The location is wonderful and convenient, and the customer service is good. I would like to extend special thanks to the receptionist, (ILayda) , and the manager, (Sarkan), for their cooperation. I will definitely visit again.

The place is cleane and the rent value is good except for what will be mentioned in what I don't like.

When I arrived they took 5000 TL as deposit and that wasn't mentioned before, also in the fridge there was some snacks and drinks and no staff told as that this is minibar and ther was no menu to show that this is as minibar and it is for sale, at the end they cut from the deposit the amount of money of what we consumed and I believe it was around 4 times or more from the original price from the groceries.

The hospitality was excellent, with special thanks to Feyza and Mehmet, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Clean and comfortable rooms with good facilities for the price.

The twin rooms seemed a little smaller than we had pictured.

From the warm welcome to the thoughtful service throughout our stay, the entire team made my family feel genuinely cared for and at home. A very special thank you to Mr. Murat and Mr. Mehmet, who were absolutely exceptional. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help us whenever we needed assistance, no matter the time. Their genuine hospitality and kindness made our experience in Türkiye even more memorable. Thank you to the entire Lazzoni Hotel team for making our family trip so comfortable and special. لم احضى باقامه مناسبه ولا تعامل جيد واخلاق الموضفين سيئه للغاية ومواقف السياره انت بنفسك من يقوم بذلك والنظافه سيئه وطلبت خروجي متاخر وتم رفضه فندق سيء للغايه

The property was elegant, clean, and modern, and I loved the fragrant smell that greeted me as I entered the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful artwork and was pleasantly surprised by the music playing, which added to the lovely atmosphere. Our room was charming, and the friendly staff explained how everything worked, even offering to carry my belongings. We also spent some wonderful moments at the rooftop bar, where the view of the Golden Horn was simply magical. From the moment we checked in, my husband and I received a warm and friendly welcome, especially from Fayaz and Mehmet. Both were incredibly helpful and shared useful tips for exploring Turkey. Fayaz’s attention to detail was perfect, and Mehmet’s warmth and infectious smile made our stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back for our next anniversary!

Facilities are clean

No communication about facilities being down (swimming pool/sauna). Had to find out at the desk only to be told it would be broken for the duration of my stay. No offer for breakfast (apparently can't be done) just 40% of a massage. Plans were then made only to be told because I made a complaint that facilities were reopened. But by then it was too late. And I only found out because I put a formal complaint. No notice. No one telling us at reception despite same workers. On the first night I was told there would be a manager on the day shift - Sercan. Then being told every day they are not available face to face and nor can we speak to them on the phone. No decent offer of compensations. I paid more to be in this hotel as it was a suprise gift. Ruined all surprises. Do not recommend

Les chambres sont trop petites et très peu de lits doubles. Le personnel n était pas agréable. Hormis les femmes de chambres. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen pour le standing affiche de l hotel .

Aracınızı vale park ederse günlük 1200 TL gibi gereksiz bir ekstra ücret talep ediliyor. bunun üzerine biz de kendi gösterdikleri yere aracımızı kendimiz park ettik. Otelde konaklayan misafirlere böyle bir zorunluluk yansıtılması hoş değil, kesinlikle bu uygulamaya bir düzenleme getirilmeli

الموقع جميل على شارع عام ومقابل للقرن الذهبي وبجانبك اشكال واصناف من المطاعم والكافيهات واللاونجات والسوبر ماركتات ومحطتي وقود .. الممرات انيقه وتصميم الديكور عصري .. مساحة الغرفه كبيره ومريحه من ناحية الوان الجدران والارضيات والتصميم ..السرير قياس كبير جداً.. المكيف رائع ويمكن التحكم به وخاص بغرفتك .. سهولة وسرعة اجراءات الدخول

خلف الفندق جبل عالي ومتعب وتقع من بعده اغلب الخدمات العامه.. المخدات غير مريحه للرقبه وطريه للغايه .. دورة المياه تغلق بباب سحب ولا يمكن احكام اغلاقه .. عدم توفر ارواب الاستحمام حتى تم طلبها من الاستقبال وتم توصيلها بعد عشر دقايق .. مواقف السيارات مجانيه ولكن تقع في الجانب الاخر من الفندق والموقع الثاني بعد الفندق في حال ترغب في ايقافها بنفسك وان كنت ترغب في خدمة صف السيارات بواسطة العاملين يتم دفع 22 يورو ما يعادل 1200 ليره تركي عن كل ليله .. اللاونج المتوفر لديهم للاكل والحلى والقهوه لا يتوفر معسلات ولا يتم توجيهك رغم ان الفندق اللي بعدهم واللي قبلهم لديهم هذه الخدمه لمحبيها طبعاً.. بالنسبه لمنطقة السبا والمسبح الساونا يعنل والبخار في فترة اقامتي كان صيانه والمسبح درجة الحراره حسب المختصه 28 وكان بارد .. والحمام التركي لم يقم احد بالشرح عنه وعن امكانية استخدامه .. المساج موظف باكستاني يخاطب النزلاء بشكل فردي في اماكن راحتهم وخلوتهم من اجل القيام بالمساج باسلوب مريب

Отель оставил очень неоднозначное впечатление. Есть плюсы, но минусов оказалось намного больше. Из плюсов — хороший хамам и сауна, а также действительно чистое и качественное постельное бельё. Но на этом, пожалуй, всё хорошее заканчивается. Нас поселили на 1-м этаже, где нормально спать оказалось практически невозможно. Даже при полностью закрытом окне всю ночь слышны машины, разговоры людей на улице, крики и постоянный шум. Плюс доносились звуки из ресторанов и от проезжающего транспорта. Стены в отеле настолько тонкие, что в номере прекрасно слышно, как храпят люди в соседних комнатах. О какой шумоизоляции здесь вообще можно говорить? Отдельно — состояние номера. Розетки буквально держатся на честном слове, некоторые элементы просто отваливаются. Фотографии приложу, чтобы это не выглядело как преувеличение. Самое неприятное — я каждый день спускался на ресепшен и просил переселить меня хотя бы на этаж выше, объясняя, что на первом этаже невозможно нормально спать. Каждый раз получал один и тот же ответ: «Fully booked, sorry, приходите завтра». И так продолжалось изо дня в день. То есть проблему прекрасно видели, но фактически ничего не сделали. Расположение тоже крайне неудачное. Рядом практически нет хороших ресторанов и нормальных мест для завтрака. И сразу совет: не тратьте деньги на завтрак в самом отеле. Это один из худших завтраков, которые мне доводилось пробовать. Проще и приятнее выйти в город и нормально поесть в другом месте. Из персонала отдельно хочу отметить девушку из Индонезии — она действительно отлично справляется со своей работой, всегда старается помочь и оставляет очень приятное впечатление. В итоге: хамам, сауна и хорошее бельё — да. Но постоянный шум, тонкие стены, проблемы с номером, неудобное расположение и полное отсутствие нормальной реакции на просьбы гостя переселить его делают проживание здесь крайне некомфортным. Я бы второй раз этот отель не выбрал.

C'est mon troisième séjour à Lazzoni hôtel. Cest un hôtel magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, le service est parfait, les équipements sont bien entretenus. Nos séjours ont été encore plus agréables grâce à Murat qui est très professionnel et aimable. Il a répondu à toutes nos demandes de façon à rendre notre visite plus agréable. Un grand remerciant à lui et à toute l'équipe.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Lazzoni Hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with great amenities throughout the hotel. The food was also very good, and Jin Terrace was a particular highlight for both its setting and dining experience. The Onni spa was excellent, with highly professional therapists and a very relaxing experience. Staff across the hotel were friendly, courteous and helpful, which added to the overall quality of our stay.

There are a few areas where the experience could be improved. The balconies are quite small, and larger balconies would be a welcome improvement if the building layout allows for it. At breakfast, communication at the egg station was difficult as the staff member there did not understand English. The menu also showed only limited options, while we later realized that more egg preparations and add-ons were actually available. Having a translation device similar to those used at reception, or a more comprehensive visual menu showing the available choices and add-ons, would make the experience much easier for international guests. Finally, check-out took more than 15 minutes, largely due to the minibar verification process. It would be great if this could be streamlined, as check-out at the other hotels we stayed at in Türkiye was considerably quicker.

Very average hotel, definitely not a 5-star hotel. When we first got our room, the floor was very dirty, to the point that if we walked without slippers, our feet would get dirty and black from the dust. We paid for a family suite for four people, with three beds and one sofa bed, but they gave us a room with just three beds and a sofa that didn’t turn into a bed. One of us had to sleep on it the first night, which was very uncomfortable. We did raise this, but the hotel manager didn’t bother following up; we had to ask one of the cleaners (who was super nice) to help us wipe the floor. We also had to change rooms because one of us was leaving, and we had to move to a smaller room. Even though we had been their guests for three nights, they tried to make us wait in the lobby for two hours. After we complained, as we found this really rude, the receptionist said, “But you checked out at 1:00 instead of 12,” and very reluctantly gave us the card to the new room. I later found out the room was actually ready, so I don’t understand why they made us wait in the lobby for so long, just because of some “policy,” even though we had been guests for three nights. The breakfast was very simple, again not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting frequently. Unfortunately, our stay here was not what we expected based on the ratings of this hotel

The last day, when we left, the reception who called Mehmet， he booked a taxi for us, we confirmed with him, It would be same price! But It changed 3650₺， which normally 2000-2500 ₺， and the driver didn't choose highway, instead he chose a way even doesn't have light！ And ask extra money when we reach the airport

I had a wonderful stay at Lazzoni Hotel Istanbul. The hotel was excellent, with great service, comfortable facilities, and a very welcoming atmosphere. A special thanks to Ilayda and Feyza for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. They were always helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would be happy to stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel area is very quiet. The staff are very friendly and cooperatives. There was a wide variety of television channels.

I reserved a Standard Room, but it was less than what I expected. The view was supposed to be City View, but actually it was another building view even no street between us, just a nearby building. Inside the room there was a pole in the coroner of the room which make the room inconvenient. The AC controller was not working properly. The most annoying point, the parking spot which was the biggest challenge every night to find a suitable park without having a traffic violation, by the way the hotel is providing Parking Service but with very high cost (around 20 Euro per night), although I strongly believe this service must be free for the hotel guests.

فندق صغير هادئ يقع بمنطقة سكنيه بعيدة عن الأماكن الحيويه والسياحية كان اختيار خاطئ بالنسبه لي الموقع أبدا ما خدمني السعر مرتفع لن اكرر الزيارة لموقع الفندق البعيد

They have bugs and they don’t accommodate well enough when it comes to room changes and cleaning.

The hotel is beautifully designed, elegant, and exceptionally comfortable. What truly stands out is the staff: professional, genuinely welcoming, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make your stay special. The restaurant on the 6th floor is a highlight, offering a beautiful view of the Golden Horn and creating the perfect setting to enjoy a memorable meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent hospitality, comfort, and an unforgettable stay.

The only downside was having to stay for just one night. I genuinely wished I could have stayed longer. It was such a wonderful experience that leaving felt too soon.

Worth the price paid for it, the reception and staff working in it was excellent, especially Murat/ilayda/Mehmet, they were cooperatively.

Добрый день, оставались в отеле 06/08/26-12/08/26 числах. Все было очень красиво. Цена качество. Очень понравился персонал, который был на ресепшене. Отзывчивые и четкие. Буду в декабре еще раз. Спа салон тоже очень классый. Была скидка на массаж воспользовалась ею и осталась очень довольна.

الغرف واسعه، الممرات مكيفه ونظيفه، اللوبي رايق ، المسبح داخلي ومختلط لكن نظيف والساونا مجانا، الجيم نظيف ومتنوع، عندهم حلاق وصالون نساءي داخلي مميزين، اعجبني الموظفين متعاونين ومبتسمين، الموقع رايق، نظيف وريحه الفندق حلوه، الفطور جيد جدا لبدايه يوم، عندهم مطعم (GIN)في الرووف مميز، عندهم 3 اصانصير، يساعدونك في الشنط، استقبالهم طول اليوم بشوشين، اطلاله الفندق على golden horn.

التالي المقصود منه ان يتم التجويد لكن الفندق مميز: ماعندهم kids club بعيد عن الاماكن السياحيه المشهوره( اقترح عليهم يوفروا shuttle service مجانا لتقسيم) الباركنج بفلوس المراتب غير مريحه( تميل بالجوانب) لايوجد مفروشات refreshments free في اللوبي ميني بار غالي جدا جدا المسبح عميق لايصلح للاطفال

The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, with stylish interiors, spacious and very comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities. What stood out most, however, was the service. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional, always ready to help with a genuine smile. Everything from the cleanliness to the breakfast and overall hospitality was impressive. It was the kind of stay that makes you feel genuinely looked after.

One small disappointment was the pool experience. I was not allowed to enter the pool because I did not have a swimming cap, and unfortunately, the hotel did not have one available for me to use. I completely understand having pool rules, but I would have appreciated the hotel providing a swimming caps for guests, especially when this is a requirement for using the pool.

Location, housekeepers are friendly

Cleanliness - bed was dirty. Coming to hotel very tired at 1AM and realizing that you have dirty bed, it’s not pleasant given that it’s 5 star hotel. On top bathroom was dirty as well. Housekeeping service was provided but this should have been done initially before guest arrival.

Breakfast needs improvement

I had a very pleasant stay at Lazzoni Hotel Istanbul. The location was excellent and very convenient for our trip, especially because we were attending an event at Haliç Congress Center. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was its proximity to the venue. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was only about an 8 minute walk away. The distance was actually much closer and more convenient than it appeared on Google Maps, which made getting to the event extremely easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay very relaxing. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist whenever we needed anything. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Lazzoni Hotel. The comfortable rooms, excellent service, helpful staff, and convenient location made it a great choice for our stay. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for anyone attending an event at Haliç Congress Center.
