My son was obsessed with the pools, and getting his own room!

The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was very good. The young boy at the reception helped me print some papers I needed for my work!

The swimming pools were too cold. The TV doesn't have streaming channels.

The floor had smarties and nuts on it that my child tried eating, plus a big white stain that was sticky.

It was very clean which was critical for me and my family

Comfortable bed. Location. Friendly staff. Large room.

Toilet was plugged. Staff came to unplug it with plunger and was about to leave thinking he'd unplugged it but he clearly hadn't so I asked him to flush it again and sure enough it was still plugged. I had to leave and he said he was going to get a "larger" plunger. When we returned the toilet still needed three flushes and still plugged. The tub drain was also plugged. When he initially arrived to our room he went straight to the tub and I said, no it's actually the toilet that's plugged. Obviously he knew from previous complaints that the tub was plugged and the toilet. The bathroom smelled like musty sour BO from I think the shower curtains and the plugged drain.

Comfy beds, 2 pools and a hot tub. Some highway traffic noise (but to be expected due to the location).

Found garbage items (popcorn, used earplugs) under the bed when we arrived. Housekeeping did not vacuum or clean under the bed after the last guests. Hot tub temperature was warm, not hot.

2 pools, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff

In the one bedroom suite there was only a/c in the main area. Stairs to room were steep and for senior citizens they were hard to navigate. During our stay there were travellers smoking weed in the gazebo by our room which was very smelly. The management should have a notice prohibiting this.

They do not have any breakfast at this location. Microwave and small fridge in the room. No room service during our stay, but staff happy to replace coffee, towels, etc.

Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Check in and check out were very easy and straightforward. We also liked how the rooms were drive-up, it was very easy to load our car for our daily excursions.

As a wheelchair user it was frustrating that none of the doors were automatic, that there was a small step leading into the lobby as well as into our room so while we booked the accessible room it wasn't entirely accessible and I needed more help from my partner than usual in order to enjoy our stay. Also there wasn't a second nightstand so we had to use one of the chairs to put my CPAP machine, phone, water, and glasses next to my side of the bed. The bed itself was also a bit hard but that's just personal preference. The hot tub was also out of order during our stay.

Not clean, trash found when open the sofa bed. No place to hang the clothes.

Nice clean older motel. Quiet even though near main road. Rooms are large and we had a bed in the main room and a seperate in the bedroom. Check in was easy and quick. There is an indoor pool but you have to go outside to get to and from it. We were there for a hockey tournament and it was a short drive to the rink.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Heading East on Highway 3B there is no proper access. You cannot legally turn left.

TV remote control was impossible to use properly. First night I could not get.the volume to go up. Asked for a new remote for the next night for it to be replaced with a worse remote. Why? I asked for them to make sure it worked properly, so I assume they didn't.

Clean and friendly staff. Good location. Parking is free.

If you're checking in after 10 PM, you need to go to a totally different property on the other side of town to check-in. Not that it's a big town (point 10 minutes between the 2 hotels) it's more than a touch inconvenient. Otherwise, is a pretty typical renovated motel - clean enough but a bit loud as it's right on the highway.

Check in was quick and fast, but there were spiders and hair in the bathtub.

Room was super clean, front desk staff was friendly and fast. Pools inside and out were great. Not too much road noise. AC was lovely as it was super hot that day

It was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Only used the indoor hottub and pool. We would stay there again.

Good location for our needs. Room was clean. Beds were comfy.

Manager on duty was not very friendly or helpful. Pools and hot tub closed at 9pm. Office is closed at 10pm. Only ice machine is inside the office so there is no access after 10pm. Single use coffee maker in room was broken & dirty. Stairs going up to second floor are a bit sketchy.

Location for my purposes

Pools were dirty. Common areas were dirty. Room we had didn’t have anywhere to put suitcases. Room we had was bathroom sink, toilet and shower in one room.

This is an older hotel but it is very clean and is kept up very well. As a bonus it has an indoor and outdoor pool. We would stay here again.

This motel is very well maintained and clean, both inside and out. Check in was very quick, and staff was very efficient. I would recommend this motel to friends and family.
