Well, the reception area/bar looks nice and comfortable.

I had crisps the night before and in the morning, the packaging was not removed and the table was not cleaned. Also, the floor was not cleaned as there were bits of tissues in the floor. In my other budget hotels in other countries, the bed sheets will be changed daily. But in this hotel, it isn't. The toilet drains constantly smells. I paid a lot for the service I had.

The location is great and I think that is the biggest plus of this hotel. The staff was okay enough and helpful (not overly enthusiastic, but okay), they let us keep the luggage in the storage room before check in and after check out (I am really trying to find positives here). Coffee for breakfast was decent for a hotel and also available throughout the day (as well as tea). The room was nicely designed (although not too practical).

The bed was not comfortable at all, bathroom not too clean when we arrived and the drain in the shower was not really working well (it became a pool after just a short shower, I tried to unclog it but had no tools for it). Breakfast had almost no vegetables (just 1 sad plate of salad leaves, some tomatoes and cucumbers, which on our last day was not there at all) and otherwise the choice was not great - but the things that were there tasted nicely. I tried booking two separate beds, as I was travelling with a friend and not a partner, but they couldn't provide that, which is okay, but the bed was very narrow (I think it was 160 cm wide), and also we only got one blanket for the both of us. The mattress was older I guess and had dents so it just made you sleep in one specific spot you fell into. When we arrived we first noticed hair in the bathroom, also the kind I choose to believe was beard hair - on the floor, in the shower and on the bed also. There were 3 tiny drawers and literally 4 hangers, otherwise not really space to put your stuff on other than the table. And the view of our room was of a 3 brick walls higher than the room ceiling so you had to put your head out of the window to see the sky.

El hotel está bien, está al lado del centro y la cama es muy cómoda. Me gustó.

De madrugada 01.30/ 02 de la mañana hubo dos chavales jovenes españoles (de la habitación de enfrente a la 108, la mía) que se pusieron a hablar y reírse en la terraza común de las habitaciones, no me parece normal. Se metieron por la ventana (creo) y no dormí absolutamente nada, debería de vigilarse eso.

- zentrale Lage, Innenstadt und Bahnhof leicht per Fuß zu erreichen, außerdem Bushaltestelle und Fahrradleihstation in unmittelbarer Nähe - unkomplizierter Check-In - unkomplizierte, kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreiseteag - Zimmerausstattung einfach (z.B. offene Kleiderstange), aber sehr funktional - kostenlose Heißgetränke vom Automat im Rezeptionsbereich - Ventilator im Zimmer (es gibt keine Klimaanlage)

- offenes WLAN (eigene Absicherung durch VPN erforderlich) - dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber als Info: Bedingt durch Lage in Verlängerung der Partymeile war es auf der Straße vor dem Fenster bis spät in der Nacht (bzw. frühmorgens) sehr laut, so ich dass trotz der hohen Temperaturen das Fenster nachts geschlossen lassen musste. Allerdings war auch gerade Fußball-WM. Und bei einem Innenstadt-Hotel muss man mit einer gewissen Geräuschkulisse rechnen.

Flexibele check in en check out. Fijn dat er parkeergelegenheid is, al is de parkeergarage op sommige plekken wat krap. Bedden waren prima.

Conveniently situated in the heart of the city with the longest road of pubs and bars, Supermarkets are a little further away 🤷‍♂️, didn’t use the breakfast facilities but they did look good.

As with other hotels in the Netherlands paying for onsite parking which can be anything around £25 per day.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique à proximité du centre ville et entouré de restaurants. Le parking est un vrai plus.

L'accueil peut-être amélioré. Le personnel est assez froid. Peu d'informations : un accueil pro mais sans âme. Notre chambre etait mal placée : vue face à un mur distant de un mètre et donnant sur une chaufferie. Le robinet goutte.

Hotel bem localizado. Quarto bom e moderno, cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Café da manhã ok, e muito bom a disponibilidade de água e café para os hóspedes ao longo do dia.

Ralos do chuveiro e da pia demoram muito para escoar a água.

We hadden geen ventilator in onze kamer, dus kregen we de ventilator van de balie. Het personeel heeft meegedacht aan een oplossing.

Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is zoek. Voor 300 euro mag je naar mijn mening wel wat meer comfort verwachten. Zeker met deze hitte is airco nodig. Daarnaast zijn de kamers klein, de bedden 70 cm breed en is de kamer matig afgewerkt. Gordijnen die niet goed afsluiten, douche putjes die niet passen etc.

The location of this property is great. Really quiet location but super convenient for walking directly into the fantastic city of Eindhoven centre. The parking garage was convenient and it was a pleasant surprise to have tea, coffee and water available free of charge in the lobby area. The staff were pleasant and the lobby area was a really nice space.

The bedrooms are tired, the bedding and towels were not superior and the bed was not easily accessible on both sides, even though 2 people were staying in the room. There was only a bedside table on one side of the bed also, which meant that someone had to have their bedside items on the floor. We were supposedly upgraded to the next level of bedroom but it still did not look like the pictures available via booking.com. You should expect nothing more than a standard 3 star property.

Goede bereikbaarheid en vlak bij het centrum. Fijne lobby met gratis koffie. Auto mocht ook in de garage blijven staan na uitchecken zodat we nog een dagje van Eindhoven konden genieten.

Personeel was nieuw denk ik waardoor het allemaal nogal lang duurde. Er was maar 1 iemand die Nederlands sprak. 's Avonds wilden we een flesje wijn voor op de kamer, receptionist wist in eerste instantie niet hoe hij dit moest regelen, uiteindelijk wel in orde gekomen.

Sengen var behagelig, men 2 enkeltdyner i stedet for dobbeltdyne, ville have været rart.

Badeværelset er meget lille og brusekabinen svær at komme ind i, hvis man er immobil. Sæbeautomaterne var meget svære at bruge. De krævede mange kræfter. Morgenmadsbuffeten er sparsom for så stort et sted. Der var få valg af hver ting og dwn var uden skåret frisk frugt fra årstiden. Sommer er ikke sæson for æbler og clemmentiner, hvilket var det eneste frugt.

Am rezervat cu plata la proprietate și am fost surprinși că nu se poate plăti cash. Am trecut printr-o situație dificilă la hotel deoarece este dificil de găsit un bancomat - poate ar fi fost bine să fie specificat acest lucru de la început pentru a nu induce în eroare turiștii De asemenea, am solicitat pat dublu în loc de paturi separate, am primit paturi separate unite, deși am solicitat asta pe booking - poate ar fi bine să le listeze la prețuri separate sau să nu mai ofere lucruri pe care nu le poate realiza.

Die Sicht aus meinem Fenster. Das Restaurant bietet nur eine geringe Auswahl an Speisen an. Zum Glück haben aber die Damen am Empfang mich zum richtigen Restaurant geschickt.

La ubicación. Estaba.paseando en nada en el centro de la ciudad.

La limpieza inexistente. Nada más llegar a la habitación nos encontramos con unas chanclas en el suelo del anterior huésped, y el suelo sin limpiar lleno de restos del anterior. Al día siguiente, pese a poner el cartel de que nos limpiaran la habitación (lo adjunto en foto) y nos cambiarán las toallas, solo nos cambiaron las toallas, la cama estaba sin hacer, la habitación no la habían limpiado y el lavabo del baño estaba todo lleno de pelos y sin limpiar. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es que nos habían dicho desde Booking que el parking era de 20 euros al día, sin embargo, nos cobraron 22,50 al día. Y por supuesto, nadie hablaba español.

Geen stopcontacten in kamer als je iets wilt opladen. Dan moet de stekker uit de lamp of tv. Gang stinkt. Douche loopt niet door. Parkeren is wel private maar ook 22,50 extra per nacht.

Ondanks ik een fantastische verblijf had wegens mijn verjaardag was de kamer een tegenvaller

Hotelkamer, ik heb op de site delux kamer gereserveerd, foto was een gerenoveerde kamer. En ik kreeg kamer met vlekken vloerbedekking en badkamer met schimmel. Maar je moet het zelf gezellig maken zo ben ik namelijk.

Nicely located at one end of the centre, room was pretty modern and had everything you'd need. It was very good for the price I paid with it being a sunday night, free tea and coffee during the stay was also a nice touch.

Nothing really. Free breakfast would be nice because it's quite expensive if you buy it seperately whilst you're there.

Na pokoji není klimatizace, na pokoji bylo nesnesitelné horko. Byla velmi rušná ulice v nočních hodinách, v blízkosti je hlučná restaurace. Popeláři v noci vyvaří odpad. Hluk je skoro celou noc.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut. Das Frühstück reichhaltig. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und das Parkhaus sauber und sicher. Die langen Rezeptionsöffnungszeiten machen die Ankunft und das Einchecken sehr flexibel.

Das Parken im Parkhaus ist sehr teuer, das sollte man vorher kommunizieren. Wenn man vorher in England unterwegs war, ist es wirklich erschreckend, wie mit dem Thema Allergien / glutenfreiem Essen umgegangen wird. Man hat wirklich das Gefühl, mit der Frage alle Menschen zu überfordern. Es ist seltsam, dass alle von der Rezeption über den Service erst lange nachfragen müssen. Immer war was da... In allen (!) englischen Hotels ist das selbstverständlich und alle Mitarbeitenden sind informiert und sensibilisiert. Beim Zimmer war es schade, dass das Fenster zu einem Innenhof / Terrasse ging, die offensichtlich als Raucherterrasse genutzt wurde (viele Kippen auf dem Boden) und das roch man auch (nicht nur Tabak...). Lüften war so selten möglich.

The car park is €22:00 a night and there is no lift from the underground car park so had to carry all the luggage up a steam flight of stairs.

Room was clean and the free coffee machine downstairs was good.

We booked 3 rooms, are were given the option to choose a double or a single bed in each room, however on arrival we were told that the types of rooms we had chosen were not available. Also, the aircon did not work in our room, so we were given a very weak desk fan and the staff made no effort to fix it over the 4 nights that we stayed there, concidering we were there during temperatures of up to 32 degrees every day. One morning we woke up with a power cut on one side of the room, so were unable to turn the fan on. Also, the drains were blocked in the shower so the water would fill up and drain very slowly.
