Very friendly staff who made sure our arrival is and first day is smooth. The pool is really nice with a beautiful sea view. We found the beds also really really comfortable.

J ai trouvé mesquin le fait de devoir payer 5 € si l on souhaite avoir une serviette propre pour la piscine quand on reste plusieurs jours à l hôtel …

La posizione è ottimale.

La struttura, un po' datata non è in rapporto al prezzo alto pagato. Una delle cose più sgradevoli è il prezzo di 5 euro per cambiare il telo della piscina. La doccia era chiusa con una cerata.

Bella la piscina e la camera ha una vista spettacolare.

The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the main street, with amazing views from the pool. The staff were very friendly and always helpful, the service was perfect. The food in the restaurant was delicious and often accompanied with live music. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lipari.

Our room 201 was a little noisy at night as we were above the laundry room, it may disturb a light sleeper.

There were a few things we appreciated during our stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, within walking distance of the town and the port, and the pool area is pleasant and relaxing. A special thank you to Ilenia and Maria (I hope I remembered her name correctly) at reception. They both spoke excellent English, were very professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their service really stood out and made a positive difference to our stay. The evening reception staff were polite, but communication was sometimes difficult as their English was limited. The restaurant was another highlight. We really enjoyed the beautiful outdoor terrace with its lovely views, and the food was consistently very good. It was one of the best parts of our stay.

Unfortunately, the room did not meet the standard we expected. The bed covers had visible stains when we arrived, which made us question whether they had been changed before our check-in. The towels were very old, grey, and also appeared to have stains. Housekeeping was another area that could be improved. The rooms were not cleaned thoroughly each day, the floors often remained dusty and looked dirty, and there was hair left on the floor. We also found quite a few bugs in the room when we checked in and had to ask for it to be sprayed. On our last night, I was surprised to find a very large cockroach outside the bathroom. Noise was also an issue. We could clearly hear the children in the room above us running, moving furniture, and dragging chairs early in the morning. In addition, the housekeeping staff started cleaning nearby rooms quite early and were often very loud, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing holiday and sleep in. Based on our experience, we do not feel this hotel offers the standard expected of a four-star property. It felt more like a three-star hotel.

Amazing location and facilities staff very friendly

We loved the setting. The infinity pool overlooking the water was stunning. Our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on our patio with a view and we also enjoyed our breakfast each day. The hotel was in a very convenient location for the township, restaurants and port. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Die Lage zum Hafen. In weniger als 10 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Der Blick vom Pool zum Meer ist traumhaft. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sehr sauber.

Volendo trovare una cosa che non mi e piaciuta e il bagno con vasca doccia veramente scomoda facevi la doccia e le gambe se non facevi attenzione sbattevano nel rubinetto della vasca, con pochi euro togli la vasca e fai una doccia piu comoda

The room was comfortable with a huge balcony! The bathroom was excellent. Food choices at breakfast were amazing. We loved the pool area and pool bar. Fabulous views!

Все понравилось. Потрясающий персонал на ресепшене и официанты. Очень красивый номер люкс, шикарный бассейн. Завтраки и ужины у нас был полупансион , очень вкусно и разнообразно. Советуем карту вин. Добирались на пляже на такси или трансферы. Мы довольны. Вид из номера и из бассейна шикарный . Обязательно вернемся еще. Любезный персонал , прекрасные цветы и интерьер. Кухня и вина шикарные . Советую

Уборка номера могла бы быть лучше ежедневно лучше на . Во время заселения были чужие волосы .

Hotel Mea is around 10 minutes by foot from the port makes it a perfect location to enjoy the spectacular views from your room and pool. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean with wonderful restaurant staff to enjoy a delicious breakfast and dinner.

La chambre donnait sur l'arrière de l'hôtel, tout près d'une route passante ; ce qui gâche un peu le farniente sur la terrasse de la chambre. Un conseil : prendre les chambres avec vue sur la piscine, même si c'est un peu plus cher

Buona posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Bel panorama sul mare. Camera pulita, bagno spaziosos e funzionale. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona, varia ed abbondante. Cena (abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione) coerente alla valutazione di The Fork, 8,8.

The corridors are loud, the door sound isolation is zero, and the corridors ahould be covered with carpet, its extreme loud when the guests dragging their luggages.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very clean. Good swimming pool and the location is only a few minutes walk from the town center.

Abendessen auf der sehr schönen Terrasse ist leider nicht so gut wie in den umliegenden Restaurants, deshalb würden wir das nächste Mal auf HP verzichten.

Tout. Magnifique hôte avec tout le confort et la propreté impeccable. Superbe piscine à débordement avec jacuzzi intégré. Petit déjeuner buffet remarquable et service attentif. Le dîner était également excellent. Vue magnifique sur la mer et la vieille ville.

C est un hôtel de charme sur le plan architecturale et la décoration soignée en tout point. la vue est magnifique. la chambre est agréable sans être spacieuse avec une belle terrasse à la vue imprenable.

le ressenti est que l'hôtel n'est pas géré professionnellement, en tout cas pas digne d'un quatre étoiles. On ne sent pas qu'il y a capitaine à bord. Quelques points factuels; - l'eau est tiède et le bain est à oublier - pas de nappe au restaurant à minima le soir; le restaurant est d'ailleurs très peu fréquenté; une serviette , deux couverts sur une table métallique ? - les serviettes de bain en oubliant la qualité sont trop petites pour les transats -la musique est soit inapproprié soit inexistante où confidentielle comme à la piscine où c'est le barman qui met sa propre play liste sur une petite enceinte; Shade est plus agréable pour se détendre que Mickael Jackson mais ce n'est pas son style de musique !!!??? la machinerie de la piscine quoiqu'il arrive, sans protection acoustique, couvre la faible diffusion. - la porte d'accueil est toujours fermé avec deux barres anti paniques ; c'est loin d'être accueillant ! la prestance du personnel laisse globalement à désirer

Het hotel ligt op 5 min. van de ferry en 10 min van het oude centrum. Heel ruime en mooie kamer met groot terras en met zicht op de tuin. Het zwembad was ook een topper. Tijdens mijn verblijf werd er telkens live muziek gespeelt tijdens het diner. Zeer ruime keuze aan het ontbijt.

Het verkeer was duidelijk te horen als het raam open stond.

Tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf's Meer. In Gehdistanz zum Zentrum von Lipari, und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal, einladendes Frühstück und zudem ein attraktives Angebot im Restaurant, das zum allabendlichen Genuss einlud.

Super localisation proche du port, super vue, chambres spacieuses, personnel très aimable. La terrasse externe est un vrai plus, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable

Sa situation proche du port et du centre ville tout en étant au calme, une belle vue sur la baie légèrement en hauteur et enfin sa propreté irréprochable. Je le recommande vivement.

Fantastisk hotel

Sehr sauberes Hotel, nicht übertrieben freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Essen, insbesondere war das Essen im Hotel besser und preiswerter im Vergleich zu den Restaurant in der Stadt, die wir besucht hatten. Wir konnten von hier aus schöne Wanderungen machen, wegen der Nähe zum Hafen auch für Ausflüge auf andere Inseln.

A true 4 Star hotel and nothing disappointed. From the moment we checked in to our departure we had a memorable stay. Reception staff always with a smile, so too the hospitality in the breakfast dining room. We had to extend our stay one day due to rough weather and no ferries to Panarea - no problem and discounted rate ! The hotel prides itself in incredible breakfast buffet - endless selection and quality ingredients. No better way to start your stay on Lipari out on the terrace relaxing with the view. We had a ocean view room with huge private balcony all amazing value and only 10 min walk to town. Most evenings we walked down to the local fishing port and enjoyed an aperitivo watching locals in the piazza. Kids laying soccer, fishermen looking after their boats and nets - plus local families out for a chat.

The room was excellent. Spacious, clean, modern and fresh, with a lovely terrace with beautiful views. Great swimming pool. Location was perfect - a 5 minute walk from the ferry port and equally easy to get into the centre of town to access all the restaurants and shops etc. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with sorting out various arrangements

The restaurant staff were not as welcoming as other hotels we have stayed in, possibly because the hotel was due to close for the season (?)

The hotel has a wonderful location, stunning views from the seaview rooms/ terraces, lovely communal areas and a beautiful pool. The staff were friendly, accommodating and informative. They helped us to organise a hire car and gave an overview of the island's main attractions. The restaurant offers superb food options for breakfast (complimentary) and lunch/dinner catering for different tastes. Would highly recommend it for a romantic holiday or families. We loved it.

Owing to the time of year (final week of the season), some facilities and features were not available/ operational. This wasn't a major issue for us, but it wasn't really advertised in advance. Also, the terraces weren't fully private, so it was possible for adjacent guests to see into each other's areas.

I got upgraded to a superior room due to low season and I got a sea view room with a huge balcony. The rooms are also quiet big and beautiful with comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I just felt like in paradise.

Wifi is from 1999 ;-)

The Breakfast Location was on the terrace abutting and joining the Dining Room. Its glass doors are open when the weather permits and closed at others times. The staff were helpful and spoke good English for those who don’t have strong language skills. The taxi companies that work with the hotel are also very good.

Hôtel magnifique, déco de très bon goût, très bien entretenu, extérieurs vastes, verdoyants et soignés. Vue mer, piscine et montagne depuis notre vaste terrasse à couper le souffle. Très bon dîner au restaurant où nous avons pu manger des pâtes aux oursins hors carte. Personnel en général souriant et à l'écoute, mention spéciale pour Katia la barmaid.

Petit déjeuner un peu décevant. Nous aurions apprécié au moins un interlocuteur parlant français. Une ou deux personnes peu souriantes. La piscine était très fraiche, on aurait été au paradis si le jacuzzi avait pu être chauffé (sur réservation, par exemple)

L ambiance paisible de l île en octobre

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans cet hôtel et avons eu la chance, au bout de quelques jours, d'être surclassés dans une chambre avec vue mer. Je vous recommande ces chambres, la vue est juste exceptionnelle, c'est franchement paradisiaque. Nous avions opté pour la demi-pension et là aussi je vous recommande. On mange très bien et copieusement tous les soirs. Le petit-déjeuner est bien achalandé également. L'hôtel est dans un état impeccable et le personnel d'un naturel bienveillant et serviable. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour votre séjour à Lipari.

Il y a beaucoup de mouches autour de la piscine. Je ne sais pas ce qui pourrait être fait mais c'est franchement désagréable. Dommage, l'espace est sympa.

Das Hotel war gut erreichbar, nur 350 m vom Hafen entfernt und mit Blick auf die Bucht. Das Hotel war nett. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Das Bad sollte renoviert werden, Riss in der Badewanne, Glasablagen, die einem entgegen fallen. Der Service war gut, alle recht freundlich und zügig unterwegs. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Grosse Portionen, die satt machten, aber kulinarisch kein Highlight. Das Frühstück hatte für 4 Sterne zu wenig Auswahl.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr sauber. Preis Leistung auch sehr gut. Würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
