Reviewed Sep 13, 2026L'accueil, le petit déjeuner continental et varié, la petite restauration possible jusque 20h, le café à disposition toute la journée dans la salle à manger, le balcon donnant sur la piscine mais aussi la mer, le calme de l'endroit, la chambre et sdb, la proximité de la ville. Le parking privé.
Peu de choses : les portes des chambres pourraient être rénovées pour qu'elles soient plus simples à ouvrir et qu'elles ne claquent plus si on oublie de les maintenir. Aussi la faible insonorisation entre les chambres.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026This is a beautiful hotel in lovely grounds and a nice place to relax. They also had parasols you could bottom for the beach, tennis racquets for the court etc. Rooms and communal areas were very clean and staff were lovely and very happy to help. Nice buffet breakfast!
It’s a little bit out of the centre (about 25 mins walking to restaurants and port) but that was fine for us as we’re okay with the walk. However, may not be great for less mobile people. The only thing that let it down slightly was the lunch options which come pre-made in glass jars making it feel a bit more lunch on the go. I expected my salad to come as an actual salad with green leaves / tomato’s etc, but other than that we have no complaints :)

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Twee zwembaden waardoor het lekker rustig was en altijd genoeg bedjes. Gratis gebruik maken van de tennisbaan en tafeltennistafel aanwezig. Gratis cappuccino. Vriendelijk personeel. Balkon met uitzicht op de zee (in de verte). Voldoende gratis parkeerplekken.
De locatie was wat ons betreft net even te ver lopen naar het centrum van St. Maxime (ongeveer 25 minuten). Het is wel een mooie wandeling langs de zee. Je kon eten bij het hotel bestellen, maar dat is geen aanrader. Het zijn kant en klaar maaltijden die opgewarmd worden.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026We had a wonderful time here during our honeymoon. The location was absolutely perfect, especially being so close to the sea and ideally situated in the Saint-Tropez area. One of our favorite things was the tennis court — we used it every single day and absolutely loved having it available during our stay. We also loved the exotic Mediterranean vibe of the property, which made the whole experience feel like a true escape. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and our room with its private terrace was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Everything came together beautifully and made our honeymoon truly special. It was simply wonderful!

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, zum Städtchen sind es ca. 15 min zu Fuss. Ein kleiner Strand ist 5 min entfernt. Parken ist sehr entspannt direkt am Haus. Das Frühstück bietet einiges, mir hat jedoch etwas mehr ansprechendes Obst gefehlt und man muss sich alles selbst eindecken. Sehr nettes hilfreiches Personal.
Es ist in der Einrichtung sehr veraltet. Unser Zahnputzbecher war nicht sauber, die Dusche ist nicht abgeflossen. Sehr hellhörig.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The Domaine is surrounded by beautiful pine trees, in a relaxing context. Rich breakfast and gentle staff are key factors of this structure. Two piscinas are nice, very well managed.
Space for improvement in regards of the food menu (in my opinion below the Domaine good standards). I'd be more precise associating the room pictures on different booking options. Rest was very good.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Le personnel était super sympa et à notre écoute. Le gros plus c’est que le café et le thé est à gogo directement à la cafétéria. Donc très pratique pour le petit déjeuner. Les Femme De Chambre ont été également super chou car elles ont bien respecté nos consignes par rapport à notre chien, et le ménage était nickel.
Honnêtement pas grand-chose. Il y a juste petit déjeuner qui nous a été comptabilisé car une personne s’était trompée de chambre, mais ça n’a rien à voir avec l’établissement. Évidemment qu’on l’a pas payé

Rooms are spacious and air conditioned. British TV channels. Breakfast is very good. Facilities and views including two pools are stunning. Short walk to the beach and shops. Would love to come back. I CANNOT BELIEVE IT IS ONLY A 3 STAR RATING. SHOULD BE AT LEAST A 4 / 5 STAR.
I could not find anything negative in my stay at this property.

Banheiro grande, chuveiro com boa pressão, ducha no alto e aquecedor/secador de toalhas. Café da manhã muito bom. Piscinas muito boas. Oferece guarda sol e boias para hóspedes frequentarem praias sem custo. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Próximo a praia, possivel de ir a pé!!

De vakre hageområdene, de to bassengene og den korte avstanden til både strand og sentrum gjorde oppholdet svært behagelig. Personalet var vennlige og imøtekommende, og hotellet ga en autentisk provençalsk ferieopplevelse med mye sjarm og trivsel. Frokosten var helt fantastisk. Det var et stort utvalg av fersk oppskåret frukt, eggerøre og bacon, samt et imponerende utvalg av brød og bakervarer. Alt fremsto ferskt, delikat og innbydende, og frokosten ga en perfekt start på dagen.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt und sehr ruhig, das Frühstück super mit einer großen Auswahl. Man ist schnell in Saint Tropez (auch mit einer direkten Bootverbindung) und mit dem Auto in 20 bis 30 Minuten tollen Stränden wie dem Plage du Debarquement oder Pampelonne.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026De kamer, het personeel, het ontbijt, de ligging, het zwembad. Wij hebben 3 dagen in een soort van paradijs geleefd en het zo ervaren. Kamer voldeed boven verwachting, het was buiten 36gr en kamers waren koel. Personeel is meedenkend, en ontzettend vriendelijk. De ligging is in een oase van rust. Het was echt formidabel!
Als we écht kritisch moeten zijn staan de bedjes bij het zwembad strak aan de rand van het zwembad, waardoor je er wat lastig langs kan. Maar je kan ook kiezen voor andere bedjes of andere mogelijkheden.

I thought our bathroom was very average so uninspiring - this was an older hotel that’s been renovated. The doors in bathroom had a massive gap so you could hear everything, sane with the front door. Also the loo needed bleach down it. It’s definitely got potential but the room & bathroom was definitely 3 star - just things like a cheap plastic bin in the room and the toilet role holder looked liked so thing you’d have in a prison - galvanised metal

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026We had a very enjoyable stay at Domaine du Calidianus. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh options and, compared to many hotels in France, particularly impressive. We also loved the pool area, which was peaceful, well kept and perfect for relaxing.
The only downside was the sound insulation. We could hear plumbing and toilets being used in neighbouring rooms quite loudly, which was occasionally disruptive, especially during the night. The hotel is also a little further from the centre of Sainte-Maxime than we expected. The walk is manageable, but in hot weather it can feel quite long.

Wij waren er een paar dagen en daarom had voor mij de kamer ietsje ruimer mogen zijn. Daarentegen zijn de kamers mooi ingericht en heb je een lekker plekje om buiten te zitten.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Gute Lage, ruhig und nicht weit vom Strand. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer genügend groß und sauber. Frühstück ausreichend und gut. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Man kann viel unternehmen. Ein Lob für den jungen Mann von Sicherheit, der uns geholfen hat.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026We stayed at this hotel for our babymoon, and it exceeded all our expectations! We were so touched and surprised to receive a thoughtful gift from the staff — such a lovely gesture that made our stay even more special. Everything about this hotel was wonderful: the room was beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. We also loved the peaceful surroundings, especially waking up to the sound of birds singing in the beautiful grounds. This was truly the best hotel experience we had during our trip around the French Riviera. Thank you to the entire team for making our babymoon so memorable — we can't wait to come back! 😍

Het bed in de kamer was smal. En de ligbedden aan het zwembad stonden te dicht aan de rand en bij elkaar, je kon er moeilijk omheen lopen.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Мы заехали в отель проездом на одну ночь , а остались на неделю . Очень милый в стиле провансе отель. Два реальных бассейна с раздела температурой . Милейший сад , в котором можно и поработать и почитать в тени , бесплатная парковка , что немаловажно для этого района , вид из номера на сосны и сад . Весь день можно заварить себе и чай и кофе бесплатно . И что совсем удивило и неожиданно от отеля 3 звезды - это наличия прекрасного настоящего теннисного корта - полноценного размера .
Совсем не было .
