Reviewed Aug 14, 2026原本選的房間可能跟我磁場不合,待了十分鐘還是決定要換房間,補了一些差價後沒有後悔,風景跟舒適度都很不錯,唯一比較不理解的是淋浴間對外是玻璃沒有附窗簾,還好我是男生不擔心被看啦,所以整體我覺得不錯,但是建議真的要裝個窗簾會好點~~
電梯正前方的室內格局真的太多柱子跟拐角,還有敏感的人會感到空間扭曲,我覺得不是玄學的問題,有可能樑柱是歪的而且柱子太多倒致,或者地面不是水平的

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026離停車場很遠，下雨還要自己拉行李撐傘走一段路，很狼狽。 早餐時間說只剩17:30-8:30，但我已說明早上要去玩立槳，最快只能9:00去用餐，櫃台一直說8:30- 9:30已經被預約滿了，我強調3遍我們9:00才有空，而且不會在8:30去擠，最後才說好：「我讓你們」8:30 - 9:30用餐，好像賜與我們多大的恩惠一樣，我放假出門玩，還要被限制吃早餐時間？？？ 重點是，我們9:00去吃早餐時，餐廳一半的桌子「是空的」，根不像他們說的沒位置，我再次？？？ 早上9:30樓下就有阿伯在唱很難聽的卡拉OK，強迫房客聽他的噪音演唱會。

The breakfast wasn’t fantastic— things often weren’t very fresh and the staff didn’t really acknowledge you. The water refill station was on the 3rd floor randomly which was pretty inconvenient, it would be much better in the lobby.

The sun moon lake itself is in our opinion good for a one night stay but not longer. The ropeway is actually a rip off. There is absolutely nothing to see or go there, you are landing in a valley not on top of the lake. Very strange

Il y a une marche pour rentrer dans la chambre et une marche pour accéder au balcon, ce qui est compliqué pour les personnes en situation de handicap La personne à la réception n’était pas très agréable. C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons et c’était déjà comme ça la première fois. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix.
