Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Very helpful staff, willing to go above-and-beyond for our early arrival. Room was comfortable, clean and modern with a reasonable size. Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity were stable and strong, air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable. Shower temperature was hot enough. Price was excellent, considering the location is next to Rochor station (making it easier for our arrival on a rainy day), a short walk from major interchanges of Bugis and Little India, and a short walk from Jalan Besar station if you'd like to save time riding the Downtown-line loop. Its location is close to many tourist attractions and food venues.
Pillow was a bit high for one of our members. Water system seems to have some air getting into it, making it a bit noisy. Supplied shower gel and shampoo from dispenser was a bit weak and the shower floor was a little slimy. Shower ventilation was not working, so it was very steamy. There is some construction nearby.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026We had a wonderful stay at ibis Styles Singapore Albert. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist us and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The location was convenient, the hotel was comfortable, and the excellent hospitality from the staff really made our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated their kindness and great service. We would be happy to stay here again!

The room that was assigned to me was very noisy especially at night and in the morning. You can hear loud flushing and flowing of water probably from the bathrooms of other units.

Lokalizacja super, 3 minuty do lini metra którą dojedzie sie w pare minut do najważniejszych miejsc w mieście. Personel miły i śniadania bardzo dobre. Nie ma absolutnie nic do czego mozna się przyczepić. Mieliśmy po przylocie hotel obok (Rochor) I uważam że Ibis jest dużo lepszy. Z pewnością wybiorę Ibis jesli będę znów w Singapurze.

I do wish the beds we're a little softer, just a little too stiff for my preference, and I disliked the shower curtain as it was always moving inwards.

There's nothing to like. The room is very tiny and is not matched what I see from the picture etc...

The guests are noisy, and the doors are hard to close, making a loud noise when they do. There are limited comfortable places to eat nearby.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Prior to my arrival I had requested a quiet room on a high floor away from the pool. The room allocated to me was on the 5th floor only (there were 10 floors) and the floor right above the pool and facing the pool! I asked for a different room and was told the hotel was sold out so no other room was available. The check in digital key was never sent to me so what was the point of checking in online when I never got the digital key and had to check in upon arrival anyway??? The room had no net curtains, tiny room and tiny bathroom. Typical for the Ibis hotels. Tiny shower room as well. I could hear when the person next door showered at midnight. It woke me up. There was a strong smell of gas outside the building one night. The rates were very high for what was offered. £95 pn to stay in a small uncomfortable super noisy room. Many group of guests were there.
The hallway was super noisy. Lots of rooms and all the doors were slamming constantly and guests were shouting from one end of the hallway to the other early in the morning. The first day I had hung the sign up asking for the room to be cleaned. When I got back at 4:30 PM the room had not been cleaned. I then had to go to the reception and tell them. The hotel was very clean and so was my room but the noise was too much for me. Only one elevator was working while the other one was being repaired. Only 4 hangers in the room for 2 people. The only good thing about this place was the fridge in the room and the location by the metro. The second day I was offered a room on the 9th floor. Super busy hallway again but higher up from the very noisy pool. However, the new room was facing the pool on the other side belonging to the hotel across the street. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Overall a very bad 4 days in this hotel and I shall not return to this hotel.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026La ubicación muy cerquita de la estación de metro Rochor. Hay muchas opciones de comer bien y barato en los alrededores. El personal siempre está dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier tema. Hay buena piscina y en el lobby se sirve gratis el té frío y agua de pepino con hielo. Te guardan el equipaje. La habitación no es muy grande pero tiene todas las comodidades y la cama es muy confortable con almohadas normales y no de esas muy altas.. Hay agua filtrada potable en el baño.
La cortina de la ducha podría ser unos 5 cm más larga y la alfombrilla más grande. Se empapaba el suelo un poco.

Het ontbijtbuffet was vrij krap. Het werd zwaar gemonitord maar de tafels staan gewoon te dicht op elkaar zodat je niet makkelijk van je tafel naar het buffet kan lopen. Niet als alle tafels bezet zijn.
