Chambre spacieuse, bon équipement.

Le bruit quand la chambre donne sur la rue. Il y a du bon double vitrage, mais ça passe par la salle de bain.

De bedden waren super hard, kamer was heel gehorig. Handdoeken zaten vlekken in en schimmel op diverse plekken in de badkamer.

Aşırı nemli ve rutubet kokan bir oda verdiler daha sonra daha iyi kokusuz bir odaya değişiklik yapıldı. Hayatım boşunca yaşadığım en kötü otel deneyimi. Koridorlar asansör ve odalar korku filmi sahnesi gibiydi ancak 1 gece kalabildik.

Centrally located to places of interest. Convenient to move around with lots of eateries and convenient stores. Hotel was comfortable, clean and readily accessible.

Its clean then they also provide hairdry, and location near to jonker walk...just a few minute from hotel.parking also provided too

One of the older, more established boutique hotels in an excellent location, it and its staff served us (a couple) very well for our stay of over one week (we extended our original stay) in Melaka. Beds comfortable and room serviced daily on request. All Melaka's attractions, including great restaurants, street foods, hawker centres and retail stores of all kinds are within walking distance.

The ensuite bathroom had a lingering urine odour which in spite of our attempts to eradicate it with available detergents persisted. Perhaps some more commercially powerful cleansers were needed. However, it was not of such a nature that required our calling it out to management - other rooms may not have had that problem had we insisted on changing rooms. Obviously, it didn't spoil our stay.

The location was great, we could walk almost everywhere by foot. Check in/check out process was not problematic, the staff is really nice. No problem with returning the deposit (50 ringitt) as well.

The room was clean, only a little stinky in the bathroom - if you are sensitive to that, take into consideration.

La chambre était vieillotte avec la plupart des meubles abîmés. La douche avec du moisie et alors que la chambre est censée être insonorisée ( option prise ) on entend la rue parfaitement.

部屋に使い捨てのスリッパがなくシャワー後に履くものに困った。また、シャワーとトイレの床が仕切られておらず少しだけ気になった

La chambre était propre et spacieuse avec la clim , une bouilloire à dispo , du café et de l'eau à notre arrivée ! Le personnel est agréable . Et le logement est propre du centre !

Las camas eran muy duras, por lo que apenas pudimos descansar. Además, el desagüe del aire acondicionado vertía el agua directamente al suelo del baño, que permanecía constantemente mojado. También encontramos en la habitación lo que parecían ser huevos de insectos, lo que daba una sensación de poca limpieza. En general, estos problemas hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera bastante incómoda.

Personalt var veldig snill og hjelpsom. Vi fikk ingen kompensasjon for problemene, men de tok oss på alvor og hjalp oss med et ekstra strøm kort for at aircondition kunne stå på hele tiden med tanke på luftkvaliteten.

Det første rommet vi fikk dryppet det vann fra taket og det lakk vann på badet. Vi fikk nytt rom med en gang men selv det nye rommet kjente du at det var veldig fuktig og dårlig luft. Sengetøyet var tydelig fuktig. Med aircondition ble det bedre, men all luftfuktigheten rant ut gjennom et rør på badet som gjorde at det alltid var vått der. Det var i tillegg skittent på rommet og badet. Jeg syntes at hotellet ikke oppfyller standarden som vi forventer.

Centro città facile da raggiungere a piedi. Hotel situato non lontano dal canale. Personale gentile e disponibile.

La nostra camera aveva la moquette. Igienicamente non il massimo anche perché sembra datata con macchie un po' ovunque. Nella foto di booking le camere sembrano più belle della nostra. La cassaforte non funzionava. Pulizia non perfetta.

It's location, friendly staffs, clean well maintained spacious room and brightly lit car park.

There's an area outside the hotel as you walked to the car park...seems unappealing with chairs laying around. Some tidying up can help and perhaps decorate it

The hotel has a good location and the building is nice. It is close to many places in George Town, which makes it convenient for walking around and exploring the area. Customer service is excellent.

Located outside the historic centre it was an easy walk to lots of restaurants and cafes and all the sites we wanted to see. Filtered drinking water available 24/7 in the corridor was appreciated. Good size room and comfortable bed.

The entire building smelt a bit damp upon each entrance.

Very affordable and has their own private car parking, much more secure than public parking. Just a few mins drive away from Jonker street.

Mattresses were not that soft and the water from the a/c flows onto your bathroom floor! Floor's always wet! Old bathroom anyway but Ok for 1-2 nights

The water pressure is strong for shower. The location is considered good, walking distance to jonker street. They have private parking, but it got full when I was there during a long weekend.

Booked a twin bed room, but was told the room was spoiled and gave me a large double bed room. 1 pillow for each customer, no extra pillow (for my dad who needs to sleep on a higher pillow) when I requested. Not enough hooks to hang clothes or wet towers in the bathroom.

The room cleanliness needs improvement,it was quite dusty, trash bin wasn't emptied,and there was hair around the room.

The mattress and bed frame were extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the night shift staff was unfriendly and unprofessional.

Très bien pour une nuit. A 10 min à pied du Centre touristique. Nous avons pu laisser nos sacs à l'hôtel après le check out. Personnel sympathique. Une caution de 50RM est demandée (restituée au check out).

Insonorisation interne : C'était très calme la nuit mais dès les gens des autres chambres levées, on entendait tout. Draps jaunis au niveau du contact du haut du corps, du coup ne donne pas un aspect propre.

The location was great. We walked everywhere. It’s not super near to Jonker Street but it’s walkable with our toddler. The hotel does provide carpark so we parked our car most of the time & briskwalk everywhere. The hotel also provides water dispenser which is great when I want to make milk for my kid.

The cleanliness could very much improve. The toilet especially has a pee smell, it’s probably from the previous guests which housekeeping should take note while cleaning or prepping the toiletries. There was no bodywash refilled but it was refill the next day. Had to do a washing throughout before using it. Under the bed is quite dirty as well. A lot of dusts. We noticed because our kid’s stuff fell under so we had a hard time looking for it.

Location and parking convenience. Nice Coffee shop for breakfast just across the street.

The pillows were hard and caused neck discomfort when sleeping
