Room was small. No ventilation in the bathroom.

Close to the temple, walkable distance. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The restuarant is very good, both south indian and north indian dishes were good. Parking space is also huge.

The elevator entrance floor has a small step which is not user friendly, I tripped every time when I entered the elevator, The building code or elevator code is not followed correctly.

Should have a facility like a coffee shop to take urgent office calls. There is no such space and restaurant is like normal low light restaurant

This was a good establishment, efficiently run and well located. Food and in room services were extremely prompt and quality exemplary. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. We would like to especially thank Mr. Mritunjoy Chatterjee for his support at reception and clear guidance regarding the places of visit and temples of worship nearby. Will visit again if in Dwarka.

Very poor pathetic service They didn't even provide water on time for my mother to have medicines on time I had to call 4-5 times to get a bottle of water and still had to go down to collect it myself I got a bottle of water which had particles in it. Dirty Toilets, Dirty Towels as well The restaurant is very expensive for a very decent quality food.

Breakfast had no food left to replenish. Only one staff in breakfast room was unable to manage. Our room had no basin in the toilet to wash hands. Pillow covers were dirty. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Location of the hotel, food quality, cleanliness, amenities provided. Overall the hotel is of high quality. Staff were well behaved and prompt. Located just near to main market and Dwarkadish Temple. And the stay at the hotel was comforting and relaxing.

The moment I arrived I was welcomed into this serene oasis with the smell of fresh lilies at the reception and a tranquil surrounding, a welcome change from the busy streets outside. The staff were courteous and accommodating from the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone displayed exemplary professionalism and warmth. The restaurant offered an impressive range of local and international cuisine and the service was quick, butter chicken boneless was awesome. The public areas and rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The potted plants and gardens are lovingly tended, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly sets The hotel is its elegant yet homely ambience, beautiful lighting and attention to detail. Ordinary breakfast. nothing great.

In fact they didn't pack any breakfast for us as we were leaving early to catch a train. we requested them to pack something, as we couldn't take breakfast that day. but they told it will be charged extra.

It is well located hotel near the temple. Parking is good. Restaurant is also upto mark rather good to have dinner and breakfast. Once you enter in rooms will experience little wrong smell but after 15 minutes, its ok.

Linen quality should be upgraded and smell of room once enter should be taken care of by hotel. Around Washbasin needs space to place our toilet items.

Like the location and spacious room

The size of bed is very small it is smaller than queen size bed...

The rooms are really big in size, very spacious with all excellent amenities and the main Dwarkadish temple is just 7 mins walking distance from here.

Although we had a great experience staying at this property, however as soon as you enter the property you come across a typical smell which doesn’t make you feel good. This is everywhere in the property and can easily be avoided by the hotel authorities by using room fresheners etc.

Had an amazing experience. All things right from room service linen rooms everything was really good. One thing is price of the room can be a little cheaper. Otherwise everything is extremely good.

Excellent location, walkable to main temple

Location - very convenient for sightseeing of Dwarikadheesh temple. Restaurant - Food was very good. Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms - were big and clean, bathroom was good. Parking - lot of space for car parking.

The room was spacious with all comforts and the bed was big and v comfortable. The restaurant was also v good . The main temple was at walking dustance . Would definately recommend this hotel.

Restaurant Sharanam food ,quality and staff behaviour. Staff was very rude, taste of food was not good and even they were not ready to take the feed backs. Inspite of requesting the manager of restaurant for some suggestions they hang up the phone without proper listening.
