Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza molto positiva in questo hotel. La camera era meravigliosa, la struttura è bellissima e molto ben curata, e tutto il personale è stato estremamente cordiale, gentile e accogliente. Anche la spa merita una menzione speciale: struttura eccellente e un’esperienza davvero splendida. Come punto di miglioramento, credo che l’hotel dovrebbe stabilire regole più chiare per l’utilizzo delle piscine, soprattutto nei periodi di maggiore affluenza. Viaggiavamo in famiglia e, per noi, la presenza dei bambini è assolutamente positiva. Il problema non è questo, ma piuttosto la mancanza di alcuni limiti di base. In alcuni momenti c’erano bambini con gonfiabili enormi che occupavano gran parte della piscina, persone che giocavano a palla e persino bambini piccoli senza pannolini adatti alla piscina. Vorrei inoltre sottolineare un episodio che dimostra molto bene la qualità e la gentilezza del personale. Dopo aver lasciato l’hotel, ci siamo accorti di aver dimenticato una somma di denaro alla reception. Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e premuroso e ha trovato il modo di restituirci l’importo tramite la carta di credito. È stato un gesto molto gentile, efficiente e professionale, che ci ha lasciato un’ottima impressione e ha rafforzato ulteriormente la nostra fiducia nell’hotel. Nel complesso, è un hotel bellissimo, con un’eccellente struttura, camere meravigliose, una spa eccezionale e, soprattutto, un personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile.

המלון פשוט מדהים ומציע חוויית אירוח יוקרתית, מוקפדת ומרגיעה במיוחד. מהרגע הראשון מרגישים את רמת השירות הגבוהה, הצוות אדיב, קשוב, חייכן ודואג לכל פרט קטן כדי שהשהות תהיה לא פחות ממושלמת. האווירה שלווה. החדרים מרווחים מאוד, נקיים ללא רבב ומעוצבים בסטנדרט גבוה ומודרני, עם מיטה סופר נוחה ומרפסת מפנקת. הבריכה המרכזית יפהפייה, נוחה לשימוש גם עם ילדים קטנים כי לכל אורכה יש מעין מדרגה שמאפשרת לילדים קטנים לשחות במים רדודים לצד מים עמוקים יותר שמתאימים ליותר בוגרים. הבריכה משקיפה ישירות לחוף.

最後の食事でFishman houseで、最初のドリンクが30分出てこなかった 伝えたあとに出てきたが、特段お詫びの一言もなかった その他はとてもよかったが、最後に台無しでとても残念だった

While you pay a premium compared to other hotels in the area, the value for money falls a bit short, as you don't get much extra in return. However, the hotel is visually appealing, and the staff is generally friendly. The dining options were good, and I especially enjoyed the on-site Japanese restaurant.

The check-in experience was disappointing, as no information regarding the hotel's facilities or promotions was provided upon arrival. Although the staff attempted to explain this to me later, I expect a higher standard of service from a 5-star hotel. Furthermore, housekeeping was unreliable; my room was not cleaned on time, leaving me to question if it had been properly cleaned at all.

היה קצת ריח של עובש בחדרים… לא מאווררים אותם מספיק קצת מבאס אבל גם היינו בתקופה של לחות מאוד גבוהה אז זה בטח קשור והארוחת בוקר לא וואו הבופה מכיל הרבה אוכל שפחות אהוב בארוחות בוקר ישראלית אבל כן היה מגוון ותפריט נוסף שאפשר להזמין ממנו אבל זה יכול להשתפר עוד

The view somehow only.

Room is nice, but bathroom is very bad, service is normal to the average service in Thailand, beach is full of rocks, which nice to see not to swim, one pool and is small. Location is somehow far, though Koh Samui is small and Grab is easy. Price is high for what you get in comparison to other resorts here.

Prachtig resort met een van de mooiste strandvilla’s die we ooit hebben geboekt. De villa was ruim, modern, zeer schoon en direct aan een prachtig strand gelegen. Het zwembad van het resort was schitterend en liep over in een infinity pool met uitzicht op zee. De kookles was een absolute aanrader en het personeel was vriendelijk. Voor de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vonden wij dit een uitstekende keuze.

Het ontbijt was goed, maar niet bijzonder. De locatie is prettig, maar voor een grotere keuze aan restaurants en luxe voorzieningen moet je wel een stukje rijden. Buiten het resort zijn de directe omliggende faciliteiten wat eenvoudiger dan het niveau van het resort zelf.

The interior design of the hotel is wonderful. You can take very beautiful photos in many spots. The breakfast variety is excellent. A great hotel for families with children. The furniture in the rooms is new and very well maintained. Clean. The staff are absolutely very polite and respectful. They make you feel the kindness of the Thai people in the most profound way.

The sea is definitely not suitable for swimming. There are rocks everywhere and no matter how far you go, it doesn’t get deeper. Not suitable for swimming. This is a characteristic of the region. There is nothing the hotel can do about this situation. It is not their fault. I think the hotel is generally understaffed. Of course, this may be because we went during the low season. We often had trouble finding staff at the bars around the pool. Other than that, we experienced a few mishaps that can happen on any holiday, but the hotel staff and management team made a real effort to compensate for the situation. I would like to thank them again.

Our stay at Kimpton was excellent, all the staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was just impeccable!

Beautiful properly, very high finishings, probably one of the best hotel experiences I have ever experienced. I loved how quiet the beach front was especially for the sunrise. The breakfast, staff, swimming pool were all terrific.

This is not a complaint, it is just a comment as I was skeptical when first reading the reviews. Yes, there are many families so if your plan is to stay at the property swimming pool the entire day, yes there are kids.

הצוות מקסים ! בין האדיבים שנתקלנו בו. עוזרים ופותרים כל בעיה. כנל בקידס קלאב בנות מקסימות וממש אוהבות את הילדים. ארוחת בוקר מעולה.

Amazing & beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. We stayed in a pool access room which was gorgeous & so nice to step straight into the pool. Delicious buffet breakfast. All of the food at the restraunts was equally amazing! We also visited the in house spa which was so so relaxing!

Only downfall is the food & drink prices! Very expensive! We wish that one of the restraunts or bar would have offered a happy hour

Very good and welcoming staff. Large and modern comfortable rooms. Well kept grounds. It’s overall a really nice hotel in a good location away from the noise but a short cheap cab ride into the main centres.

This would be an incredible adult only resort. As there is really only one main pool, sitting around it can get very busy. Sitting around the beach or the room linked pools are much quieter.

Wonderful location but, above all else, the staff were truly exceptional. They surprised us with birthday treats which went above and beyond.

It was not possible to swim in the sea off the hotel due to the heavy plant growth near to the beach.

Overall, we loved everything at Kitalay. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the children’s facilities were complete, there were many beach activities, the beach was clean and private, and the staff were very kind and responsive.

Room/ suite was great . Automatic toilets were fab. Service was very good. Breakfast nice, not fantastic.

Barbecue evening was very disappointing. We had guests do the evening and were left disappointed with the quality of food and the ordering system was difficult to navigate.

The room was great, the food was good quality, and the service was outstanding.

The gym was decent, though there is some room for improvement there.

Good for families with kids but I would not choose it for a couple during high season as kids get noisy. If you take the room with a pool access, keep in mind that other people swim along your room. I would recommend top floor rooms. We have been there in May which is low season and our stay was quite with only a view kids arround.

ישנו בחדר עם הגישה לבריכה (מומלץ מאוד). המקום ברמה מאוד גבוהה, חדרים מרווחים ונקיים וסטנדרט מתקנים יוצא דופן.

התאכזבנו מחוסר האמפטיה של המנהלת בקבלה (Cathy) - פנינו אליה בבקשה לקבל הצעה להארכת האירוח לאור ביטולי הטיסות עקב המלחמה בישראל וקיבלנו יחס קר והצעה גבוהה יותר מאשר בבוקינג. חוץ מהעניין הנקודתי הזה מול מנהלת הקבלה השירות במקום היה מצוין.

Beautiful spacious stylish villa with big private pool in beautiful hotel at a beautiful beach location. Staff were wonderful, especially my concierge Moss - so friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. This included arranging restaurant bookings, providing relevant information, and anything else I needed, including even rescuing my iPad from the bar where I forgot it upon departure, and arranging for it to be carefully packed and couriered to my hotel in Bangkok so it reached me the next day before my return to Australia.

La ubicación es buena. Del personal del hotel destacar a nuestra camarera la noche de Nochevieja que fue muy atenta y a otro compañero que siempre estaba pendiente.

La playa siempre estaba sucia, no la limpiaban tanto ni tan rápido como la de otros hoteles cercanos. El personal en su mayor parte era bastante lento y no te atendían muy bien, además el menaje, cubiertos, y cristalería siempre estaban sucios. Esperábamos más para el precio de las villas la verdad, otros hoteles de la misma catalogación son mucho mejores y cuidan más los detalles.

Hotellin miljöö oli upea ja tunnelmallinen. Meillä oli huone allasnäkymällä toisessa kerroksessa ja se oli yksityinen. Henkilökunta oli kohteliasta ja avuliasta. Huone oli aina siisti ja kaikki pyyntömme hoituivat nopeasti ja sujuvasti. Kävelimme Choeng Mon beachilla ja totesimme, että hotellivalintamme oli täydellinen.

Ruoka hotellin ravintoloissa oli hyvää muttei huippua.
