Die moderne Hoteleinrichtung und die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus. Die vielen Pflanzen in der Eingangshalle und der frische Duft. Das umfangreiche Frühstücksbüffet das keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Die Sangria in der Hotelbar war nicht gut und hat sehr künstlich geschmeckt.

Não havia dispensadores de água no hotel. Fomos com meia pensão e até a água do jantar nos cobraram. Tanto o ar condicionado e o frigorífico do quarto não refrescava em condições.

Tout était exceptionnel ! À peine rentrées, nous réservons pour l’année prochaine. Les piscines, le spa, le buffet, la plage, l’emplacement, la propreté, la chambre. Tout était parfait.

De ligging direct aan een baai met diverse horeca gelegenheden en wandeltochten op loopafstand.

Het eten van het buffet is niet warm genoeg en de temperatuur van het douchewater kan spontaan veranderen in gloeiend heet. Verder is het in de mooi aangeklede lobby zo airco-koud dat er niemand gaat zitten en het daardoor totaal niet uitnodigend is. Verder kleine mankementjes of dingen die niet zijn afgewerkt na renovatie.

Personnel très sympathique , merci notamment à Daniele pour la gestion de la surprise. Très belle chambre bien rénovée, très bon buffet pdj avec du choix et belles piscines.

Les piscines manquent parfois d'entretien (beaucoup de feuilles dans les bassins) La douche fuyait un peu également

Jolie hôtel! Personnel très sympathique. L’accès spa Jacuzzi TOP! Les Piscines, l’ambiance le soir, l’accès rapide et facile à la mer et aux restaurants qui sont à 5/10mins à pieds! petit déjeuner très bon, repas le soir très bon et variés!!

Le ménage est à revoir! Le service de nettoyage était limite inexistant, les miroirs sont dans le même état depuis dimanche (date de notre arrivée) on et 6jours (aujourd’hui samedi) après et ils étaient dans le même état à notre Check out. Le sol de la salle de bain à été nettoyé une seule fois fois en 1 semaine, les cheveux bouchaient le siphon de sol de douche. Les draps de lit ont été changés 1 fois à notre demande en 1 semaine. Et le lavabo et la douche n’ont jamais été nettoyé depuis notre arrivée!! Pas sûr non plus pour les WC. Pour finir, le gel douche et le papier toilette ont été réapprovisionnés très peu de fois. L'emplacement la chambre

Hotel un peu froid peu de personnel à l'accueil alors que l'hôtel est immense. Les sourires sont en option et hôtel impersonnel. Le buffet n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 etoiles et peu fourni et aucune attention pour les végétariens. Le personnel débarrasse alors que vous allez juste chercher un dessert..plus de table. Le bar est froid comme les serveurs. Le ménage n'est pas bien fait dans les chambres. Les draps restent avec le sable les tasses pas changees..toilettes sans intimité. L'hôtel n'est pas du tout à la hauteur du prix et en plus tt est payant l'eau le lit balinais à 25 euros..pas de fontaine à eau et côté spa 3 jaccuzis hs ??? Je trouve ça minable

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Strandlage. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr schöner Wellness- und Fitnesbereich, tolle Aussenterrasse. Frühstücksbuffet mehr als ausreichend und sehr gut.

Die Lage ist super - die gegenüber liegende Bucht ein Traum! Die Kritik am Hotel kann ich nicht verstehen - das Essen war super & vielfältig!

Se nota que el hotel ha sido remodelado hace poco y cuenta con muchos servicios excelentes como el gimnasio, piscina o spa.

La habitación estaba ordenada pero la limpieza fue descuidada, el suelo de la ducha estaba con manchas por ejemplo. Entiendo que su política con los amenities está pensada para no malgastar en productos que muchas veces no se usan, pero la única información que dan es a través de su web y está desactualizada ( se pueden pedir en recepción sin coste alguno, pero te obliga a esperar y pedir para poder recibirlos). En el desayuno se echaba de menos encontrar embutidos de mejor calidad como Jamón, chorizo… u otros productos como el salmón. Si bien es cierto que en general el desayuno estaba bien, faltan esos pequeños detalles que podrían haber hecho del hotel un lugar excelente

Hotel? 2gwiazdki to jest absolutnie maksimum. Poprosiłam o wcześniejszy check in ze względu na małe dziecko. Poprosiłam o to jakiś miesiąc wcześniej. Mogłam nawet dopłacić. Wiem, że to dobra wola hotelu, jednakże obiecano nam w recepcji, że w ciagu max 30min otrzymamy klucz. Czekaliśmy 3h. Ponieważ pani sprzątająca sprzątała pokoje po kolei, nie mogła posprzątać najpierw naszego, a recepcja zaś nie mogła przeznaczyć dla nas innego pokoju. Pokoje małe, brak kawy, czajnika, herbaty. Lodówka nie działa. Klimatyzacja hałasuje. Brak śmietnika. Niestety bardzo brudno! W łazience oraz w sypialni pełno brudu i cudzych włosów. Na tarasach wszyscy palą uprzykrzając życie innym. Smród i brud. Przykre doświadczenie. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, hotel ma duży potencjał, który marnuje. Nie wiem, skąd taki kontrast między restauracją, a hotelem. Inny zarządca? Jeśli tak, to sposób na polepszenie warunków hotelowych jest chyba oczywisty.

Hotel muito bonito, limpeza impecável. Em termos de alimentação sempre peixe e carne grelhados na hora e tudo muito bem confecionado. A Cala perto do hotel é literalmente a 80 metros da saída do hotel e é lindíssima! Muito estacionamento perto do hotel. Adorei a decoração do hotel. Possui Spa com banho turco e sauna.

Hotel moderno, muito proximo da praia, quarto confortável com varanda espaçosa, bom custo benefício.

A academia tem equipamentos muito bons porém nenhum para membros inferiores. Muito pequena para um hotel tao grande. Nunca vi uma academia de hotel não disponibilizar água. Se quiser, tem que pagar 2,90 para uma garrafinha pequena. O horário de funcionamento é bastante limitado, das 8:00 as 20:00, justo o horário que vc provavelmente estará na praia ou fora do hotel. Deveria ser ao menos até as 22:00 e abrir mais cedo. O hotel também nao tem estrutura de estacionamento para os carros. A maior parte dos hospedes precisam estacionar na rua, bem longe do hotel. No meu caso só encontrei vaga 350 metros de distância. O quarto também não tem maquina de café, algo esperado de um hotel desse porte.

Die Lage war TOP, das wars dann aber auch schon.

Im Zimmer gab es weder Wasserkocher noch einen Safe, was für eine Zimmerausstattung ein muss sein sollte. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen - da ist man auswärts besser bedient und spart sich den Aufpreis.

- odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain - porte de salle de bain transparente donc pas super pour l'intimité - service médiocre - nourriture médiocre - certains ustensiles sont abîmés - 0 produit de nettoyage dans la salle de bain à part du shampoing et gel douche ( pas de savon, pas de dentifrice..)

I had a lovely time at the hotel, it had everything needed for a relaxing beach holiday. I felt quite safe and comfortable as a solo traveller. The pool was really nice and not too busy, the beach nearby is beautiful, and I got a free room upgrade. I can especially recommend to have the buffet dinner, I did not have this included in my stay but still went every night as it was so good and not too expensive, they also changed it up every night. The hotel and facilities are also very clean, and the staff was always friendly.

The gym was mentioned as open 24/7, but it opened only from 7:30 am. There's also not that much to do in the surrounding areas of the hotel. The glass swinging door to the bathroom does not offer much privacy, which was fine for me as a solo traveller but might not be nice for groups.

El hotel cuenta con unas instalaciones muy cuidadas, una ubicación fantástica y un ambiente de total tranquilidad perfecto para desconectar. Sin duda, lo que marca la diferencia es la calidad de su personal. Queremos hacer una mención muy especial a Ángel, del servicio de buffet del desayuno. Su profesionalidad, simpatía y atención al detalle desde primera hora de la mañana hicieron que nuestras jornadas empezaran de la mejor manera posible. Da gusto encontrarse con profesionales tan atentos y dedicados a su trabajo.

Como aspecto a mejorar, notamos una marcada diferencia con la atención del responsable del buffet del desayuno, quien ofreció un trato distante, serio y poco cercano durante toda la estancia. Creemos que cuidar la calidez en la atención al cliente en ese puesto ayudaría a elevar aún más la calidad del servicio.

Im Badezimmer könnte bei der Dusche die Türe etwas größer sein

An der Unterkunft hat uns besonders der wunderschöne, elegante Nature-Boho-Stil begeistert, der sich stimmig durch das gesamte Konzept zieht. Ein echtes Highlight war das reichhaltige und qualitativ wirklich tolle Abendbuffet und das für nur 50 € für mich und meine beiden Kinder zusammen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ebenfalls gut, aber das Abendbuffet hat uns besonders überzeugt. Auch der Poolbereich mit seinen unterschiedlichen Zonen ist gemütlich gestaltet. Dazu kommt die unschlagbare Lage direkt an der Bucht insgesamt wirklich eine wunderschöne Anlage.

Zu wenig überwachte Parkplätze aber seitlich Straße hinauf passt es auch gut.

Поруч також є місце для паркування авто (якщо пощастить можна стати прямо біля готелю або ж одразу біля готелю є пустир). Дуже смачна та різноманітна кухня, привітний персонал. В готелі є СПА, яке доступне гостям безкоштовно

У ресторані не завжди можна було знайти додаткові прибори після зміни страви

Security for the hotel was very poor - the gardens weren’t lit so in the evenings walking to the little beach restaurants I felt a little aware it didn’t feel so safe. It was open access into the grounds from all access points so there was no where in the hotel that was secure even as far as getting up to the rooms. I lost my card and asked for a replacement and I just had to give me the room number for the replacement which was lovely at the time but it was only the next evening when we spotted a few random men sitting around in the gardens that I felt a bit un easy. I would definitely return to this hotel as a couple because it was such a lovely location but I’d be very very cautious to keep my eye constantly on my children if I was taking little ones. I think there should be more security in place.

The structure itself is very new and amazing. We loved the pool, the spa, the gym, the beautiful beach nearby, and also the style of the rooms!

Structure was amazing but the staff…especially the waiters at the restaurant were unprecise, not organized and often out of context. - when picking up plates ( always very late compared to when they were supposed to) they always brought the fork and knife away without ever replacing it with new ones. -during the meal, when they had to take drink orders,they often forgot to bring the drink after making me pay . I had to wait 5/10 min for water while i was already eating my meal Almost everyday - the most unacceptable thing is that in a half-board holiday you have to pay for water during the meal(dinner), and not only you pay…. But they also charge you 3€to get 50 ml of plain water ( should be free) - dinner is until 10: well at 9.59 pm one of the waiters was standing in front of us at the table, with the garbage bag looking straight into my eyes, keept looking at me until i left thr table. Just making me understand “ its late go away”.that was just rude. - many desserts actually stopped to be served at around 9.15/30.. if you say dinner is upto 10 pm then food must be served until then. -tennis rackets given (for free) were barely usable cause of the dirty and broken grip they had.

A vista para as traseiras por cima dos caixotes do lixo do hotel. Problema que a gerência poderia resolver com um telheiro de madeira por exemplo. A receção e outras áreas comuns estavam sempre geladas. A parede do meu quarto e o espelho estavam muito sujos e mesmo depois de partilhar essa questão no feedback que o hotel pediu a meio da semana nada foi limpo. Necessitam de disponibilizar talheres para a sobremesa. Apenas disponível uma colher de sobremesa que não dá jeito para comer melão ou melancia partida.

Très bel hôtel, décoré avec beaucoup de goût ainsi que les chambres. Tout le personnel était charmant. Idéalement situé tout près de la plage avec un accès direct à la mer pour piétons. Bravo pour cette belle réalisation 🎉 J'y reviendrai avec plaisir 🥳

Rien à redire sauf peut-être que le resto ferme à 22h et que ce serait chouette qu'on puisse profiter pour les clients déjà à table du buffet jusqu'à 22h30 🤷 je dis ça mais quand on le sait on peut s'adapter. Il suffirait juste de noter : dîner 19h30 - 21h30, ferme à 22h. Par contre le buffet est AMAZING 🎊

Prekrasno osoblje i hotel, doručak i večera nude mnogo izbora hrane, urednost na nivou kao i udobnost, svaku večer se na terasi hotela odvija glazba uživo do pristojnih doba, kraj hotela se nalazi prekrasna plaža udaljena minutu hoda. Proslavili smo naše bračno putovanje bolje nego što smo zamislili, bilo nam je preromantično, hvala vam od srca!

Nous n’avons séjourné dans cet hôtel qu’une seule nuit mais la chambre était confortable, propre et jolie. Emplacement idéal, vraiment juste à côté d’une super belle plage et pas trop loin à pieds des restaurants et commerces de Portocolom.

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à notre goût, les fruits n’étaient pas bons, les viennoiseries un peu sèches.

Struttura moderna, bella ed accogliente, niente di caratteristico legato al posto, un albergo a 4 stelle in stile business con tutti i comfort (inclusa una piccola spa indoor). Colazione internazionale abbastanza ricca di scelta tra dolce e salato. Personale sempre gentile e accogliente.

Poco se si escludono gli sbalzi termici forti dovuti a zone in cui l'aria condizionata è forte (nella hall e nella zona ristorante) e zone più calde. Altro piccolo neo, in un paio di occasioni la sauna non funzionava ...

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und groß. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat alle Wünsche sofort erfüllt. Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand hatte viele Liegen mit Schirm (die 17€ inkl. kleinem “Strandsafe” gekostet haben). Außerdem war das Wasser extrem schön.

Die Dusche ist leider etwas schlecht geplant. Es rinnt nicht so schnell ab und rinnt aus der Dusche raus. Es bilden sich Pfützen am Boden.

Amazing location, only a couple of minutes to the beach and local shops. Such a quiet little town so it didn’t feel touristy and the hotel felt very quiet despite there being lots of people. The buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing and the room was beautiful and comfortable!

The only downside was it being far from the airport but with a shuttle bus it was easy to get to and well worth the travel.

Das Hotel ist wirklich ein Traum. Die Einrichtung ist super hochwertig, das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und die Lage ist ein Traum. Obwohl ich nur ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hatte, war mein Bett mind. 160 groß, das fand ich toll. :)

Das WLAN hat leider nicht so gut funktioniert, aber zum Abschalten war das genau richtig. :)

Het verblijf aldaar was super, zowel de locatie als de faciliteiten waren naar wens. Alsook het personeel was zeer behulpzaam wanneer dit nodig was. Met dit alles samen kom ik zeker en vast terug!

The blackout curtains were excellent, and I appreciated that pool towels were provided. The hotel was very quiet, the air conditioning worked well, and there was a good selection at breakfast. The pool area was pleasant and never felt overcrowded, and it was always easy to find a sunbed.

The biggest disappointment was the condition and quality of the renovation. The hotel was apparently renovated this winter, so we expected the rooms to feel fresh and properly finished. Unfortunately, the workmanship in our room was surprisingly poor. There were visible holes and gaps around fixtures, unfinished edges, poorly fitted panels, and generally very sloppy finishing throughout the room. I have included photos because it is difficult to understand how a hotel renovated only months ago could already look like this. The elevators were another major frustration, as they barely worked properly during our stay. Parking is also an issue. The hotel has no dedicated parking, so you have to find a space on the street. We often had to park quite far from the hotel, which was inconvenient and definitely something guests arriving by car should be aware of.

Parkplatzsituation katastrophal, man muss abends 500 m eine stockdüstere Straße laufen, um parken zu können. Frühstück lieblos und Massenware, zubereitet wie ein Massenfras. Auf oberen Etagen kann man nicht wohnen, weil der Aufzug schrecklich, klein und sehr langsam ist. Und: man bezahlt voll beim Einchecken, das Misstrauen gegenüber den Gästen ist groß - und das ist ekelhaft!!!

O hotel tem uma boa localização, uma praia linda na frente e alguns restaurantes para ir a pé. Na regiao das praias mais bonitas tambem. Todos os dias tem show ao vivo.

Cafe da manha tem de tudo mas nao é de boa qualidade. Para usar o cofre do quarto tem que deixar um deposito de 20 euros e depois pegar de volta no check out. piscina eh grande e boa mas nao é tao moderna.

The receptionists were very friendly and provided great service. The room was spacious, clean, and nice. The breakfast area had a great vibe, and Cala Marsal Beach was only a 5-minute walk away. We really liked the beach, although it can get crowded as it is quite small.

Although there were many breakfast options, the food was nothing special and the presentation felt messy, some of the food seemed to be prepared rather quickly. The pool area needs maintenance, the pool and sunbeds are old & dirty, the water did not seem very clean, and there were slippery puddles with algae around the pool.

Kilátás, part közelsége, medence méretei és darab számai. Ha probléma volt azonnal szóltak a technikai csapatnak és ők 5 percen belül ott voltak és megoldották a problémát. Étterem bőséges kínálata. Recepción a normális és korrekt ügyintézés.

Szobában újra kellett porszívóztatni, mert hajszál volt mindenhol, tusoló nem volt megfelelően kitakarítva, kifertőtlenítve. Utolsó nap a poggyászmegőrzés az borzasztó volt. Egy olyan szobában kell tárolni a poggyászt ahol több tíz csomag van, bárki elviheti a másikét. Az ajtó ráadásul hiába a recepció álltal gombbal nyitható , sajnos a zár nem működik rajta, bárki kinyithatja. Az értékeink megőrzésére nem tudtak biztosítani megőrzést, hiába próbálta a recepciós megoldást találni rá, az irodába se engedték neki hogy bevigye.. Így magunknál kellett tartani... Lehetne egy ilyen esetre is egy széf akár kaució ellenében vagy ha fizetni kell akár azért is, de a lényeg hogy legyen egy ilyen lehetőség, hogy az értékek utolsó nap is biztonságban legyenek. Esetleg egy külön szobát biztosítani tusolásra azoknak akik még utolsó nap fürdeni akarnak a tengerben, medencében, spaban. Mert az hogy a spa tusolóját biztosítják az nem a legmegfelelőbb. Gluten-Free ételek megfelelő jelőlése az elég hiányos volt. Volt olyan amire a felszolgáló arra is Gluténmentességet mondott ami a címke alapján nem volt az illetve fordítva. Gluten-Free reggeli csomag bővebb is lehetne ahhoz képest, hogy Spanyolországban mennyire támogatott ez a betegség és rengeteg üzletben található Gluten-Free termék. Helyben készült péksütemények, kenyerek ,kiflik is lehetnének. Illetve ha van olyan lehetőség, hogy előtte lévő nap kell.szólni, hogy másnapra készüljön olyan étel akkor az ne a nyaralás utolsó napján derüljön ki, hogy szólni kell. Egyszóval picit nagyobb figyelmet es pontosságot kéne fordítani erre a betegségre, mert nagyon sokan szenvednek ebben..
