El ascensor tiene moqueta y huele mal, la ducha pasaba igual olía a agua estancada hasta que corría el agua limpia.

La cortina del comedor se aguantaba con muy pocas piezas y se descolgó entera. La ducha no tenía ni mampara ni cortina. Y para más historia no había un cubo ni una fregona. Y el aire acondicionado brillaba por su ausencia.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Belles vitres d'où l'on voyait la ville de haut. Appartement très propre, bien équipé. Assez grand pour 4 personnes. Douche adaptée aux personnes handicapées. Facile d'accès avec parking gratuit à 300 mètres. Codes envoyés via mail ou lien internet SMS ou whatsapp.
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien. La nuit, ill faisait bien plus frais en ouvrant toutes les fenêtres. Mobilier salle de bain en contre-plaqué abîmé à cause de l'humidité.

El apartamento estaba en pésimas condiciones. Múltiples muebles rotos, el apartamento no estaba especialmente limpio. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en un día de calor intenso. Al llamar para que lo revisaran (el apartamento era literalmente una sauna) nos encontramos con un 'chat' de IA, al que al final contestaron humanos tarde y mal. Se negaron a reparar el problema hasta el día de nuestra partida. Considerando que no es.un sitio barato, para nada lo recomendaría.

There were 4 of us and the sofa seats 3 so another chair in the lounge would have been useful. There are 4 chairs at the table though.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Me gustó todo,mucha luz, al lado de la plaza de Haro pero muy tranquilo. El apartamento muy bonito, limpio y con todo lo necesario que hemos necesitado las 3 noches que hemos estado. Fresquito por las noches con ventanas medio abiertas y AC por el día.
El AC del comedor tiene muy poca potencia y no llega a enfriar la estancia. El de las habitaciones funcionaba muy bien.

The balcony was small, but it was an incredible place to sit with the chirping swifts wizzing by like fighter pilots. Major supermarket, bus and train stations, bodegas and La Herradura, are within walking distance.

Air con was lacking in power, and the lift absolutely stank of wet dog. Breath holding level of smell. There were no staff to report this to as all online check in and electronic codes for the doors meant this wasn't easy to highlight at the time.

Nevýhoda je parkování. Také pro mne příliš tvrdý a vysoký polštář.

No companies but a little flexibility on check out time would have been nice 😬 which is understandable but if the town is hosting a festival, couple of hours extension can be considered - at least to use washrooms 🙃. But this is one of the cons of every non hotel like stay.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The location is absolutely fantastic, the rooms are big and comfortable and homey. The kitchen is fully equipped. The rooms come with a large smart TV. Everything was so wonderful, we have now stayed twice in this accommodation when travelling to Haro.
Nothing major. The toilet felt a bit loose/unsteady and it would've been nice to have a few extra rolls of toilet tissue. Overall a great stay, highly recommend for anyone coming to Haro. We will definitely be back.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026The location of the property was absolutely fantastic and right in the heart of Haro, making it incredibly easy to walk around and explore. The property itself was clean, modern, and had no other issues during our stay.
Unfortunately, our experience was severely impacted because the air conditioning did not work at all during a major heatwave. When we contacted customer service for help, they were completely unable to assist or resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they only offered a meager £11 refund for what was a highly uncomfortable and sleepless stay—and to top it off, they never actually paid out the refund. Great property, but the customer support is non-existent and they do not follow through on their promises.

The difference from our previous experience is that you don’t see anyone in the reception and digital check in is a real real pain. We spent hours doing it and it was very frustating. I would reconsider staying there again because of this. Location is great and light in the appartments is amazing,

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Das Appartement liegt mitten in der schönen Altstadt von Harro & bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht durch zwei bodentiefe Fenster. Es ist modern & geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Location and comfort of the apartment. It was ideal for two people but would probably be difficult with more than 3. Parking in the blue zone outside the apartment was manageable and inexpensive.
Water pressure was poor in the morning.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The location was great, near the plaza central. A very good apartment, big windows and everything brand new.
There were cigarettes in a coffee cup at the varanda! Maybe, the previous guests smoked there, even if it was forbidden. But, anyway, the cleaner must watch it.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Great location in Haro! Walking distance to both main square in downtown and the Barrio de la Estación area for wine tastings. Elevator was a plus and free parking nearby.
A/C didn’t seem to be working properly.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026The apartment is really lovely, nicely furnished, is in a great location, and has a nice view.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was faulty and on a 30C+ day, it was very hot and uncomfortable inside the apartment. The TV remote has Prime Video, however, this was not an option on the TV itself which was very slow to respond.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Çok merkezi konumda, evde Nespresso makinesi ve diğer tüm beyaz eşyalar mevcut. Haronun girişinde köprüyü geçmeden kocaman bir ücretsiz otopark var.Eve 900mt uzaklıkta. CVNE önünde.
Yatak odasının camı tam kapanmıyor bu nedenle sokağın tüm sesi sanki cam açıkmış gibi içerde. Buzdolabı mini ama çok iyi soğutuyor.

Reviewed May 26, 2026El apartamento es bonito y con todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días. Nos enviaron los códigos al móvil, fue fácil. Esta justo en el centro, llegas a cualquier sitio en un momento.
La estancia fue bastante decepcionante debido a la falta de control térmico en el alojamiento. Al llegar a Haro había una temperatura exterior de 25-26 grados y el apartamento tenía la calefacción centralizada encendida, convirtiendo el espacio en un auténtico horno. A pesar de contactar con Limehome, la única solución que nos dieron fue apagar el sistema, pero el aire caliente seguía saltando automáticamente de vez en cuando. Esto, sumado al sol que entraba por los ventanales, hizo que el ambiente fuera agobiante durante el día y que resultara casi imposible dormir por la noche. Es fundamental que cada apartamento pueda regular la temperatura de forma individual. Por otro lado, la nevera es muy pequeña y apenas enfría. El tema del aparcamiento también es complicado al ser todo zona azul, y la descarga de maletas es muy difícil porque la calle es tan estrecha que no permite detener el coche ni un momento.

Reviewed May 25, 2026The location was great but we had a lot of issues with the apartment.
The address listed is incorrect so we couldn’t get into the building. I watched other people have the same issue. Because we had the wrong building we missed our wine tasting which cost $200 . But the big problem is that The air conditioning was broken. It was 90 degrees and so hot inside that I had to sit outside during the daytime. The customer service is only through WhatsApp I’m and pretty sure it’s AI. It takes so long for them to reply and it feels Ike you’re talking to a machine . After night one they sent a mechanic who said the unit was fully broken and they can’t fix it . They gave us one small fan for a 2 bedroom apt. They did not have any of the required complaint sheet ( hoja de reclamaciones ) in the main lobby so I will have to file one online. In the end they offered 15% discount which I refused and finally gave us 30% off . That’s less than the cost of the wine tasting I missed and we can’t put a price on the time lost trying to communicate with them and bookings. It was unacceptable.
