This is our 3rd visit to to Best Western Resort. On arrival the staff remembered us and we had flowers and a fruit platter waiting in our room for us. The pools were right outside our door. Pool staff were fun and remembered my drink every time 😍. Restaurant was great and staff were such fun. We want to say a BIG thanks to Yvett and ING at reception for all the care and attention they gave us. Nothing was a problem. If your looking for a friendly place to stay and close to the shopping and beach this is the place. 🥰🥰🥰

I’ve been there with my mother, we had great time. The stuff was amazing, as usual kind and polite, always smiling. Then my mother got sick for a couple of days and kwan and Ying and Thiri Shwe Sin from the restaurant team were very nice in preparing me stuff for her breakfast. Beautiful hotel and amazing location. I really advise to anyone who wants just to have some relaxing time without any stress.

Check-in was smooth, and the property is beautiful. The staff guides you well and I met this lady at the front desk Yve, who guided me through and her warm welcome immediately sets a positive tone for everyone walking through the door

I truly loved my stay at **Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort!** From the moment I arrived, Yve was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best possible experience. Yve went above and beyond throughout my entire stay. She helped me with everything I needed, always made sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly attentive to my needs. She even encouraged me to book a Phi Phi Island tour, which turned out to be such a wonderful experience, and she helped arrange transportation for me to the bus terminal when it was time to leave. But what made this stay truly special was that I didn't just meet someone from the hotel — **I truly made a friend.** Yve was not just guest service personnel to me; she became my well-wisher. She genuinely looked out for me, cared about my experience, and wanted to make sure I was safe, happy, and enjoying my time in Phuket. Her kindness, warmth, and thoughtfulness made my stay so memorable. Sometimes it’s the people you meet during your travels who make the experience unforgettable, and Yve was definitely that person for me. It was truly a **magical experience**, and I will always remember my stay at Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort because of her. I would absolutely stay here again, and I sincerely hope I get to see Yve again someday. ❤️

Nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and are well maintained every day. The breakfast is good, with a nice mix of European and Thai food. The staff are very friendly, especially Yve, who was very attentive and gave us excellent tips for beautiful places to visit.

Great location, walking distance to beach restaurants seven eleven and more.. rooms large and vlean with good hot water. Breadkfadbig selection and tasty. The pools are also wonderful. All the staff are do helpful and friendly. Munger makes a good cocktail in foyer bar. Front office do willing to help especially Yveth

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Ocean Resort Phuket. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the very first day. The rooms were always spotless and well maintained. We also loved the beautiful hotel grounds with the different pool areas and relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.

The breakfast was fantastic, I have stayed here 5-6 times now and it has been 8 years since I have been back and it was great to catch up with some of the old staff again. Fantastic place for a family or couple holiday.

As I am heading for the older years , the stairs to lifts were the only thing I could of done without, but did tone up body.

Room was big and comfortable with a nice balcony. Very near the beach. Resort has 3 pool to choose from, no overcrowding.

Bed was too soft. Bar at the pool can be improved.. Beer was not cold enough and a hot plastic cup was served together.

Good food by chef Cezar and the front desks,especially yvez is so approachable, also all the staff. I gladly recommend it to our friends.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again I had a wonderful experience. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful pool view. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the restaurant service was excellent. One thing I noticed when I came back was that Robert, one of the waiters at the restaurant, was no longer there. I really missed seeing him because he always provided outstanding service during my previous stay. He was friendly, attentive, and made every meal more enjoyable. Overall, I had another fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

the location and the hotel rooms located along with mountain.. looks nice. The balcony was nice and big

the room size was small. Washroom small.. Breakfast had lot of items.. but not of good quality .. literally tasteless

Had a good off season discount. Room was comfortable. Breakfast okay for Thai. Beach was a good 5 mins walk. Pool areas were quiet.

Lots of empty trims but we had people above and adjacent to us … personally I would have appreciated an empty room between guests so that inevitably noises were kept to a minimum.. doors closing furniture scraping. Nothing big but the hotel was very quiet and there was plenty of space so surprised to have us all bunched up together

This was one of the best stays I ever had. The property is so amazing with everything you can ask for - great rooms with ocean views, trees, swimming pools, restaurants and bar. And it is 5 min walk to beach and so many cafes around. The team at the hotel was the primary reason of my excellent stay - a huge thanks to the team from booking , reception, at the restaurant and the cleaners. These guys are the best I have ever met in my years of traveling. They made my stay easy and memorable. My room was cleaned everyday and it was so neat.

Leider waren mir zuwenig Deutsch und Englischsprechende Gäste im Hotel,mit Denen man sich unterhalten hätte können. Man hat das Gefühl,es wird von Jahr zu Jahr weniger.

This is my first time staying at the best western phuket ocean resort ,i will recommend it to everybody. The moment you walk in you feel welcome , the staff is very nice , the rooms are clean .And they got a wonderfull restaurant with good fresh food ,you have a lot of options .the staff member john r. is a very kind man he helped me every time i visites the restaurant .i felt very welcome and Comfortable. Thnx for the hospitality see you next time

BW Karon is our place to stay at Karon. Affordable well run efficient hotel with friendly attentive staff, there is no better option. BW have also had a recent makeover with a new modern look and updated facilities with extra amenities but the friendly welcome is still the same, and that is what you remember most of all. Put all of this together with the joy of Karon Beach in Thailand and it’s a wonderful package. Great food services available like a wonderful daily breakfast, on site restaurant and some complimentary coffees etc in the reception all add to it. Lower level accommodation is available for elder folk, pools etc for family fun, BW must be so proud of this hotel and staff. It is exceptional at every level.

Очень много открытых лестниц на жаре - в некоторые номера довольно тяжело попасть, если есть ограничения по мобильности

Property located very close to the beach, 7/11 and massage. There a lot of restaurants around, so if you don't want to commute you have your lazy holidays with everything you need around you. Hotel stuff was very attentive and friendly, we got all we need. It was nice that they provide beach towels. Breakfast was good, a lot of options you can choose from. Overall it was a great stay.

Отель расположен близко к пляжу. 5 минут неспешным шагом. Рядом магазин. Есть пару макашниц. До улицы где много кафе 7-10 минут пешком. Уборка номеров идеально, каждый день. Территория чистая ухожена. В холе отеля комплимент от отеля (кофе, напитки). Кафе на территории отеля с хорошими ценами. В номере чайник, кофе. чай, сахар. Интернет не супер но для работы хватало.

Отель расположен прям у оживленной дороги. Шум от машин целый день и ночь. У кого чуткий сон без беруш никак. Это наверно единственный минус.

We have a fantastic holiday again. Special thanks to Te, Aung, Ae and Thae in the pool bar and Kwan in the breakfast buffet, who make our holiday mutch better 😊 We come back next year for sure

Отель оставил приятное впечатление. Удобное местоположение — до пляжа спокойным шагом всего 5–7 минут. Завтрак не входил в стоимость проживания, но его можно было приобрести на месте в ресторане за 321 бат, что довольно удобно. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный, всегда готов помочь. Уборка в номере проводилась ежедневно, что также порадовало. В целом комфортный вариант для отдыха и проживания. На фото вид из номера 4236.

We were staying here for 7 days. The hotel was a perfect starting point to start trips to Patong, Central Phuket or just the beach. We rented a motorbike for a cheap fee at the reception and the service for that was excellent as well. The hotel itself has everything you need with different pool areas, free nonalcoholic beverages at the reception and a nice restaurant. Special shoutout to Jessica and the rest of the crew for always welcoming us with a big smile and a positive attitude for breakfast. The best way to start your day right. Definitely will be coming back again.

Location, location, location. Just a block away from the beach. The room was cleaned daily and complimentary tea, coffee, toiletries given. The Staff were all friendly and helpful. Taxis or Tuk Tuks across the street if required. Local buses a short walk away. Restaurants and markets a short walk away. It was my Birthday during our stay and I was given a small bouquet of orchids and a fruit platter which was much appreciated.

There are a lot of stairs leading to the lift and combined with the Thailand heat and humidity made it difficult for us old folk to walk up. They are uneven and pebbled which inflicted a bad wound on my husband's leg when he tripped up them. Even though we were on a Non smoking floor, most of the other 5 rooms next to us smoked. We did complain to Reception and they sent a letter to those people but most of the time they kept smoking.

The staff were amazing and so helpful! We had great service from all of them, but especially Jessica at the restaurant and Yve at Front Desk. The report is very family oriented and exceeded our expectations.

Especially when Yve remembered my birthday and had flowers and plate of fruit placed in my room while we out. She continued her incredible hosting as we ran into her on her day off then took some time to take us to explore more of Karon. Her generosity and local insights made our trip even more memorable. I highly recommend anyone to stay at the Best Western Hotel.

We had a special time we arrived last Friday the 7th and left yesterday the 15th. My goodness the staff members from the kitchen to the reception were so friendly and professional. We made friends with Yve and Maung as well, others I couldn’t remember their names. Yve was so friendly, we even took a group photo with her. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We definitely recommend the resort for anyone who wants to experience comfort, friendly staff.

Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De operator mevrouw “Kwan”, verzorgde ons goed. De kamers werden elke dag schoongemaakt. Goede hygiëne en veel keuze op de menukaart. Lekker eten!

Friendly staff

The Thailand vacation was the best week of my entire life and it wouldn't be that good if it was a different hotel! Everything was great: people, food, service and overall atmosphere. There are several pools in the hotel with free towels, Swedish table and many other things that will make your vacation unforgettable. Among all the good staff there, I would like to mention Yve - she is the best! Very kind, very helpful and easy to talk to. Yve, I owe you a personal thank you, so from the bottom of my heart - ขอบคุณ!

I stayed at the Best Western Ocean Resort Karon Beach with my family for two weeks in July and we all had a wonderful time. The Resort is well laid out with two swimming pools and ample sun loungers for the guests to enjoy. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful flower beds and well manicured lawns. The rooms are large and well maintained with excellent WiFi and amenities. The staff were very friendly always greeting you with a friendly smile and the complimentary coffee and juice in the lobby was a lovely and welcome surprise to relax in the morning or after a day out at the beach or sightseeing. The on site laundry was also an added bonus and a very useful facility. All in all I would highly recommend this Hotel and Resort and would have no hesitation staying here again when we next visit Karon Beach.

From our arrival until we checked out we were made feel extremely welcome by all the staff members. Roberto, Su, Einiat and June were breaths of fresh air at the Breakfast table, making us feel right at home with their efficiency and friendliness. The food was good and the rooms were in great condition, serviced daily. The views from the resort are spectacular and everything you need, is right on your doorstep. We will definitely stay at Best Western when we visit again next year.

The staff working at the hotel are delightful and very friendly. Robert and Su from the restaurant were exceptional and were very open. The rooms are clean, cool and neat which is a must in the Thailand heat. The hotel is situated very close to a lot of local markets and the beach. It's easy to walk anywhere you need to due to it all being in close proximity. Loved the hotel and would absolutely stay there again.
