During all my stay, construction works - not known in advance- very close and outside my room, started at 8 every morning, disturbing my sleep and my privacy. I was checking whether another room was available but without success.

Perfect location. Good facilities.

No reception. Everything is online, so no luggage service for 24 hours.

- Ventilation/air conditioning DOES NOT WORK. The room was too warm. On top of it, no fresh air could come from the window, as the room was at the back and faced the interior enclosure. Moreover, the exposed bathtub is in the room itself, so vapour and humidity from the showers stay in the room. There was also a bad smell from the drains that added to the stuffy air. - It is called 'Hotel', however there is no reception and it is managed remotely, more like an airbnb. - I called the manager to ask to change room, and he said he would call me back to let me know if it would be possible after checking. After more than an hour passed, I had to call again to find out that a change would not be possible.

No me gustó la habitación, con ventana a un patio interior, no pudimos abrir la ventana en 3 días para ventilar, y para poder usar la cortina , tenía que pisar la bañera, estuvimos un día entero sin papel de wC, y no había persona física en el hotel.

la entrada principal al hotel se hace a través de las sillas de le la terraza de su propio bar y un ventilador en el suelo, sin espacio ni para pasar las maletas. muy viejo, moqueta con sensación de suciedad, ascensor estropeado, tuvimos que cargar con las maletas por las escaleras sin ayuda de nadie. Las personas de recepción desagradables y pasando completamente de todo.La habitación si estaba limpia y bien

Ótima experiência no Saint-Géry! O check-in e check-out foram super fáceis e práticos, com senha diretamente na porta, sem burocracia. O quarto era moderno, a cama muito confortável e a localização excelente, perto de tudo e fácil para conhecer Bruxelas a pé. Ótima opção para uma estadia na cidade!

Location was great very central and it was clean.

The air conditioning wasn’t working and despite saying it would be fixed it wasn’t. Plus the safe wasn’t working it had an Out of order sign on it and the hairdryer broke. Very disappointing and minimal compensation received which was a shame, as wasn’t looking for a lot to have put right what was wrong.

Geen personeel aan aanwezig, ik vond s ochtends geen weg naar ontbijtzaal alles was gesloten. Ik was niet bewust dat dit een hotel zonder personeel was. Bij vorige verblijven was dit (nog) niet het geval. Ben nog aan het kijken hoe ik een factuur kan krijgen

La proximité de la Grand Place. Même si l endroit est très fréquenté et très bruyant le soir, de notre chambre nous n entendions rien.

Pas de personnel à la réception, on ne communique que par message, par contre ils sont réactifs. Ce qui a manqué dans la chambre, c est la lumière, il faisait très sombre même les lumières allumées.

From the room I got you could hear everything on the street, all day all night, I really don’t mind the noise but that was way too much noise until 5-6 am everyday. And it was not even weekend.

Zero, je ne recommande pas du tout.

Prestation non conforme, chambre non adapté à une petite famille de 3 personne dont un bébé de 1 an, plusieurs dysfonctionnement des appareils (climatiseur, ventilateur, réfrigérateur). Ma copine a également laissé un avis défavorable sur google maps et sur Booking.

Endroit central, hyper bien placé au centre, près de l'animation

Y dormir un dimanche avec la musique dans le bar du bas jusqu'à 1h30 du matin (à fond), quand on bosse le lendemain, pas idéal. Dommage car l'hôtel est chouette. Il faut juste le préciser et on réserve pour d'autres occasions.

Le connais cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années, ici tout a changé, plus de personnel , plus de climatisation, plus de coffre fort, frigo ne fonctionne pas. Pour un client habituel tout a changé, c est une catastrophe

L emplacement était idéal pour visiter bruxelles. A deux pas de la grand place, des bars et restos tout autour de l hotel. La chambre était propre, bien agencée malgré sa petite taille, idéale pour un couple. Tous les jours le ménage était fait, les serviettes étaient changées. J avais peur en lisant les commentaires négatifs mais au final, tout a été parfait

Le bruit des bars et des restos jusqu a 4h du matin tous les soirs. Mais avec des boules quies, le bruit est largement atténué. Le manque de clim peut également être un problème l été. Nous n avons pas eu chaud car il faisait frais la nuit

La disparition du personnel d'accueil, remplacé par une affichette à l'entrée, mal scotchée sur la porte pour souhaiter la bienvenue. Un hotel n'est pas un parking où on vient se garer, c'est un lieu accueillant, humain, où on se sent reçu. Cette qualité a disparu de cet hotel charmant, c'est bien triste.

La ubicación es excelente y la habitación limpia , con el espacio necesario y muy cómoda. El personal dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento.

Los primeros días no teníamos agua caliente, y en Bruselas es esencial (aunque sea agosto) . El ascensor tampoco funcionaba, y fue complicado subir y bajar el equipaje y cuando subíamos a la habitación para descansar. Pero en todo momento nos dieron soporte con los mensajes.

Wasn’t expecting to have the bath in the room with the bed, not that this was bad just not something we are used to. Also no kettle, which after a long day of travelling, dampened our spirits just a little. But apart from that, a lovely visit

No air conditioning so building still hot several days after hot weather. Fridge and safe out of order. Lift out of service. Long steep stairs. Disappointing. Too hot to sleep.

Check-in nur per Code, Code war verkehrt, ( enthielt ein # zu viel) / Air-Codition bereits bei Ankunft defekt, und das bei Außentemperatur 3 Tage um 35 °C (Reparatur wurde nach 3 schlimmen Nächten für den Abreisetag per Email angekündigt) / Rezeption stets unbesetzt, ohne Ansprechpartner / nachts bis 2:30 Schlaf-verhindernde Wum-Wum Musik vom Restaurant im Erdgeschoss deutlich hörbar / sehr kleiner Raum, geschätzt 3 x 4,50 m, mit integrierter Badewanne und Waschtisch gleich neben dem Bett / Putz teils von Wand abgeblättert, Pilz-Modergeruch im Raum / Kühlschrank defekt, innen sehr warm / kleines Wand-TV mit billigem Lautsprecher nach hinten, kaum verständlich

Unica nota positiva è stata la posizione. Perfetta per visitare Bruxelles e per spostarsi alla stazione ferroviaria. Posizionato nel cuore della movida a due passi dalla Bourse

Cominciamo col dire che abbiamo preso due stanze con la richiesta che fossero vicine. Risultato? Una al primo piano e l'altra al quarto. Quella al primo piano si trovava esattamente sopra il locale più frequentato e rumoroso di Bruxelles (stessa proprietà dell'hotel) con musica a palla fino alle 3 di notte e clientela molesta tutti i giorni, una settimana intera di agosto, (leggasi urli e canti, sgasate di moto ed auto sportive, rotture di bicchieri e bottiglie) fino alle 5 del mattino. La stanza al quarto piano invece è risultata un ottimo esercizio per i glutei in quanto l'ascensore è rimasta fuori servizio per tutto il periodo (non era un guasto ma bensì era stata messa volontariamente fuori servizio). A fattor comune delle due stanze, l'assenza totale (avete letto bene, assente, non guasta) di aria condizionata e questo ci ha davvero portato alla totale sofferenza. Pertanto, di notte, due alternative: finestre chiuse per ridurre un pochino il chiasso con soffocamento assicurato oppure finestra aperta per ottenere un filo d'aria ma ritrovarsi a cercare di dormire nel mezzo di una pista da ballo. Di giorno, con 34 gradi, non potevi nemmeno pensare di rientrare in camera per una pausa. Dulcis in fundo, la doccia: max 3/4 minuti altrimenti l'acqua strabordava ed allagava il pavimento. In genere sono un tipo che si adegua e tende a non lamentarsi. Tuttavia, dopo aver segnalato con mail i disagi riscontrati senza che ne venisse risolto neanche mezzo, mi sento obbligato a condividere la mia esperienza con altri viaggiatori.

Les lits sont très confortables, tout est parfait nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel. l'emplacement central était idéal pour les visites et nous avons choisi le meilleur quartier .

Location was great. It looks like the rooms were well curated at one point in time, unfortunately it was a long time ago.

No on site support. Reception is “virtual”, also meaning non existent as you don’t get replies to any correspondence you send The room was advertised with air conditioning and a fridge. Both were broken. We reported it and tried to have it escalated to the contact email address for support and never got a reply. This was while we had 30+ degree days.

El hotel está en todo el corazón de Bruselas, hay bares abajo del hotel, pero la habitación es bastante silenciosa, la llegada es fácil , tiene ascensor hasta la misma planta, hay un par de supermercados a dos calles. La cama muy cómoda y limpia, En general muy bien

Elevator is not working. The A/ C was not working and the room was not good. I tried to call the customer service number but nobody is responding or they were saying they are not responsible for the hotel. Also, they were slow to answer the messages on the app/ website. It took for me ask to change the room and the room to be changed.

Chambre 106. - Pas de lit bébé alors que nous l'avons demandé, notre fille de 20 mois a du dormir avec nous. - Fenêtres verrouillées fermées alors qu'il faisait super chaud, air désagréable. - Pas de climatisation fonctionnelle alors que mentionné dans l'annonce. - Hotel peu réactif, 2 à 3 heures entre chaque message. On me dit qu'un lit bébé est disponible dans les autres étages a 23h... Vous croyez que ma fille de 20 mois attend 23h pour s'endormir ? - Rapport qualité prix mauvais en raisons des points mentionnés précédemment.

La struttura e le camere sono molto graziose. Ottima la posizione per girare a piedi in pieno centro.

La struttura tramite Booking mi ha comunicato di non avere una reception fisica e che al mio arrivo potevo lasciare i bagagli nella luggage room, successivamente mi hanno comunicato di poterli lasciare in camera anche se la stessa non era pronta. Non appena sono arrivato il codice che mi avevano assegnato non funzionava e non c’era nessuna persona con cui parlare, se non gli addetti alle pulizie che mi hanno detto che non c’era nessuna luggage room. Trovo l’assenza di una reception assolutamente assurda in un albergo e nessun check in online potrà mai garantire lo stesso servizio di una reception fisica. Se ciò non fosse già sufficiente, quando sono tornato nel pomeriggio per prendere possesso della mia stanza, mentre che mi stavo riposando un’addetta delle pulizie è entrata in camera, non sapendo che già fossi dentro. Il secondo giorno rientro in stanza verso le 16:30 e trovo un’altra addetta delle pulizie che stava sistemando la mia stanza comunicandomi che aveva bisogno di venti minuti per concludere, non permettendomi quindi di accedere alla camera. Per non tacere del fatto che l’ascensore era fuori servizio e la mia camera si trovava al terzo piano e quindi da raggiungere a piedi. Nemmeno la cassetta di sicurezza era funzionante e l’impossibilità di chiudere la stanza dall’interno con una chiave o un chiavistello mi ha turbato. In sostanza questo albergo manca completamente di organizzazione non essendoci nessuno a coordinare di presenza la struttura e quanto a sicurezza lascia a desiderare.

The self checking in process did not work. And I was not the only case. The email I did receive said: arrive at anytime. It’s a self check in room. I was meant to receive an email prior to my arrival to receive my room number; entry hotel code number & entry room code number. I didn’t receive anything. There was a couple who arrived right after me and they were exactly in the same situation: no prior email, no entry codes; no room number. A gentleman at the reception sorted it out. Big thanks to him! I did receive an email prior to my check out to say that I should put the garbage in the bin, close the window and put back the AC to 17 degrees or I may be charged extra fees. After such poor customer service I think a threat of a penalty for not switching back the AC to an specific temperature or not closing a window is absurd. Besides, on arrival the AC was not at 17 degrees. The AC works in theory but it doesn’t cool down. The room was warm and stuffy. AC had no instructions The entry pad of the room is simple to operate once you know how it works but without prior instructions one must “play around” to understand how it works. Lift doesn’t work Room’s safety box was out of order Both mornings nobody was at the reception. Again, big thanks to the gentleman that helped me out to have everything sorted.

1. The entrance code to the building and to the room is the same. It is convenient for remembering, but I am not sure it is wise. I would consider providing two different codes. 2. The air was quite stuffy in the room, so I had to sleep with open balcony. 3. The mattresses are too soft

It was a good size room, nice bed. Very helpful and attentive costumer service which was greatly appreciated.

Lift did not work.

Excellent location, incredibly central. The single room was small but carefully designed, easy to stay in and very comfortable.

SCAMMERS!! The AC didn’t work upon arrival. The crew assured us if we cancel our booking and checkout we will receive full refund. We never received refund. After fighting back n forth they refunded 40% of the total money we paid. Avoid at all costs! Also the place was dirty!! The elevator doesn’t work!! Nothing works!

Here are the facts: Arrived and was told you have a room on the 3rd floor, reception is at 0 level. The lift is not working. I said I have heavy luggage (20 kgs) and I can't do it. Please cancel if you can give me a refund. Reception tells me talk to Booking.com - I did. I ask are you going to refund? They say "Yes". Update so far: No refund, because I did not "cancel". Ticket is still open with booking.com, no response from them either. Also the lobby smelled dingy. Many better options around.

The room was spacious and well maintained. It was also close to everything to walk where you need to be.

The rooms are not soundproof at all and you can hear people talking through the night. With it being as busy in brussels as it is you struggle to sleep due to being able to hear other people in the hotel. Also payment for parking is additional which isnt clearly stipulated but then mentioned under the fine print.

Au Rez de chaussée de l'hôtel, un pub Brésilien, fête tous les dimanches habituelle connue jusqu' à au moins 2 heures du matin avec batterie ....., Impossible de fermer l'œil. Information cachée non dévoilée sur votre site. la place reste bruyante mais agréable. Pour faire la fête oui mais pas pour le reste. Sinon le reste est parfait et c'est dommage. La seconde journée pareil car les brésiliens ont gagné le match et le groupe de musique est revenu et la c'est un bonus de trop j'ai du descendre pour demander de stopper la musique au moins la batterie à une heure du matin en essayant de négocier directement avec le restaurateur car le personnel ce cachaient derrière les responsables. Un devoir d'information s'impose sur votre site.

the location is perfect as it is in the city center next to many restorants. The receptionist was very kind and answered any questions I had.

The hotel is center in the central of Brussels. Alot of things(stores,museum,nightlife,bars,etc) are just a walking distance from the hotel. The staff were nice - both the at the reception and the people who cleaned our room

I hated how the room was set up. The shower was litterary placed right beside the bed. I found this to be weird and have never seen such design before. Same was the bathroom sink. I truly hated every part of it. Also I just wish this was well informed in the booking or the pictures. It's quite loud,so if you like your sleep stay away from this hotel. The hotel is surrounded by bars and nightlife,so the entire night there was music playing and people shouting. Also the hotel is under renovation,so in the morning there is alot noise from construction. I hated that there wasn't an elevator. They told this to us when we arrived,and didn't say anything when it would be fixed. There was dust by the window which was right beside our bed. By day 2 I cleaned it when I noticed that the housekeeping didn't clean it.

I literally woke up to the sound of people typing on their phones in other rooms, the sound insulation was basically nonexistent. There was also elevator maintenance going on, which would have been fine, but starting it early in the morning when people are still sleeping is just not making sense to me.

Decor is nice

I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Our room was situated directly above the hotel bar. On the night of our stay, the hotel hosted an event that started at midnight to watch Brazil in the World Cup. The music and partying continued until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to sleep. We got very little rest. The following day, I raised the issue with reception. Instead of dealing with it, I was repeatedly told to come back later after the receptionist had spoken to management. Eventually, management agreed to a partial refund of €150 as compensation for the disruption. However, despite multiple phone calls and promises, they have made no attempt to process the refund. The lack of consideration for guests, combined with the poor customer service and failure to honour their agreed refund, has made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not stay here again and would strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

1. Lift is broken en AC was broken and NO SOLUTION nor compensation offered by the hotel. We need to go up to the highest floor. 2. When I called to complaint, the staff who begins speaking English, suddenly said he does not speak english and hang up on me. When I called again, het did not pick up. When I called with other number, then he picked it up and thereafter hang up the phone. 3. When he pick up, he said his colleague who speaks English will come within 10 min, but no one ever coming. 4 Information provided were not complete. Wifi said it is free, but apparently you need password and nowhere it is said the password nor it is being informed. Information about the number of reception etc is not being informed and no information provided in the room either. 5. Lots of noise from the renovation work in the hotel.

De locatie en een prima bed

Er was geen afgesloten bad/douche, die was naast het bed en dat is niet aangegeven en erg onprettig, zeker als niet-partners. Het was ook erg slecht aangelegd het sanitair want de helft van de kamer had flinke waterschade onder de vloer.

Elevador quebrado, frigobar quebrado, na última noite o ar condicionado parou de funcionar, no check out não tinha Ninguém na recepção com habilidade para falar inglês e me ajudar com o pedido de táxi, nem para tratar do envio da invoice, solicitada no check in e não recebida até agora.

Het afgelopen weekend was het 39 graden, extreem warm. We moesten 3 trappen op naar onze kamers omdat de lift kapot was, dat was heel vervelend. We waren niet tevreden over onze kamers en hebben om een upgrade gevraagd. dat kon niet en toen kregen we daarvoor in de plaats gratis ontbijt.

De lift was kapot en moesten we de koffers 3 steile trappen op naar boven. Het viel tegen dat ze geen mail hadden gestuurd dat de lift kapot was.
