Nie było takiej rzeczy- może jako udogodnienie poprosiłabym o możliwość korzystania z szuszaka na ręcznik po korzystaniu z basenu:) ale to drobnostka

La opción ideal para empezar con un buen desayuno y terminar con un descanso reparador, una jornada de senderismo por la corona forestal. Además, el trato recibido de lujo. Escucharon nuestras peticiones y nos atendieron de maravilla

Staff praticamente assente. La signora del whatsapp, e stata tempestiva nelle risposte solo al momento del check in con pagamento anticipato (altrimenti niente codici di accesso). Poi sparisce. Reception mai presidiata, non ho mai visto nessuno. Bar chiuso, ristorante pure. Avevo espressamente chiesto la fattura al momento del pagamento anticipato, perche viaggiando per lavoro mi serviva, mai ricevuta! Messaggi di sollecito rimasti sempre senza risposta.

Tuvimos mala suerte, y encima de nuestra habitación alquiló una pareja, poco respetuosa con el resto de las personas hospedadas, la cual hizo bastante ruido durante la noche....y no pudimos descansar., .la gente puede divertirse, sin molestar al resto . Pero no es culpa del hotel.....

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Maga a szálloda kifejezetten esztétikus, szép. A parkolás simán megoldható. A tulajdonos telefonon elérhető és készséges. A medence melletti napozó rész kifejezetten kellemes.
A szállodában estétől reggel 8ig nincs személyzet és a közösségi terek sincsenek nyitva, ha saját ételt ennél, nincs melegítési lehetőség, sem tányér, vagy evőeszköz. Ami nem lenne gond, ha tényleg szállodaként üzemelne. A saját étterme viszont zárva, és mivel Vilaflor egy rettentően csendes falu, én június elején egyetlen nyitva tartó "éttermet" találtam, a vacsorámat így közepes sikerrel tudtam megoldani. Látszik, hogy törekednek a tisztaságra, de sajnos az én szobámban a WC ülőkét nem sikerült letakarítaniuk érkezésemre. :(

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Localisation excellente puisque Vilaflor est le village le plus proche du sommet de la partie sauvage du Teide, et c'est bien pour ça que nous y sommes allés. Chambre spacieuse, environnement sympathique, buffet petit-déjeuner copieux et très bon le village en lui-même est très bien aussi, mais...
grosse surprise pour un hôtel à 100€ la nuit : l'établissement fonctionne en cette saison sans aucun personnel, au dernier moment on reçoit les instructions pour le paiement final dématérialisé, et aussitôt après les codes pour atteindre la boite à clé et ouvrir notre chambre et basta. Pourquoi pas. Mais du coup, l'annonce parlait d'un restaurant sur lequel on comptait (il y avait même des propositions de demi-pension)... Quasiment aucune provision sur nous, épiceries fermées à cette heure là, et la plupart des restaus fermés dans le village. Le personnel ne vient que pour le petit-déjeuner, servi uniquement à partir de 8h (ce qui est trop court quand vous devez prendre le téléphérique du Teide à 9h, ou aller faire une sortie dauphins sur la côte sud...). Le buffet y est très complet et très bien, mais c'est dommage de n'avoir aucune autre solution plus basique plus tôt, d'autant qu'il y a des bouilloires dans la chambre. Détail amusant, certains jours l'hôtesse du petit-déjeuner ne parlait ni espagnol (un poco) ni français, allemand ou anglais. Bon, pas grave, Google translate en mode français/russe et voilà.

El calor que hacía en la habitación, con un ventilador de pie es imposible paliar el calor que está haciendo ahora. Las habitaciones deberían tener aire acondicionado como poco.

Check-in assez succinct. Pas d'explications sur les commodités comme l'utilisation de la piscine, source de confusion pour moi entre piscine et spa, qu'est-ce qui est inclu et qu'est-ce qui est en option. Dommage car le spa est largement mis en avant comme argument commercial sur Booking.com ...

Pokoje strohé. Ze sprchy špatně odtéká voda, měli jsme vodu až na chodbě. Spa spíše nedoporučujeme. Vířivka působila dojmem, že se dlouho nečistila. Sauna byla OK.

Из минусов – в номерах очень мало мебели, не хватает стульев и стола. Также не лишним был бы и холодильник

Reviewed May 14, 2026Le village est à 30 km de la mer et à 30 km du Tiede. Comme il est excentré le calme prévaut. L'hôtel est spacieux, les chambres sont grandes. Un bain à remous avec quelques transats sont à disposition. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec une tendance à l'international.

Reviewed May 13, 2026The breakfast was amazing, way better than what was expected. The staff listened to our needs and requests and made sure we were heard. Things got way better after getting the portable heater in the room, as central heating was off for some reason. Definitely check the temperature forecast when you plan to go there, and ask for heater in advance.
The reception closes at 20:00, after which you need to wait until next day if you need anything. We got a cheaper room, where wifi signal didn't reach. Had to survive first night in cold, as central heating was off and wasn't needed according to owner. (10 degrees Celsius during day, lower in the night).

Reviewed May 8, 2026La tranquilidad y el silencio. El hotel es bonito y muy agradable, vistas muy bonitas. No desayunamos allí así que no puedo opinar del desayuno, ni del restaurante que justo esos días estaba cerrado. Se encuentra en la parte baja del pueblo, se puede ir caminando.
Todo me gustó, aunque el colchón era muy blando.

Cuando entramos a la habitación , la puerta del armario estaba descolgada y en el suelo. Al ducharnos el agua salió por la puerta del baño y llenó el pasillo de agua. Nunca recibimos respuesta del staff.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026We arrived late and the Hotel Tejar made every effort to make our arrival as simple as possible. The rooms are exceptionally well appointed and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a very pretty little village and we had typical Canarian suppers at Tasc Andrés (excellent stew and local wine) and the next day at Restaurante Hermano Pedro.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön. Das Bad mit Badewanne in Ordnung. Wir kennen das Hotel von früheren Aufenthalten, es ist sehr schön gelegen. Das Frühstück ist gut. Und das Personal beim Frühstück ist auch sehr nett!
Wir wussten, dass das Hotel ein Restaurant hat und hatten extra bei Buchung gefragt, ob das Restaurant täglich geöffnet ist. Es wurde uns mitgeteilt, täglich ausser Freitag.... Einen Tag, nachdem die Kreditkarte im Voraus mit dem Übernachtungspreis belastet wurde, bekommen wir eine E-Mail, in der uns mitgeteilt wird, dass das Restaurant bereits seit 2 Wochen geschlossen ist. Das fanden wir nicht fair! Weiterhin wurde uns vor Anreise ein online-Check-in angeboten, von dem wir aber keinen Gebrauch machen wollten. Bei Ankunft im Hotel mussten wir diesen an der Rezeption stehend nachholen...anders ginge es nicht ( so wie in jedem anderen Hotel, Ausweis abgeben oder Zettel ausfüllen...). Wir kamen uns ziemlich blöd vor. Der Besitzerwechsel hat sich aus unserer Sicht nicht positiv ausgewirkt. Das wäre beim vorherigen Betreiber ganz sicher so nicht gelaufen!

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026El hotel es muy bonito, bien cuidado, muy limpio todo, muy tranquilo, ubicado en el interior del pueblo pero a la vez en un entorno tranquilo. Nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad. Nos gustò todo muchísimo. A mi hija la atendieron con mucha cercanía.
Se habían olvidado de rellenar el champú y gel de la bañera. Pero enseguida lo solucionaron. Mi única recomendación sería algún tipo de calefacción en el baño porque en invierno hace mucho frío en esa zona.
