Tierra Patagonia, Beckons

Quando una struttura è davvero perfetta, diventa difficile spiegare cosa si sia apprezzato di più, perché si rischia inevitabilmente di tralasciare qualche dettaglio. Proverò comunque a raccontare la mia esperienza. A partire dalla struttura stessa, perfettamente integrata nel territorio e impreziosita da una vista semplicemente incredibile, fino agli interni, estremamente curati, caratterizzati da uno stile essenziale ma allo stesso tempo caldo e accogliente. Un valore aggiunto fondamentale è senza dubbio il personale: dalla gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff della reception, del ristorante e del bar, fino alla preparazione, professionalità e simpatia delle guide durante le escursioni. Il ristorante offre una cucina di grande qualità, la spa è perfetta per rilassarsi dopo intense giornate di attività, e anche il servizio transfer, con autisti sempre puntuali e cordiali, contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno estremamente confortevole. Aggiungo inoltre che ho viaggiato da sola e, sin dal primo momento, mi sono sentita come in famiglia: un’atmosfera rassicurante che rende questa struttura perfetta anche per chi viaggia in solitaria.

Dirò una banalità: mi è dispiaciuto non aver prenotato un paio di notti in più, ma sono certa che tornerò presto.

The hotel is an exceptional building in a unique location: the views from our room and dining room took our breath away. The guided treks and walks were interesting and we saw so many amazing animals, birds and landscapes. The riding excursion on the ranch with a gaucho was a highlight. Each and every member of staff were friendly and helpful. An unforgettable stay.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was well managed and the general feeling was of a happy team working together. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

The property location is excellent. Service is mostly excellent with some in consistency with food and service . One particular evening food was served cood and steak was essentially inedible! Serving staff that evening appeared disjointed and not up to the level of service experienced some days before The wuality of the guides and excursions was exceptional

The views from the room are stunning

The hotel made major mistakes with our tour bookings which had to be rearranged and truncated at short notice without proper communication. We initially got left behind for our main tour because of the chaotic nature of the tours arrangements. There is no process in place. The staff are not trained to a standard you would expect from an extremely expensive hotel. We weren't even offered a breakfast menu until our final morning so we were unaware you could order hot food. The bar is under staffed. We waited 15 minutes for a drink. There was drilling and banging from the room next door at 6pm without any notice.

Everything. Mesmerizing property, amazing location, mostly nice food, the pools, lovely personnel, the manager is always on site and super kind, the excursions are great and the rangers are very very good and fun. This is a real treat, the attention to detail is unique, the beauty of the hotel is unforgettable. One of a kind.

Nothing, you would be spoilt in a very unpleasant way if you could find any fault in this hotel

A warm welcome at our late night entrance set the tone for the rest of this luxurious all inclusive accommodation. Restaurant staff, eco tour guides were all personable and knowledgeable. Hotel location just outside the boundaries of Torres de Paine national park allows majestic view of the Torres across El Sarmiento lake from all of the rooms.

We really loved our time at Tierra Patagonia! All the staff were amazing at their job and the location and surroundings were magical.

Tierra Patagonia is an oasis, where everything works seamlessly. The staff is superb, the views sublime, the food exceptional, the rooms soothing and beautiful, the spa restorative. It is everything that an outdoor enthusiast could desire. We particularly enjoyed our excursions; Jaime was an exemplary, attentive and knowledgeable guide.

The location and the views from the hotel's wonderful property are unbeatable. What really makes this place special is the staff. Kineret and Basilio organize the excursions for guests and go above and beyond to make this a memorable experience. Every member of staff is kind, friendly and accommodating. We didn't want to leave.

Everything vastly exceeded any expectations I had, from the extremely friendly, extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff to the delicious food - all enclosed in a beautiful building with spacious and comfortable accommodations and a wonderful and relaxing time spa set in a spectacular environment. The excursions are thoughtfully planed and executed to fit one’s preferences. Much thought is put in to keep everything as organic and environmentally friendly as possible.

This place is unique. The location, combined with a stunning building, great staff, great food, amazing excursions....it is very special, and worth the cost.

The stay was a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Torres Del Paine. The manager was very attentive and took great care in watching out for all the guests. Food was the weakest area of the hotel and I would encourage improved culinary options and execution given price point on the hotel

Everything was terrific. The only thing was dinner menu is limited and main dish preparations need a little improvement for the price. Breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are comfortable and have stunning views!
