I got room 102 which is on the street level and had tables for the bar in front my door so it was noisy. They gave me ear plugs at check in, but still it wasn't the most convenient. The room looked very similar to their photos, but on the pictures it's a bit tuned up...

Friendly, helpful staff. Made me feel very welcome. The hotel is only a few hundred yards from Seminyak beach and close to plenty of bars and restaurants.

It was as if I was home. It’s close to all the market intact within the market and few feet away from the beach. It has a lot of restaurants just a minuites walk away. The staff was very helpfull.

Lovely experience - felt so welcomed . We came back again as we enjoyed the location and friendliness of the location. Special Thankyou to Nidia, Dheo and Fadhil for being so welcoming and helpful ! Location is perfect - 5 min walk to the beach loads of restaurants near by, even one in the hotel & it has a pool. Great surfing near by (check out 27 surf school in Kuta)

Grandma's is perfectly located and excellent value for money. I was pleasantly surprised to see a lift for our heavy bags. We stayed on the third floor. It is a quiet room despite construction works down the road and some live music nearby. The bed is comfortable and the shower was warm. The room is not one to spend all day in (smaller window and a little compact), but it was a great base for a Seminyak trip. The staff are very lovely. There is a restaurant and pool on the ground floor. It's a minutes walk to the beach.

The shower wasn't quite strong enough to wash thick long hair.

This was our second time staying here. The hotel is great, staff are super friendly, tidy and clean. The restaurant is also amazing. Breakfast was soooo good! We had dinner there too and was also amazing!

I arrived early in the morning with my son after a long trip from China and had a check-in experience that made us decide not to stay. Although I had booked three nights, I only paid for the first night because I wanted to decide later whether to extend our stay based on our experience. At reception, I was told that I either had to pay for the full stay in advance or leave my passport until payment was completed, which I was not comfortable with. Before handing over my passport, I asked to see the room. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, the pool was also smaller than expected, and the hotel had live music at night. That's why they offer earplugs at check-in. We ended up booking another hotel nearby that was much better for the same price. This hotel may work well for budget travelers looking for a more social and lively environment, and that is completely fine, but asking to keep my passport was not something I felt comfortable with, especially as a 62-year-old traveler with my 19-year-old son. For that reason, we would not recommend Grandmas Plus Hotel Seminyak. I paid for the first night and did not receive a refund. It's not about the money, it's about their unfriendly attitude.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and very close to entertainment spots, restaurants, and everything you might need. All of the hotel’s facilities worked very well, the room was comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Era and Nidia, who made our stay even more enjoyable with their outstanding hospitality. A special thank you for the Tridatu bracelet. It was a lovely souvenir and a meaningful touch that made us feel truly welcomed. We really appreciate it.🙏✨ I will definitely come back and stay here again whenever I visit Bali. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! 🌴✨

My husband (Paul Mullen) and I had an amazing experience staying at Grandmas Seminyak. We initially booked only a few days while preparing for our wedding, but after our wedding we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to come back and extend our stay for almost three weeks. The hotel is affordable, but the level of service truly feels like a 5-star hotel. The rooms and public areas were always clean, tidy, and comfortable. Whenever we needed assistance, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Although the swimming pool is not very large, it became one of my favorite places in the hotel. I spent hours relaxing there and always felt comfortable and at peace. I would especially like to thank several staff members who made our stay even more memorable: Pak Ketut from Security, as well as Era, Dhea, and Nidia from the Front Office. They were always welcoming, attentive, and willing to help. There are also many other staff members who contributed to our wonderful experience, even though I cannot mention everyone by name. Thank you to the entire Grandmas Seminyak team for making such an important moment in our lives even more special. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We will always remember our time here and would gladly stay again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and great value in Seminyak.

No balcony. Room small. No sun on pool. No view.

The facilities were outdated, the common areas looked very old, and the pool was nothing like it appeared in the photos. The pictures are completely misleading and do not reflect reality.

Номер реально очень маленький, вещи негде развесить, за окном 1 м и стена. Бассейн очень маленький и находится крайне неудобно. Заселили в номер, за стенкой стройка. С 9 утра шумят, пилят без остановки. Невозможно находиться в номере. Персонал никак не отреагировал (кроме «sorry, sorry”).

Konumu güzel, denize 5 dk. yürüme mesafesinde. Özellikle günbatımı zamanında okyanus kıyısında olmayı unutmayın. Çalışanlar ilgili, her konuda çok yardımcı oluyorlar. Otelin restoranı var. Kahvaltıyı orada yapabilirsiniz, yemek de yiyebilirsiniz. Oldukça güzel seçenekleri var. Akşamları canlı müzik de yapıyorlar. Temiz , düzenli, gündüz bol bol gezip, gece rahatlıkla konaklamak için çok güzel ve uygun fiyatlı bir yer.

Havuzu küçük, çok kullanışlı sayılmaz. Ama açıkçası hiç havuz aramadım. Denizi ve diğer Beach kulüplerin havuzlarını tercih ettim.

Great location, very friendly staff. All efforts made to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we were happy. Pool was satisfying for a cool off. Pool towels provided at reception. Short walk to the beach. Excellent rates.

We arrived very late, almost 11pm and the staff welcomed us with great smiles. The room was comfortable and has everything we need. Apparently they have live music every night until 11pm, we could only get the final part but it was a great fun. The hotel is very close to Seminyak beach, unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the sunset there. Parking was free and they provided free valet service as well. Nidia and Dhea at the front office were fantastic!! Very helpful and informative 👍🏻. Will certainly return to this hotel.

Good location and simple room

Had a very nice experience staying here. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel with great breakfast, lunch and dinner options, the beach is a 2 min walk and the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, especially Nidia Dhed and Erika. There was also housekeeping everyday which was good :)

What a great place. Our first time in Bali and picked it for location and price. But what I actually picked was a hidden gem! The location is a flat 300m walk to the beach which has all the coolest beech bars and restaurants you need and a beach that just keeps going in both directions. We had a double bed room that is comfy, clean with private bathroom with a fridge, safe, and kettle and proper A/c. . Attached to the hotel is a lovely bar/ restaurant which does some lovely cheap food and drinks with live music every night. The staff in the hotel and the bar/restaurant are super friendly, efficient and cannot do enough to help. Seminyak is a lively, touristy area with everything either a short walk, or taxi, car,/bike

A great stay in seminyak. It was just what I needed for a few days, comfy, clean, great location (walking distance to beach and shops), the staff where so friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed.

My only suggestion would be a full length mirror in the room.

I can highly recommend Grandmas Plus Hotel Seminyak! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Nidia, Erica and the rest of the team greeted us every day with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality! The hotel was spotless throughout, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Bali!

May be adding indian food for breakfast lunch and dinner would be good idea. But saying that exceptiona good current breakfast. As i didn't had lunch or dinner . Staff taking care of customers ..Nia and Ekna (sorry if don't name properly) remembered my allergy very well and taken care of it every day.

Hotel was so amazing. Room was comfortable and cleaned and tidied everyday by Wira, Amur, and Dhed. All the staff were so friendly, a great location, calm and peaceful atmosphere, and incredible value for money! A wonderful experience!
