The owner could not have been nicer. She went out of her way for every guest. I had a minor injury to my arm, and she gave me a acetaminophen and an ice pack. Everything was spotless, even by my standards! The food was incredibly good and in generous portions. The bed was comfortable. The room was spotless. The location was great because it was very close to town but on an incredibly quiet street. Just can’t say enough about what a good job they do!

Room was lovely. Clean with a nice outlook. Tressa and Steve were good hosts. Breakfast was really good, especially the fresh fruit with plenty of berries. Steve is definitely the master of cooking eggs - superb.

We had a small issue with the shower but it was manageable. It's on a rather busy road so the noise wasn't great but again manageable.

Exceptional stay at this B&B, could not have asked for more! We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived, our host Greta made us feel so welcome with her incredible warmth, kindness, and helpful local tips. The accommodations were top notch. Our room was wonderfully spacious, exceptionally clean, and featured a fantastic en-suite bathroom. The beds were amazingly comfortable, making for a restful, great night’s sleep after a full day of exploring. To top it all off, the location is ideal: a peaceful spot that is just a easy 5-minute walk into town. The entire property is kept spotless, and the attention to detail truly shows. The TV is great you can log into any of your streaming services. There were lots of options for breakfast and Greta's scones are yummy! Overall, a wonderful stay. Greta was an exceptional host and absolutely lovely. We would love to stay here again and cannot recommend it highly enough!

The breakfast was so delicious! Honestly we didn’t even need lunch because the breakfast was so delicious and filling! The location was also great, we could walk into town without having to look for parking.

The proprietress, Greta, was so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was ample, with a selection of cereals, meals cooked to order served with toast and a homemade cherry scone, and choices of coffee, teas, juice, water, and milk. The room was clean and comfortable. I was able to park my motorbike without any difficulty. The property is located just a short walk from restaurants, bars, shopping, and the like.

Greta war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit Frühstück könnte man aus 5 verschiedenen Menüs wählen. Dazu gab es immer Toast und Buchteln. Obst und Müsli mit Milch oder Joghurt standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Im Zimmer standen jeden Tag 2 Flaschen Wasser bereit. Es gab einen Kühlschrank im Foyer, der für alle zugänglich war, dies fanden wir besonders toll. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig - ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Frühstück gibt's ab 8 Uhr, einmal sind wir bereits früher weg, da wir den Ring of Kerry gefahren sind. Es war kein Problem, dass uns Greta ein Sandwich, Banane und Orangensaft am Vorabend für den nächsten Tag vorbereitet hatte. Unterkunft war sehr sauber, WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei .Parkplatze stehen kostenlos vorm Haus zur Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

First of all, Greta was a fantastic host. She was very nice and helpful with questions and others. We definitely recommend this place for a stay in Killarney.

Greta was delightful and did everything possible to insure our visit was wonderful. The breakfasts were home cooked, delicious and plentiful. The beds were soft, the rooms were not large, but very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to the downtown pubs and restaurants.

We have no negative comments. Everything was perfect.

Die ruhige und dennoch Stadt nahe Lage, ca. 10 min. zu Fuß waren wirklich perfekt. Das angebotene Frühstück war wundervoll, von Full Irish Breakfast über hausgemachte Waffeln mit wirklich frischen Früchten bis hin zu verschiedenen Joghurt Sorten und Müsli. Es wurde auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte da, aber es wurde auf alles geachtet und einem jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei lovely Greta buchen!🥰

Mir fällt da wirklich nichts ein! Egal was einem nicht gefallen könnte, die herzallerliebste Greta wird alles dafür tun, dass es einem an nichts fehlt.

Das Haus liegt einen knappen Kilometer von der Altstadt entfernt. Dadurch hat man auch mal eine ruhige Minute, ist aber zu Fuß in zehn Minuten mitten im bunten Treiben von Killarney. Greta ist eine sehr liebenswerte, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Frau. Sie hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und uns jeden Wunsch quasi von den Augen abgelesen. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, dafür aber liebevoll ausgestattet. Jeden Morgen hat uns Greta ein traumhaftes und sehr reichliches irisches Frühstück ganz nach unseren individuellen Wünschen gezaubert.

Very comfortable BnB, lovely friendly owners who supplied a fantastic cooked breakfast each day. I would recommend this BnB. Only a short 10 minute walk to town centre with lots of restaurants and pubs for dinner. Killarney is a great place to stop for a few days.

Greta and her staff were fabulous hosts! We were welcomed in with care and attention. Greta took time to explain everything to us and answered our questions about the local area. Our room was beautifully clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and very generous. The homemade waffles were very different from American waffles, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. The homemade cherry scones were the best scones we've ever had! We had fresh bottled water placed in our room every day. The location in town and our room were very quiet. It was just a short 10-minute walk to town and the train station. We highly recommend staying here for your travels. Thank you, Greta, for your kindness and for a wonderful stay in Killarney.

I just had the most wonderful time at this bed and breakfast. Greta was the sweetest host I’ve ever had, and it was so appreciated as a solo traveler. This was my very last stay in Ireland, the last leg of my trip after staying in a shared Airb&b in Dublin and a hostel in Galway and I was immediately greeted by Greta who gave me extra water and showed me to the privacy of a peaceful one bedroom with Mountain View’s! The breakfast in the morning was *absolutely amazing*, and it genuinely felt like I was eating at grandma’s house, not some hotel or restaurant. She filled up my water bottle before I went hiking for the day with the cleanest, freshest tasting water which she said came from the Killarney mountain and gave helpful input about my plans. The morning I left, she gave me a to go breakfast with my favorite fruit and yogurt and filled my bottle again. I just could not have felt safer, cleaner, and more cared for than I did staying in this b&b. And as a solo female traveler being so far from home- that meant the world to me. I hope to be back one day!

It was very warm in my bedroom, but Ireland was literally in a heat wave the few days I was there which is very abnormal for the country. And Greta thoughtfully had a fan and thick blackout curtains in the bedroom which helped tremendously.

The rooms were well equipped and clean. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely come back. What I liked was that there was a refrigerator available for all guests, so it was possible to store some food and keep drinks cold.

Gretta is the most incredible host, and her lovely B&B is truly wonderful. The room was absolutely spotless, had a lovely sitting area and dressing table, the breakfast was delicious and it was an easy walk into town. Being a tiny bit out of town worked well as it would have been very noisy in the heart of town where all the pubs are. Gretta and her husband and staff member Monica were all absolutely lovely, and we couldn't fault any aspect of this stay!

Greta war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sehr feundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service war perfekt. Das Bett wurde jeden Tag gemacht und auch das Bad wurder jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Frühstück war auch super. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend,zum belebten Zentrum sind es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Parkplatz am Haus war kostenfrei. Das Zimmer für ein B&B relativ groß. Wer etwas mehr erwartet muß vielleicht auch etwas mehr bezahlen. Für mich war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung.

Close to town, a really great B&B with a nice clean room and bathroom/shower! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and Greta’s homemade cherry scones are the best! Greta herself was so accommodating and helpful! She’s a lovely woman and a great B&B host! You can tell she loves what she does!

L'hôte, Greta, est très accueillante. Elle nous redonne le sourire malgré la pluie ! Le B&B est bien situé, très proche du centre ville. Notre voiture est restée sur le parking gratuit. Nous sommes à chaque fois partis à pied depuis la maison pour toutes nos très longues randonnées. Très pratique. Le petit déjeuner, à choisir dans un menu, est très bon et copieux. A very welcoming place awaits you. Greta is a very nice host, and her scones are to die for. Ample and varied breakfast. Only 10 mins walk from the town centre.

Location is great, in a friendly neighbourhood. Loved the waffles for breakfast and Gretas way of takin care of her guests. A nice stay to experience Killarney National Park. Definitely recommended!

The breakfast was excellent quality and quantity: in fact I requested to reduce the quantity: the amount was more than I needed. The whole location was scrupulously clean and well above average for similar properties. The location was excellent for all amenities in Killarney. If I am in the region in the future this would be my number choice. In fact, if it were not available, I would modify my dates to be able to stay there.

I cannot think of anything that could be improved.
