The city is quite safe and completely unaffected by recent nature issues that affected other areas. The entire staff was wonderful and very helpful and accommodating. Everyone was so polite. The facilities were very clean and beautiful. The surrounding city was also completely unaffected and safe and walkable. The staff was able to assist with rides, tourism, spa and local yoga, and meditation request. It is a very short walk to the lake and like activities.
The staff was amazing. They were helpful and attentive.
Nothing
Everything about the resort was great. We were looking for a quiet stay outside the hustle and relax a bit, and the resort did not disappoint at all.
It would have been great to set a small gym area. Maybe there are future plans for it.
Receptionist Ayushma was very nice and helpful. She advised our one day trip very wisely. Thanks to her.
The dental kit provided in room was below standard.
The hotel is a stone throw to the lake which you could walk to everything.
Not sure why it’s a 5*. I have not stay at any 5* hotels where guests hanging their clothes in the lawn outside their rooms and the hallway to our room we could see all the local daily activities and the swimming pool is only for children to get in and play. The food is below average. Somewhat the electricity just keeps turning on and off.
All staff were supportive The place were amazing Location is outstanding Again the best thing is the staff They were too kind and supportive Specially the girl which is in tourism table desk She done a very unforgettable service for us even following up and arranging everything Thank you all
Nothing
Our one day stay before our ABC trek was amazing.
We went back after our 10 day trek and slept there for one night only to wake up with construction happening right above us. Really needed to sleep in but the noise was unbearable.
Amazing hotel and excellent staff
L emplacement! Le personnel! Les massages top o
Rien
Lovely garden - but NO views of area
The pool was overrun with guests (?) and children and smokers all around on the poolside loungers . The breakfast buffet was poor compared to all other stays in Nepal .
Great staff, beautiful grounds and top notch bar and restaurant. Would highly recommend!
The property was lovely. The bed room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. All the required amenities were available The location was fabulous - just a 3 minute walk from the lake and the shops, bars and restaurants. The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. In particular, the front desk staff (Ayushma) was extremely helpful and all her recommendations were excellent. She made all necessary arrangements for sight seeing, and helicopter ride to Annapurna base camp etc. The spa treatments were incredibly good.
There's room for improvement in the breakfast. We were not particularly impressed with what was offered for breakfast.
L endroit est magnifique Personnel très aimable Les massages exceptionnels
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful The food is the best in town. The hotel grounds are beautiful with lovely flowers
All good
Pleasant staff
Facility and the room are comfortable and clean
Unfortunately when we arrived, we didn’t have a room! They transferred us to another hotel after already a long day of travelling, and we had to discuss long not to be charged for that night as they made a mistake and had to compensate. We were not charged for that night in the end, but it was still very inconvenient..
We loved our stay at Temple Tree! The pool is beautiful and was amazing to relax at after a long trek. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety. We’d definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Pokhara.
Nothing!
Beautiful property and conveniently located
The staff was amazing, the location was so convenient
Oase van rust in Pokhara
Niets
Nice resort in a great location right in the centre of Pokhara - lovely staff and had a nice pool as well. Spacious rooms.
It's getting a little old and could do with a bit of a face lift. The jacuzzi only operates from 3pm and we would have wanted to use it earlier than that.
Excellent rooms, peaceful courtyard, and good walkable location...pleasant staff
Nothing...except that we had to leave!
Локация, персонал, СПА
Кухня, готовить не умеют, хотя завтрак приемлем и кофе тоже
Quite relaxing location
Breakfast service was frequently lacking items
The location.. style of the property.. lots of places to sit and chill ..! Great outside bar for a cocktail and the staff are amazing..so friendly and welcoming
Buildings greenery and flowers The staff esp at the bar were very good
Too noisy, cramped and rooms looking over a family house meant you could hear everything from the house
Staff were very welcoming and pool area very nice. Good breakfast. Large rooms and very clean and well maintained.
Some of gym equipment not working and no bubbles in the jacuzzi! Restaurant prices very expensive.
nothing
Great hotel, very clean, and the staff was exceptional.
Nothing.
Wunderschönes Boutique Ressort an der Lakeside von Pokhara. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Treks als auch zum Relaxen am Pool.
Staff incredibly helpful however the property requires a complete refurbishment as the rug in bedroom is dirty, TV did not work constantly albeit outside of the power cuts. Toilet flushing had issues.
Well they helped me plan my proposal so this is going to be a special place always. :)
This is a very friendly, clean and convenient location resort. I will come back again.
The location is close to the lakefront and the jacuzzi is very good although it is operational only for few hours. Food is very good
Very small rooms especially if you are 3+ . The food and extra bed is very expensive and they do not negotiate. Also it is NOT lakefront
Incredible and fantastic resort. The best I’ve stayed at so far. And I’ve stayed at Marriott, Aloft and other 5 star hotels in Nepal, this is the best experience by far. The details they put into this hotel is really top notch. The place is beautifully maintained daily, the grass are always free of leafs and branches, the gardening job is done perfectly, and they do this everyday. The housekeeping team is like magic, the second you left for lunch and come back, boom the room is made and it’s perfectly clean. The service are the most incredible, I was sick for days and they gave me thermometer, electrolytes, ginger lemon honey tea, make outside of the menu soup for me and get it delivered to my room, they called the doctor for consultation, and even gave me a free ride to the hospital. And then everyone is asking “how are you, are you feeling better”. It’s really incredible, made me feel like home and truly cared for above and beyond. Even the driver they have is amazing the car is clean, snd the way he drive is extra gentle and careful make you feel safe. You know they put in all that extra effort to add to the experience.
Close to the lake, convenient to everything. Staffs are well trained.
Shower is a little old and could use some improvement
Hotel is in an ideal location close to Lake Phewa and the Lakeside shops & restaurants. It's like an oasis with a large pool surrounded by gardens and is very peaceful. The staff in reception were very welcoming and helped us with all our questions. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and we enjoyed talking to them at breakfast and dinner. The food was always fresh and delicious.
Nothing, we liked everything about this hotel.
Loved this hotel! Such an oasis in the Lakeside area. The staff are so friendly and helpful, a real delight to stay for 4 days. The weather was hot during my stay so the pool was great.
I can think of nothing that I didn’t like about Temple Tree Resort
Great facilities. Wonderful pool and gardens. Great views of the Himalayas farm the top terrace. Overall a superb, well run place.
A very beautiful hotel with a Tuscan feel to it. The breakfast buffet caters for many diets and tastes. The spa treatments are top notch with very well trained staff. I stayed there a couple of times and the comfort of the mattresses varied from cushioned to firm. It's a good place for families, with lots of children playing in the swimming pool. The staff were lovely and friendly (special mention to Hari).
Less use of plastic and a water bottle re-fill station in reception would be great.
Everything was perfect. The staff was welcoming, friendly and always there when needed. The location was beautiful, well maintained and super clean. The team and Ram arranged everything for us effortlessly, even when we needed to change already booked plans due to a friend getting sick. Would absolutely visit again whenever I would be back in Pokhara.
Well service and hospitality! We highly recommend this hotel.
The look and feel of the property is flawless. The facilities were exceptional, especially the pool, the day spa, and outdoor dining area. Every staff member were very friendly and attentive.
Nothing
Good hotel
Pool water was not clean enough special jaccozy
Great breakfast
The indoor facilities, like the air conditioning, bathtub, and bed, were incredibly comfortable and made my stay so enjoyable. I had a wonderful time with no issues at all!
There were no particular issues, but if I were to mention one, it would be that the TV remote was somewhat unresponsive. It would be great if that could be improved.
This is a beautiful hotel, close to Pokhara town centre, close to the lake, wonderful attentive staff, very good food . Lovely swimming pool and spa and flora and the singing birds are a joy. A gem.
Nice resort within walking distance to the lakeside. However, room had some faults such as shower didn’t work properly & leaked into bedroom. Also tv did not have full smart tv functions. Breakfast was good but think property is overpriced..
Loved Temple Tree. Such lovely and helpful staff. Property was very pretty—nice pool and even a hot jacuzzi. Rooms were great, breakfast spread very nice. Well located right next to the lake and an easy walk into the heart of “downtown.” Really enjoyed our stay there.
Very responsive at the bar, the drinks were excellent and the food was great. Great location, easy to get into town and walk around. Very close to the lake. Staff were helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
For breakfast items like pancakes and french toast, it would be good to have maple/pancake syrup (not chocolate syrup) on hand. Just a small thing to note.
The staff are really amazing and the food on site in the restaurant is really excellent. I also got a massage that was really heavenly.
Excellent customer service and great location. Very good breakfast
Nice place to stay
Lovely hotel and great food. Centre of Pokhara so great location
There's kids playing in pool constantly all day so I couldn't go for a swim in pool which was one of reasons why I booked so that was a real shame
Good location close to the Lakeside, comfortable rooms (with big soft beds), small but nice swimming pool (with jacuzzi!), very good food and drinks. Also very friendly staff and great spa facilities (best Nepali massages).
It was a pleasure to stay there. We just got married and the hotel personnel gifted in with a cake. Clean and comfortable, it is an island of peace.
The rustic feel, and the amazing staff.

The staff are amazing
As others have stated it is like an oasis in Pokhara. The standards of the property are top notch. It is well designed, modern and clean.
We found it to be unnecessarily expensive.
Perfect way to unwind after trekking. Free fruit platter. Staff was always attentive. Suggest more reasonable prices / packages for laundry especially given that lots of trekkers will be interested in using it. But if you do stay know many laundry services will wash and fold for 200 rupees per kilo.
Location. Breakfast bar. Nice staff
Warm hot even with air conditioner
Temple Tree was a tranquil haven and a lovely place to rejuvenate after two weeks of trekking. They had a great breakfast, spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms and an awesome pool area.
