Bardzo fajne miejsce byliśmy całą rodziną. Pokoje z klimatyzacją i super widokiem na basen i morze(księżyc rewelacja), codziennie sprzątane i nowe ręczniki. Może bez super luksusu ale wystarczające. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Jedzenie może bez szału ale dobre. Ogólnie miejsce bardzo fajnie położone. Cisza i spokój.

Wieczorne animacje mogłoby trwać dłużej.

La pulizia, stoviglie spesso sporche è brutto odore vicino alle spillatrici. Stanze datate, la seconda camera, quella dei ragazzi, era molto trascurata. I primi due giorni non sono passati neanche a rifare la stanza, solo al nostro reclamo.

Les chambres sont spacieuses. Les repas sont assez variés. Très grandes piscines et des transats DISPO toute la journée ( ça c'est INCROYABLE). Boissons et snacks a volontés. De la place pour garer nos véhicule sur le parking de l'hôtel.

L'accès a la plage est assez compliqué et sportive... en effet, il faut descendre beaucoup de marche puis longer une grande et longue dune... c'est long et assez compliqué pour les enfants et les personnes âgées.

Las instalaciones y habitaciones del hotel. Pone 4 estrellas cuando realmente no lo es. Pagamos habitación con vistas al mar y nos dieron una con vistas a una pared. Pedimos cambio y nos dieron una que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado (hasta que llegó mantenimiento) las camas ruidosas y viejas, sisterna del Water rota, poca luz en la habitación y baño, sin luz en la terraza por la noche. En el exterior (piscina) baldosas levantadas, falta de sombrillas se han roto y no han repuesto, piscina con falta de limpieza. Arañas en la habitación

El personal... desde la chica de recepcion muy atenta y sonriente siempre, pasando por la chica de la cocina desde el segundo dia ya sabia lo q queria.. tambien agsutin el camarero del bar de la piscina y el otro compañero..los veteranos.. y la mejor la camarera de piso que nos tocó... la mujer siempre atenta.. ...

El todo incluido de la psicina solo habia sanwis.. manzana y dulces...

La comida el fubet de muy mala calidad,limpieza,instalaciones con falta de reforma,el acceso a la playa difícil está en un acantilado bajas 80 escalones

La struttura era molto bella e ben curata, con un’ottima pulizia. Il cibo era abbastanza buono, anche se migliorabile. Un ringraziamento speciale alle due ragazze della reception, Yasmin e Miriam, sempre molto collaborative, gentili e disponibili. La loro professionalità e cortesia hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Complimenti per l’ottimo servizio di pulizia e per la cura della struttura!

Poca animazione. Nessuna possibilità di trasporto extra per aereoporto, ho pagato taxi ad una cifra esorbitante. Sicuramente una mia non curanza nel non prenotare con giorni in anticipo, ma alternativa non c'è.

Das Essen war immer super und vielfältig. Der Strand und die Nähe dazu ein Traum. Die Zimmer waren oft voll mit Mücken und die Betten eine Katastrophe.

Die Betten sind fast zusammengebrochen, haben laute Geräusche von sich gegeben wenn man sich bewegt hat.

La ubicación

La discoteca, horrible. Ni luces tenía. Los espectáculos pésimos, para llorar. En el salón solamente funcionaba la mitad de las luces, de resto absoluta oscuridad. Las pizzas siempre salen quemadas, deben bajarle la temperatura del horno. Uno de los ascensores se nos quedó trabado dos veces.

El aenario roto.. le faltaba un puerta. La parte interior del armario desarmsndose. El agua no calentaba... legionella. La cerradura de la puerta estaban rotas las que vi. Las mantas despuésde que las usan los clientes las doblan y las ponen de nuevo.

Lo abandonado que está todo el hotel. No hay enchufes a lado de la cama.

La atención recibida por Oscar y Santiago miembros del equipo de restauración y bar de por la noche. También el detalle del comedor por pasar allí uno de nuestros cumpleaños. La comida me pareció buena y variada.

La dirección del hotel es pésima. Una experiencia que podría ser inolvidable la convierte en unas vacaciones que te pueden dejar mal sabor de boca. Dejo unas cuantas anécdotas de la mala gestión del hotel: La recepcionista a la llegada, Maica, no nos informó de nada del hotel, dijo que preguntaremos al resto del staff porque ella acababa de empezar. La animación del hotel era pésima, sabado noche no hubo música en la zona de noche y discoteca; dos noches seguidas pusieron solo música polaca y antigua, la última noche tuve que ir detrás de los de animación porque pusieron de nuevo la misma música para que pusieran música internacional. La música duró hasta las 11pm cuando el bar, discoteca está hasta las 1am abierto. Al ir a recepción, se contactó con la dirección del hotel y el director no quiso solucionar el problema, que era básicamente darle al botón del play y mantuvo que ya lo hablaría al dia siguiente con los de animación. Al igual que el hotel tuvo un buen detalle por el cumpleaños de mi pareja, también sacó a relucir la desorganización por parte de la dirección del hotel: te dejan una carta y te dicen que vayas a la recepción a hacer una reserva, nosotros pasamos el dia fuera y llegamos a las 5pm, fuimos a recepción y nos dijeron que no se podía hacer la reserva porque era hasta las 3pm, detalle que no aparecía en la carta. La recepcionista alemana fue muy amable y nos dio una solución de reservar para el día siguiente y nos aconsejó llevar la carta. Al llegar al día siguiente al bufé, la chica parecía que no tenía ni idea de nuestra reserva, le dimos la carta, nos quiso mandar a recepción de nuevo, le dijimos que si podía comprobar nombre y habitación en la lista que tenía en su mesa y era una lista con dos nombres y ya se dio cuenta que si que estaba la mesa reservada para nosotros. En definitiva un desastre.

La camera : grande, ma davvero vecchiotta e con problemi di manutenzione. Appena aperto l'armadio scorrevole, si è staccata la guida e l'anta pendeva pericolosamente verso l'esterno; la vasca presentava abrasioni e il vetro (?) a protezione della doccia era staccato in fondo e quindi ballava: ormai c'era una crosta di silicone(?), per cui non si attaccava più; mancavanp le tende oscuranti ( che invece in altre camere erano presenti - rotte e non sostituite?) . Ad onor del vero appena segnalati i problemi i manutentori sono intervenuti, ma in un 4 stelle certi inconvenienti andrebbero risolti in anticipo...!!! Inoltre talvolta uno o entrambi gli ascensori della parte a sinistra non funzionavano e in una struttura di 8 piani non è il massimo aAnche la palestra era piuttosto misera ... Comunque , nonostante ciò,ci tornerei: troppo bella la posizione.

People in the restaurant and cleaning were very nice and helpful. The food in general was good. Nice beach near but you have to use the stairs and it’s about 110 steps uphill. Fine for me but if you are disabled or have difficulties then this beach is not for you.

Jana - the lady from the reception was extremely rude. She was nice to polish tourists only as I assume she is Polish. She couldn’t help and would talk to you as if you came for free as a distant relative. She spoiled my first day completely as I even wanted to cry and run away from that horrible place. The hotel itself is very shabby, needs a proper repair work. I haven’t seen such a ruined place for ages. The fitness room is an abandoned room with some equipment which were broken. Very dirty. WiFi doesn’t exist at all only at the lobby. Jana said everyone should use sim-card. This is a nonsense that guests expect WiFi)) When I asked for contacts of the management or client service she sent me to Booking…she said she would never give any contacts as it was private. I tried to explain that client service is not private but she insisted. It was absolutely useless to talk to her. The last thing is mosquitos. You should be prepared. Also you should be prepared for hundreds of nudists everywhere. It was difficult to get used to them and see same people at the meals…But the ocean is fantastic there. That compensated a lot.

Der öffentliche Strand und das Meer waren das Highlight! Der kurze Fussweg über einen Stufenweg wurde dafür gerne in Kauf genommen. Das Hotel ist ein riesengrosses Gebäude welches bereits in die Jahre gekommen ist. Da es am Ankunftstag leicht geregnet hatte, waren die Mücken und andere Kleintiere die ganze Nacht aktiv und krabbelten über das Gesicht. Die Rezeption mit älterer Dame gab einen Insektenspray ins Zimmer und reagierte bei weiteren Anliegen jeweils mit der Frage ob das selbe Anliegen nicht bereits zuvor mehrmals benannt wurde, was nicht der Fall war. So konnte einmal die Schranktüre nicht mehr geöffnet werden da sie aus der Schiene sprang. Die Schlüsselkarte funktionierte (bei mehreren Gästen ) öfter nicht. Die Schuld lag immer beim Gast. Das Essen war vielfältig und ungeniessbar. Zähes Fleisch, verkochte Nudeln und das Meiste war bereits abgekühlt ohne ausreichende Warmhaltebehälter. Ein Hotel für anspruchslose Gäste. Pluspunkt: Weitläufige Anlage und in der Nebensaison genügend Liegen und Plätze rund um die beiden Pools vorhanden. Im Badezimmer gab es 4 cm lange Kakerlaken.

Me gusta como siempre el trato del personal, muy amable y agradable. La ubicación perfecta, cerca de la playa bajando unas escaleras. La comida habia cosas buenas como el estofado de vaca, carne cabra , las pizzas, pata de cerdo, no sé si se me escapa algo más.

No me gustó nada que desde que llegamos en la carretera de acceso de mercancías y donde puedes pasar para ir a la playa un montón de residuos de heces, toallitas de water, como si fueran cacas de elefante, y también habia viento eso no era molesto porque te refrescabas del calor pero habia un olor en la playa bajando hacia la derecha de espaldas al hotel a bajante con olor naceabundo wue podia llegar a tóxico que te giraba el estómago seria la depuradora del hotel que estaría estropada hacia el lado izquierdo de la playa bien el olor no se notaba

Struttura con all you can eat. Cibo vario anche se non eccellente. Spiaggia molto bella ma attenzione non adatta a chi ha problemi motori perché accessibile solo con scala ripida. Molto molto ventoso. Piscina ben tenuta ma acqua gelida nonostante doveva essere riscaldata. Camera con bella vista sul mare e di buone dimensioni.

La struttura è vecchia e poco pulita. Le sale necessitano di un ammodernamento. Dispone di servizi ma aime' non funzionavano bene. Necessaria la macchina per tutto. Ma se volete fermarvi li e non fare altro potrebbe fare il caso vostro. Animazione principalmente in tedesco e inglese ma era talmente minima che non dovrebbe fare la differenza.

Resort was far from any shops etc. Entertainment was poor if any. Room was comfortable and clean. A/C didn't give any cool air. Bar staff were friendly. However, there were no ashtrays on the tables in all outside drinking areas, I had to hunt for an ashtray and they were all dirty. It would be better to put clean ashtrays on the outside tables and pool areas and replace them with clean ones throughout the day. Food was ok, pools and view was lovely. I would go again, but only for a few days as it is far from anything else to do. Also not suitable for elderly or disabled as there are many steps and stairways. Lift breaks down everyday. Reception staff are miserable. No staff to help with luggage too. Definitely not 4 star. I would rate it as 2 star.

The hotel is a bit dated(definitely needs refreshing), so do not expect modern style.In my opinion, it shouldn't be a 4* .Rooms are spacious and bright with air conditioning and small fridge(seams not cooling at all),clean. There is no kettle and iron in the room. I feel that there is no food diversity, but you won't remain hungry-you may always find something for yourself. Staff is lovely and helpful.Swimming pools are not heated, lots of sunbeds around. The hotel is located just beside beautiful beach.

This was my 5th visit to this hotel but sadly, IT WILL BE MY LAST. The hotel is on its knees. It desperately needs investment. The view & location are incredible (paradise) but everything else is sadly TERRIBLE now. The hotel has always been a bit creaking but you were able to forgive this in the past because of the stunning views & location & friendliness of the staff. However, in the year since my last visit, the best staff have left and everything has BROKEN. The remaining staff are generally unpleasant and demoralised. I was checked in by Jana on reception. She was rude and obnoxious. She clearly hates her job and the customers. The gym equipment is broken and dangerous and quite frankly should be shut down (see photos). The sauna broke on my last day too. There are two lifts in the main body of the hotel - one was broken the entire stay and the other one broke too on my penultimate day. The hotel has a rat problem. During my stay, there were two dead rats around the pool (see photos). There were cockroaches in the rooms. Water started to pour from the ceiling in my room (photo). The maintenance man was quick to fix it (the AC). The cleaner who came to mop up was the nicest member of staff (the cleaners were always friendly). She was very apologetic and said this happens "siempre" (always)! The waiting staff in the dining room are miserable and ignore you when you say hello or goodbye. One evening, the chicken breasts were even undercooked. AWFUL - very sad.

We were put in a room on the third floor, the room itself was clean and well presented, but the outside was in a state of disrepair. There was a panel hanging off the wall, lights not working and lots of walls that needed repair and painting. We reported the issue to be told they could move us the following day, but when we went to reception and spoke to Carlos, he said that this was not possible, only the manager could authorise it but, strangely they were not available!! The location is great, the food in the restaurant was pretty good, only one lift works and the building needs lots of maintenance

Check in very slow not sure what the problem was, the rooms are tired and need updating, food was ok nothing great and the drinks were awful poor quality, service behind the bar slow, a very large complex so people with mobility issues may have problems where sunbathing due to slopes, I would rate this hotel a 5 out of 10 realising you get what you pay for

A couple of the days I didn't like the food but we didn't starve pudding saved us. Not for fussy eaters. Lots of mosquitos insect bites in the room. Mostly German guests. Steps to the beach not for the unfit.

The room was so dirty. Insects inside and we suspect bed bugs as well. The overall facilities are old and falling apart. The plants are dying all around the property. The staff is rude. Drunk people during the night were screaming and nobody of the staff dared to calmed them down. The food was the same every day and quite horrible. A true scam for the money.

Needs only some details renewals. Is it worth the astonishing beach on which it stands.

Das Personal war freundlich und srach teilweise deutsch. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze für Gäste. Der Pool war leider nicht so gereinigt, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Die Einrichtung ist in die jahre gekommen und könnte grundlegend renoviert werden. Das Essen war gut und einigermaßen abwechslungsreich. Die Regeln bezüglich der Bekleidung zum Abendessen wurden vom Personal nicht umgesetzt und auch das Verhalten der anderen Gäste wurde nicht im geringsten beachtet. Es war bis sehr spät in der Nacht laut und ein Gast übergab sich ins Blumenbeet. Mehrere Tage nach dem Vorfall war das erbrochene immer noch im Beet. Insgesamt werden wir nicht wiederkommen

I was there for the beach and it was perfect, the weather was beautiful! Some days almost no big waves and really nice to swim. The staff was friendly, It was my birthday and they left me a bottle of wine, I don't drink so I had to just leave it there but I appreciated the gesture. The pools were clean too. The room was spacious and clean, despite it was partially facing the pool it was quite inside. The sea view was really great. There are several terraces where you can sit and enjoy it.

It is allowed to smoke on the terraces where dinner/breakfast is served so there's a chance that you will have to breath in the cigarette smoke while you are eating if you are sitting on the terrace. The fish were almost always overcooked and this was really frustrating as I don't eat meat and it was the only option i could have. The internet (both wi fi and both my sim cards with mobile internet worked very slow and unstable and it was really annoying as I really needed it.

Awful hotel. Dirty rooms, poorly lit corridors which made us feel unsafe with young people drinking in lift areas, no air con, no kettle. Very scruffy hotel and around pool area SHOULD NOT BE 4 STAR HOTEL. VERY UNHELPFUL AND HOSTILE RECEPTIONISTS. Wouldn't move us to better rooms as apparently they were superior rooms. RECEPTIONIST would not allow us to speak with manager, so left it with Expedia to to help us, but no such luck. We had no choice but to leave. I come to the island 3 times a year and stay in 3 star and 4 star hotels with lovely rooms, grounds and exceptional staff, so consider myself as a very well seasoned traveller to fuerteventura for 10 yrs plus and NEVER received such shocking treatment. EXPEDIA AND SBH i expect better service/help from you

Beach is very close and staff are very friendly also amazing to find a place without any cockroach which doesn't happen very often on Canary Islands, size of the room was great and mattress very comfortable ..... Stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed every single day. Amazing view for various places in the hotel.

There s an amazing beach in front of the hotel. There are freetime activities. The staff is very friendly. The food choice is huge.

A lot of equipment especially outdoors need repair, like the volleyball net, the swimming pool, plenty stairs ... Beside the quality food there some artificial tasting desserts and colorful yoghurts.

Everything was old and a lot of stuff was broken , our bathroom was a bit smelly ! No bottle water so you have to buy to get it into your room overnight even if you are all inclusive ! Over 11 nights not many changes in the menu and not a lot of options! (this is subject to every individual) Old sunbeds not confy at all

Starting with rude repcion staff,they can’t help with nothing. Elevators bearly was working most of the times you need take stairs. No activity’s ,or indoor playground for small kids. Outside playground was poor,flooring broken. Spa wasn’t open.how many times we was going all the time empty. After we find out it’s working just on bookings. No soap in toilets.toilet handles broken.

Everything perfect, infrastructure and Staff notes 10, all friendly and available to help and meet at all times. Even more it is located on a paradisiacal beach, almost exclusive.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The location is superb, boasting one of the best little beaches on the island right at its doorstep. Throughout my visit, the cuisine was delightful and offered a good variety, while the beverages were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating — everyone from the cleaning ladies to the receptionists, cooks, servers, and bartenders went above and beyond for any request. While the building itself may be a bit dated, it only adds to the charm of the place. Get the sea-view room, the view is definitely worth it!

Not really a con, but apart from the stunning beach, there isn't much within walking distance of the hotel, so I highly recommend renting a car — it will truly enhance your stay and make exploring the island much more enjoyable.
