The vibes were good , nice pool and bar
Staff was extremely rude , they were not ready for a sold out show , they lied to me and said they upgraded me to suite because the room I paid for had been accidentally double booked . Ended up getting less than what I paid for . It was the take it or leave it attitude that really got me .
Good
Cleanest hotel and ammenities Ive ever seen. Daily cleanings on everything!!! Awesome. Was in town for a concert, LOVED the after party feel, vibe and noise level. I didnt get to sleep til 4am and couldnt have been happier!!! Rock on!!
I coudnt stay longer!!!!
Less then 2 min walk to the intuit dome entrance also close to gas stations, restaurants, and shopping, very clean and friendly staff love everything about this hotel!!!
No complaints about anything!
Staff
Poorly constructed
Good location
Parking was expensive because of the event happening at the stadium. Even though we were guest there. Alot of taxes.
The pillows were old & lumpy they need to be replaced.
So expensive to park.
Front desk staff, valet, bartenders, wait staff in the restaurant were all lovely.
nothing
Location
A bit in-flexible front desk personnel during check-in..
It was very clean and spacious
The location
When I first arrived staff wasn’t helpful and my room wasn’t ready. However when my room was ready the person who ended up checking me in was very nice, friendly and helpful unlike the other two girls who I spoke to prior.
Location & overview
I didn’t receive my deposit It’s been almost a whole week I need my money
The location was perfect for our concert at the YouTube theatre.
To have known that breakfast might be included. To have a view of the pool instead of the ground floor driveway
The emloyees deserve a shout out here. All the staff, from the front desk, valet, cleaning crew, to the bartenders and waiters, made it a great weekend for us. The a/c in the room kept us nice and cool. Everything worked perfectly. We will definitely stay there again if we go to another game at Sofi stadium or an event at the Inuit dome.
How close it was to my event. Bathtub and shower
The hotel is very much still under construction. They had alarms blaring during the day when my sick wife was trying to sleep. My shower had no door or curtain.
The location and the pool.
The noise from the airplanes flying overhead since it’s near the airport.

Amenities were nice, location was perfect for our event.
The staff is AWFUL. Not just one person but overall the staff needs MAJOR training in customer service. Four of the slowest and most aloof bartenders we have ever encountered on three different visits to onsite bars, front counter staff who were condescending, unhelpful and blatantly rude, laundry carts all over the place and main walkways throughout our stay. We fought it may have been one individual but to our surprise over a two night stay there was quite literally ONE decent staff member who was friendly and helpful. The other 15 or so we interacted with were just bad and not trained. Couldn’t use the POS system, don’t greet you, we sat at bars and didn’t get acknowledged for 15/20 minutes while the staff chatted and watched the TV. It’s not like it was even busy and they were understaffed. They literally just were clueless. It was BAD.
When I got my car back had a nail in it.
Close to the stadium
Electricity shut off twice
Very nice staff! Friendly and helpful. Great location.
The parking situation is frustrating! Only valet parking? First night had to park across the street in an empty parking lot and drag all our luggage down the street and back?
If you're a concert goer this is the perfect spot. I love the little patio over looking the pool, its a nice little getaway spot.
If i.had to pick something, I would prefer a thicker comforter on the bed.
close to sofi stadium! and such a beautiful hotel
$300 security deposit
It was close to the Sofi stadium
The beds were a little small
Clean, friendly staff and a great location for the Kia forum events
Christina was so accommodating
Not a lot of elevators
It was close to where I needed to go
Nothing really comes to mind
Close to stadium
Marks on the wall in the bedroom . Felt a bit grubby. Lack of towels by the pool.
The room was beautiful and clean! Really nice place for the price! We were checked in by Christina and she was so cheerful and sweet, definitely will stay here again someday
The pool was cool.
Thr room didnt have trash cans. Not all lights worked. Unable to control the ac temperature. Some of the towels were stained. Smelled like cigarettes
Gutes Hotel, grosse Zimmer, schöner Pool.
Es gibt etwas Lärm durch landende Flugzeuge.
Didn’t have breakfast. We enjoyed the pool and restaurant
The location is right next to Intuit Stadium, which is so convenient.
I thought we would be able to park at the hotel, but there was no room and we had to park across the street and carry our bags across. We moved our car once we got out of the concert.
Good location
There was mixup with our room where we were given 2 twin instead of 2 double for a family of 4 and the customer service was terrible in helping us through that problem
Everything
Location was fine, but proximity to airport and bad sound isolation meant every plane was very loud.
Thin walls and our room was close to the check in counter, where 2 employers were chatting really loudly during their night shift, could not sleep well.
Stayed here for one night only since we were attending the World Cup. Pros: Proximity to the football stadium is great. We walked maybe 15 minutes or so and were at the stadium gate. It is walking distance from Starbucks and several restaurants. Yes there is a lot of homeless, but we felt fine walking back from a movie at 10pm with our kids. The balcony overlooking the pool was cute. The room was very updated and clean. Low beds. Very firm mattress, mediocre pillows. Roomy shower! We did valet and the staff was very nice. They also stored our luggage furring the game. Cons: The airport sound is there, but they did have a white noise machine to use. We brought our own and I could barely hear but a couple of planes. The shopping center across the way has no shops open! It must be brand new. We ate at the grill at the casino (walking distance) it was so delicious. The biggest set back was the automatic light that came on when you walk in the bathroom because there is a window to the bedroom area, and it lit up the entire room when someone walked in to the restroom - and there is no way to shut that feature off. I recommend covering it with some painters tape if you have the space in your luggage. The price is double what you will pay to stay closer to the airport; however, this hotel gets you out of having to deal with the infamous LA traffic and finding parking. I’d stay here again out of convenience if I were attending a sporting event or concert in this area.
Service , room , grate services.
NA
When I came to check in I had to wait 40 minutes to be able to valet my car. I was charged 110 dollars for one day for valet. I also had to go get my own car from the back. Won’t be staying here again.
Location to SoFi and the Sports Bar
Terrible beds very uncomfortable Auto light in bathroom with window into room meant the light flooded into bedroom straight onto beds so those sleeping were woken
Front desk are so rude,, Hotel is discussing , uncomfortable beds, they didn’t give me the room i paid for month in advance. One of my worst stays at any hotels. My reservation was for 3 nights but couldn’t stay any longer ..so i left, i will definitely file a dispute .
It was awful in every area specially they didn’t give me the room i reserved for.
Muy bonito y moderno
Preferiria que tuviera eatacionamiento normal y al salir al balcon las sillas de mi habitacion no tenia cojines y si los necesitaban y note otros balcones si los tenian !
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Anthem Tapestry Collection. The journey began with our front desk hostess Cinthia Ramos. She could not have been more welcoming, kind, polite, and professional. She helped us navigate an early check in and made sure that when we arrived, everything was in its proper order. When we entered our room with a pool view, we could not have been happier. The room had everything we needed for a great overnight stay. Its modern decor was light and refreshing, with plenty for room to move around. The beds and pillows were very which added to a good nights sleep. And although I didn’t have a lot of time to spend at the pool, the time I did get was lovely. The pool lounges are also set in a modern decor. Tom’s Watch Bar for food and beverage offered a great variety of affordable snacks and entrees. The wait staff were cheerful and accommodating and the food was tasty & satisfying. All in all, my husband and I had a wonderful stay and should we revisit the Kia Forum for another concert, we will definitely choose The Anthem as our home away from home. And don’t for get to ask for Cinthia Ramos! She is a “can do” gal who will work to make your stay that much better!
The Anthem was a great stay - updated rooms and amenities. The vibe was updated retro and felt like an old school motel, with updates. Cynthia at the front desk was great, very hospitable and welcoming. 10/10 for the great interaction with Cynthia!
Unsafe, unsafe, unsafe, unsafe environment. Do not stay here. I repeat unsafe.
After an exhausting day of travel from New York to Los Angeles, including flight delays, we landed only to discover that our reservation had been canceled on the day of arrival. Apparently, the hotel had attempted to charge my credit card earlier that day and sent an email stating there was an issue with payment. Unfortunately, that email was sent while I was traveling cross-country, making it impossible for me to see and respond to it. Rather than allowing me to arrive and provide an updated payment method, the hotel simply canceled the reservation. When I called the hotel to ask what happened, the representative was surprisingly dismissive and told me to "refer to the email and you'll figure out why" instead of explaining the situation or offering assistance. I then contacted Hilton Customer Service, hoping they could help. Unfortunately, that experience was no better. The representative suggested that I should have called the hotel to tell them my flight was delayed, which seemed completely unrelated to the issue. No attempt was made to help rebook the room or find a solution. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the hotel still had rooms available. I was able to go on the Hilton app and book a room at the same hotel myself within minutes. So the hotel canceled my reservation despite having plenty of availability. Upon arrival, the front desk agent apologized and offered what was described as an upgraded balcony room for the inconvenience. However, the balcony was rusty and overlooked a rooftop, making the "upgrade" feel more symbolic than meaningful. The most disappointing part of this experience was the complete lack of empathy and customer service from both the hotel staff and Hilton Customer Service. Problems happen, but how they're handled matters. A little communication, understanding, and willingness to help would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, that was completely missing from this experience.
Horrible

Tv didn’t work so Luis moved us into a nicer room
Las instalaciones son muy limpias, las camas son cómodas, pero lo mejor es el personal. Desde que llegamos Luis fue muy amable y nos ayudó con todo. Es una excelente opción si vas para un concierto en la zona
The pool! The staff! The beds! The proximity to the Kia Forum! This place is great if you are going to a show or any event at one of the many venues that are a very easy walk from the hotel. This hotel perfectly accomodates a day at the pool and an evening concert.
I cannot think of anything I would change. Is there a shuttle to the airport? I didnt even ask. But, if there is, they should better advertise it. But, this place is rad. Keep doing what you are doing.
This hotel was such a great place and perfect location for catching a concert at the Kia Forum. Easy access from the 405. Nicely appointed throughout. The pool is the focal point and the attached restaurant (Tom’s Watch Bar) was ideal for any dining. Luis greeted us and provided all the details of the hotel for our stay. He was very accommodating and cordial. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back for any concerts in Inglewood.
Great stay at The Anthem Los Angeles Stadium District. The highlight is definitely the pool area: relaxing, well-maintained, and a great spot to unwind. It’s also surprisingly good for plane spotting, which adds a unique touch to the experience given the proximity to LAX. Rooms are modern and comfortable, but noise can be an issue, especially at night and early morning. Overall, a solid choice if you value the amenities and location more than complete quiet.
The lady at counter for late shift was outright unfriuendly. Not helpful.
Friendly staff, swing, music, bar, hot tubs and pool
Parking fee $65 which i opted aganist
The proximity to the intuit dome. Coffee makers in the room. Clean mini fridge.
The bed was not comfortable, felt old and stiff.
While we only spend a night we had a great experience, I’m really sorry I forgot the receptionist desk agent but she was super nice, friendly and polite. We arrived around noon and she gave us a complimentary early check in although we are not regular customers. So much appreciated. Pool is beautiful and clean. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Loved the bathroom distribution. Nicely located super good option if you are going to an event. Will definitely book again with you for our next concert 🎵💜☺️ Thank You!
1) Comfortable room 2) bathroom well keeped 3) AC was great
1) Only 1 ice machine for the whole complex 2) Only valet parking option and very expensive 3) Missing ice bucket in our room, requested one and took over an hr to take one to us 4) bathroom barn door didn't give the privacy needed 5) blood stain on the bed frame
Location
No blankets

The building was very clean.
You have to pay for parking. This is BS. $65 for a small car, 85-100 for a large SUV/ truck. What am I tailgating at Sofi?
The staff was the best!! Christina was kind & attentive. Luis went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of. Really appreciated him helping us! Location to venue was great. Vibe & decor were fun. Pool & hot tub were awesome. Comfortable beds.
Airplanes flying directly over. It’s a pretty noisy hotel. Nothing opened up on time so hard to get good coffee in the morning.
Location 0/10 Tried to charge us $112 per night of valet for one truck and $65 for a small car. Atmosphere is decent its nice inside but not worth the hassle Rooms are very small Whoever the hiring manager was needs to take a look at the front desk associate Kelly. -100000 for her attitude. She has no manners Does not know how to answer questions without attitude Terrible over the phone as well. She set the mood for the whole trip. Can’t even imagine the hell the other front desk deal with from the aftermath of her attitude. Terrible hire. To top it off they have no manager on site because they were fired recently. I wonder why…. I had not even left to drive to my trip and they kept charging our card on file. We have gone to so many hilton hotels and we have always paid at check in or check out. They will try and authorize different amounts. $100 a night deposit is insane. Anywhere else its anywhere for $100-150 period. Not per night. Parking is just impossible. Everything for miles is designed to force you to pay the valet. I would NEVER come back to this hotel. There are such better hotels to go to. The only two people that were kind was the front desk Luis and the overnight Valet guy. On top of this security will sit inside by the pool eating and watching guests in the pool. Awfully uncomfortable. This whole experience was so saddening, my family and I wanted a nice getaway and instead we started it by dealing with Kelly.
That it was located right next to my event location. Also how beautiful it is, the pool and common areas are very well kept. The staff was great.
The price for Valet service and that the Gym was very basic, for the price they charge and for how beautiful the place is in general, the Gym was disappointing.
they took 120 USD when I checked out without telling for what.. and they didnt refund the full deposit account also for no reason
The food was not the best the drinks were midnight bell hop at check out Nor did they care about how my bags got to the car lmao like ok u paid now get out type of vibe
Shout out to Ms. Kelly at the front desk!!! She made our check in so smooth with her contagious smile and give us information around the area, very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place.
Hotel was fine excellent location for the Forum. SoFi, or Intuit dome. Didn't go to the bar or have dinner there, but I thought breakfast was only marginally better than free buffets offered at opther Hilton properties. The menu was limited and when we asked for ½ and ½ for our coffee, we were brought the fake coffemate stuff. I got the impression that Hiltonrequired the restaurant, which appears to be more of a sports bar, to offer breakfast. The menu was very limited and for spending over $300 night for the hotel we would have expecteda better breakfast offering. My POV is if you are going to offer breakfast do it well. Not a huge deal, the staff was great and hotel was fine. Another point we asked for change at the front desk for tips, and we were told we don't keep cash here anymore. Finally we were charged $55 plus taxes for valet parking, no self park option. We thought that was excessive.
I just want to take a moment to thank CHRISTINA HANCOCK, KELLY ALSTON, KAROL A, DANIELLE BRATFORD NAI N, and MANDERA S. All these people were incredibly polite, helpful, and made my stay that much more enjoyable. Hospitality is key in this industry, and they were the most hospitable pleasant people as a group I’ve ever been encountered. They should be commended for their helpfulness and friendliness
Luis made our experience amazing!
You really cannot beat the location whether you are catching a game at the Intuit Dome/SoFi Stadium or a concert at one of the other popular venues (Kia Forum or YouTube Theater). It's also located next to a Starbucks and McDonalds for fast food convenience.
They're always understaffed but the people working always have a great attitude (which makes it bearable). My room was also a little loud but as it was right next to the bar, so it was expected.
Luis made my experience at Anthem memorable! He was welcoming every time I entered the lobby, informed about the happenings both in and out of the hotel and was able to answer any of my questions with both knowledge and levity!! On a personal note, I’m not as heavy of a sleeper as I use to be. The planes are very present when trying to fall asleep, but nothing some earbuds can’t fix. Note that if you don’t opt in for valet, street parking can be difficult with events happening nearby.
Thank you for the amazing stay! Luis was especially helpful, kind and professional! See you again!
Literally a hop, skip and jump to the intuit dome. Very convenient.
The price was a bit high and parking is very expensive.
My stay at the Anthem hotel was excellent! I don’t often leave reviews unless thoroughly impressed. Often times we see the ugly reviews but it us important to give credit where credit is due. The excellent customer service began even before I arrived. I was on my way into LA in its busy freeways when I decided to check in via the mobile app. It was only then about 40 min prior to my arrival that I realized I had booked the stay for the wrong weekend! I called the Hilton customer service and a lovely woman by the name of Paige collaborated with Christina, a representative at the Anthems front desk. Christina was able to make the last minute accommodations without having applied any cancellation fees. I was beyond pleased with the prompt and excellent service. Upon my arrival to the Anthem, I was met by Christina who helped me the check in process. In the short check in process, I learned more about the Hilton’s Honors system than I have when checking in at any other Hilton nationwide. I travel a lot due to work and I have never met a representative more knowledgeable and thorough. I learned that you can if you are ever not traveling, you can use your Hilton Honors points for purchases through Amazon! I learned about being able to accrue additional points by using Lyft and I learned that you earn more points by staying at the Hilton’s Tapestry Hotel collections. You can tell Christina really takes pride in the work she does and helping Hilton Honors members maximize on their benefits. Not to mention, the hotel ambiance is really welcoming. Eccentric furniture followed by an airy open space. The pillow and sheets were amazing! The room was clean with a good supply of towels. Everything was in excellent condition. I enjoyed breaksfast at Tom’s watch bar which is open and serviced to hotel guests. There was other guests enjoying the hot tub early in the morning. The pool area was nice and clean and very well stocked.
Christina and Carol were very helpful and generous, my friend’s shoe ripped before our concert and Carol let us have the shoes in her trunk, her generosity and kindness really left a great impression on us and guaranteed our business with the Hilton in the future.
Great location to sports venue & restaurant/bar
Nothing
Läget! Nära till arenor och flygplatsen.
Very nice hotel, recently transformed into a Tapestry Collection hotel. Staff was very friendly, I had a nice view of the pool, and Tom's Watch Bar was awesome. Will definitely stay here again!
Was not aware of the $110 parking.
The property was nice
The place was overbooked double booked walked into someone else’s room then went back to the front desk was told I was going to receive a key almost 2 hours later still hadn’t received the key. Had to go back up to the front desk, came back and then the key wasn’t working to the room. It was just a horrible experience.
Too noisy in building number one
Pool lounge area
Close to venue
I used Code Hwang for 20% off when booking. It was clean, I got free snacks when checking in and the pool is cute. If you’re going to a game or concert you can walk.
