Fornøyd som vanlig. Er mitt faste hotell ved ankomst og avreise fra Suvarnabhumi. Flott takterrasse med god mat og levende musikk !

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the last 5 years, and my overall assessment has always been "good" but not "great". This time, however, we really appreciated our room having softer beds with no nasty wooden bases to catch our shins. Also, the water from the shower was more constant in temperature and pressure.

The shower water still splashes all over the floor, and not having hot water in the sink makes shaving a bit more difficult.

Good location to the airport.

The staff are brilliant, location is great too, everything is around that you would need or a short taxi ride away, this was my 3rd time staying in the hotel

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, der Transfer zum Flughafen hat reibungslos funktioniert und das Essen war sehr lecker! 😁 Die Zimmer sind der schön und Preis-Leistung sehr gut!

Nearby the airport, clean nice rooms and great to eat at the rooftop restaurant. Good to know the swimming pool is downstairs, so not near the bar (which I thought).

Douche was slecht gemonteerd, sproeit hierdoor horizontaal ipv naar beneden. Vrij makkelijk te verhelpen lijkt me. Bed vrij hard. Ontbijt matig keuze en werd slecht aangevuld.

The location for just 10 min from Airport so very convenient for an overnight stay. Also good sky bar and breakfast Rooms were decent but nothing exceptional . Comfortable and super clean.

We stay here often when transiting through Bangkok. It is fine for our needs, and we enjoy the beer garden/restaurant right next door and the 7-eleven across the street. The free airport shuttle service is also appreciated. The staff are very pleasant.

The mattresses are very firm and you have to be careful not to bump into the protruding wooden bases. Breakfast is nothing flash, but adequate.

Convenient location for our requirements. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent facilities. Very comfortable rooms. Wear and tear is a bit noticeable in room and hallways, which is a shame because it is potentially a 4 star plus hotel. We will definitely be back.

They had nice little swimming pool and it was not far away from the airport. Beautiful roof bar everyday live music. The room was clean and the people who work there were very friendly. Not to far from the BTS station, easy to go to the bangkok center.

The rooms were small and outdated this would have been a beautiful hotel 20 years ago. That is how old the airco was in my room. The bed was decent but very small and only had electric on 1 side of the bed.

Staff is very friendly, and if you just need a place to spend the night near the airport, it does the job well.

Het restaurant op de hoogste etage. Goed eten op een pracht lokatie. Je kan de vliegtuigen bijna uit de lucht pakken bij wijze van spreken. Was een top afsluiting van onze 30 dagen reis door Thailand. Shuttle bus perfect geregeld, binnen 15 minuten op de luchthaven. Fijn personeel,niemand uitgezonderd. Wij (Vader ,Moeder en twee zoons 13 en 20) komen hier zeker terug.

We have stayed many times over the last years in SSH and we feel it's perfect for a stay for arrival/departure from Suvarnabhumi Airport, very close. The staff is very friendly indeed and our rooms always spacious and with a nice little terrace, and a fantastic bed, bathroom all ok and shower that works perfectly well. The Restaurant/Skybar on floor 6 is most beautiful with its terrace and ambiance and lighting and even with live music on some nights. The pool also not very large is very nice and amid two trees.

On a eu un problème de bruit sûrement une Clim qui vibrer, pas celle de notre chambre c’est sur mais une voisine qui a fait du bruit toute une nuit

Everything. Brilliant staff, sculptures, and pool was cool and lovely. Rooftop bar and dining area is also exceptional. One of my favourite hotels ever. And I stay in a lot.

Always use this hotel for a night after flying in then flying back to uk, location is 10 minutes to airport, big night market over the road and few 7/11’s nearby and rooftop bar restaurant is lovely to chill.

Shower is not great, but for a nights stay not too much of a problem.

Everything was perfect for us After a 20hr flights room was clean and quiet . Bed was comfortable, shower was good little pressure but ok , Staff were super helpful and friendly.

This is an excellent choice for anyone transiting overnight at Suvarnabhumi Airport or need to stay in the area. The location is great for this purpose. The hotel provides excellent spacious rooms and facilities and very friendly staff. Everything is clean and very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was another amazing discovery, offering great atmosphere, good food and drinks next to pleasant live music at modest prices.

No negative items that I can point to. Keep up the good work!

The hotel is conveniently close to Suvarnabhumi, at night the hotel's shuttle bus drove to the airport in about 15 minutes. Hotel's roof terrace bar features nice sights for landing plane spotters. The room was extra clean, and our de luxe room had lots of stone conter tops, which was possibly white marble. We didn't have the chance to taste breakfast

The rumble of the airconditioner's outer unit was a bad nuisance for my wife, because she can't use ear plugs. The rumble from the balcony from 7 meters away is heard even in the shower, when shower water is making noise and the bathroom door and the balcony door is closed. The a/s is an old and poweful Samsung without any inventers, so the compressor is either stopped or rumbles at full power.

Lack of vending machine or some we're to buy a drink from in the day time as the sky bar doesn't open till 4 pm . Am a typical Brit . And went looking for food at night time. I couldn't find any were to get a nice meal. There is loads of Thai food places everywhere. But I am not really keen on that food. I ended up going to seven 11 and getting a microwave burger. I know this is not the hotel fault. But I booked there after reading other reviews. This hotel is great. Good value. Great staff. Clean rooms.

It’s an older property and could use a little TLC. The waitstaff at the restaurant aren’t terrible but aren’t very attentive (no follow-up)

Room was quite small but had plenty of surfaces for spreading out. Decent lighting for reading. I asked the staff for an extra pillow and they immediately brought one, also they very quickly booked us a taxi. The property has a lovely rooftop bar with an excellent view of the canal (as well as the incoming flights to the airport). We spent a pleasant hour there around dusk. Also very close to our favorite Thai restaurant in that neighborhood (the Kota Cafe, highly recommended!)

Maintenance could have been better. The deadbolt did not work (couldn't double lock the door) and the balcony sliding door would not stay closed if you were out on the balcony. The shower water temperature was pretty hard to control. Bed was hard though that's better than being soft. Breakfast was indifferent, though the setting (also on the roof) was attractive. Somebody in the neighborhood had a very noisy flock of geese! Though we can't blame the hotel for that...

There was a leak on the bathroom tap. The cleaner just put a towel near the sink to mop up the water which also gave me a very wet toilet roll before I noticed the leak. Airport shuttle expensive for solo traveller.....300 Baht per room!

Hotel ist nicht writ vom Flughafen. Obwohl die Flugzeuge fast über einen Hinwegfliegen, war der Flugzeuglärm im Zimmer kaum wahrnehmbar. Kleiner Pool mit Liegen, Platz gab es hier immer. Im der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants und Bars. Hotel hat eine nette Rooftop Bar, dort oben gibt es morgens auch das Frühstücksbuffet. Personal war weitestgehend nett. Zimmergrösse Ausstattung und das Bett waren in Ordnung. Seven Eleven schräg gegenüber dem Hotel.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist definitiv ausbaufähig. Wenn ich das Frühstück dieses 4 Sterne Hotels mit den anderen 4 Sterne Hotels unserer Thailandreise vergleiche, dann war es definitiv das schlechteste Buffet von allen. Keine Eier-/Omelettstation, gab nur Toastbrot, Käse gar nicht vorhanden.

The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection and was a great way to start each day. One of the standout features of the hotel is the rooftop area, which provides a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The pool area while small is a tranquil oasis—peaceful. Appreciated Airport transfer service.

Die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer funktioniert nicht richtig. Es kühlte sich nicht ab, somit war die Temperatur sehr hoch.

The staff were very kind at the reception and they would help you with your bags. The location is great it’s next to the airport so very convenient.

My bed was not clean it had hair and an opened box of condoms on the back of the bed. It was dirty and had bugs. The mattress was also not clean. The floor was not clean and there was dust near the bed. I could hear everything from the room next to me, a small door separated us which meant I could hear them talk and any videos they played.

Voor een overnachting voor een vroege vlucht is het een goed verblijf. Er is verder niets te beleven in de buurt

As always a perfect stay easy check in great staff and perfect location for either a layover or trips into Bangkok. We have stayed here for a number of years now and have never been disappointed

The little pool was just enough to cool off. The rooftop bar was ok, they did a good steak. The little gym was a bonus. Lots of places to eat in walking didance.

I was on the third floor and reports ants as was going out for the day. When i returned the ants seemed to have been dealt with. The following day they were back. The small pool had lose tiles around edge and the deviding wall between the main pool and childrens pool had sharp edges as grout was missing. This was dangerous for children.

הצוות מקסים ועוזרים בהכל אהבתי מאוד שיש בחדר מרפסת (מעשנת) החדר קטן אבל מספיק בהחלט לאדם אחד. יש בר חמוד בקומה ה 6 קחו בחשבון שקצת יקר ביחס למקומות אחרים קוקטייל 350 באט זה יקר סהכ תמורה נאה בהתאם למחיר
