The wait staff, both at breakfast, and in the afternoon for the outdoor terrace, once they were serving outdoors, we're pretty good at ignoring and avoiding us. Also our room was in the attic and I do not recommend booking one of those rooms. I'm sure the other floors are more desirable.

First receptionist was not welcoming. All the others were lovely especially Nora. Cooked breakfast not great luckily they also had a cafe delightful

Ayer noche 9 de septiembre, reservé en este hotel porque decía que tiene restaurante. Al llegar no solo estaba cerrado, sino que en el bar al tomar una cerveza y preguntar si había algo de tapa, para poder cenar algo (único motivo por el que reservé aquí por 100 euros la noche) de cuestionable forma se me respondió que no había nada para comer. Importante asegurarse antes de si lo que promete lo cumple.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026nous voulions diner à 22h le soir de l'éclipse avec plein de monde dans l'hôtel et dans les rues: réponse de l'hôtel, la cuisine est fermée alors que des gens dinaient et que des tables étaient vides...Nous avons voulu nous rabattre vers le bar et demander 2 planches de fromage et jambon, la réponse immédiate, pas de cuisine et de toutes façons pas de jambon ni fromage, réserves vides!!!!! ce qui dans cette région est incompréhensible tant on consomme de ces deux produits et que tout le monde en a en réserve chez soi. Mauvaise gestion !! Nous sommes ressortis et avons trouvé de quoi diner n'importe où en ville.

There was a common sitting area and library as well As a small wine tasting bar and restaraunt with a lovely terrace. The hotel Is a 5 min walk from the plaza, a 10 min walk to the town pool with a cafe and water slides, and a 15 min walk from the Barrio se Estación wine tasting complex with the top producers in Rioja.

Desayuno poco variado.Habíamos solicitado productos sin gluten y después de insistir además de pan tostado nos ofrecieron una porción de tarta de queso. No zumo natural. Nuestra habitación sin persiana ni visillos. Mampara de ducha muy próxima a taza de water.

El colchón era algo duro y, sobre todo, los cojines eran muy altos y duros (tienen que añadir algun cojín más bajo y blando como alternativa para no acabar con tortícolis). El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien pero hacía mucho ruido, deberían repasarlo.

Personal correcto en todo momento pero sin más. Tuteo que puede molestar a algunos clientes. Poca variedad dulce en el desayuno (sólo un bizcocho)

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones muy espaciosas y cómodas, con todo lo necesario. El personal muy amable y atento, la recepcionista nos atendió maravillosamente y nos explicó qué visitar de Haro. Pudimos dejar nuestras maletas al llegar muy pronto y al volver después de comer las teníamos en nuestras habitaciones. La terraza es un plus y se puede desayunar buffet o un café en el bar, comer, picar algo y/o tomar un vino. No hay parking pero se puede aparcar cerca sin problema o en zona azul, que es gratis los domingos y lunes por la mañana. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Totalmente recomendable.

Il n'y pas de bouilloire dans la chambre et pas d'hôtel parking.

We had a room with a balcony but no chairs were available to sit on but I guess they didn’t want people sitting out having a drink looking up at us! It wasn’t a problem and didn’t spoil our stay😊

Simple styling, big rooms, lovely outlook onto the shaded tree-lined terrace, traditional windows w double-glazing & excellent sound-proofing - I could have stayed forever. Loved it. The woman w curly hair on reception was totally charming; bar staff less so but OK. Good breakfast without being exceptional. Lovely location a few minutes from central square and also from two Michelin restaurants! (Which we didn't try.) Very good range of wines available in the restaurant/terrace. Haro is on top of a hill so it has lovely views and is a gorgeous little town; but getting around town is easy because the top of the hill is pretty flat.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Es hat uns rundum gut gefallen. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, hätten uns aber gut vorstellen können, länger zu bleiben. Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm: Freundliche Leute, gutes Frühstück, ruhig, viel Platz im Zimmer, bequemes Bett.
Eine kleine Deklaration: Wir haben eine wirklich ruhige Nacht erwischt, auf der Terrasse waren abends keine Gäste. Die Terrasse ist aber sehr nah und es könnte möglicherweise laut werden, wenn viel los ist.

Do pequeno almoço, sem variedade , até com restrição de ovos e bacon, e outros produtos , o que havia era bem fresco , mas acabou e nao foi reposta enquanto estávamos na sala, poucas variedade de frutas , o cafe tinha quer ser pedido , isso constrange um pouco ,pois so havia 1 funcionaria para atender o bar e a sala do pequeno almoço.
