The location is very handy for restaurants, pubs etc with lots of venues with music an easy walk. Amazing breakfasts and super friendly staff.

The staff were wonderful. Kind. Norita and Kathleen were really kind. And funny….Breakfast choices were really excellent. Our room was really good. It is really well situated. The bar was great and the bar staff really kind.

La chambre est petite et il n y a pas d ascenseur. heureusement le personnel ' nous a aidé

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich, in einer sehr gemütlichen und ruhigen Lounge. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, wenn auch etwas klein, da wir mit viel Gepäck gereist sind. Lage sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig genug, weil ein paar Schritte von der Hauptstraße mit den meisten Pubs entfernt.

Kleines Zimmer aber dennoch ausreichend Stauraum und Ablagen. Sehr gute Lage direkt im Zentrum. Parken auf öffentlichen Plätzen zu fairen Tarifen. Sehr freundliches Team und gute Auswahl an Frühstücksangeboten. Fenster zur Straßenseite haben sehr guten Schallschutz.

Everything was great, breakfast was amazing, plentiful & freshly cooked. All the girls were friendly & helpful. The beds were comfy, room was good & bathroom clean as. The location is fabulous, close to everything, but quiet too. Bar was great & the Cider too, as was the friendly locals. Would definitely stay here again & recommend.

It was all good. Nothing not to dislike about Dan Lineans.

Everyone was so nice . Upon arrival we were shown our room and he even took us outside to show us how to get to the destination of the day. They went above and beyond. One of the kitchen staff even came in early so we could take breakfast to go. I also loved the noice outsideand kept the windows open

It’s a really small issue but the toilet roll was really poor - you’ve paid so much attention to everything else and it would cost so little to have decent toilet roll!! Brilliant in every other way!!!

Location was perfectly situated in the middle of the action. But just off the main street so it wasn't too loud at night. Breakfast was amazing & the staff were so welcoming. Parking was easy to access right across the street!

The fan in the bathroom is on a sensor, but the sensor timing isn't set to a long enough time, so the fan keeps stopping and starting with motion when you're in the bathroom. I mean, honestly it didn't bother me enough to care, but was a bit annoying.

The location was ideal to explore Killarney and the national park. The staff went out of their way to provide care and attention. Breakfast was delicious.

Mi è dispiaciuto che non ci fosse più la consumazione di pasti al pub la sera, siamo stati molto bene ugualmente. Molto gentili il proprietario e le dipendenti che preparavano le colazioni al mattino.

If you’re after an authentic experience instead of a sterile, corporate place, this is the spot. Loved the vibe, the freshly made breakfast, and everyone was super nice.

The room was everything I needed. Good size bedroom and bathroom, amazingly comfortable bed and pillows, tea and coffee facilities and serviced during my 4 nights. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety and delicious. Kathleen (hope name is correct) helped in the dining area and was a real treasure The location was very central to shopping, restaurants and bars. It was only a short walk to bus and train stops and tour pick up points.

The staff were all very helpful,friendly and full of Irish charm. The breakfasts were excellent and the location in the middle of Killarney was perfect. The owners were exceedingly helpful in pre-planning our holiday in Ireland and provided us with information about visits in the area. We had a wonderful holiday and would love to come back to Kerry.

Our bedroom was a little smaller than we expected and we thought that there would be a Residents lounge area (from the received information)to use in inclement weather however the staff did leave the restaurant area open during the day should we want to sit in easy chairs to read or relax. The cleaning of our room was a bit erratic but it did not spoil the overall experience.

Stayed three nights and absolutely loved the place. The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was fantastic and the location was very convenient to the train station as well as shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Great staff, great value for money. The room is small and simple (what you pay for) but you can expect outstanding people and service, we were very happy with the breakfast as well!

We would like if our towels were changed at least every second day. They could not dry...

The rooms are located right above the pub. Exactly what I envisioned for a quaint, lovely pub and B&B should be in the country. The front of the property belongs on the front of a Hallmark card. The breakfast is fabulous, Chef Norita is excellent and very friendly. The location is central to the heart of town, to enjoy the sounds and view of people passing by and live music.

The room was lovely…very clean, well appointed and such a comfortable bed. The breakfast service was exceptional! Chef Norita is not only a wonderful cook but her daily banter and recommendations were the highlight.

It’s a bit noisy being above a bar, but thankfully the bar is not open all night. My room overlooked the alleyway which was a bit noisy at night too.

The location is in City Centre. It is s great pub and not loud at night except the street, although good windows. The staff are exception from welcoming to greeting at the pub and terrific breakfast. Very well organized team!

Locality and awesome breakfast.

Lack of power points, couldn't swing a cat in the room. Terrible shower. Dodgy hot water system. No pressure, hot cold without warning then run out of water unexpectedly.

Room was clean and the woman who served us breakfast I think her name was Norita was fantastic. She went out of her way to see we've got everything we need.

It was so noisy due to other guests getting locked out of their rooms and singing after being out despite the thoughtful ear plugs left out for us, other then that is would not fault it.

The location of the property is perfect. The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious each day. Overall, a very nice experience. The room was simple but clean and had everything we needed.

The TV was mounted at an oddly high level making watching it near impossible. Having said that, we weren't there for the TV so really not a complaint.

Start to finish the staff were so friendly, rooms were fabulous 👌 spotless clean, the breakfast was 10/10 ,the location was ideal,the bar was lovely again such friendly staff ,will definitely stay here again.

Great b&b above the pub in a brilliant location! Very comfortable beds with lovely breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly and easy going lovely people.

Shower needs updating as not good for tall person and water temperature wasn't good.

All the staff were so friendly at every interaction. Even being upstairs from a bar the room was quiet and comfortable. We got to choose our breakfast each morning by filling out a little menu and taking it down to the bar before 8pm each night. The locals in the pub welcomed us though we were shy our first night they brought us in on the second and we had a nice evening.

Lewis road parking lot was just a bit of a walk but so much cheaper than our other hotel stay car parks in the big cities. Staff were very clear in communicating the options to us before our stay
