Las fotos están retocadas. Las habitaciones no tienen el tamaño que dicen. Son pequeñas, todo el mobiliario viejo y en mal estado. El suelo de la habitación levantado. No cargaron siquiera el dispositivo del jabón de cuerpo, ni toalla de manos. La solicitamos y la recepcionista nos dijo que luego la subiría y nunca nos la entregó. La ducha regular, apenas salía agua. Una sola luz en la habitación, súper potente y blanca, encima de la cama, molesta a los ojos, parecía un quirófano. No hay camareras de piso para el mantenimiento del hotel.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026La posizione è ottima per fare un giro a Pereira. L'aria condizionata funziona bene, i letti sono comodi e la stanza è spaziosa.
Manca l'ascensore, la struttura è un po' datata e la colazione decisamente essenziale (ma se chiedi ti sarà dato, per quanto possibile). Per sedersi sulla tazza del bagno era necessario abbracciare il distributore di carta igienica!

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Es muy lindo, limpio, queda al lado de la universidad Areandina y del parque el lago, buena ubicación para tomar transporte masivo, muchos restaurantes cerca, queda a 5 cuadras de la plaza bolivar. El personal muy atento. Excelente Todo. Aire acondicionado y caja de seguridad.
Lo único es que el edificio tiembla muy suave cuando pasan los buses del transporte masivo por el frente.

Las instalaciones son bastante antiguas, no hay ascensor. En mi caso no tuve ningún problema, pero conocí gente en el desayuno que le tocó habitaciones cerca de las escaleras y escuchaban mucho ruido despertándoles continuamente.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025No me gustó que sin autorización tomarán fotocopia de nuestras cédulas por ambos lados, no firmé autorización de protección de datos y ellos asumen que se debe hacer porque lo hacen con todo el mundo, tienen una az enorme de copias de cédula y eso es información sensible personal. Eso no esta permitido si uno no autoriza. No me devolvieron la copia ni la destruyeron. Eso no me parece correcto.

Había muchísimo ruido de fuera aun sin ventanas en la habitacion. Al lado hay como algo religioso y musica de iglesia desde las 6am.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025La honestidad. A mí esposo se le quedó el móvil en la habitación y nos han llamado para devolverlo. Cabe destacar que son muy correctos en ese aspecto.
El ruido que se siente No sé puede descansar en la noche pq hay una avenida donde pasan carros motos y todo tipo de vehículos. Además tienen un gimnasio en frente que a las 5 de la mañana ya están haciendo ruido. Deberían insonorizar todo y así de esta manera el huésped este más cómodo.

Tiene un café muy bueno en el primer piso "Café Tributo" puedes trabajar y tomar buen café o comer muy buena comida rápida.

It's very difficult to sleep, the hotel is located on a street where the bus passes starting like around 6am. There are also a lot of businesses and a college , so a lot of noise all day and night.The hotel has no elevator, which is hard for people with disabilities.The dining area is located in the 4th floor, making it difficult.
