Sauna & Hot Tub: Please consider dedicated time slots for guests. We requested 8:00 PM in advance assuming it was a reservation, but found it occupied upon arrival.
Guest Communication: When reporting a minor water issue, the receptionist said she’d call a technician, but didn't offer any follow-up info. Providing an estimated resolution time or checking back with us would make a big difference in customer service.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2026Wir wurden sehr überrascht. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, die Nutzung der Sauna und des Jacuzzis am Abend war top, super Restaurant in wenigen Minuten und noch ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war auch super. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Reviewed Oct 11, 2026Hotel totally exceeded our expectations. The suite was spacious and clean, with a huge terrace. The grounds were beautiful - we really enjoyed the comfy sun loungers, jacuzzis and sauna. Breakfast was varied. The staff were all wonderful. Overall, a fantastic stay. We just wish we'd stayed another night!

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026We’ve stayed here about two years ago when it just opened, everything was great but you could see areas for improvements. Well, now two years later they’ve exceeded our expectations!!! The main thing is breakfast, it’s simple but there’s everything you need including two vegan milk options (last time I had to ask for it in advance since I’m vegetarian); you can tell when people work constantly to improve it or just wanna take your money. This hotel I’m happy to come back to and highly recommend to everyone looking for quiet disconnection and beautiful natural environment. Best for couples / when travelling alone. Staff super nice and attentive.

Le jacuzzi en libre service rajoute un plus surtout quand on revient de randonnée.
Dommage que nous ayons pas pu profiter du restaurant le soir mais le petit déjeuner est très bon et complet.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Le personnel, le cadre, le calme, endroit idéal pour les randonnées autour, il y a tout ce dont les randonneurs ont besoin (bâtons de marche, jacuzzi et sauna après la randonnée, salle de sport …) proximité du parc national, déjeuner très bon , lit confortable! Je te viendrai sans hésitation

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Le camere doppie (separate dalla struttura principale) erano molto belle e spaziose. Anche la camera tripla era molto bella, con un grande terrazzo e una bellissima vista. Ottima la colazione. Ci siamo goduti molto la zona solarium, la sauna e le vasche idromassaggio. Personale disponibile e molto gentile.

La habitación es cómoda en general y tiene unas vistas agradables. Lugar muy tranquilo y bien ubicado si quieres desconectar y acceder a la zona del Teide con facilidad. Nos prestaron palos para hacer la subida al Teide y eso fue muy positivo.
Hay pequeños aspectos que mejoraría:
El compresor del aire acondicionado hacia ruido de vez en cuando (dijeron que estaban trabajando en ese problema)
Faltan unas lamparas en la mesita de noche. Tienen luces de pared pero no permiten crear ambiente de descanso.
La cortina de la habitación molesta al abrir la puerta de acceso

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Die Lage der Unterkunft war super praktisch für uns. Man war sowohl am Teide als auch am Strand in ca. 30min.
Die Aussicht war wirklich traumhaft.
Die Liegen, mit Jacuzzi haben wir auch genutzt. Es war sehr ruhig und man wurde nie gestört.
Direkt in der Nähe war ein toller Italiener. Er hat mega Pizzen gemacht.
Bella struttura in posizione panoramica, poco distante dal centro storico raggiungibile a piedi. Camere con buone dotazioni, silenziose e spaziose. Letti comodi. Ottima colazione. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Magnifica cena nel loro ristorante Los Cipressos.
Camere con vista montagna raggiungibili con molti scalini, non adatte a tutti, soprattutto coi bagagli.
Die Freundlichkeit, die Ruhe,die Lage.
Super Emplacement, jacuzzi avec vue imprenable, le top ! Sans oublier le personnel très accueillant avec de bons conseils.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Camera con accesso diretto al giardino, vista ampia verso il mare. Possibilità di usare una jacuzzi, sauna e lettini con ombrelloni in giardino, ottimi per riposare dopo una camminata.
Ottima posizione per visitare il Teide. Parcheggio gratuito, colazione con ampia scelta e buona.

- gutes Frühstück (Auswahl nicht so riesig aber für die Größe des Hotels mehr als ausreichend)

- Jacuzzi und Sauna mit wunderschönem Ausblick
- alle Zimmer liegen am Weg den alle Hotelgäste nutzen um zu ihrem Räumen zu gelangen -> Privatsphäre hat gefehlt, man musste die Vorhänge trotz so schöner Aussicht schließen weil man sonst auf dem präsentierteller saß
- Lage etwas ungünstig, Weg dorthin sehr abenteuerlich

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026This is a newly renovated and just wonderful place. We deeply regretted to have only booked it for 1 night. Staff if extremely friendly. They heat the whirlpool or the sauna (both by wood!) for you. Also, there is a brand new & well equipped gym. All places are covered by aircon. The breakfast is nothing too special, but above average too. And the view over the city and coastline is just amazing.

Overall great place, very pleasant staff. There are however several problems, that in my opinion are not difficult to solve, and the owners should solve them to make this place excellent.
1) The smoke from the sauna goes right into the area where some of the rooms are. And the smoke is nasty. Seriously, convert the sauna to electric heating. It would elimitate the pollution and make the stay much more pleasant. And if you insist on burning wood, move the sauna to any other place.
2) The number of flies is crazy. This is a hygene problem. Find where they breed and eliminate them there. Put fly traps.
3) The number of mosquitoes is crazy. While most windows have nets, I once left other windows open, and found around 20 mosquitoes on my room. Try to eliminate their breeding ground.

We have stayed here previously and the maintenance has just not been kept up to standard. The first room we were put in was dark and the door to the room was damaged. A lot of tlc was required. On the second night they moved us to another room however the bathroom stank of drains. The other disappointment was dinner. The restaurant was closed while we were staying, it would have been nice to have been notified of this prior to our stay. On the first night we were told only one restaurant in the village was open, the restaurant if you can call it that was horrendous. It was a very dingy, old, dirty and smelly pub. The food was just as bad.

Віддалення від узбережжя. Дуже скромні однакові сніданки( маленький вибір ). На пару днів добре , проте якщо відпочивати більше тижня то не дуже

Waarschijnlijk super hotel als het mooi weer is met sauna en jacuzzi inbegrepen de prijs inbegrepen. Echter Het hotel ligt op een 1400 meter hoogte en het was toen buiten bewolkt en amper 10 graden 8 mei 2026), alhoewel er een radiator in de kamer was lag de verwarming niet aan. Dit zorgde voor een koude, vochtige kamer. Ook het restaurant dat normaal gebruikt wordt was gesloten tot 15 mei 2026.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Très bel endroit avec tout le confort. Des chambres très grandes, très grand lit avec excellente literie. Dressing, grande salle de bain avec produits a disposition. Le petit-déjeuner proposer un buffet varié, salé et sucré. L'hotel est confortable et le personnel très agréable. Idéal pour pour aller explorer le parc national du Teide, trouver le repos dans un cadre reposant et avec une vue sur la vallée.
Le petit-déjeuner est jusqu'à 9h30...

Third time I have stayed here. Staff are great and location is perfect for getting up to the Teide plateau for hiking or astronomy.
