La Siesta Premium Saigon Central

I absolutely loved the staff at La Siesta!! They were so professional in every aspect of their jobs, you can see it on their faces the joy that they bring to the hotels atmosphere. Super friendly, very informative on what places you should see and all the hidden gems that you can go and eat and have the most amazing food.

Lovely large bed and best pillows. The staff are fantastic always welcoming and show interest in what you want to do. Food at the resturant was very good . Its close to everything you can walk everywhere Overall a very good stay.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in hands down, so much that I was actually sad to leave. I would have extended my stay if I didn't already have pre-booked flights. From the moment I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the amazing staff with big smiles who were quick to assist me in every aspect of my stay. This is an upmarket luxury hotel with the room furnishings very modern and well designed. The shower pressure is amazing (it's the small stuff) and being a taller guy I was easily able to fit under the shower given the rain head option. I was also surprised that there was absolutely no outside noise from my hotel room. The pillows were very soft and comfortable, as was the mattress. This surprised me as I thought it would be too firm for my liking but I had no issue sleeping and it turned out to be very comfortable. My room was serviced twice a day! and in between I was offered more water. I have spent a lot more money on hotels in Sydney where my room wasn't serviced at all unless I stayed more than 4 nights, all in the name of 'saving the environment'. I want to give a special shoutout to Quinn who was such a warm, helpful and gracious staff member. She showed genuine interest in my travels and asked me questions while giving me local knowledge and suggestions. It was a pleasure to see her every morning at breakfast where she would suggest different Vietnamese options for me to try. The kindness and respect she shows for guests needs to be commended. As I write this review in Hanoi, I'm quite saddened by the fact that this hotel cannot live up to the standard of La Siesta Premium Saigon. My biggest regret is not booking the La Siesta sister hotel in Hanoi.

We had such a great stay here. The service was honestly one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Everyone was so kind, friendly and genuinely attentive. They were always noticing what we needed before we even had to ask. A special mention to HUONG who greeted us when we arrived. She already knew our names and gave us so many great recommendations around the city. She was literally everywhere! I’d see her at reception, then at the sky bar, and then outside greeting the next guests coming in. She was always smiling and making sure everyone was looked after. Such an impressive level of service. She even gave us a departing gift for our child, sooo sweet! Our room was clean, comfortable and smelled sooo good! You can really tell they care about the little details. All of the staff were amazing and gave us such exceptional service throughout our stay. We genuinely felt so welcomed here. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Staff were attentive, polite, catered to client’s needs, approachable and knowledgeable about the local area. Property is very central in District 1 - walking distance to most attractions.

4th floor had a drainage smell, soundproofing is a challenge.

The hotel was very nice. The staff were great. The AC worked wonderfully. I booked a room without a window, and that was actually amazing. Great for sleeping!

The staff first and foremost. They were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately one night the air conditioner in one of our rooms malfunctioned and did not work properly. However they made up for this with their going out of their way to make up for this inconvenience in creative ways. They were always cheerful and genuinely wanting to help in any way. This service culture was very evident. The breakfast was quite good.

The rooms are nice but a little small. When we checked in, the bathroom of one of our rooms was not very clean. Our in room fridge did not cool very well.

The best place we stayed on our 2 week trip. Service was great, breakfast was amazing. And the staff were exceptional.

The staff were outstanding. We have travelled a lot and we have never had this high a standard before. The staff knew us by name from the second we walked in the door, were incredibly friendly, hospitable and just couldn't do enough for us. Hannah was exceptional in how personable and helpful she was and so charismatic and positive. We even got a hand-written note when we left and our young son got a gift from Hannah that was beautiful. The hotel was beautiful. It's quite large, but feels intimate. The food was excellent, the rooms clean and nice and extremely well serviced. Nothing was a problem. If I was to ever visit Ho Chi Minh City again, I wouldn't even consider a different hotel. Location was excellent and we loved the rooftop pool.

Excellent work and location

One of the best welcomes I have ever experienced during any of my holidays. We stayed at the InterContinental Hanoi and Hilton Danang before coming to La Siesta for the final part of our Vietnam holiday, and the welcome here was simply amazing. The hotel is in an ideal location, with many of the main tourist attractions within walking distance. Our interconnecting rooms were spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable, with excellent beds and a good range of pillows. The bathrooms were also spacious and spotless, and the air conditioning was perfect. The housekeeping team were brilliant throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with both a buffet and à la carte options. The breakfast team were also fantastic and always attentive. I would particularly like to mention two members of the team who went above and beyond with their hospitality. Mr Thien Nguyen, Front Office Captain, greeted us at the entrance as if we were arriving at our own home. He was extremely professional, warm and welcoming, and took the time to explain the hotel facilities to us. As we had a midnight flight, we were initially unsure how to manage the long gap between checkout and our flight. Thien made everything very easy by arranging a late checkout and reassuring us that we could continue to use the hotel facilities after checkout. We had also asked him the night before if something could be arranged as a surprise for our son’s birthday during breakfast. We were genuinely amazed by how beautifully everything was organised. Our son absolutely loved the surprise, and it became one of the highlights of our holiday. Even though Thien was off on the day of our checkout, he had thoughtfully left a birthday gift for our son, which was such a lovely and unexpected gesture and showed just how genuinely caring and attentive he was Ms Huong Nguyen, Front Office Manager, was equally wonderful. Always smiling, helpful and willing to guide and support us.
