ルールキーがカード式ではなく、鍵であったこと。長時間外出の際、預けるようにしていました。1人で滞在していたので特に不自由はなかったですが、複数人で滞在する時はカード式キーの方が利便性が高いと思います。

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Morioka is a beautiful town. This hotel is convenient to the train station (easier to find if you go outside the station). There are many restaurants and shops nearby. If you're going north or south on the Shinkansen, it's a good place to spend the night and can be a bit cheaper and easier than overnighting in Sendai.

The window was dirty. The shower head was very small, so it took a long time to shower.

部屋はもう少し狭くて良いので、料金が安い方がよかった。 私は、兄の介護見守りで度々帰省していますが、目的の選択が出張か観光の２択しかないのは不満です。２択以外の目的もあって良いと思います。

スクランブルエッグがなかった。冷麺を調理してくださった方は、2 分位の間の自分の調理した冷麺をわざわざ冷蔵庫に入れてもらった。ものすごい気配りをしてもらった。

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026The location was perfect- right next to the mall, with numerous food options and retail!... all without having to go outside/ leave the building. The 24-hour convenience store at the lobby was another bonus. All these amenities within the warmth of the building were very much appreciated since we were there during winter. Also appreciated the sheltered car park and reasonable daily rates- we didn't have to worry about shovelling snow off the car, or getting stuck in the snow. The room was comfortable, and we had a great view of Mt. Iwate. Even though we didn't use it, it was nice to be located right next to the JR Morioka Station.
