Breakfast and dinner were varied, well presented and well served. Really excellent pool. Convenient location. Good room facilities. The regular WhatsApp communications were a good initiative.

Reception often unmanned and confused handling of meal bookings and billings. Room not serviced until mid-afternoon. Pool service point should be open in September. The introduction of a 'Virtual Concerge Service' is not a positive move!

Facilities- Tenis table, biliard table, few fitness machines. The gardens are fantastic. The pool size is big, many pool beds, a good alternative for beachday.

The pool bar was closed starting from 24th of August which was an incovenient for us to come each time to the reception bar for a coffee, a drink....

The kids loved the pool. For me, the best part was the location of the hotel. It is just next to the botanical garden and the access is quite easy. The breakfast and the restaurant were also good.

I wish there was an EV charger in the parking spot. They offer an outlet for charging the car, but it is extremely slow and expensive

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ging so…, die Klimaanlage tropfte in 2 von 3 gebuchten Zimmern auf den Fußboden und das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovierung der wirklich sehr kleinen Zimmer ( reicht nur zum Schlafen) wäre wünschenswert. Das Kaffeepulver wurde nicht aufgefüllt beim Service des Zimmers.

The reception staff could be a bit hard work at times and the service could definitely be improved. The pool bar was okay, although the staff seemed quite new and could benefit from a bit more training.

Struttura immersa nel verde, silenzio. Parcheggio gratuito. Buona colazione anche se le opzioni dolci erano molto poche. Posizione comoda a pochi minuti di auto dal centro.

La piscina esterna non era utilizzabile, avendo prenotato l'hotel apposta per quello è stato molto deludente. La piscina interna era fredda e non piacevole quindi non una buona alternativa.

Struttura riservata, posizionata all’interno di un complesso residenziale molto tranquillo con o osto auto/moto garantito senza prenotazione. Servizi impeccabili, la piscina esterna davvero molto bella e la colazione (su richiesta) davvero abbondante e ricca di ogni prelibatezza. La camera era pulita e molto accogliente, con il suo terrazzino coperto. Infine, il personale si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, consentendoci di fare il check-in un’ora prima di quanto previsto senza nessun costo aggiuntivo. Super consigliato!

Personalmente avrei gradito, insieme agli asciugamani presenti in stanza, di trovare un set di ciabatte da camera. Per il resto non ho trovato aspetti negativi.

La piscine est vraiment parfaite, elle est très grande. Nous avions une chambre vue piscine, c'était sympa. A la période où nous y étions, il y avait toujours des transats disponibles. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bien. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Il manque peut-être un jus d'orange pressé avec de vraies oranges. Nous avons fait la soirée barbecue du mercredi, c'était tout à fait correct. Mention spéciale pour Valérie qui prodigue des massages exceptionnels. N'hésitez pas à vous faire masser lors de votre séjour, c'est le top des massages. Grand parking qui permet de se garer facilement et le site est sécurisé par un portail. Petit équipement fitness (pas grand chose) mais ça a le mérite d'être là pour permettre de faire un peu de sport. Certains membres du personnel sont vraiment agréables notamment à l'accueil et au service du petit déj.

Nous avons testé le Hammam, il y a une forte odeur à l'intérieur qui interroge sur son entretien mais j'ai l'odorat assez développé. Il y a également une odeur assez particulière dans le hall d'entrée. Du lundi au jeudi, pas de snack au bord de la piscine. Il fallait donc aller au bar de l'hôtel (pas de problème, c'est juste au-dessus) mais le choix est vraiment limité.

Schoon! Dagelijkse schoonmaak en na dag 3 nieuwe lakens. Verder een ruime kamer en een grote kledingkast met ruime kluis (groot genoeg voor een laptop). Op loopafstand van het strand. En groot zwembad met voldoende ligbedden en parasols. Zeer hulpvaardige en vriendelijke staf. 20 minuten lopen van het centrum.

Geen laadpalen voor auto’s. Iets verouderd interieur. Prima, maar voor deze prijs mag je een iets hoger afwerkingsniveau verwachten.

La chambre aucun espace, 60 CM entre le lit et le bureau, pas de place pour une valise un sac - trop petite - on ne se croise pas à 2. Le balcon la table 2 chaises, en vis à vis avec la chambre d'après, impossible d'aller sur le balcon sans être avec les voisins La table et une chaise de chaque côté aucun espace pour passer. La baignoire qui ne s'écoulait pas, le lavabo avec la bonde du lavabo cassé, le savon liquide qui coule non stop. Les plaques du plafond du hall de la chambre avec des grosses tâches La deuxième chambre, pas d'espace comme la première, le balcon sans vis à vis, la baie qui donnait sur la terrasse était très compliqué à ouvrir et fermer, ne coulissait pas du tout.

Les oreillers étaient vraiment trop dures. Et la décoration intérieure de l'hôtel pourrait être plus chaleureuse sans être plus ostentatoire.

Sehr tolle Anlage, mit Pool an dem man auch einen Platz bekommt. Zum Strand sind es 5-10min. Zur Innenstadt/Hafen 15-20min. Mit der Fähre kommt man in 20min (Fahrzeit vom Hafen) nach St Tropez. Besonderen Dank an das Personal, dass durch die Bank freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Das Zimmer ohne Balkon sollte man nur bei einem Kurzaufenthalt nehmen. Wir waren 5 Tage dort, dafür war es okay, das wir nur ein von zwei Zimmern mit Balkon hatten.

Otel yeşillikler içerisinde çok güzel bir yerdeydi. Peyzaj düzenlemesi çok göz doyurucuydu. Havuzun büyüklüğü yeterli geldi, personel güler yüzlü ve çok nazikti. Hemen hemen herşeyden memnun kaldık, çok rahat sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortam vardı. Yeşillikler içinde olmasına rağmen hiç sivrisinek veya böcek yoktu. Tesisin restorantında da herkesin damak tadına uygun yemekler vardı. Ücret olarakta yemekler çok pahalı değildi, bölgedeki diğer restorantlardan daha pahalı değildi, bu nedenle yemek için otelden çıkmaya gerek olmaz.

Plaja giderken biraz yokuş çıkmak ve inmek zorunda kaldık konumu itibariyle, kahvaltı dahil olabilirdi, temizlik biraz daha özenli olabilirdi, 7 gece kaldık ve hiç yatak altlarını silmediler.

Clean property, big swimming pool and garden, also big parking, nice staff, bed is like 2 m wide, balcony in the room was also big enough. All in all good and clean facilities for a 3 star hotel.

It’s an old hotel, furniture in the room a bit tired, sun beds by the pool too. Bed is squeaky. Restaurant is not very cosy. Walking to the town center around 20 min, but this you know when you book this location.

Dans la chambre : télévision souvent inutilisable (très mauvaise réception). D'ailleurs, il devrait y avoir une remise sur le prix du séjour. Une prise décollée à droite en entrant; il faudrait une arrivée de climatisation dans la salle de bains. Porte-fenêtre presque impossible à ouvrir. Lors d'un repas, je n'ai pas pu manger le poulpe, trop cuit. Je n'ai pas eu de réduction du prix du repas.

Aulatiloissa haisi homeelle. Henkilökunnan sekoilu; torstai aamupäivällä klo 11:00 haluttiin tilata olut. Baaritiskillä sanottiin baafin auavan klo16. Sanoivat vastaanottotiskiltä onnistuvan tilata oluet. Jonottamisen jälkeen vastaanottoon ,virkailija sanoi baarin antavan olut ja ottavan maksun pienen odottelun jälkeen. Baariin odottamaan ja klo 11:30 baarin virkailija kertoi, ettei heiltä saa tilattua. Allasbaari on auki, sieltä saa oluet. Allasbaariin, jossa virkailija sanoo, että baari aukeaa klo 12. Klo oli 11:40 ,joten oluet jäi saamatta. Liikuntaa saatiin kylläkin...

Familiers de l établissement depuis plus de dix ans nous apprecions l emplacement, l hôtel et particulièrement le personnel de restauration gere par gladys depuis quelques années et là gentillesse et le professionalisme de Paul et son équipe. Un entretien dès chambres et structures parfait un seul bemol une administration un peu hesitante. Bref un très bon rapport qualite prix pour ce bel établissement.

Molti spazi a disposizione, la zona zen (quando rispettata dagli ospiti), la vicinanza con il giardino botanico che con il clima torrido è una salvezza. I camerieri del ristorante allegri e sorridenti (anche se ogni tanto ci vorrebbe un maitre serio che li coordina)

Il bar interno chiuso fino alle 16, che ti costringe ad andare in piscina per bere. Malgrado sia stato messo il cartello su ogni sdraio, in piscina è impossibile trovare posto se arrivi alle 10, tutti gli asciugamani sono già piazzati. Probabilmente la struttura per non discutere con il cliente, sorvola...la struttura inoltre dovrebbe controllare meglio l'area zen, da "invasioni barbariche" di bambini urlanti!

Location 15 minute walk to town centre. 5 minutes to the beaches. Pool was lovely and in a great setting within the gardens. Staff were exceptional.

The hotel is very beautiful, the room was large and spacious, and the pool was amazing. The garden is absolutely stunning, with extraordinary vegetation. The hotel is located in a quiet area, quite far from the city centre or the beach, which is difficult to reach without a car. I found the restaurant prices a little high. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy peace, comfort, and relaxation.

Lontano dal centro di sainte maxime e dal porto da cui partono i battelli per Saint Tropez. La passeggiata si snoda sul lungomare ed è piacevole ma col caldo diventa impegnativa.

Heel mooi rustig hotel met mooi zwembad en mooie tuin maar niks te beleven. Om wat sfeer of ambiance te hebben moet je naar buiten.

Notre chambre était située face à la porte de service HS de l'étage. de 9h à 17h, impossible de se reposer car la porte grinçait en permanence et claquait toute les deux minutes, à chaque fois que les femmes de chambre entraient et sortaient. La propreté des escaliers et des cursives n'était pas au rendez-vous ( fiantes d'oiseaux présentes partout à notre arrivée et toujours là après 5 jours). La baignoire est dangereuse quand on en sort, pas de poignée pour s'agripper alors que le sol de la baignoire est glissant

The pool and the indoor pool were great. Bathtub was well functioning. Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good and healthy.

Could have better lights in the bathroom. The staff after cleaning left a weird stench in the room maybe coming from the cleaning water. But it went away in an hour or so. Parking spaces could be less narrow as we struggled to find a parking spot that wasn’t overparked by other vehicles due to the narrow spaces.

Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Großer Garten. Lage gut, schöner Fußweg bis nach Sainte Maxime Hafen bzw Ortsmitte am Wasser entlang. Hotel liegt direkt am Bot. Garten (nur Grünanlage), durch den man mit speziellem Türcode (von der Rezeption erhältlich) hindurchgehen kann, das verkürzt den Weg. Gesamte Hotelanlage beinhaltet mehrere Hotels und ist mit großem Tor (Code) verschlossen, daher sicherer Parkplatz.

Öffnungszeiten Pool: Leider bis 9 h morgens abgeschlossen, sodass man in der Früh weder den Innen- noch den Außenpool nutzen kann. Zu erwähnen wäre noch: Es sind auch Busgruppen da.

공원 한가운데 위치하고 있는 환경이 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 풀장도 훌륭하고 비치까지는 공원길을 산책해서 갈 수 있습니다. 며칠 묵으면서 쉬면 참 좋을 것 같은 호텔입니다. 가성비 아주 좋은 곳입니다.

We had a great stay here. Slight difficulty in finding the correct entrance and booking had gave us the wrong code to get in. After this was sorted it was fine. Facilities are great we enjoyed the outdoor pool which was very clean. Location was brilliant, about a 20 min walk to the port to get the boat over to St.Tropez

La colazione può essere migliorata. Le camere non sono insonorizzate bene. Noi avevamo la 123 e sinceramente era un via vai continuo al piano sopra e al piano sotto c'è un ingresso secondario dell'albergo per i fornitori abbastanza rumoroso. Da migliorare!
