Great staff. Very helpful. Short Didi ride from all the sights. Lovely room. Breakfast was great, especially for a westerner. The staff really looked out for me. It was quite touching at times. Things like at breakfast as soon as I sat down a member of staff noticed me and set a knife and fork as I was getting juice. Really sweet.

Lage war für uns sehr gut vieles per Fuß zu erreichen, wobei Taxis sehr günstig sind allerdings lassen Sie dich stehen wenn es zu nah ist. Es gibt immer reichlich Wasser aufs Zimmer.

Der muffige Geruch als wir reingekommen sind, weiterhin wollte die Klimaanlage nicht unter 23 Grad kühlen.

Allen Dong and other staff did an excellent job. We are happy to stay in this hotel. Staff are professional and help us to solve the one day early checkout problem (as we use points to redeem free night). Overall we recommend stay in this hotel.

I have stayed in more than 100 Hyatt property around the world and Hyatt Regency Jinan is definitely the worst. The front desk staff barely speak English and they have NO clue on Hyatt status. At check in, I was not greeted and no mentioning on my Globalist status. When I finally mentioned the upgrade, the staff had no idea what I was talking about. The hotel quality is poor, the room is out-dated, and bkft is worse than offered at any Hyatt properties in China. Won't return in any cost.

The experience at this hotel is extremely poor! The service is inefficient and the attitude is perfunctory. The facilities are old and damaged, and the hygiene is not up to standard. It is completely unworthy of the high room price. Avoid it!

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The food was very good and the location was great. On my first morning at breakfast, the dining room manager said I looked a little tired and I told him that my room was very warm and I did not sleep well. He brought me a coffee and reported my information to the front desk. The thermostat could not be changed in the room and temperature could not be adjusted so the room was quite warm. When I checked at the front, they had informed me that the manager of the dining room had reported the concern and they could move my room which I decided not to do, so they then brought a fan and opened one of the windows to help. The staff was very kind working hard to make my stay comfortable, the location was great, gym was good, food was great and staff was very attentive. The general manager Neil Li was very attentive and checked in on my stay as well which I appreciated too.

英語が通じないことが多い（漢字や翻訳アプリで丁寧に対応してくれます）、お湯がぬるすぎる以外は完璧でした。これを差し引いても大満足です

The pillows and the beddings are perfect! All the staff are very helpful.

The condition of the room is ok although a bit old, the cleaning staff is very friendly and helpful, however the service counter used my wife’s personal information for other people’s packages sending from the hotel, seven days have gone after the complaint and they still didn’t do anything.

Stayed 2 nights. Check in was smooth. Overall a good stay. Facility a little old but clean. Location good.

Located in city center, steps from Wanda shopping mall, lots of dinning options. No subway stations in walkable distance, this might be the only disadvantage.

We had a small suite assigned to us. Old hotel so most of the plug requires a adaptor and hotel does not provide adptor nor understand what is a adaptor which was appalling. Finally found 1 plug tucked in the corner of the living area which provided the same outlet used for HK/ MY/SG. Not a single USB charging port. The sink and the tap is badly in need of change. The walk to Baotu Spring Park took us 20 mins, there is no nearby subway. I notice if we use the English name - Hyatt Regency Jinan for Didi order, the car will stop outside of the side road instead of driving into the hotel front entrance, so do take note, best to type the hotel address instead. The members lounge offers simple dinner and drinks from 6 to 8 pm which is a huge plus. House keeping needs to address the cleanliness as they will not wash the cups for you nor even vacuum the room. Empty Cup noodle left on table will remain on the table, they will not clear for you as well. Breakfast was average.

The hotel is quite ok for a business trip. The location is ok, too, but I will consider another neighborhood for another visit. The staff was great and helpfull.

Only one staff member, who works during the night shift, speaks English. The breakfast is 95% Chinese, letting foreigners outside. There was no fridge in the room. There was no international channels on TV. In general, the hotel is not made for foreigners and that's ok.

A young tall male at the front desk was very kind and helped us with a cab to Jinan Airport in the early morning of Sep 20th. I was really appreciative of him.

The hyatt is in a good location and walkable to the lake and old town, although it is a decent walk. The breakfast was good although, like most places in China, they need to lift their coffee game.

Well located hotel with nice rooms. Breakfast buffet has a nice selection of local and western foods. Wifi kept disconnecting for apple products and unable to sign in, android devices seemed to work better for the first hour. Pleasant stay overall.

Its a very nice hotel with good friendly service but also adjusted 100% to Chinese customers habits. No salt and pepper on the tables and also no sugar and milk for coffee tea in the morning. But all in all a very nice stay and very good location for walking around in the city.

Another typical hotel of an international chain in China. Western style, good rooms of good size, nice breakfast with international choices. All in all a safe bet, and a very good value by international standards.

This is my second stay at the Hyatt Regency Jinan. From the front desk welcome, right through to waiters and housekeeping personnel, the experience is extremely pleasant. If you are working in or near the city centre, this hotel makes a great base of operations.
