Central location. The staff - professional, fruendly. They helped us on various issues. The hotel has a cafeteria - free and provides for free water. As a guest, you can wash, dry and iron your clothes free. The rooms are clean , beds comfortable. Best hotel in Eindhoven.

It’s not clear that the appartement is far 4 min from the hotel, with no elevator and a very difficult stair , the appartement is smelly, like frying smell , maybe because there is a churros shop down stairs and the smell is really bad and annoying and avove all , the towels are extremely dirty, the bed full of hair , the sofa stained, it’s disgusting and unacceptable

The people working there was super cool, they even changed my room after I noticed I book the one without windows. super nice guys.

All the walls in my room were tainted with god knows what, it was really discusting.

The room was excellent, cozy, and big enough, and it had a very good shower and toilet. The location was extremely good, since it is on a street with expensive boutiques; therefore, at night it is quiet (except on Friday and Saturday, when drunk people are yelling everywhere). We loved the coffee machine on the 1st floor, the sparkling water machine on every floor, and the FREE washing machine, the dryer, and the gym. There was even a shared kitchen and sauna, which we didn't use much.

The hotel is located right in the city center, with all the main shopping streets. I loved the stylish loft interior of the room - it felt very cozy and comfortable, with warm and pleasant lighting. The view of the main cathedral was beautiful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and welcoming!

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern in der Nähe des Hotels. Es war wirklich super zentral gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Host war super nett, hat uns beim Tragen des Gepäcks geholfen und beim Unterstellen der Fahrräder. Er war immer für Fragen ansprechbar.

Auf dem Klo gibt es komischerweise kein Handwaschbecken, das war etwas umständlich. Durch die zentrale Lage war es am Wochenende Nachts nicht immer leise, da die Fenster auf die Fußgängerzone rausgehen. Die Treppe in den 3. Stock war sehr steil und ist für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht empfehlenswert.

The location is perfect. The hotel is very nice, the man on reception was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

What I did not like was that in our room there were no doors of the bathroom and the toilet which I found a little bit uncomfortable.

We stayed in one of the apartments. Spacious, nicely decorated and very well located.

All good. The host might like to have a look at the drains in Room 202. They are a little blocked, but still working.

De geur in het trappen huis, een welkomstdrankje in het appartement doet het altijd erg goed

We verbleven in één van de appartement. De locatie is hartje centrum en parkeergarage is dichtbij. Het appartement is heel mooi en modern.

Prijs per nacht is best hoog maar dat is logisch gezien de locatie en faciliteiten

Er zat geen vitrage op de grote ramen dus de gordijnen moesten dicht om inkijk te voorkomen

We didn’t have breakfast but there was free coffee and lift, there was also sauna on our floor

Les chambres à coucher donnent sur une ruelle très passante et malgré l isolation et le 3eme étage, nous n avons pas pu dormir tranquillement jusqu’à 3h du matin

Het was niet echt heel schoon. Vlekken op het glas, de deur en spiegels. Badkamer kan een keer een goede schoonmaak gebruiken.

Apartament oddalony był od głównego budynku hotelu o ok 10 min pieszo. Strome schody stanowiły trochę wyzwanie dla naszego niemłodego psa.

Seeing the decking without paint and rough is not a nice thing while you are resting and facing upwards. I will upload the photos of the decking and you will understand what I meant. I booked a hotel just few minutes walk from you a week ago before I booked yours and it is total different and about same price. Paint the decking please

We booked a room with a bathtub, told that this was possible and did not get one. No attempt to rectify.

My door did not completely close unless I pushed it shut. When I pushed too much and alarm went off. A bit of an odd odor at the doorway too.

Very good location in the centre of the city.

Room is quite small, very large windows that cannot be opened with a view of some back door ally which has a lot of drunk people waking through late at night early morning that make a lot of noise.

In de beschrijving staat dat je een hond mag meenemen en mogelijk zijn er kosten aan verbonden. 25 euro voor een hond dat is veel. Meestal geen kosten of soms 10 euro Laat duidelijk zien hoeveel je moet betalen, nu heb je bij aankomst geen keuze. Slechte zaak.

It’s in a great location, the staff were excellent very friendly helpful and pleasant people all of them. Great room very well laid out and comfortable, the whole hotel had a lovely feel about it.

The breakfast was poor . There was a bag with preselected food at the door in the morning. I'd prefer to preselect the food myself.

A recepción nagyon kedvesek voltak, az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. Nagyon központi helyen van.

A fürdőszoba padló tele volt szőrrel és hajjal. A szoba nagyon kicsi volt, a fürdőszoba fél méterre van az ágytól.

Ik had aangevinkt een 2 persoons bed te willen, dit waren echter 2 aparte matrassen. Ook de hygiëne viel ons tegen, onder het bed lagen gebruikte dingen van eerdere bezoekers. Ook het doucheputje zat verstopt en liet de badkamer overstromen.

Someone tried to come and fix the TV while I was in the room, they had their own keycard.

Niets eerlijk gezegd. Hoewel de airco in kamer 304 WEL werkte.

Het gelieg dat de TV enkele dagen geleden een nieuw signaal heeft maar aldus o.a. tripadvisor dit al sinds maart is ( 27-06 momenteel ) De airco op kamer 210 wordt gereset waarna er herrie uit de plafond ventilator komt maar ik na 2 min mezelf al kapot zweet. Bij vertrek nogmaals gemeld en dan komen de smoesjes dat het andere airco unites zijn, de airco het niet aankan ( vreemd genoeg wel op de derde etage ) en laten we niet vergeten dat de voordeur snachts niet gesloten is want jaja ook die is stuk en moet men handmatig de schuifdeuren openen en sluiten. Ergo te slecht voor woorden en zal hier niet meer dood gevonden willen worden. Als hotel branche moet je niet het lef hebben ook maar om iets te zeuren zoals de toeristenbelasting als je dermate onzin en slechte kwaliteit biedt. Volgende keer weer Pullman of Leonardo.

Great location, lovely hotel with equally nice staff. The room had good facilities, it was quite small but not restrictive. The mattress was awful though, I was still in pain 24 hours later - I should've cut my losses and slept on the floor. It's a shame because it's a very nice hotel and with the promise of a better mattress I would stay there again .
