I was looking for a hotel in Saigon to stay with my 16-year-old son and, unfortunately, I didn’t research enough before booking. One of the biggest disappointments was discovering that the rooftop pool was 18+ only, meaning my son could not use it at all despite being 1.8m tall and travelling with me. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere at reception felt very cold. We were welcomed with a cold tea, but there were no smiles or warmth from the staff. After settling in, we went upstairs for drinks and food and, again, the service felt unfriendly. We were also asked to pay the bill immediately even though we were staying at the hotel, which felt strange and unwelcoming. On our third morning, I arrived for breakfast at 9:37am and, before I had even reached the dining area, I was greeted with “Good morning, breakfast is until 10.” I only eat fruit and yogurt in the morning and was finished within minutes, but the interaction made me feel rushed and unwelcome. The following morning, I chose not to go for breakfast at all. The spa area also did not match expectations. It is advertised as being open until 10pm, but when I went at around 7:30pm there was no one there. The jacuzzi was cold rather than warm or hot, and the pool was also very cold. The worst experience was on the morning of check-out. I became extremely unwell with chills, fever and vomiting and could barely get out of bed. I did not want to inconvenience the hotel by asking for a late check-out, so we packed our bags and went downstairs. I asked for a glass of orange juice because I was trying to replace fluids and electrolytes, and I explained that I needed to sit down because I was feeling very weak. I was simply given the bill and told to go to the lobby if I wanted juice. I sat visibly pale and unwell at reception for around 30 minutes while my son went outside to find me something to drink, and not one member of staff asked whether I was okay or needed any assistance.

Location is excellent for wandering around District One. Great rooftop pool with awesome views and a good cocktail list. Long Island Iced Teas hit the spot.

The room flooring needs an upgrade. They are a bit old and worn.

Sometimes I could hear noise/music from the surrounding area at night. The gym was more of box room, that had been photographed well for booking.com.

Location of the hotel was perfect. Easy to walk around and explore and also alot of food options. Massages that are open till late night.

Swimming pool closing time was too early. And the bar food options quite minimal. Bar can my upgraded better.

La struttura è veramente bella! A partire dall’ingresso fino alle camere che sono grandi pulite e belle luminose. Lo staff ti accoglie con un the’ fresco di benvenuto e poi ti aiuta con valigia e tutto! Parlano tutti benissimo inglese! L’hotel è situato in una posizione eccezionale siete a 2min da tutto (il mercato, il museo della guerra,i centri commerciali ecc) Ogni giorno puliscono la stanza…! Sopra al 12esimo piano c’è la piscina vista città spettacolare giusta x rilassarti e goderti il fresco dell’acqua.ci sono diversi servizi di spa o massaggio da provare assolutamente! La colazione è super molto abbondante e varia ogni giorno…c’è sia colazione internazionale che quella locale! Consiglio vivamente questa struttura! Ottimo

EVERYTHING!! Amazing stay, honestly a 10/10! We absolutely loved this hotel and ended up extending our stay because we felt so comfortable there. The location was perfect, the hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were amazing from beginning to end. When we decided to book additional nights, they made everything super easy and allowed us to stay in the same room, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also great, with lots of different options. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. At one point, we thought the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and the staff came to our room almost immediately to help us. It turned out that it just needed a little time, but their responsiveness was incredible. They also helped us with our luggage and were always kind and attentive. Everything was perfect: the location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, and especially the service. We genuinely felt very well taken care of. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ho Chi Minh City. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10.

The modern exterior of the hotel was pleasantly surprising. It was clean, comfortable room, nice modern bathroom, and centrally located. Our main concern was the sounds of the bikes and cars whizzing by on the busy roadway; however, once we got to our room on the 8th floor, the noise was non existent. We looked forward to the daily breakfast; it was deliciously filling and balanced. They offered various options, so picky eaters could have their fill, too. The front desk staff was reserved, but fairly friendly. Housekeeping staff was friendly and attended to any request we had promptly.

Fabulous spot close to everything you want in Saigon. Comfy bed, awesome rooftop pool and bar. Loved our balcony spa bath, so relaxing watching the city lights. Breaky buffet was great.

Bellissima anche la piscina, con un ottimo servizio bar che rende piacevole trascorrere del tempo in relax. Un altro punto di forza è lo staff della reception: molto disponibile e con un ottimo livello di inglese, cosa che facilita davvero la comunicazione.

Le camere non sono ben insonorizzate e si sentono abbastanza i rumori provenienti dall’esterno o dalle stanze vicine. Abbiamo trovato inoltre decisamente troppo elevati i costi di alcuni servizi extra: il transfer con driver per l’aeroporto costava circa dieci volte più di un Grab. Anche il servizio lavanderia ci è sembrato molto caro e, considerando il prezzo, il risultato della pulizia non è stato particolarmente soddisfacente.

On nous a attribué une chambre single avec une seule table de chevet et une seule lampe alors que nous avons réservé une chambre,ils nous ont changé de cambre le lendemain. Par ailleurs le Wifi était dysfonctionnel.

First day we arrived , the sheets had some black spots on but luckily staff changed them immediately on our request, so all super :)

The location is excellent. Right in the middle of district 1. Walking distance to local markets, Saigon square, bars, restaurants, food stalls, massage places etc. Bui Vien walking street is just a 10 mins walk or 3 mins motorbike ride. Walking distance to do all the town tours, war remnants museum, independence palace, post office, etc. The hotel is great, big and clean rooms, staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. Can book tours at the hotel, breakfast is good food is good a lot to choose from. The roof top bar is great awesome views looking over the city especially at night. This is my 2nd time staying here and I will be coming back again!

Great location and rooftop pool.

As first time travelers to Vietnam we were fortunate to stay at this hotel over a period of eight days . The atmosphere and staff were excellent and very helpful - we were on the 9th floor and had the luxury of an outside jacuzzi which unfortunately kept emptying itself alongside air conditioning which was problematic at times especially when trying to set it to cool. However a quick request to reception and this was dealt with. Given the hotel is an older model it still met our needs and the breakfast selection was changed every day which we enjoyed. We were close to the markets and shops given this hotel is located in District 1 and the cost all around was very reasonable.
