I had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Messilah. Everything was fantastic, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. I also upgraded to a suite and really enjoyed my stay. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would be happy to stay again.

The only area I felt could be improved was the bathroom amenities, particularly considering that I had upgraded to a suite. On arrival, there was only one small shampoo, one conditioner, one body lotion, and a shower gel that appeared to be only half full. There were also no cotton pads, cotton buds, or shower cap provided initially. When I requested these items, the staff were helpful and provided them, which I appreciated. I understand that I was a single guest and therefore only one of each item may be provided; however, my concern was more about the completeness and presentation of the amenities rather than the quantity. Given the Jumeirah standard and the suite category, I expected the bathroom to be fully prepared with the usual amenities upon arrival without needing to request them. This was a relatively minor issue and did not take away from my otherwise excellent stay.

للأسف، الفندق قديم ويحتاج إلى تحديث وتجديد كما أن تعامل الموظفين لم يكن بالمستوى المتوقع، وكان هناك نقص ملحوظ في المرونة والتعاون مع الضيوف. التجربة بشكل عام لم ترقَ إلى مستوى التوقعات، خصوصًا مقارنة بما يُفترض أن يقدمه فندق بهذا المستوى.

Loved the beautiful lobby. Just a heads up that there are many steps and level changes, so it may be difficult for guests with strollers, wheelchairs, or walking sticks.

The check-in was disappointing. My sister arrived first with a reservation under my name for 3 adults, 2 kids. Despite giving her my number, booking reference, and my Civil ID, the staff refused to check her in. He also tried to charge for the children and asked her to WhatsApp photos of all IDs, which we’ve never been asked to do at hotels in Kuwait. The service felt unwelcoming and unprofessional until the manager intervened and sorted it out immediately. Nevertheless, they did not even offer a free breakfast to compensate for such disturbing incident. I ended up feeling stressed for the entire weekend and the hotel did not offer any compensation or gesture to make it right or retain me as a guest. Honestly, the experience put me off instead..

I had a wonderful experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the service was outstanding throughout my stay. A special thank you to Mega at the reception for her kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. She was extremely helpful and made the experience even better. I would also like to thank Mohammed for his excellent service, hospitality, and attention. The staff truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Definitely a place I would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended!

I would like to thank Ms. Mageal at the reception. She handled every issue/complain we had professionally. Also, the only thing I liked in our stay is the SPA Experience.

We had a very disappointing experience during our recent stay, especially considering that we are regular customers of the hotel. We arrived at 3:40 p.m., as the hotel had advised that our apartment would be ready by 3:00 p.m. However, upon arrival, we were asked to wait a little longer as the apartment was not yet ready. Although this was disappointing, we appreciated that Ms. Mageal at the reception offered us a late check-out as compensation, which was a thoughtful gesture. Unfortunately, we also experienced an incident involving gender discrimination by a member of the pool area staff. The matter was handled professionally and promptly by the supervisors, and the hotel was aware of the situation and apologized on behalf of the employee involved. I will not go into further details, as the issue was addressed immediately. However, the fact that such an incident occurred in the first place was concerning and has made us reconsider staying at the hotel again in the future. Another area that fell below our expectations this time was the housekeeping service. Compared with our previous stays, the service was noticeably below the usual standard, and several aspects were not handled as they normally are. There were also several facilities and services that were disappointing during this stay. The splash area was under maintenance, the teen area was closed, and the kids’ club offered very limited activities. In addition, the sunbeds were unfortunately not as clean as expected. Finally, we found the prices at Mint Café to be excessively high, which further affected our overall experience. We have always enjoyed staying at this hotel and have been regular customers, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. We hope that the management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving the overall guest experience and maintaining the high standards we have come to expect from the hotel.

Very bad breakfast. I stayed 7 days and only 2 days it was a better breakfast. They extend the breakfast food section when there are more visitors, otherwise there is nothing to eat other days.

مستوى الخدمة ممتاز جدا ، المرافق داخل الفيلا متكاملة ، الغرف واسعه ومناسبة لعائلتي . الصالة واسعه و محتوياتها من الكنبات و طاولة الطعام مناسبة. حمام السباحه داخل الفيلا ممتاز. المطبخ يحتوي على كافة الادوات سواء الكهربائية او ادوات المطبخ. غرف النوم واسعة و الاسرة مريحة جدا والحمامات نظيفة وبها كافة الادوات . خارج الفيلا ، حمامات السباحة المتنوعة و الكافيه و العاب الاطفال . تجربة مميزة لم تكن الاولى لعائلتي في هذا المكان و اتمنى تكرارها في المستقبل ان شاء الله.

أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لإدارة الفندق وجميع العاملين على حسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة. كانت الإقامة على مستوى عالٍ من الجودة، وتميزت بالنظافة، والهدوء، واحترافية طاقم العمل، إضافة إلى جودة المرافق والخدمات المقدمة، مما جعل التجربة مريحة ومميزة

Had an excellent weekend staycation. The facilities and staff are excellent, with a special shout out to Ahmed at the front desk who made check in and the experience overall so much easier.

The hotel's overall atmosphere is wonderful, the staff are helpful and friendly, the hotel's location is excellent, the breakfast buffet is complete and delicious, and the restaurant staff are attentive. The cleanliness is generally excellent.

The check-in and check-out process was disappointing. We had to wait in a queue during check-out, which took longer than expected. During check-in, my wife provided her card for the security deposit. We were informed that the amount would only be held as a pre-authorization; however, it was charged instead. I then paid the hotel charges using my own card, yet we were informed that it would take up to 14 days for the amount charged to my wife's card to be refunded.

Everything was impressive, my first time to do a staycation. On top of all of the hospitality and the professionalism from Mr. Hassan (Hotel Manager) made me think of booking again and again. Thank you for the present experience

Breakfast is very simple and not much variety of food. Not a level of Jemeirah. Kids water play area needs a renovation

We had a wonderful stay. This was not our first visit—we have been coming to this hotel since 2014, and we always enjoy our stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful. The swimming pools were clean and beautiful. The only area that needs improvement is the beach. It would be better to create an opening in the pier to allow seawater to flow in and out naturally with the tides. The beach floor also needs cleaning, as there are many sharp rocks. Other than that, the hotel is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating. However, we were disappointed that some of the amenities in the room were not working. The study lamp didn’t work, the coffee machine was out of order, and the refrigerator wasn’t getting cold, making it essentially useless. We hope these issues can be fixed to improve future guests’ experience.

The privacy’s

The ac not working in the living room for half of the day and i have visitors with kids ,the place was too much hot so i had to wait the maintenance to repair the ac for 2 hours also the fridge was not working all our cake and food damaged and the second day they bring another fridge ! The last point when i make the check out they have to check the villa so i can take my insurance they take too much time and the receptionist was so rude with me regarding the insurance she said u have to wait one week to deposit the money in ur account because u paid online by link although last 2 weeks i booked a room and i got my insurance cash but she was rude and not polite with me while that also she took 5 kd from the 100 kd insurance she said if u want cash this is our policy!

Everything was good I have alot of fun with my kidz but i hope you but a lady day for the pool so we can relax more and enjoy swimming
