I arrived at night even my uber driver said what’s going on here have you been here I think you should be careful. The morning was fine got coffee from their open area for guest. I would never send anyone to this location got it confused with Crystal Casino. It’s definitely not close to that name. Supposed to be in Inglewood not close to center of Inglewood sorta really on the edge of Los Angeles. When arriving to my room I called back to find out if it was safe? I felt uncomfortable the whole night.

Prop was okay it’s like a week end hang out spot. Was very busy and loud.

Me not staying another night

I was really unhappy with my stay here even before getting the room the guy at the front counter was really disrespectful and rude , was trying to charge me extra money for no legitimate reason and after I got the room they still continued to be really rude to us and I didn’t understand why

Dirty walls and carpet, No iron, No ironing board, No blow dryer, Not enough pillows, poor quality rough towels, Nowhere to put clothes in drawers, No hangers and etc.. All around the whole place needs to be upgraded and renovated. Because the prices for what you get is ridiculous ‼️😤🎯🎯🎯

There was two roaches crawling in my bathroom. I killed one and lost the other. Thankfully it was morning time, because I couldn’t go back to sleep after seeing them. I unpacked everything and shook my clothes. Just to make sure no roaches got in my clothes

Room had a cigarette smell Bathroom wasn’t fully clean could have been better dresser was missing a draw tagging on the walls .

I had to check out earlier due to a family emergency, I made reservations for a week stay. I stayed for 3days and had to leave, spoke with the manager about my situation. I was told to call Booking.com and they will send us a email to confirm and the manager decline the email. The room was a smoking room which I asked for, but the box spring on the bed had brown stains on the side the mattress had 5 to 6 mattress covers on it. This bed scared the hell out of me. I purchased some plastic and covered the whole bed then placed my sheet and blanket. The wood stand that held the mini refrigerator was rotted, the toilet in the bathroom literally moved from side to side. I requested another room was told they were booked up due Kanye West Concert, had to wait 2 days to hopefully get a okay room. I spent a little over $1000 this was the worst hotel I've been in. The house keeper was nice. That manager didn't have to lie, when I asked if I would get some of my money back he could've just said no, but he said I would it's not a problem. People if you going to run a business tell your customers the truth. Honestly I believe you should be able to view the room before you pay. These hotels/motels using pictures when the first opened. They know them damn rooms don't look like that picture no more. So, forget I didn't get any money back. Let's keep it 💯 I would never come here again this place needs NEW FUNITURE!!!! This is not healthy

Dusty, sheets with holes, stains on walls. Appliances were dirty not hotel standards at all. Andthe most important thing is there was a roach when I can in crawling around.

Good location. Bed was comfortable, Jacuzzi was nice to have to relax. Everything you could need for a Day away. We needed an Iron, front desk had it available. 12 min Uber drive to Sofi

Traffic after concerts and trying to get back into the suites a bit of a mess but to be expected. Not worth getting a Uber just walked down instead 30_40min.

This used to be my favorite place to go but now I have to find somewhere else to go because $220 for a ran down jacuzzi is to much only thing nice in the room is the Jacuzzi once you clean it

Tienen alfombra, y pienso que requieren un buen servicio de lavado, olía a orines, y había manchas de sangre en 2 paredes, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, por suerte no hizo tanto calor. Los lugares de estacionamiento estaban llenos, dejé mi auto en un lugar que no era propiamente cajón de estacionamiento.

I love how big the room was and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean too. The air conditioner was blowing good.
