Hotel muito bem localizado, equipe atenciosa e respeitosa, a dona da hospedagem foi muito atenciosa em resolver meu problema de quarto. Ela foi excepcional.

O quarto que me foi dado era extremamente frio e o aquecedor não aquecia adequadamente, portanto pedi para trocar de quarto, a funcionaria disse que eu deveria esperar a dona aparecer no hotel para resolver, então a dona nos trocou de quarto sem problema algum. Outro problema que teve na acomodação foi a água que ficou duas noites sem aquecimento, mas depois resolveram prontamente.

O café é bom, mas muito repetido. A localização tinha uma vista privilegiada para o cerro Martial.

Quando tomávamos banho na banheira utilizado apenas o chuveiro, ficava vazando muita água para fora da banheira, não tendo nenhuma barreira.

O café da manhã é modesto, supre as necessidades. O aquecedor realmente funciona, comento porque tiveram locais em que ficamos que não funcionava. O atendimento é nota 1000.

a cama de casal, eram duas camas de solteiro juntas e a junção meio que me incomodou porque parecia que tinha uma sobra de espaço no meio.

Muy acogedor y el personal del hotel muy servicial, tuvimos un problema con la reserva y nos lo solucionaron muy amablemente.

Está un poco alejado del centro pero se llega andando en poco tiempo y el camino es agradable.

You can hear everything in the other rooms When people are in the bathrooms Walking around There was Ltd amount of hot water each day There was a leak from the room above that when the showered ran down the wall and I had to make sure all my belongings were of the floor at all times The tiles were cracked and broken There were no plugs for bath or basin the lampshades were broken 1 light did not work at all all in all I would not recommend it and would never stay there again The staff were on but could barely speak English but we got by with google translate

A proteção da ducha estava com algum local escapando água, o que acabava molhando todo o banheiro. Ficamos em um quarto no térreo e as janelas dão para um corredor, o que deixa com.pouca privacidade.

A hospedagem foi no verão. Apesar de frio leve, sendo necessário algum aquecimento, o aquecedor não desliga. Passava a noite com a janela aberta para não passar calor.

The room is extremelly comfortable, and the bathtub/jacuzzi is the best! Super good to stay there after a long travelling day!

Me encanta relajarme en el jacuzzi, y hay muchas plantas dentro de la hostería.

En el mirador de la hostería hay una hamaca desde donde se pueden ver las montañas más cercanas.

Excelente estadia! Funcionários super atenciosos, café da manhã completo e saboroso, quarto super confortável, limpo e espaçoso. Até academia de ginástica tem!

A localização um pouco distante do centro pra se ir a pé, mas, de carro, 10 minutinhos. E se tem facilidade para Uber.

Hotel is okay, friendly staff. No restaurant around, you would have to walk for about 40 minutes to look for an eatery. The nearest mall is about 40 minutes walk. Taxi is very cheap and it’s a long wait no Uber around Ushuaia.

Considering the scarcity of available lodging options, this place was good value for your money.

Arrivee a l’hotel : pas attendu Le personnel ne parle pas anglais Il n’y a plus d’eau dans l’hotel On me fait comprendre qu’il faudrait mieux J’insiste .....l’eau revient La veille de mon depart, on me demande une facture 25 pour cent plus cher que la reeservation. Le receptioniste ne comprend pas l’anglais. Finalement, preuve a l’appui, je lui montre le montant prevu. Il accepte, je paye. Le lendemain matin, la proprietaire me reclame un supplement de 20 pour cent. Je lui montre le montant de la reservation et ce que j’ai paye. Elle est furieuse mais elle accepte Les proprietaires ne sont pas presents. Le personnel fait ce qu’il peut pour faire fonctionner cet hotel qui se t4ouve tres loin de la ville.

For non Spanish speakers more English speaking staff. For better or for worse English is the language of the world.

Hi, I reserved the hotel and paid online. At the property, I had to pay again. Now I am going back and forth to get a refund. Although I got a receipt, now it seems Hotel is claiming I pid nothing. Please, Why?

Stayed here just one noght, after having stayed at an other accommodation in Ushuaia a number of nights, that was occupied this night. The staff members were different; one very service-minded and proficient in English, while the others seemed a bit bored and spoke Spanish only. But ok, since I wanted to practice my Spanish. The building and its premises were fine. So was the breakfast. My room was fully satisfactory. One big advantage was the closeliness to the hiking trails. Would I stay here again? Yes, if I would like to go hiking there again,

Everything was good enough except location which is away from town center for 40 minutes on foot. Shops are available from the Hosteria in short distance.

Quiet location, near road/trailhead going up to Martial Glacier. If you like being downtown, it's a bit far (30-40 min walk), but if you like a quieter and less touristy location, it's great. There are several places a block away to get affordable and tasty takeout, and staff/management are fine with you using their dishes and eating area. They are super friendly and helpful in every way (including going out of their way to offer me both early check-in and late check-out to suit my transport timing).

This place was relatively small, but cosy, very well kept, clean, comfortable with great and friendly staff. The breakfast was nicely varied with good coffee and fresh bread, beds were comfortable, shower was good although it was over a bath/spa. The only minor point is the distance out of town centre (previously mentioned) , walking took about 20 minutes, downhill and quiet difficult to get lost. Coming back was a different issue and after getting lost in the rain, we generally took a taxi back, about AUD$4 and worth it for us. We had a couple of problems with our travel arrangements and the staff/owner could not have been more helpful with sorting this out. If you don’t mind a bit of a walk which is interesting and has many route variations, we can’t recommend this place highly enough.

A very nice place inexpensive place to stay. It is a 20+ minute walk to the main part of town, but that was added bonus for me. Everything about the room was nice. The service was great as they went above and beyond to help me as I broke my phone muchas gracias por su ayuda Thanks Sean

A very basic hotel. Friendly staff. They speak min English but are very helpful. The bed was not comfortable. The breakfast was not satisfactory.

We stayed for night in a spacious triple room. Room has heated floors, simple breakfast included, staff were super friendly, well known by day your companies easy to be picked up. Walking distance to downtown.

A little far from the main activities of Ushuaia, about a 30 minute walk but the neighborhood is questionable. The breakfast was very basic, didn't even offer toast. If I return to Ushuaia I would definitely stay nearer to the main harbor

Hôtel confortable et bon service, possibilité de faire laver le linge, petit déjeuner correct. Situé à 3 kilomètres du centre avec un dénivelé d'une centaine de mètres, un peu loin à pied. Une station de taxi se trouve à proximité.
