Great beach very big. the diving centre is awesome. the staff very attentive very nice all over the hotel and the restaurants even the lunch & dinner restaurant was very nice and very good food. The room was great we got upgraded to garden sea King suite. Such a long beach and you can just sit and have quiet time in nature on a nice bed . great cocktails.. the bathroom is great very big, very spacious. The bed is ok. everything was nice. All the surroundings of the hotel is very nice.

They have a long road to the main gate so you have to get a car to get you. Breakfast is nice, but maybe they have more variety and to give a free drink mimosa like other hotels in their level. They can make the breakfast more luxurious. Maybe more activities for rainy day because it’s a shell and it could get long tropical showers.. and in the bar in the evening to bring like a local band to play than just a DJ They should give guest free use of the kayaks even one time during the day instead of paying. It’s kind of far it would be nice if they just give the guest free ride to certain areas, especially on a rainy day It was a rainy day and they were not really boiling hot water in the shower . They can fix that.. they tried and they couldn’t do it so I think they need a new generator. TV should be a smart TV with Netflix on and YouTube and stuff like that instead of an old one with just TV channels.

Tout était parfait. Nous y étions pour notre lune de miel. Ils nous ont surclassé et ont eu de nombreuses gentilles attentions envers nous. Le restaurant est succulent.

Tomorrow we sadly leave paradise. We had such a fantastic time in the Kempinski thanks to its wonderful staff, amazing location, superb rooms, delicious food and outstanding facilities. Each staff member went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience. They were all so friendly, helpful & happy. Special thanks to Gayantha and Kenny for their amazing daily exercise classes…under their careful & expert guidance, we really exceeded our expectations! Kerly’s sunset mountain yoga was unforgettable. Vielen Dank to Lea, the beautiful Lady in Red for all her wonderful recommendations. Thanks too to the lovely Angelique and all the staff in Cafe Lazare especially the happiest lady in the Seychelles with her daily morning pastry basket. We will miss your wonderful breakfast with a view. And not forgetting our amazing cleaner, Ariful…I especially loved his wonderful towel-artworks. Unfortunately I will soon have to clean my own reading glasses again!! Last but not least, thank you Karl, for always looking out for us! We are already looking forward to our return visit.

ThThe atmosphere and food were fantastic! Mariana is very friendly and took great care of our needs. We truly appreciate it.

We went there for breakfast for my 60th birthday and the customer service was a disaster. They have no idea what they are doing. We ask for a front table and the manager told us that we have only 2 guests and we have to seat elsewhere even though there was other couples and even a single guy seating in the front with an ocean view. After all the complaints she finally gave us the table that we wanted. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a lot of food to choose from and they have the best pastries on the island. Someone should look into their restaurant staff and make some changes.

Todo! Buen resort con playa bonita y extensa. Comida riquísima y desayuno de lujo. Desde el minuto 0 hemos estado muy a gusto. Recomiendo este complejo para parejas y familias.

Por la orientación de la playa , tiene pocas horas de sol , por lo que si te sale mal día y quieres pasar el día , realmente se disfruta de 12 a 16 hrs Máximo. Prácticamente estábamos solos en la playa todo el tiempo y eso es un lujazo exclusivo de Seychelles.

La platja 5 estrelles superior, l'habitació amb sortida a la platja 5 estrelles, el bany net i ample, llit molt confortable, personal amable.

El servei d'habitacions és deficient, has de tocar un botó que està al costat de la porta perquè vinguin però ningú t'ho explica fins que et queixes de que no t'han fet el llit, són la llei del mínim esforç. L'esmorzar és bo pero és 4 estrelles i no està ben presentat, poca gràcia. No és excepcional no hi han fuites bones. Falta informació turística i assessorament. Els taxis que treballen per l'hotel són mal educats i desagradables, reserveu un taxi a l'arribada a l'aeroport i guardeu el contacte per tots els dies. Tot plegat massa familiar com un aparhotel, alguns hostes pengen roba interior a les terrasses i l'hotel no hi fa res. No és un resort luxós com t'esperes, a més venen passe de dia per els foranis.

From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly checked out, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Seychelles is breathtakingly beautiful, but what made this holiday truly unforgettable was the incredible team at the hotel. A special thank you goes to Christa at the Reception. She was remarkably patient, professional and genuinely caring. She handled everything with kindness, efficiency and a warm smile. She made us feel welcome from the very first day and is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. The restaurant staff also deserve the highest praise. Emma, Rose, Angelique,Chef Noreta, Sandip, Erwin and a host of others consistently went above and beyond to make every meal a delightful experience. I would also like to recognize the Housekeeping team. Our room was cleaned to an exceptionally high standard every day. Thank you to everyone for making our Seychelles holiday so memorable.

Our two-week stay at the Kempinski Hotel in Seychelles was wonderful. As a family of five, we felt welcome and well taken care of from the very first day. The hotel impresses with its beautiful location, excellent cuisine, and consistently clean and well-maintained rooms. Special thanks go to Sher, who took exceptional care of us every day with great dedication, kindness, and professionalism, as well as to Adel, who was also extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks to them, our stay was even more special. We are grateful to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality. We would be delighted to return and highly recommend this hotel.

Right from the welcome, the ambiance, the staff, the upgrade, the actual room, the facilities, the variety and quality of the food, the activities for our toddler and the attention to detail has been some of the best I've experienced at any resort around the world, I would highly recommend staying here

My score would have been a 10 had it not been for 1 thing. On arrival we were not informed to check the flag on the beach to see if it was safe to go in the sea. As result, my son was bitten by a jellyfish on the first day and spent his first few hours in the resort in pain

I recently enjoyed breakfast at the Kempinski Resort with my family, and it was absolutely delicious. Angelique, Dol Raj, and Sandeep gave us outstanding service, always attentive and friendly. I truly loved the hotel staff, as they were the main reason my stay was so comfortable and enjoyable. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a real difference. There were a few concerns regarding the food, but the staff responded immediately and resolved everything very quickly. I would especially like to thank the young man who recently transferred from Doha, Qatar. He is Lebanese, and unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but I am truly grateful to him. He didn’t let a few unpleasant situations affect my mood and did everything he could to make sure I enjoyed my stay. Overall, everything was wonderful. I am very happy that I chose this hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

This was my second time coming for afternoon tea at Kempinski, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. The first time I came with my boyfriend, and this time I returned with special friends. The setting is beautiful and very relaxing, perfect for spending a slow afternoon with good company. The tea selection and sweet and savoury treats were nicely presented and enjoyable. It’s a lovely experience if you want to take a little break, enjoy the atmosphere and spend quality time with people you care about.

A amazing place and visit due to thanks to all the staff. Starts from the guys that took care of us at the beach (😍Farell, Ricky 👍🏼) to the restaurants (goosh forgot your names now), front desk, gym, coconut show guys and to the guide to the cliff (Kenny🤩) We really appreciated that they always run the extra mile for us to make our stay as wonderful and dreamy as it has been.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Kempinski Seychelles Resort! Rooms & Comfort: Spacious, clean, and equipped with a very comfortable bed. Service: Exceptional! Every staff member was courteous, always smiling, and consistently greeted us with genuine warmth. Dining: Breakfast offered a fantastic variety. We also dined at the Windsong Restaurant every night—the staff , Ms Adel was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to customize our dishes to be non-spicy just as we requested. I went there with family for the occasion of my brother's 44th Birthday. We enjoy a very nice breakfast buffet in the company of those very nice, courteous staff there. Angelique with her breakfast crew as always making you feel at home as always. The staff in particular Amelie, Jeannette, Isabelle, Shirley, Mercia, Graig and Erwin without forgetting our lovely blowing smile and full of life Chef Norita and the staff at the hotplate area too always serving you with a lovely smile. Было очень много поломок, 14 часов не работал ни интернет ни телефон в номере и это в жуткий ливень. Приходилось два дня ходить каждый раз на стойку регистрации и просить там починить телефон, починить интернет, заказать еду. Ещё очень не понравились коричневые старые шезлонги на пляже, они в таком плохом состоянии, что на них не хочется даже лежать. Ещё пляж был грязный весь в водорослях, но это видимо из-за шумного океана в момент приезда. И на территории отеля у берега озера стоял деревянный плот в виде чайки, и оказалось, что он небезопасный, сухой и весь разваливается, что не скажешь на первый взгляд. Муж став на него чтобы сделать фото провалился по пояс в воду, второй раз он провалился ещё сильнее когда начал вылазить и в итоге сильно ушиб ногу, настолько что остался шрам.

We have just returned from a week-long stay at Kempinski, and our experience left us us not only relaxed and refreshed but also with a feeling of being so well taken care of by the staff. Through interactions over breakfast and dinner, they learnt and remembered our particular likes and also took care of food intolerances. A special thanks to Chef Tushar and his team - they truly took care of everything and were so thoughtful to bring us off-the-menu allergy-free alternatives to make each meal a pleasant experience. Thanks so much for creating dairy-free dishes so I could enjoy a dessert! Big thank you to Fred and Dolraj for their kind thoughtfulness-- with whom we also enjoyed engaging conversations, and also Cheryna, Rona. This attention to detail by the staff was, beyond the resort's very scenic location and ample amenities, our stay's highlight. very professional but equally kind. There is no dearth of sun beds lining the beach, and you could still enjoy a private afternoon resting without ever feeling crowded. Sadly, the monsoon winds brought jelly fish to the beach shores, which made swimming in the resort waters out of bounds all week. We went to the Anse Soleil beach next door, which was equally quiet and relaxing, and no jellyfish! The weather stayed perfect day and night - pleasant and breezy 25 degrees. There's so much to do if you are looking to stay active during the stay - we enjoyed Padel and Tennis, and took the nature walk with Gaya to the mountain top and learnt a few things about the local vegetation. A special note for the ladies in red -- especially Yuliana and Lea-- whose recommendations and tips for getting around the island were on the mark every time. We truly had a relaxing time, with nothing to plan - simply soak in the sun and ocean, rest and recharge!

Kempinski-Seychelles:Had a super holiday- fantastic is the word for the location, service, facilities…. can go on! They went out of their way to see that our stay was made as comfortable as possible! Special mention ( although one and all from house keeping to restaurants were excellent): Marie- manager was just so so helpful and courteous! Chef Ram- saw to it that we were served whatever we ordered- moreso as we are vegetarians! Mr Sher at ‘Windsong’ - his service was outstanding! Ms Louise- at ‘ Planter’s Bar’ where we spent most of our afternoons- was outstanding too! Strongly recommend to stay at the Kempinski when one visit’s Seychelles!

Amazing and breathtaking level of hospitality! Recommend 100%

We visited three different luxury brand hotels during our trip the the Seychelles and Mauritius. By far this property was the most detail oriented and felt like we truly were in a five star property. Not the glitz or glamour some hotel brands try to woo customers but true top notch service and lodgings that were subtle but obviously first class. Staff were first class in listening to your specific needs and wants and regardless where we went on the property staff always knew who we were and remembered us through various interactions. Room was excellent, food good and always pleasant staff. We always had a beach facing lounger with true luxury extra long towels available for use. When we sat down at the beach loungers within minutes a bottle of cold water with glasses were delivered. The hotel felt like there was one staff person for each customer. The hotel was always quiet and fellow travelers very pleasant to interact with except the Russians who acted as if they were the only people there. Strange travelers.

It was a large property, with a lot of activities for friends or family. Comfortable rooms and super helpful staff.

No attention to small details e.g. the snacks given to us by the hotel were never cleaned out of the room, dehumidifier needed cleaning. Just small things

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom too. The location is quiet and the beach was very nice.

The hotel was a bit run down, the cushions on the sun loungers where old and tatty the towels had holes in. The food was not great and definitely not value for money.

It was my niece’s 3rd birthday, and we came for a day pass. Let me start with the booking process. I was assisted by Petra, who I believe is the F&B Coordinator. She was very welcoming, and I called several times as I wanted the day to be well planned. She was always patient, helpful, and accommodating. On the day itself, we were welcomed by David (if I recall his name correctly) at reception. He was very friendly and took the time to explain everything about the day pass. A special mention goes to the fabulous Fabrice from Windsong Bar. He has an outstanding personality, and together with his team, as well as Nana and Sher, they made the day extra special for my niece and our whole family. I would also like to thank Jason, the pool attendant, and the rest of the team who were always willing to assist with sunbeds and poolside orders. Thank you all for your excellent service, teamwork, and hospitality. You truly made this celebration memorable for our family. Keep up the great work!

Это полное дно ! Самый ужасный отдых что был за мою жизнь

Все !! Пляж -его нет , точнее он есть но в нем купаться не возможно ! Камни , кораллы ! Сервис -его нет Отель тянет на 1 звезду ! Если ты на пляже заказал кокос и тебе его принесли на лежак , то в случае если ты не оплатил и отошел купаться , то за тобой бежит с терминалом официант, вдруг ты уплыаешь! В номерах сыро , воняет и не убирают , пока ты не позвонишь на ресепшн. Завтрак -хуже некуда , один вид сосисок и яйцо с рыбой куском ! Ужин и цены в ресторане выше чем в отеле Four Seasons, а выбора ноль Мы вынуждены были выехать досрочно с отеля так как наш отдых был испорчен полностью Семья отравилась сильно так как еда пропавшая Нас обманули при заселении , так как ранее обговорили в букинг цену за ранее заселение 430 евро , а в итоге сняли 560 евро Цена проживания в этом отеле завязана явно в 10 раз ! Потолок за такой отель -50 евро , а не 680 евро сутки Самое стремное , что утром они запускают на территорию чернокожих по дей пас и те человек 50 занимали все несчастные лежаки у пляжа и люди с отеля вынуждены сидеть на песку ! Фуууу Это ужас ! Люди, читайте отзывы и смотрите обзоры , этот отель испортит вам все впечатления о Сейшелах

Reception is nice, restaurants are ok in the hotel.

Outdated, needs refurbishing. Does not feel like a 5 star Kempinski experience. Prices at the hotel too expensive. As well, we asked for a bit later checkout which could not be accommodated in half empty resort. Overall not worth the money.

Good size rooms, beautiful quiet beach

Lack of separation from kids and adults pool, its very loud with all the kids screaming Very limited food and beverage offer. Although they claim to have 3 outlets there isn't great choices. Its a 5* property running 4* service. Windsong restaurant was clearly understaffed and we had to wait long time for table to be attend, drinks and food. Having said that staff did their absolute best to provide us with best service they could so only management is here to blame.
