Reviewed Aug 11, 2026指引停車的服務人員跟櫃檯 check-in 的服務人員態度都非常良好。 再來是 Lobby 那邊有很多多樣化、不同的迎賓小飲料、咖啡，還有日本東北特有的特色蘋果醋，跟蠻好喝的抹茶拿鐵。 位置靠近盛岡車站，雖然稍微偏一點點，但是也相較地比較好停車。
沒有提供罐裝水。 房間的冷氣忽冷忽熱，不是幾乎沒有在吹，要不然就是直接吹到最大，非常難睡。 大浴場的沐浴區感覺管線應該有問題，也是忽冷忽熱。只要其他的蓮蓬頭一開水，另一個蓮蓬頭就會馬上變冷，而且是完全沒有熱水的那種冷。

朝食の取り皿は大きな皿だけでなく、小さい取り皿もあると良いですかね。

混んでいる時期なのでしょうがないが、団体のお客さんと重なり、朝食バイキングがあまり残っていない時間帯に当たってしまい、残念だった。

Very friendly and helpful staff. A good breakfast from hotel's restaurant which also supplied evening meals in weekdays, albeit with a limited menu: I ate there twice and enjoyed it both times. I also enjoyed the communal hot bath.
The WiFi was not perfect during my stay. It was always ok on first floor, but often stopped when I got to my room on third floor. I often needed help from the very helpful staff to "re-boot" the WiFi settings. We always won the battle but it was hassle.

Reviewed May 28, 2026スタッフの皆さん皆さんがとても良い対応でした。 最近は、日本人ではない方がスタッフとして対応されている宿泊施設も多い中で、 とても気持ちのより対応で安心いたしました。 朝食バイキングに、地元グルメがありとてもおいしかったです。 特にヨーグルトが美味でした！
大浴場の清掃があまり行き届いていない印象でした。 また併設された休憩スペースのマッサージチェアが故障中で残念でした。 （出張で連泊だった為、身体が疲れていたので、マッサージチェアを利用したかったです）

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026The location is awesome, just about a few minutes walk from the train station. The staff are mostly pretty friendly and willing to help. Their onsen is definitely a plus! After a long day's walk it helps release the stress and healing the tiredness. I really enjoy staying here.
