Gorgeous location , great and quite place to be at.

I’m in love with Saii really. I’ve been in phi phi too. But I have some issues with having all the breakfast being ordered and not to have some portion of it in buffet

Firstly the staff have been absolutely fantastic and helpful! We communicated through an app that allows us to let them know if there are anything we need (housekeeping, maintenance, booking transfers, etc.) Room itself was wonderful and have the usual amenities, the views and access to the beach was great! It was so nice waking up to it. Dinners have great choices for food and drinks! And they have entertainment during certain days of the week. A whole building dedicated to spa, with relaxing atmosphere.

The shower is a bit slow to drain but it is spacious. Breakfast a good size ala carte but can be a bit repetitive if you stay longer. Gym is a bit sparse and their yoga classes are only twice a week.

Die Strandvilla ist top. Man wacht mit Meerblick auf. Service auch top.Alles via App machbar,das ist hervorragend! Frühstück sehr lecker!

Strand nur so mäßig geeignet zum Schwimmen, aber mit Badeschuhen geht es. Die Schnorchelausrüstung vom Hotel ist defekt. Der Sichtschutz könnte besser sein... man sieht leider zu leicht dem Nachbarn in den Pool

Absolutely everything! Could not fault it. Beautiful quiet location but not too far from hives of activity and great restaurants. Beautiful beach in front. The staff, food, villa - everything was just wonderful.

The staff was really lovely. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The food was yummy.

The location is a bit away from the centre which is perfect for those who want to just stay in and enjoy the resort but not so great if you want to see the island. The food was a bit expensive.

The rooms are gorgeous, the staff are an absolute delight and go out of the way for their guests. It’s a super relaxing resort and easily located to everything you need on the island.

I didn’t use the spa as it was pricey. The food was great but also expensive. You definitely pay for the convenience of staying in the resort.

האמת שחשבתי שהחדר יהיה קצת יותר גדול לפי המטרים אבל לא נורא זה הספיק לשלושה אנשים למרות שהייתי מעדיפה שיהיה קצת מרווח בין המיטה הגדולה למיטת יחיד והוא קצת לא מתוחזק ביחס לזה שהוא מלון חמישה כוכבים אבל אולי הוא פשוט קיים הרבה שנים והחוף של המלון מלא סלעים אי אפשר להיכנס אליו בכלל

Allen voran muss man sagen, dass das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend ist. Das Konzept der einzelnen Villen ist sehr gelungen und bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die Standardvillen bieten sehr viel Platz, mit einem großzügigen Bad, einem äußerst gemütlichen Bett, einer gut nutzbaren Terrasse und einem ausreichend großen Privatpool zum abkühlen.

Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Am meisten haben wir uns aber auf den Strand direkt vor der Tür gefreut. Der Strand ist für unsere Ansprüche letztlich aber kaum nutzbar gewesen. Der Sand am Strand war teilweise sehr grob und teilweise mit Schotter gemischt. Im Wasser selbst und auch teilweise am Strand waren sehr viele Felsen, wodurch das Baden für uns eigentlich nicht möglich war. Wir würden uns wünschen dass der Strand und das Wasser generell mehr gepflegt werden und eventuell zumindest kleinere Bereiche im Wasser ohne Felsen sind.

This is a beautiful, well taken care of resort. The staff were unbelievable - going the extra mile for guests is standard for these wonderful people. They are so good at what they do. The facilities are lovely - the beach club and pool area, the breakfast and food in general, the spa, the rooms. Everything was flawless and we would recommend this spot to absolutely anyone visiting Ko Samui.

A beautiful property. The private pool villas are exceptional, incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and with outstanding beds. The infinity pools with swim-up bar are stunning. The restaurant is pleasant with a good breakfast and decent lunch options. Most staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Prices are on the high side, bordering on too expensive for what's included. Breakfast service could be better organised; capacity is sometimes insufficient and the execution feels sloppy. One older male staff member came across as noticeably moody on several occasions. The biggest issue by far is the smoking policy: smoking is permitted throughout the resort, and with the constant sea breeze, guests in the pool and lounging areas are regularly hit by drifting smoke. A terrace near the waterfront was frequently used for smoking, even during lunch, which was genuinely unpleasant. The on-site activity desk (run by a woman named Cee) was a disappointment: her English is quite limited and her initial prices were significantly inflated. When we showed cheaper alternatives, she quickly dropped her price, which left a sour taste.

Servizio top dall’inizio alla fine, staff sempre disponibile e sorridente, pronti a venirci incontro su ogni richiesta! Ci hanno fatto fare colazione prima dell’apertura del buffet solo per agevolarci nella partenza! Organizzazione impeccabile, app comodissima per comunicare e fare ogni tipo di richiesta. Camerieri super simpatici così come anche il personale della reception e del tour operator! Anche la SPA super consigliata!

We absolutely loved our three nights here and could have stayed forever. The beachfront location was beautiful and the room was so luxurious. The staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. The happy hour is really great value and the Pina coladas are excellent! They have water shoes and kayaks available to use.

Hardly anything to dislike. The only thing was the window in our shower room wasn’t quite airtight so we did have a few bugs get in. It’s an adults only (12+) hotel but on occasion some families from another hotel came to eat in the beachfront restaurant (right by the sun loungers) so in those cases it isn’t truly 12+.

SAii Koh Samui Villas is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited (and a local photographer took some pictures for us there during our stay and also she said that the hotel is one of the most beautiful places in the island)! It is located on more quieter area so you can have a peaceful night and still Chaweng and other areas are easily reachable. The hotel area is very green and there are nice shadows too where to escape the heat if necessary. Beautiful pool area. The staff were the best. They were always smiling and helpful. They really try to make your stay the best possible. The resort is adults only so it is peaceful. And they have very convenient app through which you can handle all kind of needs eg order food or extra cleaning for the pool etc. Beds were really good. The hotel is located so that at least during our stay, there was always a nice breeze around the pool area which was nice during the hotter days. The area is spotless and the staff really looks after the cleanliness. The only thing was that during our stay the waves brought lot of rubbish to the beach.

As two ladies travelling we would have needed few more hooks to the bathroom to hang our stuff and towels. As there are only two hooks in the bathroom, you hang everything on one hook. Also there is ample worktop around the basin, however again as ladies there could be an extra drawer etc in the room to fit all the stuff ladies tend to have with them :)

The staff was really polite and kind. During all our stay everyone so welcomong, helpful and caring. I loved the room and the all environment around the hotel. Every corner is so beautiful and charming. Everywhere was extremely clean which I really appreciated it.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war unverhofft gut. Kleinere Shops, Restaurants und Massagen fussläufig erreichbar.

Der strandabschnitt hat uns nicht überzeugt. Baden dort nicht möglich gewesen. Die Möbel waren allesamt sehr unbequem, sei es in der Villa, auf der Terrasse oder die Liegestühle rund um den Poolbereich.

Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft. Wir lieben es dort zu urlauben. Das netteste Personal ever.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Poolvillen sind sehr schön und geräumig und die Sauberkeit herausragend. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Uniquement 2 cours de yoga par semaine donnés par une professionnelle thai de la pratique, j'aurais apprécié en faire tous les jours.

מלון מדהים! היינו פה בירח דבש וזאת הייתה החלטה מדהימה. נכון המיקום לא מושלם אבל לנו זה התאים לא להיות במרכז הרעש- 10 דק נסיעה לצאוונג / כפר הדייגים מבחינתינו זה היה שווה את הבידוד והשקט של המלון הזה. המלון עצמו יפה בטירוף עם פרחים וצמחים בכל מקום, הצוות במלון נחמד ותמיד רוצה לעזור. הבריכה בחדר ענקית וכיפית עם מים נעימים חדר ענק ומרווח עם אמבטיה ומקלחת מומלץ בטירוף

האינטרנט בחדר שלנו היה מזעזע ולא עבד רוב הזמן והיינו על החבילת גלישה האוכל במסעדה של המלון בערב לא היה לנו טעים

Such a beautiful place. After seeing a few places my other family members were staying further into the main area, I am absolutely thrilled I booked this place for my first stay in Koh Samui. It is such a tranquil paradise and the staff are so lovely.

The property is located 5-10 minutes by car from Choeng Mon Beach, close to the center. The large villa with a pool where we stayed was very beautiful, offering complete privacy, which we really liked.

Breakfast offered extremely limited choices, and what was available was tasteless. The coffee was the worst I've ever had in my life. Unfortunately, the staff member serving was very surly, and the employees, especially the waiters, spoke zero English. This is unacceptable in a hotel that caters to international guests. The beach has constant huge waves and seaweed, and there is wind every day. Even on the calmest days, there is wind and huge waves here. People considering staying here should take into account that they will never be able to go in the sea. The prices are extremely expensive, at 1.5 to 2 times the level of the very chic and high-quality beach clubs in Samui. We considered this a vacation where we couldn't take advantage of the hotel facilities in our own villa, like an Airbnb house. One last note: there are so many elderly Europeans. It feels like staying in a retirement home. Those thinking of a honeymoon or romantic vacation should never come here.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. The room and all common areas were spotless and very well maintained. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. The bed was super comfortable, and you can tell they’ve thought of every detail to make guests feel at home. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft ist unglaublich schön! Durch die einzelnen Pool Villen kann man soch jederzeit zurückziehen, dadurch hat man in der Pool-Area immer das gefühl auch eher unter sich zu sein. Die Villen sind wunderschön und geräumig, die Anlage ist sehr sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sind die Krönung! Unglaublich zuvorkommend und sehr sehr freundlich!

The staff were lovely, very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms are beautifully decorated, linen was lovely. An enjoyable holiday. Thank you.
