally, Azka Otel is the perfect destination for family holidays. It has a very good location, beach has all the facilities. The beach water was crystal clear. Food and beverages served nearly at everywhere. Reception, kitchen and SPA staff were brilliant. Nerve was making variety of delicious of scrambled eggs. Only the negative point is my room had a loud noise if I open the balkony door, from the rooftop air conditioners. So I couldn’t open the balcony door because of that noise. So I had no choice rather than to sleep with AC switched on entire nights. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone who loves Blue Flagged Crystal clear beach and full relaxation. Definitely I would love to visit next years again.

Ben yanlarına gidene kadar onları o kadar güzel, sıcak ve özenli bir şekilde ağırladılar ki bu incelik beni gerçekten çok mutlu etti. Tüm resepsiyon ekibine ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum. Давайте по пунктам: 1. Нас не заселили в оплаченный номер в 14.00. Потому что он не был готов и нам пришлось ждать на ресепшене почти час времени оплаченного номера. Менеджер не вышел к нам, чтобы объяснить ситуацию и хотя бы извиниться потому что по словам девочки с ресепшена " был на важной встрече". С кем менеджеру отеля по работе с гостями важнее встреча чем с недовольными гостями для нас осталось загадкой. 2. Wi fi не подключался до 16.00, потому что "технические проблемы у отеля". Когда он в итоге подключился, работал очень медленно и постоянно падал. Пришлось пользоваться моим мобильным интернетом, что в роуминге очень дорого. 3. В номере отеля 5 звезд (как он себя позиционирует, хотя там максимум 3 звезды по факту) не было: халатов, бокалов, кондиционера для волос и бальзама для тела. 4. Душ был сломан и его никто не отремонтировал после неоднократных обращений на ресепшен. 5. Телевидение в номере не работало. А в этот день был полуфинал Чемпионата мира по футболу!!! И никто его тоже не попытался даже отремонтировать. 6. Питание отвратительное по качеству, напитки еще хуже. Вино пришлось покупать в магазине, потому что то, которое предлагают в этом отеле пить невозможно. 7. И самое интересное - персонал не говорит по английски нигде - на ресепшене, в лобби, в барах, в спа даже на уровне базовых вещей: вода, счёт, вино, мясо и т.п.

The only truly beautiful thing about this place is the sea itself. The hotel’s overall atmosphere and vibes simply do not justify the cost. Unfortunately, despite the kindness of the staff, I would not recommend this hotel for the price charged. There are certainly better options available for the same budget.

Bu oteldeki konaklama deneyimim, ödediğim ücret göz önüne alındığında beklentilerimi karşılamadı. Bana verilen oda, benim açımdan oldukça karanlık ve manzarasızdı; konumu ve atmosferi nedeniyle bodrum kat hissi uyandırdı. Odaların ses yalıtımının yetersiz olduğunu düşündüm. Konaklamam sırasında, yan odalardan ve özellikle banyo kullanımından kaynaklanan sesler odamdan duyulabiliyordu. Bu durum, konforumu ve dinlenme deneyimimi olumsuz etkiledi. Yemeklerin lezzeti benim damak tadıma hitap etmedi ve bu fiyat seviyesindeki bir otelden beklediğim kaliteyi sunmadığını düşündüm. Plaj ise benim ziyaret ettiğim dönemde oldukça kalabalıktı ve rahat bir şekilde vakit geçirmeyi zorlaştırdı. Otelin en beğendiğim yanı denizin güzelliğiydi. Ancak genel atmosferi ve sunduğu deneyim, ödediğim ücret açısından beklentilerimi karşılamadı. Olumlu olarak belirtmek isterim ki, restoran çalışanları son derece nazik, yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Konaklamam boyunca gösterdikleri güler yüzlü hizmet, deneyimimin en olumlu yönlerinden biriydi ve kendilerine teşekkür ederim. Genel olarak, bu değerlendirme tamamen benim kişisel konaklama deneyimime dayanmaktadır. Fiyat-performans açısından beklentilerimi karşılamadığı için, benzer bütçeyle farklı seçeneklerin de değerlendirilmesini tavsiye ederim.

De locatie, het strand (hoewel geen lege strandbedden als je niet voor 7u op strand bent), de bedden, de kussens, het zwembad. De afstand v kamer naar strand en zwembad. De bloemen, de bomen en planten.

Personeel. Om 22u check in gedaanx ze hebben ons een uur laten wachten en verkeerde kamer gegeven. Onbeleefde desk worker. Ook de rest vh personeel zag er vrij ongelukkig uit. De security die om de 5min je bandje willen zien, waardoor je je constant geviseerd voelt. Verouderd hotel met muffe kamers. Eten was simpel. Geen visgerechtenen een buffet waar ‘op = op’ leek te gelden.

Noisy... all day, from around 10h in the morning till midnight, loud music in the pool area (live music in the evening)... way TOO NOISY!!!

The staff hardly spoke any English. We arrived at 1:00 a.m., and we could have been offered something to eat, especially since my stay was all-inclusive.

Qualidade da comida almoço e jantar bem bandejão, não muito quente e sem sabor para culinária turca, cafe da manha com muita fila para pegar a proteína como omeletes (desistimos) poderiam colocar mais funcionários. Um hotel desta categoria que não tem estacionamento ? deixamos carro na rua que é estreita e ruim de parar nada adequado para esta categoria de hotel..

⭐️ 10/10 – A Perfect Stay in Bodrum I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Azka Hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel has a special vibe and energy that feels like heaven. It is the perfect place for people who enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I have ever seen—fully equipped with everything you need. My daily routine of working out, enjoying the amazing food with plenty of protein options, and then relaxing under the sun was simply perfect. The sea views are breathtaking and among the best in Bodrum. I highly recommend booking a sea-view room because waking up to that view every morning is an unforgettable experience. Another highlight was the taxi boat service, which operates from early morning until 1:00 AM and takes you directly to the marina and downtown area for only 200 Turkish Lira one way. This was one of my favorite parts of the stay and made exploring Bodrum incredibly enjoyable. The guests were mostly 40+, very respectful, well-educated, and created a high-quality, relaxing atmosphere with wonderful energy. Thank you, Azka Hotel, for such an amazing experience. I will definitely be back—100% recommended!

The only small downside was that the air conditioning was too cold, and we couldn’t properly adjust the temperature.

Azka have an army of helpful, polite and very professional team. It is a well-run hotel with comfortable rooms that are cleaned everyday. The facilities are excellent. We loved the beach/sea and the outdoor swimming pool, wide range of food and the water taxi which takes you to Bodrum town in 10 mins. Would go back again.

Nothing wrong about the hotel but some guests reserve sun loungers on the beach which is quite unpleasant and unnecessary at busy times.

No entertainment during the day for kids - what so ever. If you have kids. Don’t bother staying here. Kids club has a ball pit size of the shower. And that’s it. No music during the day, no entertainment- as most resorts usually have. You listen to the music from next hotel more. The night time entertainment is nice, when it starts- at 930. Which is super late if- again, you have kids. Until then, they play the same song over and over again, from 6-930. It’s horrible. We had a car- and we didn’t want to move it, because we would lose parking, it says parking available- but there isn’t, it’s street parking- and you’re unlucky if you get one. You just need to find one around the hilly streets. Location - ok. If you don’t care about being in the city centre- because you cannot walk from here as it states. In the peak of summer- it’s too hot and you’re at the bottom of the hill. Wifi does not work - so if you’re reliant, it doesn’t work. Very old facilities - no fans in bathrooms, really hard to get room cleaned with kids as they usually come midday when the kids sleeping. We had to call daily to get the towels changed. Or even our bins taken. Or some toilet paper. Service in the kitchen/restaurant was good Food was average- some stuff were really horrible, stale, and some stuff were ok. We stayed 10 days by the 7th day, we couldn’t eat here anymore. if it’s peak period, do not stay in an all inclusive as you will be queuing up forever and people do not care. And you won’t even get a beach chair

Наша машина была повреждена персоналом отеля расходы на возмещения затрат прокатной конторе не были возмещены. Отель предоставляет услуги парковки персоналом. При заезде парковщик забрал у нас ключи и увез машину на парковку. В день выселения мы попросили вернуть нам машину. Парковщик во время доставки въехал в другую машину, после чего вернулся к нам пешком и отдал ключи чтобы мы сами забирали машину, про аварию он нам ничего не сказал. Когда мы увидели что произошло, вызвали полицию. Менеджер отеля отвечал полиции, что отель не оказывает услуги парковки. То есть никаких извинений от отеля и тем более компенсации мы не получили. Однако на сайте отеля есть информация о данных услугах и я зафиксировала фото будки парковщика с ключами от машин. Мы написали жалобу в полицию. Дело даже не в компенсации, а в отношении отеля. Вторя машина в которую въехали тоже кстати была постояльцев отеля и тоже поставлена на паковку персоналом отеля. То есть они просто ставят на улице вдоль дороги вашу машину и если что то случится ответственности не несут и даже не извиняются, а полиции врут . Это просто позор.

I obviously like Azka,because I keep going back (more than 10 years). The hotel has a superb location,and the front rooms amazing views. You can reach the center of Bodrum either on foot (for younger guests due to the steep hill) or by taking a boat down the beach directly to the main marina. We always pay for the best room,and this time we got one with the best views,directly to the sea. The staff were wonderful,young,eager to please. Honorable mentions: -Emre (reception) - excellent English, pleasant behaviour, knew answers to all our questions and handled everything promptly and efficiently. Bright future is in front of him. -Eret and Samett (beach bar) - amazing young men,full of positive energy,greeted us every morning with smiles and prompt service in crowded bar,never nervous,never complaining ( that bar is one of the best features of the hotel) -Okan (reception bar/restaurant) remembered him from last year, kind,efficient,very pleasant young man,eager to provide best service. ,

I think (also overheard some guests talking) that the food was slightly better last year (more meat). Also,no strawberries and cherries this year,even though they were sold all over Bodrum in this time. The selection of cakes could be better too. Same ones every evening,but in different colours. No big things,but I like hotel to be better each year. For people in need of peace and quiet - go somewhere else (4 hotels in this bay,each with music up to almost midnight)

Всичко.От 8 години посещаваме Алл инклузив и категорично това е едно от най-хубавите места на които сме били. Стаите се почистват всеки ден, всеки ден имахме нови чаршафи ,кърпи . Храната и ресторанта са перфектни-вкусно,прясно и достатъчно. Най-чистият ,подгрят и добре потдържан вътрешен басейн, джакузито също беше чудесно. Бара , плажа чисто и нищо не липсва. Морето-пякък и супер чисто. Цялостното усещане -спокойствие и реласк навсякъде. Вечерните програми- просто прекрасна концепция. Останахме изключително доволни и с удоволствие бихме се върнали отново. -хотела е добре пригоден и устроен за инвалиди ,трудно подвижни хора и майки с колички.

Denizi mükemmel. Konum olarak çok iyi bodrum merkeze ulaşım kolay. Yemekler, çeşit çok az et yemekleri lezzetli. Yemek konusunda beklentiyi karşılamayabilir. Bazı ürünlere ekstra ücret ödemelisiniz. Personel genel olarak iyi, ön büroda Fuat bey her şey ile çok iyi ilgileniyor. Sakin bir tatil için ideal.

Yemekler daha fazla çeşit olmalı.

Beautiful property lovely beach and the room is spacious and nice. Most importantly the staff are amazing and very friendly front office staff specially Beren and the rest all of them but I can’t remember their name. Even the F&B staff. Lovely hotel for couples and families.

In the room the water pressure of the shower is weak.

Pros: * The location is great and very convenient. *The beach is beautiful and well-maintained.

Cons: * The food is completely mediocre and lacks variety. * The hotel itself is outdated, old, and needs a serious renovation. * The beds are terribly uncomfortable and literally hard as a board. * The language barrier is a huge issue. * The staff barely speaks English, and honestly, neither does the average client here (iykyk). Final Verdict:If you want to actually relax, get some rest, or go to bed before midnight, do not book this hotel. They play extremely loud music way past midnight. I had to change rooms twice and eventually checked out early because the noise pollution and the awful beds made it impossible to sleep

Camera spatioase si confortabila, balcon cu vedere la golf. Restaurant foarte bine organizat ca diversitate de mancaruri, nu acel gen restaurant cu risipa de mancaruri. Plaja proprie de nisip cu sezlonguri si umbrele, intrare lina in mare, fara " eternele valuri". O atmosfera de relaxare atat pe plaja cat si in resort, cu muzica buna in surdina. Personal amabil si atent la dorintele clientilor. Fara echipa de divertisment sa iti zapaceasca creierii cu tot felul de jocuri sau activitati. Seara program cu muzica live cu artisti locali . Golful foarte aproape de Bodrum Marina cu taxi boat la fiecarw 15 minute( In 5 minute ajungi in centru Bodrum-ului). Referiror la curatenia in camere, aceasta se face zilnic si prosoapele se schimba zilnic. Asternuturile se schimba la 2- 3 zile. Un resort ce il recomand daca doresti relaxare totala.

Avem si aici ceva, nu prea grav, dar doresc sa mentionez. Toate cocktail- urile aveau in retetarul barmanului si zeama de lamaie. Rog conducerea unitatii sa revizuiasca acest retetar. Nu la orice cocktail este necesar zeama de lamaie. Taie din savoarea cocktail-ului. As recomanda, ca in resort , sa fie afisat la loc vizibil, cine va fi invitat la spectacolul live din fiecare seara. Am vazut intamplator, sub lista cu cocktail-uri de la bar, cine urma sa cante seara. La capitolul curatenie in camera am de facut o mentiune: Personalul nu a binevoit in nici o zi sa faca curat in balcon. Erau frunze si flori din pomi pe balcon , acolo le-am gasit cand ne-am cazat, acolo au ramas la check-out. Au fost situatii cand au venit la curatenie si la ora 15:30 -16:00 .

Yemeklerin lezzeti oldukça başarılıydı ve otelin koydaki konumu zaten harika. Odaların kapıları dahil bazı alanlarda yenileme yapılması çok güzel olmuş.

Geçen yıl alakart olan snack barın açık büfe snack dönmesi ve şişe bira servisinin kaldırılması hizmet kalitesini düşürmüş. Otelde sanki personel eksikliği hissediliyor; örneğin lobby bardaki görevli sabah kahvaltı servisine yardıma indiği için sabah erken saatlerde barda kimse bulunmuyor. Buna rağmen çalışanlar yardım için elinden geleni yapıyor. Özellikle Restorant Bölümü Servis Şefi Melik Bey’e ilgisi için teşekkür ederim.

Отель расположен в идеальном месте. Рядом с отелем, если пройти 300 метров направо вдоль моря, есть остановка с водным такси, за 200 лир в одну сторону за 10 минут лодка доставляет до центра Бодрума, откуда в 1 минуте ходьбы отходят лодки до греческого острова Кос, поэтому из отеля максимально удобно добираться, если планируете сплавать в Грецию. Лодка с пляжа до центра Бодрума отходит каждые 15 минут, начиная с 8.30 утра и до 1 ночи. Пляж у отеля прекрасный, с пологим входом в море и с прозрачной водой, это единственный отель здесь с таким комфортом, у остальных ближайших отелей вход в море через понтон на камнях. Лежаки в начале июня были всегда свободные, никаких очередей и неудобств. Рядом с пляжем есть бар с напитками и закусками. Самые лучшие номера по расположению - это номера с выходом на пляж сразу, они находятся не в основном здании, не нужно ходить туда сюда с пляжа, одна минута от лежака и ты в номере, если нужно туда заглянуть в течение дня. В таких номерах нет ощущения, что ты живешь в отеле и вокруг тебя куча людей, обособленно и классно. Еда в отеле обычная, без изысков, за неделю несколько раз была какая-то рыба, морепродуктов не было. Овощи, гарниры, какое-то мясо, сыры были всегда, роскошные арбузы были и на обеде с ужином и в течение дня в баре на пляже. Сладостей тоже было много, некоторые однотипные, но в целом можно было выбрать что-то вкусное. Из напитков вина, крепкое, любые коктейли, даже было Prosecco (made in Italy). Каждый вечер была какая-то концертно-развлекательная программа, подходящая для того, чтобы сидеть слушать и ужинать, запивая вином. Дискотек и детской анимации нет, и это супер, если в отеле хочется отдохнуть без угара. Ночную жизнь можно найти, уплыв на лодке в центр Бодрума.

по соотношению цена (которая была в начале июня) и качество и главное расположение - идеальный вариант на неделю, чтобы спокойно отдохнуть, позагорать, поесть арбуз, погулять по Бодруму и сплавать на Кос.

The hotel has several strong points. The location is excellent, right by the beach, and the room view was truly enjoyable. There were evening events every night, which made the stay lively and entertaining. Another highlight was the 24-hour bar, always available whenever you wanted a drink or a place to relax.

On the downside, the food variety and quality were disappointing. The meals lacked flavor, and overall the taste of the dishes was not satisfying.

We had a lovely time at the Azka Hotel despite having a mixed experience. We didn’t get the room we booked so complained and were given a better room. There were a few staff who were great – Gengis in the Restaurant and the lovely Lifeguard on the beach who is so helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent and they have the best stretch of beach in Bodrum – this made up for a number of the issues experienced.

One Receptionist - Seline - was unhelpful. We had several interactions with her where she did not look at us at all, was dismissive and made it clear that we were a nuisance to her. We’ve seen on other reviews that people have complained about Reception staff and it’s clear that this has not been fixed. The food was a bit hit and miss – some nights really tasty, and others the meat dishes were really tough and many of the options were not hot enough. Lastly, the beds in our room were SO uncomfortable that my husband had to sleep on pillows in order to get a night’s sleep. We saw them replacing the mattresses in some rooms so it is something they are aware of. Lastly, there was no hotel information in the room, like you would see in most hotels. We didn't know where anything was, didn't know the opening and closing times of restaurants, Reception etc. and we had to go to the Hotel website to find the information we needed. This could easily be fixed by putting a guide in each room.

Everything was better than expected! The views were SPECTACULAR. I had a seaview room and I couldn't get over how gorgeous the view was. The staff were nice and accommodating. Most spoke English. The food was adequate. I was happy with breakfast and dinner. Had lunches by the beach, also decent. Drinks were free and everywhere. Ice cream to die for..I can't wait until I go back and I will come back!

Dinner/Breakfast: Well stocked buffet with a wide variety of delicious foods. It was nice that there were glasses of dinner wines already poured and ready to pick up for consumption.

Dinner/Breakfast: better access to soft drinks and juice would have been nice; also, I didn't understand that there would be alternate protein available at an outdoor grill. Had I known in advance I would have opted for the meats that the chef there was grilling. Room: there was a ridge at the bathroom door. I guess that I'm a slow learner, but I kept stubbing my toe on it.

Azka Hotel’de geçirdiğimiz tatil boyunca en çok kullandığımız hizmet açık büfe değil, oda taşıma servisi oldu. İlk gün odamıza yerleştik, eşyaları açtık, rahatladık derken kapının kilitlenmediğini fark ettik. Resepsiyona gittik. Önce kart suçlandı. Kart yeniden programlandı. Sonra kapıyı biraz daha sert kapatmamız önerildi. Bir 5 yıldızlı otelde aldığımız ilk teknik tavsiye buydu. Kapıyı neredeyse gücümüz yettiğince çarpmamıza rağmen sonuç değişmedi. Yaklaşık bir saatlik bekleyişin ardından kapının gerçekten bozuk olduğu keşfedildi ve oda değiştirildi. Tam “nihayet tatil başladı” derken ertesi gün tekrar resepsiyona çağrıldık. Bu sefer odamızı mümkün olduğunca hızlı boşaltmamız gerektiği söylendi. Neden diye sorduğumuzda önce net bir cevap alamadık. Sonrasında teknik bir sorun olduğu ortaya çıktı. Böylece tatilimizin üçüncü gününde ikinci kez valiz toplama etkinliğine katıldık. Animasyon ekibi olmadığı için sanırım otel misafirlerine alternatif aktivite sunmaya çalışıyordu. Yeni verilen odanın “daha iyi” olduğu söylendi. Belki öyledir. Ancak havuza, plaja ve diğer imkanlara ulaşmak için küçük çaplı bir keşif yürüyüşüne çıkmak gerekiyordu. Böylece günlük adım hedefimizi de ücretsiz tamamlamış olduk. Yaşadığımız sorunlardan daha ilginç olan ise bazı çalışanların yaklaşımıydı. Şikayetimizi anlatmaya çalışırken bazen karşımızda gerçekten dinleyen birini bulmak, Bodrum merkezde park yeri bulmak kadar zordu. Neyse ki sonradan görüştüğümüz bir yönetici durumu açıkça anlattı, samimi şekilde özür diledi ve en azından yaşananları kabul etti. Kendisine teşekkür ederiz. Özür mahiyetinde odamıza bir meyve tabağı ve kırmızı şarap gönderildi. Açıkçası üç günde üç oda deneyiminden sonra altın madalya beklemiyorduk ama meyve tabağı da yaşadığımız stresin tamamını unutturmaya yetmedi. Yemeklere gelirsek; otelin doluluk oranına göre açık büfenin de moralinin değiştiğini düşünüyoruz. Bazı günler daha fazla seçenek varken bazı günler “şef bugün fazla yorulmasın” konsepti hakimdi.

Restoranın bazı bölümleri kullanılmıyordu ve çeşitlilik 5 yıldızlı bir otelden beklediğimiz seviyede değildi. Akşam eğlencesi konusunda ise beklentinizi yüksek tutmayın. Eğer hobiniz bir barda oturup içeceğinizi yudumlamaksa sorun yok. Ancak animasyon, etkinlik veya akşam programı arıyorsanız bavulunuza kendiniz getirmeniz gerekebilir. Sonuç olarak Azka Hotel bize Bodrum tatilinden çok “Valiz Toplama ve Oda Değiştirme Simülasyonu 2026” deneyimi yaşattı. Belki bizim yaşadıklarımız istisnadır, ancak 5 yıldızlı bir otelden beklediğimiz misafirperverlik, organizasyon ve hizmet kalitesini maalesef bulamadık.

The location directly on the beach is excellent, and the sea-view rooms offer beautiful views. The staff was generally friendly and tried to assist whenever issues were reported. The food was decent overall, and the hotel has good potential.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by numerous issues. We had to change rooms multiple times because the first room was disturbed by a loud water pump and the second room did not match the sea-view category we had booked and paid for. During our stay, there was a complete water outage, followed later by a prolonged WiFi outage, which directly affected me as I work remotely. In addition, renovation and construction works were taking place, including drilling and hammering during the evening. Several issues were reported to reception, but they were not resolved satisfactorily. Overall, the experience fell well below the expectations for a hotel of this category.
