the only issue our room had for are nights stay was we had no water, we dont think it was to do with the hotel, it may have been Thames water doing some maintenance!

Parking could be a problem as space was very limited and shared with other facilities. As it was bank holiday the other facilities were closed so we were able to park without any problem.

Friendly staff and a convenient location on the edge of the town centre. Parking and breakfast included (unlike some other hotels in the town)

Usually there is a parking space but parking is limited, sometimes it's necessary to park in a space not allocated to Springfields. However the manager will always help if necessary.

Great location, easy to walk into Horsham for an evening meal. Staff very friendly and attentive. Room very spacious and good shower over bath. Delicious breakfast, all freshly cooked to order.

The only slight downside, was for us, the bed was a little on the hard side.

Breakfast was ordinary . Horsham has great bakeries for croissant and sourdough and lots of Farmshops for local sausages ,bacon and eggs etc. Would just make for a special start to the day.

Car parking tight through the archway but doable - there were even vans parked round the back so a car is no trouble - just take your time. Staff willing to help if you need it.

It was very near to the town. The room was very clean. And the breakfast was great.

Auf der Reservierung von Booking.com ist nicht erwähnt, dass es ein Hotel ist und so suchten wir diese Unterkunft. Wir hatten auch keine Straßennummer.

The hotel was clean, close to local shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very good.

We found the bed too soft for us. We would also recommend a larger TV with some free view and possibly app Chanel’s.

A clean and tidy room and very helpful staff. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and it do not disappoint. Despite having to check early the staff still came in and prepared breakfast albeit an hour before it was due to start.

Friendliness of the staff. Location very close to the Town centre and the park. Railway station also in walking distance. Breakfast excellent. Great variety plus freshly cooked to requirements.

Television was just that. No radio incorporated. Separate small radio which did not have good aerial signal which meant that I was unable to listen to the programs I like. I am more of a radio than a television person.

The hotel was very conveniently situated in a quiet place near the centre of the town. There is parking provided and you are given a key to access the hotel and your bedroom, incase there is no one on reception, but if you require any assistance , it only takes a quick phone call

The Booking.com website had a rating of ‘superb’. I’m not sure how the hell this happened as they are less of a hotel and more of a guest-house in absentia. An utter fabrication. The lady on the front desk could not wait to spirit herself away after I checked in, stating her relief that I did bot actually arrive later. It was a complete parody. I parked my car at 6pm and she locked up and was gone by 6:10. The worrying thing is, after you check in, there is utterly no-one on sight….it’s a bizarre set up. How the hell Booking.com can have a rating of ‘superb’ is outrageous….you’d be better off staying at the local youth hostel. At least you’d be certain of 24/7 on-site security from a human being. What a joke, really.

The venue exceeded our expectations, in fact it was one of the best B and B's I have ever stayed in. It was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious.

The host was really friendly and obliging. Going out of her way to provide a good service. We could access our room all day, and night! The cooked breakfast was excellent quality. The town centre is moments away and everywhere easy to get to. We were able to park our car for the duration of our 5 night break.

The breakfast room is a little soulless and, personally, we didn’t like the tv being on constantly over breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, fresh cooked and well presented. The bathroom was very clean and shiny with soft white towels.

A comfortable chair in the bedroom would have been really helpful. Just one hard upright chair and no comfortable arm chair in which to sit was a disappointment. Similarly, travelling with a friend there was nowhere for us to sit and plan the our visit except the bed or floor

The Breakfast was fantastic everything in the room was clean even the shampoo and shower gel looked expensive

No lift - we are in our seventies and carrying our suitcases to the second floor was not as easy as when we were young!

It’s in a very convenient location near shops and is easy to find. It’s very comfortable and friendly.

We were OK as our car isn’t huge, but anyone with a very large SUV might find it difficult to get into the carpark.

Our room was one of the smaller ones but still of a decent size for our 5 night stay. The full size wardrobe and additional drawer space was particularly useful as we were attending a wedding and had quite a lot of clothes. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and although the radiator could not be adjusted we were able to open the windows to keep the room fresh. The breakfast included a full english option which was well cooked with quality ingredients. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful especially in providing a room key for our family members who were arriving in the middle of the day when the reception was closed.

The wifi was somewhat weak in our room although there was a router on the landing outside.

The staff member was very welcoming when I arrived. The room was beautiful, tidy and exceptionally clean. There was tea and coffee with complimentary biscuits. I was able to park easily.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed at breakfast. The cereal didn’t taste fresh. When I looked at the date on the box, the freshness date had passed by a month. I was only offered a small pot of tea, one cup. I wasn’t comfortable in bed and the quilt wasn’t heavy enough for me. I didn’t feel cosy. I went out having checked in at 12 noon, when I came back at 5pm there was no where to park. The staff member moved her car for me but I found this stressful.

Exceptional welcome at reception... Great location for easy access to Horsham Central. Excellent service and a great breakfast. Great value for money.

Mattress on the bed was too firm !! Suggested a Hypnos mattress would be perfect.....as used by Premier Inn.l

An excellent gem tucked away - handy for Gatwick airport although we flew from Heathrow but we had emirates courtesy pick up.

Only issue is - need a bottle of complimentary bottled water for taking tablets.
