The restaurant staff was kind and attentive

Extremely incompetent front desk and manager. Tried to charge me twice for the stay but could not proceed with the scam since I had credit card receipts. I asked to speak to the manager after this incident and he refused to come down for 45 minutes claiming he was “getting ready”. His name is Yash Pal, he repeatedly tried to justify that this was an acceptable excuse to not speak to a customer who was waiting at the lobby asking for him. By far the most useless, shameless, incompetent hotel manager I have come across. Avoid staying here till the manager is changed.

The staff were hospitable which was the only saving grace. We needed some medical help and the doctor would not pick up the phone. When the reception contacted him, he claimed he was not available and that we could visit the clinic the next day!! How can an emergency wait until the next morning?? I appreciate the efforts of the reception and security who went to the government hospital nearby and got medications got heartburn which we had forgotten to pack. No pharmacy is open until 10am the next day so please pack all required medications. This hotel is grossly overpriced for the poor facilities and lack of clean, dated rooms. It only served the purpose of us to visit Dwarkadish Mandir the next day. Maybe consider another hotel.

I did not like the property, the room was not clean. The property and rooms look dated and not like the glossy photos seen online. I have stayed in Lemon Tree, Varanasi, hence I booked this place with confidence. We were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and facilities.

Nice breakfast ! Very near to main Dwarkadhish Temple and Bhadkeshwar Temple. Probably one of the best properties in the area.

Food spread and service

I recently stayed here for 2 nights, and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, and the staff was very kind and caring. They even upgraded our room. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and the hotel made sure everything went smoothly. They helped us arrange transportation, which was very professional. The food was excellent, with a lot of vegetarian options, and both breakfast and dinner had a wide variety. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. A big thank you to Mr. Yashpal for all his help. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Everything was perfect.

The staff was quite good and accomodating. Especially the gentleman at the desk and the head Cheff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel good. They also allowed us late checkout despite the fact the hotel was experiencing high occupancy.

Swimming pool water quality was not upto the mark.

Your front staff especially in the dining area needs to be more positive and forthcoming in dealing with the guests on my very first day when I requested for a dish or two without onion garlic the young boy gave me a point blank NO , this was a very small request which could have been handled with positivity

Good room, great location (close to Dwarkadhish temple). Staff was very professional and nice, specially Dimple in the Dining hall. Clean room and hotel. Food was good and delicious in the dining halls, with good variety in buffets.

The property did not accept my credit card because it was a foreign credit card. I preferred to pay via credit card because I do not carry enough cash. It was a hassle.

The breakfast spread was decent, offering a nice mix of local and continental options. The room was spacious and comfortable. Although we arrived late at night and were quite tired, the staff ensured a quick and hassle-free check-in.

Staff is not aware of the check in check out policies. Two persons have different views . They keep customer in dark till final billing. I was charged for two days where as I checked out after one day. They are not aware of booking through third party . Later some senior clarified at the time of check out.

size of room and mattress comfort excellent . However housekeeping need to be extra careful beyond 10 PM in taking down room numbers so as not to disturb other guests

Staff enters room after ring the door bell , they didn't wait and Mr Uday lies also that he called before coming and as the door not opened after one door bell that's why he entered room. atleast person has to wait for 5min or call but he is not ready to accept his mistake.

Lemon tree at Dwarka is exceptional, well-maintained, and the rooms are clean. The food at both breakfast and dinner is excellent. The staff is very helpful and always took care of our needs whenever we called. A special thanks to the entire front office team for their hospitality. A must stay!

Our visit was fabulous and staying at Lemon Tree was very marvellous. Staff were very good and Reena Sagar helped us plans the internal sigh seeing at Dwarka puri. Breakfast was served very nicely.
