The hospitality , the staff are so friendly , and the view in front the golden horn is magnificent and actually it’s 15 to 18 minutes by bus to the center of the city karakoy and galata .

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and in my opinion, the overall experience is nowhere near the standard expected from a five-star hotel. The biggest issue was the room we received. When you book a specific room category, you naturally expect to receive what you actually paid for. However, that was not our experience at all. We specifically booked a room on a higher floor with a sea view and a balcony. Instead, we were given a room without a balcony, facing a run-down area. Reception described it as a “city view,” but the view was basically a tall building directly in front of our window, with rubbish visible below. There was practically no view at all. What made this worse was the attitude at reception. It did not seem to matter what type of room we had actually reserved. We were simply given an available room, despite it being significantly different from the description of our booking. Another serious issue was housekeeping. They came very early in the morning and woke us up almost every day. Even worse, staff entered our room without permission on multiple occasions. For a hotel claiming to offer five-star service, this is simply unacceptable. The air-conditioning system was also extremely poor. The heating and cooling only work when the windows are completely closed, and even then, the air conditioning barely cools the room. We could leave it running for hours and the room would only become slightly cooler. The facilities were another major disappointment. The photos online create a very different impression from what you actually find at the hotel. The swimming pool is very small, and the water was extremely cold. The Turkish bath and sauna were not working at all during our stay. Breakfast was also far below what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Many of the foods were extremely greasy, the fruit lacked freshness and flavor, and the bread was often dry.

The gym and hammam were good.

We booked a king room, but its window faced a wall. This had not been made clear when booking. The room felt extremely enclosed and claustrophobic, and I felt I could not breathe comfortably. When I explained my health concerns to the manager, his response was rude and dismissive. He told me I should have paid more for a better view. My concern was not about having a beautiful view, but about being comfortable in the room. After I insisted that I could not stay there, I was moved one floor higher. The replacement felt slightly less enclosed, but still had no view. The breakfast did not seem fresh. On another occasion, we asked reception for bottled water and were told it would be delivered to our room. Despite following up and explicitly offering to pay, it never arrived. We eventually went to bed without receiving it. This was particularly disappointing for a five-star hotel. The location was also inconvenient. The nearest shops were about a 10-minute walk away, with a steep uphill climb back to the hotel, making it difficult to go out and buy water ourselves. The hotel was far from the train station and around 45–60 minutes from the city centre.

Konaklamam sırasında özellikle konfor ve hizmet açısından ciddi hayal kırıklığı yaşadım. Öncelikle yataklardan biri oldukça rahattı ancak diğer yatak resmen çökmüştü. Yatarken belim bükülüyordu ve gece boyunca rahat bir şekilde uyumak mümkün olmadı. Banyo tarafında da suyun akışı yeterli değildi. Ayrıca banyoda kırık seramikler bulunuyordu. Bu durum hem kullanım açısından hem de görsel olarak beş yıldızlı bir otelden beklenen kaliteyle kesinlikle uyuşmuyordu. Kahvaltı da beklentimin oldukça altındaydı. Çeşit çok azdı ve genel olarak kahvaltıyı başarılı bulmadım. Özellikle omlet gibi basit bir kahvaltı ürününün bile doğru düzgün hazırlanmadığını düşünüyorum. Restoran ve kahvaltı servisinde çalışan bazı personelin ilgisiz ve güler yüzlü olmaması da ayrıca rahatsız ediciydi. Sanki zorla çalışıyorlarmış gibi bir tavır vardı. Ancak aralarında gerçekten güler yüzlü ve ilgili olan bir-iki bayan personel vardı; kendilerine ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Konum konusunu özellikle eleştirmiyorum çünkü otelin konumunu seçerken bunu kendim tercih ettim. Ancak genel olarak odanın ve otelin sunduğu konfor, banyo durumu, kahvaltı ve hizmet kalitesi açısından beklentilerimi kesinlikle karşılamadı. Genel değerlendirmem, otelin beş yıldız standardını kesinlikle karşılamadığı ve konaklamamdan hiçbir şekilde memnun kalmadığım yönünde.

Отличный персонал. Отзывчивые люди, всегда готовые прийти на помощь. Отель красивый, большой. Расположен в неплохом районе. Рядом набережная и парки. Есть бесплатный Шатл в центр Стамбула несколько раз в день. Хорошая транспортная развязка. Бассейн и бесплатная СПА зона. Отличный вид из окна на бухту Золотой рог.ОЧЕНЬ удобные кровати!!!!

Старенькие телевизоры в номерах, обычные, не смарт. Бассейн небольшой, комфортно могут находиться в нем не более четырех человек. Он расположен в тени здания, вода постоянно прохладная. Детям было некомфортно. Есть плесень в ванной комнате. Отель расположен на крутом склоне из-за этого детям, старикам и людям с ограниченными возможностями будет тяжело передвигаться пешком.

Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est très propre, le personnel est accueillant et le service est vraiment au top. Gros coup de cœur pour le petit-déjeuner, que nous avons adoré ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le massage et le sauna, parfaits pour se détendre. L’emplacement est également très pratique, l’hôtel est à proximité de beaucoup de choses. Le fait d’avoir un arrêt de taxi juste à côté est un vrai plus, surtout pour se déplacer facilement sans avoir à chercher un taxi. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous avons été très satisfaits de l’établissement.

Nous avons un peu moins apprécié l’éclairage de la chambre, que nous n’avons pas trouvé très agréable. La climatisation se déclenchait également automatiquement, ce qui faisait qu’il faisait parfois assez froid dans la chambre. Nous devions laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour éviter qu’elle ne se remette en marche toute seule. Enfin, même si l’emplacement est très pratique et proche de tout, les routes pour accéder à l’hôtel sont malheureusement très pentues, ce qui peut être assez fatigant lorsque l’on se déplace à pied. Ce sont cependant de petits points négatifs qui n’ont pas gâché notre séjour.

I came with my family, I like everything and this is my 4th time I have been in this hotel, everything was perfect, the rooms clean & the view charming, the breakfast the pool, also they have shuttle in the morning to taksim .

Das Personal der Rezeption ist unterirdisch. Wir haben dann das 5. uns gezeigte Zimmer widerwillig genommen, weil dort das Bad nicht total verschimmelt war wie alle anderen, die uns gezeigt wurden. Wir hatten dann 2 Einzelbetten, gut, war nicht gebucht, aber ok. Der Teppich im Zimmer total versifft, anders kann man das leider nicht beschreiben. Das Waschbecken unter dem Rand ebenfalls verschimmelt. Beim Check out wurden wir nach nichts gefragt, die Rezeption weiß sicherlich wieso... Wir waren 4 Nächte dort, die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption haben NIEMALS gegrüßt... Das Frühstück ging so, wenn man auf Pappbecher steht. Es gab selten Kaffeetassen und wenn, musste man Glück haben, um eine saubere zu erwischen. Aber warum auch, es gab doch Pappbecher..... Kaffee war auch meistens aus. .. Ein kleines, 0.3, Bier an der Bar-ohne Glas- 8 Euro, da war es, das 5-Sterne-Niveeau. ... Jedes Mal, wenn wir an der Rezeption vorbei kamen, hat sich jemand beschwert.... was für ein schlechtes Hotel, maximal 3 Sterne wären angebracht, mehr nicht. Booking sollte diese Hotel dringend aus dem Programm nehmen.....

24 stunden rezeption

Ich bin das 2te mal in dieser unterkunft das erste mal war es sehr sehr gut deswegen habe ich mich nach einem jahr nochmal entschieden dahin zu gehen jedoch sind die zimmer nicht mehr im guten zustand alles veraltet das buffet ist sehr eingeschränkt das personal ist uninteressiert niemand grüßt niemanden bin leider nicht zufrieden dieses jahr

Comfortable Rooms: We really liked the room size, which gave us plenty of space, and the beds were very comfortable. ​Excellent Facilities: The general facilities are great. The unlimited access to the spa and the Turkish bath (hammam) was a massive highlight and the perfect way to relax. ​Breakfast & Terrace: The breakfast buffet was very good, offering plenty of options. We especially loved the outside terrace, which made for a really nice setting to start the day.

Staff Behavior: The service was quite disappointing. The staff showed a total lack of flexibility and were immediately pushy, trying to sell us activities right from check-in. They weren't very helpful when we needed assistance and often just walked past us in the corridors in complete silence, which felt unwelcoming. ​Location: The hotel is located in Sütlüce, which is geographically isolated from the main tourist areas. It is a bit hard to access and requires you to rely heavily on taxis or buses for every outing.

The area where the hotel is located is not so friendly. All the facility is old and does not deserve a 5 star. The cleaning is doubtful. I willl never book again in this hotel

The gym and spa facility was good. Obviously a lot of money was spend on this. Room service. Ordered food one evening and it arrived fairly quick. Breakfast was good, not great but enough options to choose from. Had a decent view from my window.

My room check in was delayed by 2 Hours and 15 minutes. Some story about being given a room upgrade with better views. Did not believe this to be honest, especially after witnessing two other unhappy customers. Whilst I was waiting a witnessed a small family cancel their booking and booked an alternative hotel. They seemed upset and were not happy with this hotel and service. Another gentleman that was served after me also had his room delayed and was asked to return after 1 hour. WIFI was not good. Customer service was poor. No smiles, no kindness, not people who seem to care about guests. Reception staff seemed to have been only kind to specific people. One evening I was running late and had no time to contact the Spa before it closed so asked if reception could kindly check their availability for the following morning for me, and they refused and told me I needed to contact them myself. Every morning during breakfast I had to to ask for either a knife or fork and a couple of times I had to wait. I understand the staff are busy but not something I have experienced before. No english speaking TV channels. Just not an experience I expected for a hotel that rates themselves 5 star.

I did not like anything about this hotel. Even the view of the Golden Horn was disappointing, as it overlooked an unattractive part of the area and was nothing like what I expected from a “Golden Horn view.” لم يعجبني شي في الفندق حتى المنظر المطل على البحر ( القرن الذهبي ) كان جزء غير جيد من البحر

The hotel was extremely disappointing for the following reasons: 1. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. It appears that no proper maintenance or renovation has been carried out for a very long time. 2. I did not feel safe at all during my stay. The security screening equipment at the hotel entrance was not working and was not even connected to electricity. In addition, there was no security guard at the entrance checking the identity of people entering the hotel. This made me feel very unsafe. 3. The hotel was generally very dirty. The furniture, carpets, curtains, and even the walls were covered with stains and dirt. This was not limited to the rooms; the corridors and even the lobby were also poorly maintained and unclean. 4. Many of the room door locks appeared to be broken or damaged. I do not know why this was the case, but it was extremely concerning, especially considering the lack of proper security at the hotel entrance. 5. The location is inconvenient. The hotel is far from supermarkets, restaurants, and other useful facilities, and the surrounding area was not what I expected from the hotel’s description and presentation. 6. One morning during our stay, the water coming from the bathroom taps was a very dirty reddish colour. This continued for quite some time and was completely unacceptable. I took photos of the water and have attached them as evidence. 7. From the very first day of my stay, I contacted Booking.com asking for help to cancel the remainder of my reservation and move to another hotel. The hotel had a non-refundable cancellation policy, so I contacted Booking.com because the actual condition of the hotel was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, despite explaining the situation and the serious problems I encountered, I did not receive the assistance I expected from Booking.com. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience.

Absolute pleasure staying here. The staff was very accommodating and made me feel incredibly welcomed. Super helpful which I am appreciative of. Special thanks to Vedat bey, Ayhan bey who did an excellent job at the reception. Muhammed bey who went above and beyond to assist with any inquiry and Mustaga bey who took his time to show me around the facilities. I will definitely come back!

This is the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel, but I would certainly choose it again for any future visit to Istanbul. Everything is up to a 5-star standard.

The room was very old with carpet, not for 5star hotel, i think you can find better than this at 3star hotel, it wasnt good clean, the terrace was very dirty, all around ciggaretes, the bath was also old shower, insufficient water pressure, Not not enough light, at terrace the light not working, not much privacy. The windows not in the right place, i didnt enjoy the view from my bed, only outside.

Πολυ εξυπηρετικοί στην ρεσεψιόν πολυ ευγενικοί πολυ ωραιο φαγητο γευστικό.. και στο πρωινό θα πω ενα μπράβο γιατι 1ον ειχε ποικιλία 2ον δοκίμασα τελεια τυριά 3ον ειχε κάποια διαφορετικά είδη που ειναι της Τουρκίας και ηταν πεντανοστιμα ΑΛΛΑ σαν της Ελλάδας ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ! Γενικά και οι καθαρίστριες ηταν ευγενικές και καθε μερα καθάριζαν..

Δεν μου άρεσε που είχα βάλει δωμάτιο με θέα την πολη κ με έβαλαν πισω να βλέπω πολυκατοικία! Η τοποθεσία δεν μπορω να πω πως ηταν κ πολυ βολική για να πας στο κέντρο.. μακριά! Δεν μου αρεσε που δεν ειχε μασαζ για ζευγάρι αλλα ένας ένας.. αυτά νομίζω!!

E situat in varful unui deal, la care poti ajunge doar daca ai o masina cu motor mare, cu masini cu cai putini nu prea aveti sanse de urcare, drum foarte abrupt

De la intrare mirosea a pubela de gunoi sau subsol insalubru, hotel cica de 5 stele, la noi nu primea nici 2 margarete...dupa ce am incercat sa gasim mirosul, abia la culcare am observat patul suplimentar cerut pe booking, a fost tinut probabil in subsol pe langa tomberoane...ros de soareci si dat cu tot felul de substante toxice sa ii schimbe mirosul, insa nici o sansa, o sa atasez si poza. Liftul e de tot rahatul, nu ai voie sa urci decat la etajul tau unde ai camera, noi fiind 3 familii venite impreuna, nu ne puteam vizita decat in holul de la intrare, altfel nu ai cum sa ajungi unul la altul sa stai de vorba sau altceva. Am incercat pe scara de urgenta insa se intrerupe pe la etajul 1 , unde de asemenea tre sa iei liftul pana la parter, insa cardul primit iti da voie doar de la etajul tau sa pleci. Am primit de asemena un singur card la camera, daca unul vroia sa plece din camera trebuia sa iei cardul cu tine sa poti cobori, iar pe cei din camera ii lasai pe intuneric, pt ca fara card nu functioaneaza nimic in camera... Accesul la piscina se face numai dupa ce achiti aiurea niste capisoane de rahat, care nu valoreaza 10 centi insa tre sa dai pe ele 10 euro bucata...piscina daca dai de 3 ori din maini s-a terminat, e foarte mica si inaccesibila tuturor

Cet hôtel est bien équipé :Sauna/Hammam/ Bains turques/ Salle de Fitness/Piscine extérieure/Terrasse. Il y a même un Business Center a disposition pour pouvoir un peu s'isoler et travailler. Le hall d'accueil est également très grand. Dans la chambre fauteuil et table très sympa. Toilette suffisamment spacieuse et propre Le personnel était sympathique. L'hôtel est très bon marché au regard des prestations offertes.

Beaucoup de côtes à proximité. Pour chaque sortie, on devait descendre une côte pour rejoindre l'axe principal afin de prendre un taxi (sauf si on en réserve un en avance). Avec la poussette c'était pas pratique, voire dangereux. C'est dommage, car il y a un parc très sympas à 5 minutes à pieds (une fois qu'on a descendu la côte). La vue de la chambre (city view) est déplorable, on a préféré garder les rideaux fermés.

Das Hotel bietet einen großartigen Blick auf das Golden Horn , Zimmer sind okay, nicht mehr die Neusten aber im Großen und Ganzen ist es okay, Tiefgarage ist vorhanden, Frühstück ist eher national aber ok, Reibungsloser Check in und Check out. Ein großes Lob auch an die Zimmerreinigungskräfte: sehr gründlich und aufmerksam.

WLAN war sehr schlecht oder funktionierte nicht, Badezimmertür konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden, Roomservice sehr teuer, die Gegend um das Hotel ist heruntergekommen, im Pool muss man eine Badekappe tragen. Die Klimaanlage war eine Katastrophe, sie konnte im Zimmer nicht eingestellt werden. Terrasse mt schönem Ausblick, aber sonst ungepflegt.

The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The breakfast was great, with a lot of different options. The bathroom had everything we needed, which was very convenient. A huge plus is the swimming pool — I absolutely loved it! The water was very clean, and the sunbeds were comfortable.

The only thing to know is that you need a swimming cap to use the pool. Without one, they will not let you in, so it is better to bring your own or you can buy

La propreté des chambre et de tout l’établissement le personel de la réception étaient plus que gentils et serviables surtout

J’ai était déçu la la femme de chambre du 2 eme étage jetait a la chambre 216 et 218 elle ne faisait pas du tr l’aspirateur sous le lit c’était souvent sale et elle était très désagréable

الاطلالة على خليج القرن الذهبي رائعه نظافة المكان ممتازة الموظف الياس شخص محترم ومتعاون . الفواكه في الفطور كانت رائعه الشيف ومساعديه متعاونون

المكان بحاجه الى روح رغم فخامه الفندق ولكن الموظفون محترمون جدا ولكن بحاجة الى ان يكونو اجتماعيين اكثر ومبتسمين اكثر بعد الفندق نسبيا عن محطات الميترو ممكن تحتاج تركب تكسي ب 500 ليره لكي تصل الى امين اونو او منطقة شيشلي طبعا هنالك خط باصات لكن يجب المشي الى اقرب موقف باص ولكن بشكل عام هو مكان ممتاز للاشخاص الذين يبحثون عن الهدوء بعيدا عن زحام اسطنبول الفطور بحاجه الى اصناف شرقية اكثر

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la propreté de la chambre grâce à Adalet, la dame qui entretenait notre chambre était juste super gentille. Le spa et le petit déjeuner au top !

Je n'ai pas apprécié notre accueil ! Nous avons été très mal accueillis par le personnel de nuit. Nous avions demandé une chambre non fumeur, mais nous avons eu une chambre fumeur c'était vraiment pas top de sentir la cigarette en dormant.

Никъде не беше упоменато, че басейнът не работи, а бяхме платили по-скъпо за този хотел, именно, за да можем да си почиваме на басейна. Грубо отношение от мениджмънта на хотела, който дори не отговаряше на мейлите на booking. Не пожелаха да ни направят refund, за неудобството и се наложи насила да спим в този хотел. Не се залъгвайте - не е 5 звезди. Захабени стаи, много объркано разположение и никой нищо не ни обясни къде се намира. !Една сутрин се опитаха да нахлуят в стаята с викове “room control” докато ние спим по бельо, без никакво обяснение някакъв мъж си отключи и влезна! Закуската беше стара, а ако имате алергии, изобщо не яжте, защото никъде няма табелки кое какво е. Не достигат прибори, а сервитьорките те гледат лошо когато попиташ да ти донесат такива.

Das Frühstück war umfangreich. Die Lage des Hotels fand ich gut und die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage war sehr praktisch.

Wenig Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Renovierung vertragen.

Nothing really only thing was buttons on lift didn’t light up and they weren’t very well lit inside , but this was a minor issue.

0/10— Would Give Zero Stars If I Could Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. During our 8-night stay, four members of my family were repeatedly bitten across 3 different rooms: * My daughter — Nights 1, 5 & 7 * My 11-year-old non-verbal son — Nights 3, 5 & 6 * My sister-in-law — Night 4 * Myself — Night 6 I reported the problem, requested deep cleaning, and later found insects in the room which I photographed and recorded on video and showed to reception. After the 5th night, I was prepared to leave voluntarily and only asked for a refund for the unused nights. The hotel refused and offered only another room. What shocked me most was the complete lack of management involvement. Despite repeatedly asking to speak with the manager, nobody came to properly investigate the situation, speak with us or check on my children. For me, this was not about money — it was about basic hygiene, safety and how a hotel treats a family when children are affected. Unfortunately, we felt that these concerns were not taken seriously. We stayed all 8 nights because we were in Istanbul for my son’s treatment and had important commitments nearby. That should never be interpreted as acceptance of what happened. I would give this hotel zero stars if Google allowed it. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to families, particularly families travelling with children.

The view - stunning. The pool - so cosy. The beds and pillows were comfy

Персонала е любезен. Закуската е разнообразна. Има приятна зона около басейна, както и спа зона. Фитнеса е голям. Гледката от хотела е чудесна. Има бусче, което всяка сутрин може да ви закара до Таксим. Най-хубавото е, че хотела има подземен паркинг.

Хотела е на баир и не в дотам добър квартал. Реално около него няма нищо. Използвахме uber за превоз, като хубавото е, че знаете точната цена. Хотелът реално е три звезди, защото е доста захабен. Има нужда от ремонт. В стаите беше много студено, никакъв шанс да регулирате климатика. Като цяло, за цената, услугата е добра, но в никакъв случай не се подлъгвайте по звездите. Много е далеч от 5 звезди.

Hrana je dosta dobra,kreveti su udobni, recepcija radi 24/7 i spremna je pomoći, masaža je super u hotelu i ima jako dobar gym.

U sobi je zabilježena značajna razina vlage, generirane sustavom klimatizacije, što je ostavljalo dojam opće vlažnosti. Ova je situacija bila izrazito neugodna. S obzirom na navedeno, smatramo da hotel ne ispunjava standarde kategorizacije s pet zvjezdica te stoga možda neće zadovoljiti očekivanja gostiju naviknutih na takav smještaj.

Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht.

Leider entspricht das Hotel aus unserer Sicht keinesfalls dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt stark in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Besonders unangenehm waren Schimmel im Bad- und Toilettenbereich sowie wiederkehrender Zigarettengeruch im Zimmer während der Nacht. Auch die Freundlichkeit der Hotelleitung entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir haben für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel bezahlt, die tatsächliche Qualität und der Zustand des Hotels lagen für uns jedoch eher auf dem Niveau eines 2-Sterne-Hotels. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war daher äußerst enttäuschend.

I like the view and location was so good except its not easy the road to the hotel was a bit high, it was on a hill for someone having issues with walking, the food was nice too
