The Crystal Sun Moon Lake

Location was excellent. Right by a boat launch for the tour of the lake. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the room never got cold.

Great location right on the lake

No complaints

Not good for staying

Super kind staff, they were so friendly. The breakfast was also great, and the room was clean, well equipped.

In the B building the bed is basically a matress on a 30 cm higher than ground platform and it is shorter than 2 meters. The other downside is that the window is so small, the first time we haven't found it on the wall. After that, we saw that the view is the next building's wall in 20 cm. But we were in the room just for sleeping, so for this price it was good.

The room & bed was great, spacious & a fabulous view. The location was right on the lake.

Breakfast included was sparse. Bar & its offerings was very limited also.

Nothing I liked. They mention hotel Building B and guided us to a apartment .For breakfast again we have to come to the main building. I will not recommend .manin Bulidng and Building B is 100mtr apart.. Building is not at all related to the hotel .

The hotel surroundings , and the facilities. Very disappointing. Hotel should clearly show the pics of Building B and surrounding. This is misguided information

Excellent staff

Great view and location, great staff

Having washing machine onsite

The VIIP room has very nice lake view. The hotel is very convenient to many stores and eatery.

The breakfast was good the first day but it was almost the same food the next day. By the third day, most of the breakfast were gone and the hotel didn’t make or put out more food. It felt like we were eating the same left over food for the second and third day. Also, the hotel could use some upkeep in the lobby and the rooms.

Good view from my room.

Expensive

Facilities inside the room. Views through the window from inside my room.

Very expensive.

The location The comfort of the bed The kindness of the team

The lack of selection at the breakfast (western food)

Location is good. Has all the shops and convenience stores around it. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nil

Gute Lage direkt am See. Herrlicher Blick vom Restaurant auf den See. Frühstück in Ordnung.

Schimmelbildung.

Absolutely incredible room and view, we were amazed. The bed was huge, the bath with the view was great and the balcony was really big too. We absolutely loved everything about it and didn’t want to leave.

The toilet and shower area could be slightly better kept but overall everything was perfect

Hotel in piano centro a Sun moon lake. Ottima accoglienza e stanze superiori all aspettativa

Friendly

Good location, lake front property so you get a good view of the lake. Spacious

Hotel is outdated and needs to be refreshed. Tend to have a moldy smell due to proximity to the lake, but they do provide a humidifier. In-room facilities are not well maintained, shower bar detached from the wall and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. See review photos for accurate depictions of the hotel room.

Toller Blick auf den See direkt an forderster Reihe. Zimmer groß und geräumig. Gutes Frühstück.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen Einrichtung. Nicht übermäßig sauber.

Location

The photos on Booking are very well done. Bath leaked. Mold in the shower/bathroom. Shower rose slide is broken, difficult top move up and down. No privacy in bathroom, with the mirrors you could see someone on the toilet unless you pulled a curtain. Not clean, headboard, counter/bench visable worn in dirt/wear. We where in a cheaper room, likely the cheapest but there was no attention to detail.

Very convenient.
