Excellent hotel, has a bit of a hostel vibe with the laundry/ games room. Room was clean and fresh, staff were very friendly and helpful. Can’t fault the hotel at all. Super close to the beach with great food options nearby!

Beligenheten er god. Mye bra restauranter i nærområdet, kort vei til stranden. Har flere nærbutikker som 7/11 og apotek i nærheten. Noen barer er også kort unna. Hyggelig personale, rommet var fin størrelse, greit for 2 personer i 4-5 netter. Dusjen var god, bra vanntrykk.

Sengen var veldig hard, En del støy fra veien utenfor. Ble veldig vått på hele baderommet etter en dusj.

Cet hôtel est proche de la plage de Karon qui se trouve à 5 mn à pied. Malheureusement : rue sans trottoir avec beaucoup d'encombrements, ce qui oblige, parfois, à marcher sur la chaussée, ce qui n'est pas confortable. Nous y avons passé 5 jours, dans une grande chambre agréable et spacieuse avec une petite terrasse ; très bonne propreté dans tout l'hôtel. Very modern hotel on Patak road . We were not on the road side so very quiet . There is building work going on but we were out most of the day so didn't notice any noise . The staff are lovely here . Cleaned daily . In a good position near Karon Beach. Loads of bars ,restaurants and shops near by . Overall a jice stay Lovely beds and bathroom

You can get a bit of noise from people shutting the doors to rooms as they are a bit clangy .

The hotel is central fir so many outings, the beach is 5 minutes walk away; straight down the road. Lots of lovely eateries on the doorstep. 7 11 shop for convenience a minute away. And the hotel... It's so clean, tidy and staff never stop... On arrival the reception staff genuinely welcome you. Help with luggage and show you to the room...Service with a smile 😃 Breakfast of cereals, toast and jams, Thai food & rice, also a cooked breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage and fried potatoes are offered. Tea, coffee, juices and water are available. The kitchen staff are helpful and pleasant too. Rooms are cleaned and replenished daily, any concerns are dealt with immediately. Overall, this is a great Hotel. Great location, and so relaxing...even with construction going on out on the mountain view side...it never spoilt our stay here... Great stay 😊

Old furniture, shower not working well, bad smell

Abbiamo soggiornato per la prima volta in questo hotel. È andato tutto benissimo, pulizia in camera, disponibilità alla reception, cordialità. Certamente torneremo in futuro. Inoltre è ppsizionato molto bene, spiaggia a 5 minuti e tutti i servizi necessari, appena fuori dall'hotel.

It’s a bit old, Moldy sink and toilet. Bath towel need to change, as it’s too old.

Upon arrival, sat a member of staff (mee) at the reception. I greeted her in Thai (sawadee ka) got no response or smile. He tone and response was very rude and when I asked for another room key? She didn’t give me any sign of acknowledge, so I ask again politely and got a blunt ( I know!) Maybe she’s having a bad day but it’s no way to treat anyone.

Nice people, bed a bit too hard for us. Super location on a main street of Karon but remains quiet when you take mountain side.

The room was huge and with a balcony, everything was well organized. Breakfast was good, I would suggest have one more option close to western breakfast.

Large room! Friendly staff. I had a room on the north side, so there wasn't too hot insidde at daytime, it was comfortable to use a balcony. I didn't hear noise at night. Shops, restaurants and other facitilies are nearby.

the rooms need to be sound proof. specially the doors of the rooms need to be changed/ sound proof. I didn’t have any issue with that but had a rough time with another guest who was complaining about my kids being loud in the corridor.

Данный отель мы с женой открыли для себя в 2013 году, и просто в него влюбились. С тех пор, если мы летим в Тайланд, на Карон, то останавливаемся в нём. Нам нравится его расположение, хотя немного далековато до пляжа, но зато все остальное достаточно близко. Рядом ресторан Веранда, где мы обедаем. Мы обычно берём номер с видом на горы, немного дороже, зато спокойно, и ничего не мешает ночному отдыху. Жаль персонал не говорит по русски совсем. Завтраки стандартные, ничего особенного, но и голодными мы не оставались. В общем отель нам нравится. Большие номера, не тесно. Всем хорошего отдыха.

The staff very professional & helpful especially NOI head receptionist always helpful and smiley In general most of the team really nice & warm. Hotel value for money and the EFES restaurant on G/F serves TURKISH & RUSSIAN & MEDITERRANEAN & THAI & VEGETARIAN FOODS.The food is great and the restaurant is comfortable, clean and tidy.

The hotel is a very clean and even has a gym. The rooms are very spacious and has nice view to hills and sea backside. The breakfast fine but the variety of dishes quite limited. There are only few shoulders and the wardrobe has only one shelf, which can be tricky if you travel not alone.

Situated above a Family Mart 24 hour shop and surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars this hotel is in the best location in Karon. The temple and beach are 2 minutes walking distance and Patong is 10 minutes away in a tuk tuk. I stayed here due to the exceptional security for the underground parking..... a must for big bikes. The hotel is kept very clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful......

The location is excellent; central to everything and with its own minimart downstairs. I have stayed in Karon many, many times before; including at the Simplitel in 2013. The hotel then was new and was at a premium price. However the stay was far cheaper this time around - possibly due to the downturn in the tourism market - but the level of cleanliness was still excellent. THE STAFF Reception and Cleaning staff were superb. All smiles and professionalism across the board. However, on the second morning I went down for breakfast and was asked my room number, which I duly gave and went to the well-appointed buffet. As I was putting some bread in the toaster, I get manhandled around by the waiter and he shouts, "No! Stop!" "I beg your pardon." He points at my room number on his sheet and it says "RO" - Room Only. I'd thought I'd paid - as I had done for two rooms back in 2013 - for the included breakfast. Oops! "Sorry!" - said in Thai. As I start to walk away, feeling a bit sheepish, an older man comes into the dining room and yells at me from ten feet and getting closer, "Get out! You not pay! No food! Get out!" Now, far from being embarrassed, I'm fuming. How dare he? A simple mistake; I'd already apologised and was walking out. Now I'm red with rage. But still walking and not acknowledging the older man. I live in Thailand and have learned how to keep a "cool heart" as the Thais say. I don't know if I'll stay again. But I definitely won't include breakfast!

Beatiful view on tropic mountin (sholud choose right room, it would cost some more than standard street view); kind stuff; rooms are cleaned up good and every day; nice location: there are different shops (7-11, family mart), pharmacies, restaurant (can advise 'red chopsticks' and 'efes')

We really liked the hotel, it turned out to be very loyal. we arrived early in the morning, at 8 am, we were settled not at 14:00, but upon our arrival. very smiling, kind staff, the hotel is new, renovated, clean, comfortable. I want to note that not in one country where I was, there was no such service. the only thing that upsets, there is no swimming pool, we arrived out of season and the waves are simply huge and blowing down, it’s not possible to swim. our breakfast was prepared after the fact, you can choose from the menu what you want, as a rule it is scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, rice, french fries and so on. Very tasty, we liked everything, there’s nothing to complain about, and the administrator is such a nice, kind guy, that after him the morning is really GOOD !!! there is one small nuance, the rooms do not have a toothbrush and toothpaste, in general, all personal hygiene products, except for soap, shower gel and shampoo. We always took everything for hygiene from home, but this time we decided not to bother and not take it, anyway there is everything there, but it turned out not, but we were not taken aback and went to the market and bought what we needed. the hotel has a gym, pin pong, a library and free computers with internet, wi-fi within walking distance of the market, which is open Tuesday and Friday from 18-24: 00 cafes and bars with live music, the sea 5 minutes from the hotel, which was very pleased in the room by the way there is one Russian channel, this is the "first". free fridge, not a bar, but just a fridge. it is also very convenient, since we never drink from the bar, we have ours, it was very convenient to cool our drinks. to summarize, I really liked everything, convenient and comfortable. There is one wish is to make a pool.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel. Staff are friendly, food at breakfast was delicious, facilities were clean and cozy. This is a simple hotel (hence the name) but with all there is to do on Phuket, you don’t spend too much time inside and that’s why this place is perfect. Great location!!

We went to this hotel for our honeymoon. Absolutely loved it. The rooms were big and clean. The view (if you are in the back of the hotel) is beautiful. Wow!!! The breakfast was great. It was a five minute walk to the beach. The street itself was full of restaurants, bars, & shopping. On the same street you can rent scooters or get a speed to bring you to the other islands. The people that live and work there are genuinely very nice. If we go back, we would definitely go back to this hotel again.

Great place, simple but clean and modern. My room was very spacious. Staff was helpful, but the language barrier was tricky. I arrived a day late, and warned them twice by email and text, but nobody seemed to know about it and it took awhile to find my reservation. Besides that, great stay!

Very nice hotel! Comfortable rooms with city or mountain views. For breakfast is always a pleasant variety of local and European dishes. Very conveniently laid out. There is no pool (only quieter for this) and there is a large comfortable veranda.

Mixed feeling on this one. Choose this hotel because of it's location. Service was very good. Sleep was comfortable but water from the tap had a terrible smell.

Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. And there's a fully equipped gym (although we didn't use it!) Hotel is located right near multiple restaurants and just a few minutes' walk from the beach.

Not bad stay but not worth the price. Maybe I went during peak period which is why the hotel price is expensive.

We were arriving quite late and have no choice to our reserved toom. It was nightmare when assigned our room at 3rd floor which is upper floor of restaurant. There were many little crokoaches coming out whenever we moved. They came out from table, u der the bed and bathroom. I called to receptionist about this issue and ask for room changed. Fortunately, he was helpful and manage to get me another room at 6th floor. It was much more cleaner. I am happy they attended and fixed the issue immediately and new assigned room is pleasant to stay! We are satisfied at last! The breakfast was standard, fresh and they will continue refill when finished Very polite staff and we are happy to had our breakfast there daily. For location wise, it was strategic and not hustle. Simplitel is close to alot nice restaurants and seaside. We were moving around by riding bike in Phuket. There is a bike rent stall at few block away (right side when you step out from hotel). There are some nice coffee shops/ dessert shops nearby seaside. Is good to explore around in Karon beach.
